What network does the outdoor wireless camera require?

A 2.4GHz Wi‑Fi network. For a stable connection, we recommend setting up the camera within 1 metre of your router, and later placing it no more than 8 metres away during daily use.

How long does the solar security camera last on a single charge?

It depends on recording frequency, as recording uses the most power. The solar panel in direct sunlight keeps the camera charged, so you don’t need to take it down often. You can also enable Power‑Saving Mode to extend battery life when necessary.

How do I use a TF card/micro SD card for longer motion recordings?

1）Use a TF card/micro SD card between 8-128GB and format it to FAT32 or exFAT.

2）Insert the card into the camera, go to [Memory Card Storage] in settings, and turn on recording.

3）View and download the recordings via [Replay] on the live view page.

Do I have to subscribe to a cloud service?

No. The camera offers motion videos in the Alert page with no cost — cloud storage is entirely optional, every user gets a 30‑day trial. Or you can use a TF card (not included) to record longer videos with no monthly fee.
