A good microwave. Just wish it had a clean white display opposed to the red. When I walk through the kitchen it looks like a doomsday countdown.
It’s also little smaller than expected but still fits a dinner plate.
This item is faulty. There is a hole in the door. This happened last week. I have already reported this but I’ve had no contact from yourselves. Can you tell me what’s happening please. I cannot use the microwave and needed it sorted. I was told someone would pick it up on Monday 12th of August. Is this right.
Not much to say really. Looks nice, the shiny door gets smears on it all the time so gotta wipe it often. The weight is good feels like a good well built microwave. Light is good too. The plate and the wheel mechanism are not sturdy and keep slipping. The

It’s not noisy just makes normal microwave sound the beeps a bit loud.
The instructions are in a very clear big font so it’s very easy to read. The microwave itself I found was pretty easy to use. I did have to reference the instructions for a couple of things like setting the clock and setting the power level but it wasn’t difficult.
The weight of the microwave is pretty standard for a microwave this size. It’s a pretty small microwave considering others on the market so this is probably one of the more lighter microwaves I have ever purchased.
I have only used the microwave on max power but, it’s had no issues heating up my food and the noise of the microwave while it is being used is pretty standard.
I absolutely love the mirror finish door. It just looks so nice in my kitchen. The only downside is, you’ve got to keep it clean otherwise any dirt marks are more visible than a standard painted door. The only thing I will say is viewing my food through the door is possible but, I don’t have the best view as with other microwaves.
The light inside is pretty standard for a microwave, it’s a ‘warm white’ colour which makes viewing inside the microwave nice and easy.
I like the feature of having the clock on the front of the microwave while it’s on standby. The only thing I would like is to be able to change the colour of the LED’s from red to blue or even just a nice white. I wouldn’t say I’m the biggest fan of the red.
This microwave is absolutely perfect for what I need and I’m extremely chuffed.
I cannot recommend this microwave enough. It’s super simple but does the job absolutely perfect.
I find the microwave easy to clean but the only thing I would mark it down on is, it would have been nice to have an enamel cavity wall inside. I expect this microwave may suffer from rust in the future but, time will tell.
For the features this microwave has, I think the price is about right.
So we had to do our research to find another suitable Microwave, that would suit our needs for “not too big, but not too small”, powerful enough at 800w and with some easy to use functionality (just a few buttons with digital display and some quick access functions) and finally smart looking as our previous oven looked somewhat a bit industrial. The Russell Hobbs RHM2076B 20 Litre 800 W Black Digital Solo Microwave check all the boxes as well as being good value for money too. We have been using it flat out daily since we bought it and it is doing a great job, being very easy to use (very intuitive functions), saving us a lot of time whilst looking neat and smart on our kitchen worktop. it is nice and quiet, smooth in operation and everything feels quality like, from the buttons press to the door opening closing. It is also very easy to clean and keep clean with simple flat bold surfaces and not too many nooks and crannies, buttons, etc… Very easy to live with and I would highly recommend.
A great microwave which works very well, and at a great price too.
One downside. The opening is deep and wide, however, not very high and I’m constantly banging the top while taking bolls (Small or Big) in and out. More annoying than anything else.
This is a beautiful looking little microwave, the best feature has to be the mirrored door,my last one was 1000 watts and it burnt everything and trying to clean it was a nightmare.I only have a small household now so this is big enough for my needs and my lifestyle now . Russell Hobbs is a good make and the price I purchased it for was a great deal thank you Amazon! The 800 watts is perfect for what I use it for..If you are looking to fill a big space then I would look for a larger one..If you are a single person or two people then this is perfect.. This is a good microwave oven. Relatively easy to use and does the job as required. From quick reheats to cooking raw ingredients it is efficient and very capable. Being a 20ltr microwave it is a good size that fits well on the kitchen worktops. I appreciate that there are many other more expensive and complex microwaves available but this one is good value and meets our needs perfectly.
Performs well, really super easy to programme the clock and I’ve only used the 30 sec timer so far but working great.
Love that it has a light inside and the mirror front becomes like a small window so you can see the food inside when it’s being used. Goes back to a perfectly mirrored door when not in use.
Truly really nice looking micriwave- I normally choose stainless steel microwaves but so pleased I took a chance on a black/grey one for a change.
Pros:

-quick settings (start button starts a 30min timer)
-looks stunning!!!
-no gills on the top, so no dust entering the insides as easily
-reasonably compact
Cons:
-wobbly turntable (inside) that often needs readjustment
-dial is too sensitive so you can accidentally start auto programs instead of just the timer (happens quite often if you’re not looking and doing it mechanically…as you do)
-maybe a little too small for tall utensils but that’s me nitpicking. Product dimensions are available online so pls do your homework.

Nice compact microwave really like the mirrored door easy to use, the interior is grey which is much better than the usual white and the interior light is yellow which is different, the only thing that lets this product down is the feet underneath the rear ones are rubber, but the front ones are like a metal stump which don’t really grip on the worktop surface and makes it slip otherwise overall a great bit of ki
Unfortunately I was too late to cancel (Although it hadn’t been dispatched yet, and as far as I remember, I’m positive you could cancel an order on Amazon no problem if it hadn’t been dispatched)
Anyway it arrived and I thought be as well check it out as maybe the 3l difference wouldn’t be that noticeable.
And I was desperate for a new microwave because my Samsung one isn’t turning smoothly anymore.
Unfortunately the 3l difference was very noticeable.
I use the microwave mainly for cooking meals on wheels.
The smaller containers fit in no problem but the longer rectangle ones (which is main meals, and make up most of my orders) hit the walls when turning, interfering with the smooth turning, not good.
Also there is no reminder beeps when food needed to stand for a minute mid cooking or at the end of cooking. (Which is a must for my disability)
My Samsung one has these minute reminder beeps, at mid cooking and 2 separate minute ones at the end of cooking.
It’s a pity it wasn’t 23L & had the reminder beeps because I actually really liked the look of it.
I also really liked the feel of the dial operation compared to my Samsung one.
I liked the mirror door too.
I thought you wouldn’t be able to see through it while cooking but you can when you stand back.
I saw through it better than my Samsung one.
I would have definitely kept it if it was 23L and had reminder beeps.

I have sat all day looking at all the microwaves on Amazon trying to find a replacement 23l one that has reminder beeps.
Which meant having to read thousands of reviews in the hoping someone mentioned this.

I finally found one where someone said had these beeps and decided to buy it even though it was another Samsung one which has quite a dark door and hard to see through.
BUT
Just my luck, by time I went to buy it when my refund was available, it had gone up in price in that few hours from 85 to 119.99. Wow now 139.99. Not happy. That’s quite a difference.
So I suppose I will just have to wait until there is a deal on it again.
Or look for another one elsewhere.
But right now I’m done in looking at microwaves.

In these days of air fryer frenzy (and I love mine) microwaves could be perceived as an outdated tool but I would disagree. There are a lot of things a fryer cannot do that a microwave can and also that extra pair of hands in the kitchen is often welcome.
This is a nice looking oven with very easy to use controls that are well laid out. It does it’s job excellently with consistently good results. It’s just the right size for the family and easy to clean. It is heavy but most microwave ovens are.
One criticism is that the view into the oven when it’s cooking is a little distorted due to the pattern on the glass which I think is part of the safety structure.

I’m very pleased with the product, I would recommend it with no hesitation.
I have been using it now for a few weeks and am super impressed. Its small so it does not take up a lot of counter space, there is enough space in front of it to still put a glass down comfortably and pour juice. At the same time the inside is big enough to accommodate my biggest dinner plate with ease and for me to be able to get it in and out.
Very easy to use – does not have a million settings that you have to read up on each time you want to use them. No problem at all with the wattage – its as fast as my previous micro that had a higher wattage – so my food takes the same amount of time to cook or heat up.

Delivered within timescale; well packaged and good quality/durability. This was a replacement for a different make/model which is no longer available. I’ve had this a few months now and not given a review because it took me a while to get used to operating it – but this was probably due to it being so different from my previous one which had dials and I’d had a few years. The instructions are clear, I just keep them to hand! Getting used to it now and very pleased with performance.

The internal dimensions of this model are less than my previous model. This can cause the items being micro waved to catch on the sides of the unit. Great care needs to be taken, so the item being micro waved is centrally placed on the glass dish.
My granddaughter asked for a microwave for her birthday, she loves it and has given it 10/10, says its easy to use and clean, has used it a lot in the past month since her birthday.
Old microwave was at least 15yrs before it gave up, just wanted something simple to replace it as only ever use a microwave to microwave stuff!
Looks really nice, thought the mirrored door might be hard to keep clean, however, it’s easy, and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to see stuff bubbling over inside, but I can.
Also looks small, but a full size plate goes in, so all good there.
Took me ages to choose the microwave I wanted. I visited the usual high street shops to look in person but they were either what I wanted and far too expensive or cheap and rubbish.
This is a lovely looking microwave that ticks all the boxes of what I wanted at a good price.
As a bonus the glass dish is exactly the same size as my old one, so I’ve kept it ‘Just in case’ as a backup.
If you’re undecided I guarantee this one is much better looking than the pictures portray.
Lovely microwave but the mirror door will get on your nerves because every time you touch it there’s marks left on the mirror and your constantly cleaning it apart from that it’s perfect.
It’s fine but there are few little things to be improved to make it more flexible in operating.
1. There could have been a button to open the door
2. The timer reverse concept is not so good.
3. Pressing the start/confirm button even when using timer could have been avoided.
I got this oven for my daughter it arrived yesterday and I took it to her and she loves it and said that it fits nicely on the work surface and goes so well in her kitche
Excellent all round easy to use just remember to leave door open a little to let steam out from cooking so you won’t have a problem with rust in the long run.
The only negative I have found is that when microwaving all I want to do is set the time and press go. This one makes you set the power first which is annoying. If you try to just set the time it starts scrolling through cooking options. I have found that if you turn the wheel to the left first then right it will let you set the time. But its annoying….

Great microwave, basic, easy to use.
One minor issue is the internal light is very yellow and very dim to the point of being useless. The microwave has a dark grey interior and the light does little to illuminate the interior during use. What really annoys me is the light also comes on when you open the door. Now that’s all well and good but after use I like to leave the door open to allow steam, condensation and odour to escape. So the microwave is wasting electricity (albeit negligible) powering a bulb I don’t need. I mean if I can open the door I can see inside, I don’t need the light to be on except during cooking and it’s useless for that. Stupid idea. Apart from that it’s great.
This arrived almost instantly for use at Christmas – thinking of the Christmas Pudding!
It looks very good and other members of the family think it’s a life saver, but I have not had a need to use it regularly, am still a novice microwave operator.

This is a very smart compact microwave. Looks nice and modern and very simple to use.
This is simply value for money. There’s worse and there’s a lot better probably but this does what 99% of people need it to. Who even uses half the settings anyway. If I’m feeling fancy I use the reheat function which I must say actually does seem to do a better job of evenly re-heating food. It’s a microwave and does what it should , it replaced an ancient microwave so it’s a million times better.
If I had one con, but its there to see so not a fault as such, it’s that the mirrored front is very nice aesthetically but a pain to clean smear free. This is to be expected with any mirrored surface though I guess

Nothing to dislike.At first I found the instructions a bit hard to understand,but when I figured it out the microwave is easy to use.

This is a great purchase and I’m really pleased with it. There are a few points to note though.
Firstly, it’s a fingerprint magnet! You will be wiping it down after every use because it does look great clean. Secondly, although really easy to operate, I do find it requires an extra step to set the time and power etc compared to my previous microwave. Just a minor issue really.
Overall, I’m impressed with how it works and cooks and can highly recommend this microwave.
