I’ve used a few keyboards in my time from cheapo Corsair to Ducky. The stabilizers are great and you don’t hear a pinging sound when typing. I would say this feels similar to the typing experience as a Ducky but built better. Overall I highly recommend this keyboard.

I got this keyboard to test out the silent MX Red switches. Wow. Wish I had done it sooner. These are significantly quieter than regular MX Reds (which is what I had before on my Corsair K65). Excellent keycaps on this thing. The plastic parts of the keyboard do creek when you move it around, but it’s sturdy when placed down. It’s pricier than some of the “gaming” models, but well worth the premium.

I got the version with the silent red switches and I love how they sound and feel. however out of the box the left stabilizer on the space bar is rattling alot. this is a dissapointment because I got the silents reds to try and remove as much noise as I can and at this price point I feel like this should not be an issue.

Case is plastic but keyboard is heavy and feels very sturdy. USB cable has “rails” molded onto keyboard plug that fit into grooves on the board — this is a nice feature. Keycaps are good quality and light coming through tops looks good. Used for work and gaming and very satisfied with purchase. Price is awesome.

before this keyboard i had a corsair k70
i found this keyboard a game changer however i wish i have gotten the cherry red silent as i am use to those switches
browns are not bad but i guess my preference to red would of made this purchase even better.

Ok so I wrote this review because I didn’t want to get productive at anything on Christmas and now that I’m done, I realise that.. Jesus, that’s a lot of text. So I,m just gonna put a tl;dr here :

Great keyboard, looks good, feels good, most probably fit your needs, have already bought again, will keep buying again (tho I might not have the need since it really looks like it can’t be killed).

So, for the original review now:

    ————————————————–
    First the look :

This keyboard looks great, the two-color variants prevents it from being too boring whilst retaining the classy look a professional desktop should have.

The brand logo almost cannot be seen, especially when using the standup feet, but even if you do take a good look at the keyboard from afar, it’s in no way bothersome – if anything it adds isotomy to the piece, making it more artistic.

The keycaps are pretty tall so unless you have a light source straight ahead of it, the gaps between each key, which is already small by design, appears to be the continuity of the shadow of one of its neighbouring keys.

The paint used, especially for the frame, is heterogenous and adds texture as well as a faint glossiness that I find to be perfectly balanced between adding a bit of visual extra without looking like I’m desperate for attention.

Of course, this is not an RGB keyboard and it might not fit well on your desktop if the rest of your environment looks like fireworks, but for professional, bright environments, it’ll most probably be a perfect fit.
[Disclaimer : I love grey, it’s an amazing color]

    ————————————————————-
    Build :

    It’s good, surprisingly so.
If you’re anywhere under 200lbs (~91kg), you can probably do pushups on top of this keyboard without hearing any plastic cracking or vibration. And god knows how annoying it can be to use a keyboard that keeps creaking.

Cable management is easy as you can go with any one of three possibilities, but do know that the cable isn’t that long. I personnaly usually like to have my cables go to the right, behind my screens, and then all the way behind to my computer, which is on the left. I managed to do so, but any further would have been a stretch.

The anti-slips are not the ‘adhesive’ kind, if you push your keyboard from the sides with enough force, it WILL move, silently. I like to move my keyboard around a bit depending on what I am doing, so these are a perfect fit for me : no accidental moving around, but easy to reconfigure my desk without having to lift it all the way up.
If you tend to mash your keyboard like crazy while typing, tho, and hate it if at the end of the day he’s a few millimeters further, these might not handle it.

Haven’t been using my first K320 for more than a year or so so I can’t be sure yet, but I can’t see myself getting through the paint.

    —————————————————–
    Configurability :

I personally have no use for this, but I did install the app and tamper with it a bit. From my perspective, I couldn’t see it be any more lenient in what it lets you configure, and you can easily switch to any one of… quite a lot of setups / configurations. It’s not completely intuitive in the first second, but you can figure your way around it quite easily, and I can definitely see that being useful to some hardcore gamers out there.

    —————————————————–
    Switches:

The keyboard comes with a variety of switches and you can most probably find one suitable for your needs.

While I do enjoy playing videogames, I’m quite the casual and I would rather have a keyboard I’m pleased with while typing than something optimised for gaming. I also am not really found of my neighbours ressenting me for preventing them from sleeping at night. My first K320 had MX Brown switches and for the second one, I went with MX Clear.

Assuming you’re used to mechanic keyboards, and enjoy using linear switches, or clicky blues, yellow or green switches, you probably want to skip this section. If you type a lot or if you never used a mechanical keyboard before, well, you do you.

The brown are your usual activate-in-the-middle dont-make-too-much-noise keyswitches, from my point of view you can’t go wrong with them. If you do type a lot, however, and if you don’t play that much videogames (or don’t play at all), the clear can be quite a nice upgrade. They offer a slightly higher resistance, which will give you the feeling that your fingers are floating atop the keyboard, getting pushed up ever so gently after each keystroke, whilst even without being a heavy typer, I too often find myself hitting the end of the travel distance with the brown, which generates both noise and slight discomfort. With the clear, none of that happen and typing feels like a dream.

That being said, while playing time-sensitive videogames for prolonged amount of time, I did end up feeling a bit stiff in the finger as you need more force to click the key in a timely fashion – beware.

At the end of the day really these are small details you probably wouldn’t notice easily without back-toback comparison, which I could do.

Great build quality all around. This thing is heavy and durable. I bought three of them!

    One with Cherry MX White
    Two with Cherry MX Blue

I prefer the white switches as I like the heavier force required and also they aren’t as loud as the blue’s.

The customer service from HK Gaming Keyboards is excellent. The build quality of the board is solid, but somehow I ended up splitting a keycap underneath where it attaches to the stem, so contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement keycap at no charge.

I’ve never used brown switches before and I am really satisfied with this keyboard.

I was deciding between Ducky One 2 TKL or this one and I think I am really satisfied with this keyboard!

The ONLY negative thing I found was that when I press some keys (especially D) it makes this spring sound

and I found some other people mentioning this and it is kind of annoying but meh…

    Overall, decent keyboard for sure!

I have been using the keyboards with cherry reds for years. I love the tactile feedback these keyboard give. Mine died, and I couldn’t get the old one due to some issue with the vendor, so I tried this one. Nice heavy weight. It stays put on the desk. Good feel to the keys. Compact (I like the tenkeyless). Appearance is good (I didn’t get the backlit). Basically I’m a programmer that has been typing for years and can type rings around the younger guys. Bringing these keyboards back is one of the best things that the gamers have done for us!

My only gripe is that the spacebar is too rectangular, so it actaully causes a bit of thumb pain after a while. Everything else is fantastic.

What a great keyboard. Until you’ve used a mechanical keyboard, you don’t really know what you are missing. I can’t really comment on the differences between the MX Key choices, however, I’m happy with the MX Cherry Browns.

Just a tip, if you are able to test a set of different key choices, don’t just tap the keys a few times and form an opinion. You really do need to sit down in front of the keyboard and type an entire paragraph to truly get a feel for it.

I really couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

It’s a good keyboard, well built.

Keys are lubed, stabilizers dont rattle.

No backlight at this price point is a bit disappointing but the keycaps are high quality.

I switched from using the full sized keyboard to this 10 keyless layout. It took some getting used to because of the missing return button next to my mouse in the full size keyboard. But boy, this keyboard to your fingers is like when you’ve finally found the right pillow for your neck. Godsend!

The Taurus K320 is a must buy at this price point. The build is sturdy, the aesthetics are clean, and the Cherry keys type well. My only complaint would be that the white keycaps get dirty easily.

This keyboard is amazing in terms of overall build quality, and typing experience. I got the cherry brown’s and I love them. The board is very well built and sturdy, and does its job for gaming. This board is an excellent value buy if you don’t much care for lighting. My only few gripes with this keyboard have to be with the fact that the media function keys are so far from the FN key, it makes it difficult to do with one hand, often making it a two handed job. My other gripe with this keyboard is the ugly Durgod logo on the front of the keyboard.

    Over 9/10 Great buy

This is my first mechanical keyboard, but so far I love it. There must be a metal plate inside; the keyboard has a nice weight that makes it more stable when typing, and that stability really complements the smooth action of the switches.

Also, I got the “space grey” version, and it’s just beautiful to look at. 100% recommend!

This is my first mech keyboard and I’m not disappointed at all. After typing on this keyboard I don’t think I can ever go back to rubber dome keyboards. The K320 in particular is an excellent keyboard and I love the blue switch. It’s built like a tank, heavy and there is 0 bend with the case. I did alot of research before taking the step to buy this. I checked other brands like ducky and leopold and although I’m sure they are great quality, the recommendation was that this keyboard provides the same experience but at a more reasonable cost. I highly recommend this keyboard for anyone who wants to try out their first and real mechanical keyboard. Check other reviews etc. You won’t be disappointed, but just make sure you get the switch that you want.

The experience with this keyboard has gotten me going down the mech keeb rabbit hole, and although I’d be completely happy with this for a long time it did get me interested in custom keyboards out there.

I am extremely happy with the Durgod Taurus TKL. It is aesthetically pleasing and feels very premium. It has a very nice weight to it, and the double shot key caps are very nice. The choice of using usb-a or usb-c is very nice if you are some what limited with ports, and the bonus drinks coaster is pretty sweet. I’m using this primarily to code, but I think I will purchase another for my gaming setup.

All in all, super happy with this keyboard.

PBT Keycaps, with Cherry MX switches for this price is insane. I got the MX Clear because I like Brown with a little more actuation. Board is a nice weighty feel, unfortunately it is not aluminum but for this price you have to be cutting some corners, no wrist rest but the keyboard offers 2 options for the legs for adjustable heights as opposed to the usual one. Very satisfying typing experience that you won’t get from the other budget boards like Outemu(But I guess that is personal preference). I don’t like installing software/bloatware on my PC and so far is having blast just typing out of the box. I know most people would recommend Ducky for high quality mechanical keyboards but they are way overpriced. Some alternatives like K2 are also on the pricey side and CTRL is out of stock or listed above MSRP. I am glad I gave this a try because it honestly offers close to if not the same quality as the aforementioned brands for lower cost. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a solid mechanical keyboard.

This keyboard is great value for money. For sturdy, solid and quality build. The keycaps are some of the best I have ever seen, sharp and very delicious. Up close and from afar this keyboard is stunning. I can not recommend it enough. I went with Cherry MX Brown switches and they are buttery smooth and sound great. The keyboard is actually larger in person than the pictures would have you believe, which isn’t a negative in anyway, it is still somewhat smaller than your average full-size. As someone with large hands, I do appreciate the size. All round amazing keyboard and highly recommend.

I literally love this keyboard so much. I had purchased a $300 something mechanical keyboard from another company, but returned it after it having several issues and just not being worth the price.

I work from home 3 days a week, and do alot of gaming and studying. Basically in front of my computer all the time lol. This keyboard is freaking awesome. Ended up getting cherry reds, and it’s just perfect. Works great with my kvm switch, no issues swapping back and forth. Software is a bit buggy and the site to download it from is shady tbh, but still works good enough to change configs and colors.

    Def worth the price.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI was unsure about this keyboard as it was my first ever MX Blue switches board. This one feels amazing to type on out of the box. I’m sure it can be improved further if you are the type of person to mod it and add lubrication, padding or stabilizers. The keys are not really wobbly like the cheap mechanical keyboards you may find, and that makes it very nice to type on.
MX Blues have a sharp click sound but the feeling on your fingers is great. The keyboard is kind of heavy, but that’s a good thing unless you want something portable. The brightness can be adjusted and I recommend lowering it.
It’s not exactly ergonomic, but it is nice to type on and my wrist hasn’t hurt from typing on this yet.
The keyboard can’t really be used with most wristpads that might be too high for it. You need a lower profile wristpad or not use one. It hasn’t bothered me, the default angle of the keyboard is good enough to use without a wristpad.

Great keyboard. Excellent construction, pleasant to type on. Not as noisy as I was afraid.

Having owned a previous mech keyboard with MX Brown keys, I’m happy with the purchase. The keyboard ergonomics are good. PBT keys are solid, and the longer keys such as the spacebar, shift key etc. are stabilised and lubed, with very little rattle.

I bought this keyboard for my dad and he says he loves it! My only issues are that the stabilizers are a bit weak. Another issue is the switches are very mushy but I think that’s because of the use over time. Overall great keyboard.

This is an absolutely amazing keyboard.

It feels like a cherry red but slightly lower actuation. ULTRA buttery smooth switches that make a really really satisfying muted sound. Not as loud like my cherry red but just really muted like you’re typing indeed a pillow.

Very very happy with they kb. For a cherry silver , actually is a good price .

I can easily recommend this for budget conscious folks .

Satisfying muted sound and very responsive tactile feel

    Pros:
This keyboard is SOLID. There’s no flex on the keyboard whatsoever because of the frame. It’s pretty heavy and has 5 rubber feet that it stands on, so no shifting when typing.

Keys (cherry mx brown) feel good and are made of PBT plastic, so no smudges on the keycaps after use

    Removable USB C cable

The 96 key layout is a really good middle ground between a true TKL 84 key layout and the full-size 104 key layout. The arrow keys are pretty useful (you don’t know what you’re missing until they’re gone)

    Cons:
The Zeus Engine software that pairs with this keyboard is really lacking in documentation. I wanted to add a number pad to this keyboard (since its a TKL board) using a combination of the Fn key and one of the m,j,k,l,u,i,o keys, but the software wasn’t letting me. If I wanted to make Fn+m = the number 0, it would turn my m key into 0m. I don’t see a scenario where doing that would be useful, so I believe it’s a software issue. I couldn’t reach Durgod for any tech support.

    TL;DR

If you take into consideration the build quality, cherry MX switches, PBT keycaps, removable USB C cable, and 96 key layout; there’s good value in this keyboard (at $140 CAD) as long as you can get over the software side of things.

    Great build quality, bad software

I’ve been using using mechanical switch keyboards since the early 2000’s but I’ve recently downsized my desk size and decided to try the tenkeyless layout so that I could essentially bring my mouse closer to they QWERTY keyboard. and reduce total required desk space. I do software development and rely heavily on the standard Special Keys (Insert, Delete, Home, End, Page Up/Down) to move around code and documents, so the tenkeyless design has been working extremely well for me. As for the keyboard, the mechanical switches work excellently. I would say for my personal preference, the mechanical switches feel 60% typing/coding and 40% gaming. I spent 8+ hours a day coding, with 1-3 hours every few days gaming and I have had zero problems with gaming thus far with this keyboard. I’ve been using it for several months with no issues.

I’m using this as a programmer’s keyboard and in my off hours, as a writer’s keyboard. It is lovely for both. Not as whipcrack as a red spring unit, which is good, because I can use it in the same room as someone else without driving them nuts. About the same level of key noise as a classic IBM Selectric II. Just enough to know you’ve hit the key, not enough to tell everyone in the room that you’re having trouble with a word. I’d give these to every employee, if I were the boss.

I bought this keyboard mainly for typing, and gawrsh is it GOOD. Typing on this keyboard is an exceptionally good experience. it’s definitely an upgrade from my EagleTec KG061-BR and Redragon K552-RGB as a main subtitute. I got the Cherry MX Red version and so far, I like the feedback and the sound is very balance – no cloud clicks. I haven’t used it for gaming yet, so can’t comment on that.

I purchased the Cherry MX Clear variant solely for office work and programming. Durgod got everything right with this keyboard. The keyboard deck is solid, and the plastics have a quality feel to them. The keyboard feet have two different height adjustments. It includes two cables – one USB-C and one standard USB.

The Cherry MX Clear variant is a tad expensive at over $170 CDN, but since I’m a pretty heavy typer , it was well worth it over the Cherry MX Browns. I tend to pound the keys very hard, and MX Browns were a bit too light for me. Note that other people may find MX Clear keyboards fatiguing due to their increased resistance. YMMV.

As a workhorse keyboard no-frills keyboard, I think this is a great product.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this product made me so happy that I decided to take an exception. This is my 3rd mechanical keyboard after trying out really cheap ones in the past. I wasn’t sure about spending this much on a keyboard without being sure, but then after watching the YT reviews I decided to take the plunge, and so glad that I did. This is by far the best keyboard that I’ve ever used. I sold my Logitech MX Keys after about a week from getting the Durgod.

Everything about this keyboard screams quality. The build, the finish etc. justifies the price. Love the keycaps and the colour combination. Appreciate the “professional” font used for the letters on the keycaps and not some of that weird “gaming” fonts. Love how the Cherry Mx Brown keys feel, also the spacebar and other meta keys are really stable and well lubed. I don’t have a single complain with this keyboard.

If you are not a mechanical keyboard veteran [modding, lubing etc] and want to wet your toe, I’d highly recommend this keyboard if you have the budget for it. So much better than buying those cheap mechanical keyboards. The moment you take it out of the box, you will know it is a quality product. They didn’t cut corners on quality.

Thank you Durgod for making such an awesome product. Now, please make a wireless version of this TKL keyboard and take my money.

I’m so glad I was able to find this. Aside from looking great, This keyboard has a nice weight to it and feels really solid. The keys themselves are a blast to type on and I love the tactility.

I have been delighted by this keyboard. I didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I have. I liked it so much that I have also just bought the RGB version for my home office too, looking forward to getting it.

The feel of the keycap plastic is very high. And you can’t really appreciate the weightyness of the board until you hold it. This thing is solid.

I chose Cherry Browns and am very happy with this decision. I have migrated from an old rubber dome keyboard so I thought I would enjoy having the ‘bump’ more than if I chose the Reds. It worked out for me, it’s quite a nice feel.

I also like how they give you 2 cables, so I didn’t need an adaptor to plug into USB C ports on Macbook.

The only thing I would deduct a half point for would be that the software will not run on Mac. However, I can run it on my windows machine and store the programmed values on the board itself. So this isn’t a dealbreaker.

The bezel is 5-6mm and its logo is quite discreet down the bottom left. I also like how the indicator lights are above the arrow keys in plain sight instead of at the top of the board.

Overall, highly highly recommended product. Very good value.

I like to type. Many years ago, I realized the need for a mechanical keyboard. I’ve purchased several over the years and have enjoyed them all, though there was always some kind of fault. I had one that I thought was perfect, but one of the shift keys was in an unusual spot and ruined my typing. Another was close, but apparently they used different, cheaper, switches on the space bar– the contrast was too jarring and ruined my typing rhythm. I researched more about the different types of switches and decided I needed to give the Cherry Clear switches a try. I had to talk myself into paying an extra $20 for these switches, but I am so happy I did. This Durgod keyboard is great and made of quality materials. They keys are fantastic and I have noticed an immediate improvement in the speed and accuracy in my typing. I would not hesitate to purchase the product again. In fact, I will probably be buying another for my wife. Durgod Cherry Clear switch keyboard is great for the typist.

Reminds me of my Nixeus Moda v2 (Kailh switches) that I got many years ago in terms of the quality of construction and weight. I’ve now tried Kailh, Outemu, Gateron and Cherry switches and my goodness these Cherry Browns feel the best out of all the brown switches but this partially has to do with the keycaps on the Durgod Taurus.

I bought this to replace my Cooler Master CK530 which was an absolute disaster of a keyboard. This is pricier but well worth it, so long it lasts. Rating it 4 stars out of 5 as I have no idea how durable it is but I really want to use this for a long time!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI am very pleasantly surprised by this keyboard at this price point. I returned a Keychron K6 due to severe typing accuracy problem due to the smaller layout, especially on the right side where some extra hardware keys were bordering important stuff like delete and enter. Additionally, the Gateron Browns, on that KB at least, felt wobbly and the key caps had quite a bit of movement and noise as a result.

This keyboard is quite different. It is built like a freaking tank and has significant weight (like you couldn’t guess how much it weighed if it was sitting on the table in front of you) that feels great in your hands and while sitting on the desk. Coupled with the 2-tier rear-edge risers with rubber grips, the keyboard isn’t going to move ANYWHERE while you’re typing.

I got the white version, and in addition to the awesome retro vibe the colors themselves are so nice, as is the plastic material of the case and the key caps as well. It’s just solid as heck.

I got the MX Reds and they feel exquisite. The action is phenomenal and these caps are not moving ANYWHERE but up and down, and they are quiet but still return that desired mechanical feedback to the ears and the fingers. Also they are lubing stabilizers at the factory which is just awesome and adds a lot of polish and quality to the final product. The key cap font is solid and understated and looks great – the caps themselves appear to be quite high quality.

I cannot stress enough the great build quality of this KB. For $99 it’s a literal steal. Multiple hidden cable routing options are a huge plus (left, center, right exits), 2 included cables (USB-C > USB-C and USB-C > USB-A) is a really nice touch, not to mention the free coaster! I hadn’t heard of this company nor come across any of their hardware until I was seriously digging into TKL options to replace my Logitech G-Pro with Romer-Gs (which is also good, but not this good) and I think that they need more exposure. I am a fan and will likely recommend heavily and buy again should the need arise.

Great TKL keyboard. I wanted something a bit quieter for the office, so the Cherry MX Brown switches are perfect, wry good key feel, only slightly softer than clicky blue switches.

Great keyboard construction, definitely up there with Ducky. Better quality cable and great cable routing compared to ducky. I also prefer the stands here, it just seems to be higher quality.

Just got this keyboard a couple hours ago. Initial thoughts are that the keyboard is what you’d expect. I got the Cherry MX brown switches and they sound very nice. Not super quiet, but not deafening loud either. One thing to keep in mind is that its quite difficult to type on for extended periods of time if you don’t use a wrist rest. My tip would be to use a towel for this.

Spacebar doesn ‘t rattle much. I would say that overall, this product is worth it (provided that its durable, which I guess i’ll find out).

Update: four months later and the keyboard is working fine apart from a slight spacebar ‘ring’ (almost as if the sound of pressing the spacebar is resonating within the board). Not a massive issue as the sound is quite quiet.

I’ve been using computers a few decades now and this is my 1st mechanical keyboard. I’ve been researching them a couple weeks and decided on the Durgod Taurus K320 TKL Mechanical Gaming Keyboard – 87 Keys – Double Shot PBT – Corona Cherry Silent Keys. It took me a little to get use to coming from using an oversized membrane keyboard my whole life. The Cherry silent keys are quiet but not silent but quieter than past keyboards ive used.. and it all depends how hard u type. The harder you type the louder they are. Impressed at the build quality and it has a nice weight so it doesn’t move around while typing. 3x the price of any other keyboard I’ve ever purchased but it’s attached to a $2000 computer so why go cheap.

1 month update. I definitely type faster on this keyboard. Love the feel of the cherry silent keys! I never installed the software to create macros but love the fact you change or turn on/off the lighting with its built in key functions. The only key I miss is a Windows sleep mode button .. but there are a few ways to fix this without software.. just google search: windows sleep macro (the website MakeUseOf has several fixes)

My first mechanical keyboard had blue switches, but the sound drove me nuts. If I’m being honest, I tried to order a Ducky keyboard with Cherry MX clear switches, but the order was delayed for over 2 months. When my trusty membrane chiclet keyboard died on me, it was time to find something that I could bear to listen to myself type on for longer than a few minutes.

Enter: Amazon Prime Shipping – I needed it fast.

I opted for the silent red switches on this Durgod keyboard, mainly because of the reviews for the keyboard and the switches themselves — “silent” sounded pretty nice. I also really liked the color palette on this board.

Anyway, it’s been about a month and I’m very pleased with it so far. I don’t use it during my workday (perfectly happy using my Macbook Pro 16 keyboard since it’s not awful) but when I get off work and switch to my PC it’s almost like I’m rewarding myself for a hard day’s work with this keyboard. They almost feel like a membrane on the bottom end, but the action is linear/instant and I can type with such ease! Plus, aside from the sound of me pressing the keys themselves, there is almost no sound at all. No click! I’m in heaven.

Long story short, as my second ever mechanical keyboard purchase, I’m super happy with this keyboard. 10/10

I bought this keyboard with Mx-Brown switches after trying some of the MX-Blue. The brown switches are little expensive compared to Blue (average around $20, whereas brown starts at $99). Let me set the context, that I use this only for working and not for gaming, so the review is only for work. I have a butterfly keyboard and I hate it for the RSI it gives me.

    Pros:

    – Price. For the brown keyboard this is at the lower end of the spectrum
    – Built – this is sturdy enough, well built.
    – Goodies of the brown switch – avoid RSI without decreasing your productivity. You type faster yet don’t have RSI.

    Cons:

    – Although the key-caps have a slight dip for ergonomics, that’s pretty much about the ergonomics. I would’ve preferred adjustable inclination/height or better positioning of some keys. That said, my benchmark is against the ergonomics keyboards, and also like to point that this keyboard’s ergonomics is no less than a normal keyboard. But for the pricepoint, a good ergonomics is a nice add 🙂

Ok so this is my first mechanical keyboard but man it is great! I got brown switches which feel very premium, and the aesthetic is very pleasing. It has a nice weight and it just makes me want to sit and type. It has adjustable feet and comes with a key cap remover, a coaster and the two different cables. The plastics they used are premium and they use double shot PBT keycaps. I got the white version with no backlight cause I liked the classic look. Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI was skeptical about this brand/keyboard but I am really happy with it. I have 2 Corsairs at home with Silent Reds, Das Professional with Brown switches and custom keycaps, and now Durgod TKL with Browns.

I tried Durgod with Silent Red as well but ultimately decided to keep the one with browns – it just feels much better typing. My pre-teen son summed it up pretty good: “it took more pressure to press Silent Reds than browns and it feels better to hear Browns” 🙂

Now browns definelty louder especially if you bottom them down – you can practice to lightly touch keycaps (they are very sensitive) or you can put o-rings to dampen the noise.

Keyboard quality is top notch and you will appreciate simple minimalistic design but with a lot of engineering – how you can wire cables, 2 stage legs, pads. I love they gave you 2 set of cables – usb and usb-c.

PBT keys feels awesome! hard to explain but again using my sons words it feels luxury 🙂 I never had PBT keycaps and now I will never have ABS keycaps I think.

I did not install software yet and do not really need to.

This is undoubtedly one of the better keyboards at this price range. What’s funny is that this keyboard will even rival much more expensive models. The build quality is great. I can tell a lot of effort went into putting this together. There is very, very little flex to the keyboard. All the keys feel great and premium, and the longer keys like the spacebar are firmly in place and do not produce any additional sound when pressed. I got the Cherry Silent Red switches, and I only hear the switch when I press the spacebar, shift key, enter key, etc. They did a great job at putting this together. This is an amazing value and I would recommend this keyboard for anyone that wants the great experience of a mechanical keyboard.

Amazing build quality with a sturdy base, responsive key switches, and the keycaps are the cherries on the icing, the Double Shot PBT feels much better than ABS, love it. Also, it comes with both USB/A and type-C cables, can easily connect to my laptop and PC without the dangles anymore!

After rocking it for a few days, it definitely outperforms my old WASD code v2 in both gaming and typing, even with a cheaper price tag!

Don’t let the strange name fool you, Durgod produces very high quality keyboards. If you are looking for a mechanical keyboard that is both attractive and well-assembled, this is the one for you. The construction of the chassis is very solid and all of the plastic is high-quality PBT. The stabilizers also seem to be factory-lubed, so there is basically no rattle from the larger keys, such as the space bar.

The only thing you should be careful with is your selection of key switches. Many people think they want blue switches, but beware, the noise they make can become annoying quickly. I got this durgod keyboard with red switches and I couldn’t be happier.

    Great Quality, high-end keyboard.

I bought this keyboard a few weeks ago, and it’s been great! The build quality is decent, and the keycaps are good quality PBT. The board I purchased doesn’t have backlighting, which might be a deal-breaker for some people, but I can go either way.

For switches, I opted to pay extra for Cherry MX Clear. I know some people will find these switches to be too heavy (particularly if you’re into gaming on your keyboard), but I mainly use my keyboard for typing, and I like the tactile feedback – clear switches have a more pronounced tactile bump over brown switches. Besides, I tend to type like King Kong, so I have no problem going with a heavier switch.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersTyping is great, very sturdy and quite heavy.

Big problem with the Zeus Engine on Windows 10 x64, with heavy IT-driven security policies: whenever Zeus Engine runs, it runs a [temporary] custom driver installation tool which comes with it – upon each start or re-plug of the kb, and that tool requires elevated permissions to run – and silently fails if it does not have those permissions.

So the way to make Zeus Engine work on a computer running a bunch of privilege management tools is these steps
    – close Zeus if it is running, then make sure kb is working (it generally bricks if you run Zeus as regular user)
    – start elevated Powershell command line (some tools such as Avecto require starting it using “runas” not just “as Administrator” to actually get necessary access)
    – start the DeviceCustom0081.exe (comes in Zeus’s Drivers subfolder) in that elevated command line and check if it prints any error messages (should not)
    – now start Zeus Engine as usual (not elevated etc.) – now it should be able to detect the keyboard and all customization features work properly

I replaced an old keyboards with this one. I didn’t expect that high of quality because it was really affordable for a mechanical cherry keyboard. To my surprise, this highly surpassed every expectations I had but one. The cable is really low quality, but since it’s easily replaced and for the price I paid, I can’t complaint nor lower the score from the product or seller. The shipping was also ridiculously fast. This morning, the keyboard arrived at my house. I got it in the white version with Cherry MX blacks, (since reds are a bit too light, browns I aren’t a huge fan of and blues I hate) and it looks and feels fantastic. Everything about this keyboard is premium, the build quality, keycaps, switches and look. I really like how the usb-c input of the keyboard is in the middle, and you can route it through the left, middle and right. I’ve personally never used Cherry MX blacks before, but being a fan of linear switches, I decided to try something new, and WOW these switches are underrated. They are 15g heavier than reds, and I can tell that they are noticeably smoother. The sound of them (combined with the PBT keycaps) is excellent, you can really hear the “thock” sound that people look for in a switch. Overall, this keyboard is fantastic, and the best value you can get for your money at this price point.

My model: MX Brown, space grey

Deck: hefty and strong, not metal, but given it’s solid feel and clean appearance you won’t care, no deck flex at all.

Keycaps: PBT double shot, very similar feel to older keyboards, and current Corsair models

Key stability: excellent, spacebar is not lose or springy, even when striking the far edge the entire key evenly depresses. Caps are good and rigid.

Switches: MX Browns, the switches themselves are not knock offs so far as I can tell, so they feel like MX Brown, as for lubrication, they drag just a bit when depressed, but not bad.

If you want a standard US layout keyboard and you don’t care about reprogramming keys, I woul highly recommend this model, it is very well made for a 100$ keyboard, if you’re a programmer who uses alot of macros and key changes you should look elsewhere, but for standard users this is an excellent product.

After about a month of use, my only real complaints are that
-It was shipped with no other box, ie the shipping label was placed directly on the packaging of the keyboard and taped shut. This caught me off guard, and while the keyboard wasn’t damaged the box is pretty roughed up.
-I’ve started to notice a metallic ping noise on certain/most keypresses. It’s not the BIGGEST deal, but the sound of the switches was certainly a big factor in me wanting the board.

You really won’t be disappointed with this keyboard. I haven’t even had to install the software because you can intuitively control the RGB from the keyboard itself (although I will probably install it eventually to get per-key lighting selection).

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFirst, let’s just start with this is one of my favorite keyboards to type on. It’s not artful, backlit, full of knobs or macro keys. It just feels and sounds amazing for the price. That’s it. I went with MX Browns.

This is my new daily driver for work (and I mean day because it has no backlight).

    Pros:
    1. Almost entirely mitigates the sharp metallic echo sound that many MX Switches have. Perfect for those who are sound sensitives.
    2. SOLID feel. The keys, the board, the grip on my table.
    3. Sound is far superior to more expensive boards. It produces a lower frequency and far more pleasant sound (for me) than the Corsair K95 Platinum XT.

As the title said, the keyboard is really good. I bought mine with Cherry mx White and the sound is really not that bad (no inconsistency). However, it should be noted that the keyboard doesn’t come with any backlit feature (not even white). I had to return it, because the backspace key kept getting stuck while pressing it on the top right corner, but would’ve gladly kept it if it there wasn’t sticky keys.

This keyboard feels so good to type on. It’s nice that there’s a product out there that doesn’t scream “GAMER” but also has all of the features a gamer would want. The simple functions are more than enough for what I need my keyboard to be. The included cables are remarkable and have a special seal that will ensure that the cable is always seated securely. The keycaps are an absolute JOY to type on. They’re soft, yet solid and you can really tell the difference between a printed keycap compared to double shot keycaps. I highly recommend this product!
