Popular with our sparrows and blue tits. Only a little bit of mess under the feeder swiftly cleaned up by blackbirds, starlings, robins and collar doves. One block lasts 3 days on average in my busy garden. Good value in multipack. Maybe less plastic on separate blocks would help the planet more. Will buy again.

I assume the flavour of this product is good as the birds seem to like it and they are very solid suet blocks so do not fall apart easily in the feeder.

Really good value, cheaper than buying 10 on the high street. All individually wrapped. And the blocks don’t stick to the packaging. I say good value, it’s going to cost me a fortune as the birds devour them in no time!!

The various birds visiting our garden go absolutely into a frenzy when a new block is put out.
They definitely prefer it to our other feeders with mixed seeds and peanuts.
So much so, that we are having to limit the amount we put out as they are gorging on it and a block is lucky if it lasts two days!

These are convenient to deploy, being sealed in individual packets until needed in the garden. One block fits nicely in my Gardman block feeder. The key point is what the birds think of these & experience suggests they are keen on these. Particularly popular with Great Tits & Blue Tits – we often have a queue waiting for their turn in nearby shrubs! The local Great Spotted Woodpeckers also like these – though they seem more partial to round suet balls. Both the Robin and our Dunnocks have learned how to take food from these blocks, too. All round, a “win-win” thus far, so I shall keep buying these until the birds send me a tweet to the contrary.

The blocks do not fall to bits in the holder not like some I have purchased in the past.
Birds just love them and they are a bit cheaper than the other brand you promote.
Nothing for me to dislike about them, birds literally fight one another to get to them especially starlings.

My go-to product. I’ve bought so many other makes that end up going mouldy before they are eaten! These, like the same make fat balls, get eaten in no time at all. Good price for a great product. Birds seem to prefer these to anything else I’ve tried.

This is great. My cage does have the little bird on, which looks lovely, though I’m sure the birds don’t care. The first block has been up for a week in the cold weather and is almost gone, although I’ve only seen a few great tits on it. It was easy to put together and hang and seems to be a hit with the birds.

There are many Different Choices
Todays market this is just one of many products which i have used a few times. It’s been used all year round does not crumble or make a mess. Can be available in a few different flavours.
Easy to Store available on line but still trying to find stockists locally. Used also with an accompliment of Millet or meal worms all round balanced food. Price is compaired with other brands depending on Ingredients & Types of Birds.

Can’t personally vouch for flavour, but the birds seem to love them. They are a good firm block that don’t disintegrate when in the feeder or when trying to remove from packaging, like the ones that come in the plastic trays. These come individually wrapped in a thin packet within the box – so not too much waste. Delivery good too. We regularly buy them now we have discovered them. Definitely recommend.

They are the best and just about to order more. They are thicker than others so last longer and fit into little cages better, happy birds and squirrels

The little birds didn’t really go for this, they prefer sunflower seeds so I hung it low on the trunk of a tree for the bigger birds to peck at. Maybe as it gets colder they will appreciate it more.

Great bird cakes, shame about the delivery!
The bird cakes are great, at least the birds think so. Not expecting the delivery, 2 days earlier than stated, but we were in all day, so mystified as to why the delivery man decided to leave the package at the empty house next door in the pouring rain! Not sure when it would have been discovered but for a chance visitor the next day! Fortunately the inner packaging was plastic wrapped and the bird cakes okay.

GREAT QUALITY AND VALUE FOR MONEY
I started feeding birds during lockdown like many other people.
After trying several brands of suet cake block, I always come back to this one as the birds seem to like this one the most.
Works out to just under a 1 per block so great value for money for a quality item.

Excellent price, well packed. Birds love both this and the fat balls. Content very soft enjoyed by the small birds but designated by starlings and squirrel.

The birds love these which is why I was disappointed that they were a good deal smaller than the ones I usually buy. I bought these because it meant more for my money – but it was a false economy really as they only fill half the block cages I have. Not sure if I will buy them again. I will probably revert to my old product. At least it filled the whole cage.

But the birds love it….. and i was laughing as the pigeon had worked out how to get to them…. so they must be tasty as I never saw pigeons doing acrobats before ha ha.

I thought buying a pack of ten would last a while, but no the birds absolutely loved them.
The birds like it but the price seems to shot up
I am not sure what has happened to the price of this product, the first time I bought it it was about 8 and now it has gone remarkably expensive. In its defence it is much more solid than the cheaper version from some shops and because of that it does actually last longer even though the birds enjoy it. So I will buy it again if the price comes down to a better balance between this and the others

The birds in my garden love this stuff, the trouble is every now and again I get a flock of starlings descending on my garden and they polish off a block in one sitting the sparrows and tits don’t get much of a chance.
