Knives are great however one of the feet was missing off the knife block making it unsteady. Don’t want to bother returning so stuck something to the bottom to make it more sturdy.

Great set of quality knives for the price, good and easy to hold. Very sharp so be careful when using. They look good and stylish being made from the one piece of metal, I liked that they also had a pair scissors and a sharpener. The block is good and solid.

My husband does the cooking and he wanted new lightweight knives (he has arthritis in his hands). Our daughter had bought these and was v happy with them, so we decided to give them a try. They are actually very light and easy to hold, they are easy to use from the knife block and to put away again. They wash very well in the dishwasher also, though very easy to clean by hand also. My husband is an extremely happy little chap now, chopping away to his heart’s content!

Very happy with the quality of these knives. Needed to replace some knives that had very quickly worn away and this caught my eye. Great variety of knives and I love the addition of the scissors, steak knives and knife sharpener. We have taken them out of the knife block and put them in drawers however as it is quite large and took up a lot of space on our countertop.

Stop looking at those fancy coloured knives that are made with 2 materials, which don’t stay sharp for long and break at the joints. Buy this set of knives, as they’re all cast in on, so can’t break. Evenly weighted, very very sharp and easy to sharpen when need be, easy to clean but dry them straight away to stop any rust forming although I’ve not had this yet.

Lovely set of knives but have noticed slight discoloration on one after going through the dishwasher, and it would be nice to have a leaflet or something that indicates which is to be used on which type of food – however, with that proviso if you know what you’re doing it’s a great knife set for a great price. Would have like a big bread knife though, but you can’t get everything 🙂
Great knives, very sharp! Cut through food very easily. They are not heavy so comfortable to use when doing lots of cooking. They wash and dry well not leaving any marks on the knives. Brilliant value for money. Would buy again.

Very sharp and sturdy, I’ve only used a few of the knives so far but what a bargain.
La bote d’emballage contient elle-mme 2 cartons distincts dans lesquels se trouvent le bloc dans l’un et les pices dans l’autre (photos 1 5).
Le bloc en lui-mme est trs joli, en noir comme j’aime, et c’est d’ailleurs une des raisons qui m’a fait choisir cet ensemble.
Par contre, il a des rayures l’arrire, et beaucoup de sciures qui trainent en dessous, ce qui laisse un peu dsirer dans la finition, mais comme ce sont des parties qui ne se voient pas, l’arrire et au-dessous, a ne me drange pas plus que a (photos 6 8).
Il est galement assez lourd et tient ainsi bien en place.
Quant l’ensemble de couteaux et accessoires, il est quasiment parfait, et exactement ce que je recherchais, avec la lame et le manche ne faisant qu’un, ce qui vite les cassures habituelles avec les couteaux en 2 parties qui finissent par se sparer la longue (photo 9)
On a donc 13 couteaux au total, tous livrs avec un embout de protection en plastique, dont les 2 plus grands ont des manches respectivement d’environ 14,5 cm et 13,5 cm, et tous les autres de 11,5 cm, accompagns d’un aiguiseur et une paire de ciseaux, le tout tant bien protg dans un emballage individuel (photos 10 17) :
* 1 grand couteau de chef (photo 12)
* 1 grand couteau trancher (photo 13, en haut)
* 1 couteau Santoku (photo 13, en bas)
* 1 couteau pain (photo 14, en haut)
* 1 couteau tout usage (photo 14, en bas)
* 2 petits couteaux pour plucher (photo 15, en haut)
* 6 couteaux steak (photo 15, en bas)
* 1 paire de ciseaux (photo 16 et 17)
* et 1 aiguiseur
noter qu’ils sont vraiment lgers, et qu’on les tient bien en mains avec leur manche assez long.
Par contre, les ciseaux sont apparemment de moins bonne qualit que le reste : ils sont dj oxyds ds l’arrive, certains endroits des lames.
Un petit point de rouille sur la lame extrieure avec le logo, en bas, et plusieurs petits points de rouille sur la lame intrieure, ct sans logo, au centre (photo 18 et 19).
C’est cette raison, ajoute au fait que les finitions du bloc ne sont pas parfaites, qui me fait retirer une toile, sinon ce set mriterait amplement les 5 toiles, car non seulement il est trs joli, mais en plus a coupe vraiment bien.
Par contre, noter que le tout est tout de mme assez encombrant, faisant 13 cm de largeur pour 20 cm de profondeur, et qu’il faut avoir assez de place pour le poser.
Je n’ai pas une grande cuisine, mais j’ai tout de mme russi le caser entre ma cafetire et ma Tassimo, mais il n’aurait pas fallu qu’il soit plus imposant (photos 20 et 21).
En rsum, ce lot me plat beaucoup, et je ne regrette pas mon achat.

Very useful product with all the knives you will need to get started in the kitchen. The knives arrived clean, sharp and ready to use which is great now we are using them all the time.
It might be an excessive amount of knives and a little pricey but it is very much worth the price tag. Very strong knives, extremely easy to clean and care for and will be in our household for many years to come!

A sharpening steel is also included to keep them sharp and burr-free. Useful pair of kitchen scissors are there too but they don’t separate to clean so -1 point there. All the knives are one-piece metal so very hygienic but the handle feels hollow. This makes them very light but sometimes a little weight in there make all the difference and aid balance. Then, I’m not going to get the same match compared to my Wusthof set.
A nice set that will do for general use or someone just starting on adventures in the kitchen but would recommend looking for another set if getting serious at home.
These knives are very sharp. They slice through meat without any effort and cut very well.

We do however miss this set not having a bread knife. Unfortunately we disposed of our old knife set before realising this, so make sure they have what you want first!
Very very sharp and good cutters, great range of knives. Dry well and no water marks are left from the dishwasher.

Ich hatte erst so meine Zweifel am Messerset, da ja einige schrieben, dass sie sehr leicht sind. Die Leichtigkeit der Messer kann ich besttigen und muss auch sagen, dass man sich erst daran gewhnen muss. Das ging aber sehr schnell, denn dafr sind die Messer extrem scharf. Ich habe mich auch mehrmals an den Klingen beim putzen der Messer geschnitten. Eigene Dummheit :-). Nachdem ich sie nun ber 2 Monate tglich benutze, kann ich sagen, dass diese Messer ihr Geld wert sind. Die Schrfe ist , wie am ersten Tag,weiterhin voll da. Optisch sehen sie auch super aus. Hervorragend finde ich die die Lsung mit den Steakmesser. Diese alleine sind schon das Geld wert.
prior to this set, i always thought that sound swords and knives made in movies was fake, but these ones are so sharp you can hear it!

Sono coltelli che tagliano molto bene di qualit ad un buon prezzo buono , sono leggeri e ch un coltello per ogni esigenza per tagliare : verdure,carne ,pane ,pesce + 6 coltelli da mettere in tavola per tagliare la carne . Il porta coltelli pesante quasi impossibile rovesciarlo sfilando il coltello se ci riuscite avete usato veramente troppa forza .
Es kommt meinen hohen Ansprchen gerecht.
Auch die Schere schneidet sehr gut. Gefllt mir optisch aber weniger, habe sie auf die Seite gelegt.
Einen kleinen Minuspunkt hat es: Einige ffnungen fr die Messer im Block waren nicht einwandfrei entgratet, dies lsst sich jedoch mit einer schmalen Feile und ein paar Handgriffen beseitigen. Fr den Preis finde ich das verschmerzbar. Jetzt sieht es nmlich perfekt aus.
The knives are made of one-piece stainless steel. There is also a pair of scissors (shears) with a nut cracker in the middle, and a knife steel for sharpening the knives.
The knives are beautifully constructed and arrive very very sharp, so be careful! Each knife comes packaged with a plastic tip for safety, which needs to be removed before placing into the block.
In the product description photos, the Santoku and tomato knife are incorrectly labelled the wrong way round. The serrated tomato knife is also good for cutting bread.
It’s not immediately evident from the description photos, but this set comes with SIX steak knives, which is fantastic!
The reason I gave them a 4/5 for “easy to clean” is because they are so sharp, I got scared!
This is really very good value. The knives are good quality, very sharpe and easy to sharpen. Easy to hold and use. I couldn’t think of one task from beef and vegetables and fish that there wasn’t an appropriate knife for.
Add that with an easy store block and I have to give this 5 stars.

These are very attractively designed knives in an equally appealing block. the set also comes with a pair of culinary scissors and a sharpener, so they really do tick pretty much every box. They are a bit lighter than they would appear but they are sharp as can be and seem to hold their edge extremely well. It was great to get this set and finally ditch my old mis-matched collection of chipped and worn out kitchen tools. Great value at just over 60 for 16 pieces and a sturdy block.

Prodotto spedito puntuale, arrivato ben imballato in una scatola di cartone, i coltelli sono messi in sicurezza affinch aprendo il pacco non ci si possa ferire.
Non il primo set di coltelli che acquisto, li ho acquistati perch c’ era scritto esplicitamente “acciaio inossidabile” e dovendoli utilizzare nella mia barca a vele, quindi in un ambiente salmastro, avevo bisogno di un prodotto di qualit.
A distanza di un mese e mezzo posso ritenermi soddisfatto del prodotto, non hanno il minimo segno di ruggine.
Il set completo e costruito con materiali di buona qualit.

Habe mir vor einigen Tage den messerblock bestellt. Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Artikel. Qualitt der Messer sind Top. Man hat sehr viel Auswahl an Messer. Ich werfe die Messer sogar in die Splmaschine. Der artikel was sehr schnell da und super verpackt.

Pour ce qui est de la coupe aprs avoir aiguisser les lames sont trs tranchantes donc attention aux enfant mais parfait pour cuisine
ich bin begeistert. Erstens hat mein ein umfangreiches Messer-Sortiment (alle Bedrfnisse werden abgedeckt). Zweitens ist die Qualitt unvergleichbar. Diese Messer (und auch das Ergebnis der Arbeit) lassen sich nicht im Ansatz mit gnstigen Ikea-Produkten vergleichen.
Und by the Way machen die Messer Optisch einfach was her, vielleicht auch nicht ganz unwichtig fr gewisse Kchen.
