NOTE: Getting APP message push and storage is free. But If you want SMS notifications, there’s a subscription fee. That fee goes to Tuya platform, not us. We recommend that you do not activate it, because APP message push can meet daily usage needs.

• How long does the doorbell’s battery work and do I need to buy additional batteries?

  The full charged doorbell battery can work for 60-90 days. The full charged monitor can work for about 10 hours without plugging in, so we recommend that it shall be plugged in all the time.

  We also offer extra batteries if you need.

• The monitor and doorbell are disconnected, what should I do?

  A video tutorial on pairing can be found in the monitor. You can also find us in the monitor and we will assist you.

• Is there a monthly fee for recording stored videos?

  No, all data from this system is stored locally, and a 32GB memory card is installed in the monitor.

  We also set the motion detection recording time within 30S to ensure that you have enough space on memory card and save the power of the doorbell.

• Can I add one more doorbell camera to the monitor?

  Yes, the monitor supports to add one more doorbell camera. The display can only support adding two cameras at most. But a camera can only be set to correspond to one display and cannot be shared with another display at the same time.

• Is it really wireless? How does it work?

  There is no wiring required between the indoor and outdoor units. They connect via fixed frequency band. Once the indoor unit receives the signal from the outdoor unit, it can then link to the mobile app through Wi-Fi for remote monitoring.
