DF032DZ 12V Max Li-ion CXT Brushless Drill Driver – No batteries included The DF032DZ is a cordless Drill Driver, with a variable speed control, powered by 10.8V or 12V Li-ion CXT slide type battery (not included) to deliver up to 1,500 rpm and 35 Nm of maximum tightening torque for a wide range of drilling and driving applications, ideal for working in tight spaces. The brushless motor eliminates carbon brushes, enabling the motor to run cooler and more efficiently for a longer life and uses energy to match torque and rpm to the changing demands of the application. The Drill Driver has 20 torque settings plus drill for added fastening control with 2 mechanical gears. High speed mode for speedy drilling in light duty applications and low speed mode for heavy duty applications requiring high torque. Makita BL1850B 18V 5.0 Ah Li-ion LXT Battery The BL1850B 18V 5.0 Ah Li-ion LXT battery has a 4 stage LED battery fuel gauge indicator, works with current Li-ion chargers and has a 45 minute charge time on both Makita DC18RC and DC18RD chargers and 110 minute charge time on Makita DC18SD charger. Lightweight, weighing no more than a 3.0 Ah Li-ion LXT battery, has a longer run time and battery life. Multi-contact terminals reduce electrical resistance and increase connection stability, withstanding against vibration and ultimately to ensure a current supply to the tool. The Li-ion range is both lightweight and shock absorbing. It can deliver up to 430 per cent more working capacity during its lifetime compared to Ni-Cad and is 40 per cent lighter than Ni-MH.
