Tiny and super easy to connec
I ordered this one after my Sony died. I travel for work and I like my own Bluetooth I can take with me: small and compact with decent enough sound. It needs to be small to fit my suitcase or my handbag.
This one seems perfect. Its design is really lovely, it looks much better than the picture.
Best part: it pairs amazingly well. I have a few Bluetooth devices at home, and this one is to go with my prehistoric iPhone 5. It paired within couple seconds, really impressive.
Sound: I’m no specialist, and I don’t really care this much for this one. But it’s good for such a small this. Loud enough at maximum with just enough basses.
Also I dropped it right after I unpacked it. And no scratch, nothing. Great little thing.

I bought this very recently as had a lot of socially distanced picnics coming up for my birthday. I charged it the night before only to realise 30 mins before leaving the house that I hadn’t turned the plug on. Oops. So it was only charged for 30 mins but last 5 hours in the park! I was impressed!
I also used it outside for my class end of term picnic/ distanced dance party. It was just loud enough for them to hear the music (a bit louder would have been perfect but for the price and size of it this speaker did well!).
It’s quicker to start up than my google mini so I use it around my flat too! Great purchase!

Superb Hi-Fi quality speaker, one of my best buys in a long time
I just can’t get it how this tiny speaker produces so powerful and exceptional sound. I can’t stress enough how hard is to find a decent quality Bluetooth speaker.. In most cases we end up disappointed and frustrated. I was really reluctant to purchase another speaker, as I had a couple sitting around and not utilized.
Even after reading all the positive comments the result far exceeds my expectations. This is a Hi-Fidelity devise with a fraction of the cost we would normally pay.
Buy this product, just do it.....now!
This little speaker is superb. Incredible bass for the size. Locks onto Bluetooth instantly. Feels good in the hand, with its predominantly metal case. The rubber base ensures that it doesn’t slide around and it takes a phono wire straight from your phone or it can take a micro sd card as well. It also has an FM radio built in. No one should be without one. The only thing it could do with is a little travel pouch. There is a waterproof version, but it does not have so many features , it’s larger and doesn’t sound as good.
Compact Speaker for yourTravels
I purchased this speaker as a replacement for my ageing JBL Flip and I am thoroughly impressed. The compact size means that the speaker takes up no space at all in my bag and is easily carried on a daily basis. I take this with me on location shoots to provide a little music during the day. These shoots can last anything up to 12 hours depending on location and what I am covering and this speaker handles it great. I can finish several playlists throughout the day and still have battery remaining. I average about 9-10 hours battery life at the moment with volume set about halfway and having the speaker charge through USB is great for re-charging on the train home or in the car. The only issue I have with the speaker is the lack of USB-C so I have to carry around a dedicated cable just for this, other than that this is a solid speaker and well worth the price.
get dancing in your hotel room
This little beast is a cracker. I’ve always got a Bluetooth speaker with me when I travel. It’s a great sound ( fortunately) lightweight, hence packable with the other 60 Kg your lugging around.
If your in Indonesia, China, Bangkok and wondering what to do for the evening ( haha ) you can listen to your fav sounds with super quality.
Comes superbly packed too – so if you have to get a pressy for your boss to apologise for calling him a name that sounds similar – you can give it him straight away in the lovely box.
Quite simply fantastic sound & quality for this price bracket!!
Having had purchased Soundcore products before, I was searching for a small speaker that I could use around the home. This one came up and having read other reviews it was time to give it a go. I am very impressed! Given the tiny, ultra-portable size, this speaker and the 5W driver really packs a punch in such a small shell. Immediately after unboxing you can feel the premium quality build, nice clicky buttons and the little weight that it has to keep it firmly on any surface. Connectivity was super easy, nice long rang with virtually no dropouts or interference whatsoever despite my phone being upstairs! LED light on the front and side is great to see the status of the speaker along with playback controls which offer good feedback. Charging is quick using any micro-usb cable as well. Notice that the speaker points upwards giving a nice 360 sound as opposed to being directional (which is okay if you’re siting in one place) but this sounds good all around a room no matter where you place it.
Onto sound quality, and this speaker delivers a nice, balance sound considering the small size. The bass is there, but also mids and highs are evenly balanced, but don’t expect anything overpowering and because of the smaller driver don’t expect there to be a wide soundstage. For this price point, this outdoes any small speakers which I’ve demo’d previously. There is a good range of features too such as the FM Radio, microSD card slot and the AUX in so you can listen to audio in various ways. Battery life is excellent, only charged it once and after a few hours I am now at 90%. This speaker is truly everything you expect from Anker build and solid battery technology. I have mine turned on and playing ambient music whilst I work from home and it is a pleasure to listen to, not to mention that it can get really LOUD too! Even on low volumes its perfect and allows me to listen without disturbing any other people nearby too.
I’ve connected the speaker to various devices (Android, iOS, MacBook) and all have worked flawlessly, the speaker reports back the battery percentage and the light on the device can indicate when to charge. Look forward to using it for calls with the built-in microphone but so far very impressed. This speaker doesn’t have the bulk of larger speakers but it also has a nice, sexy shape that isn’t present on other plasticky, tinny speakers. I was comparing this to other speakers at the time of deciding such as the Juice Jumbo, JBL GO 2, JAM Classic/Hang Up, Sony, Bush, Betron etc and others that fit the under 20 price tag and this speaker is worth every penny and trumps those hockey puck units easily!
Perfectly adequate for a small gathering, even better for personal listening wherever you want! And definitely better than using phone speakers! You won’t find a small speaker with this many features, with this reliability and build quality!

I had been dithering about getting one of these for ages and finally bit the bullet based on the Amazon reviews. Oh I am soooo very, very glad I did!!
What a simply amazing bit of kit! It produces a fabulous sound for such a small size. This little speaker seriously punches well above its weight.
It was packaged really well and the moment I picked it up out of the box I knew this was a serious bit of kit. Wonderfully compact, somehow weighty without being heavy…go figure! I accidentally put the sound up a bit high and likely nearly blew my neighbour off of his sofa, such was the audio punch this mighty little speaker delivered!
It’s also incredibly easy to use. Turn it on, scroll through your phones blue tooth devices list, locate it and you’re good to go. I got mine running my music from my Amazon Prime account in under a minute. It’s utterly fabulous!
All this for not a lot of money. I know people who spend more on coffee a week than this mighty little speaker cost me (pre Covid now they probably spend more on facemasks and hand sanitiser a week).
I have not used the radio function nor have I needed to recharge it yet so I can’t comment on these functions at the moment.
I have been playing different kind of music, classical and pop and rock on this little speaker. It handles both equally well. On that basis I think it would meet the needs of all but the extremely particular listener. It has both good bass and treble and is well balanced between the two. The sound is very pure with no hiss, buzz or interference.

Bluetooth had some issues at the beginning connecting to the laptop, but after pairing it withmy phone, the laptop could find it too. I haven’t charged it since delivered and it’s been on for about 6 hours now, with the charge it arrived. It is obviously not a high quality sound system, but I only need it for music and films and it does the job just great. Volume is decent, even when turned up. Very easy to operate, I hate it when something has 20 buttons and 10 functions I’d never use – this doesn’t. I really like that it has an SD card slot so music can be played directly without any other devices. I haven’t tried the radio, but I don’t need it. For the price it’s a decent little speaker, looks really good, and I live that it’s small. Let’s see how long it lasts.

Huge bang for your buck - amazing
This is a peach of a speaker and I’m genuinely over the moon with it. I have bought Anker in the past and never once been disappointed. This is a step up in my opinion and has an apple quality about it. The sound is seriously excellent for such a small speaker. I bought it because my MacBook Pro’s sound is not great – I think there’s a fault to be honest. I have watched a few movies, the grand tour, and loads of Spotify and I cannot fault it. The battery sales to last ages although I haven’t tested that or timed it just seems long. It has lovely bluetooth features and connected to my iPhone really quickly. This is a no brainer for me to recommend and I would happily buy again.

It’s small, compact and very lightweight. The quality of the sound is great-clear without any noise distortion at high volume and crisp and clear at lowest volume setting.
It was incredibly easy to pair with my iPhone and iPad (less than 30 seconds and I was listening to a podcast).
If you were on the fence about buying this product I can assure you that for the money I doubt you could find better (I bought at the bargain price of 19).

Amazing little device, so much functionality, incredible value
Amazing little device with so much functionality. I am using it as a conference speaker on my laptop as I am working from home – I don’t need my headphones any more, and the laptop speaker and mic is rubbish. This device is great, the noise cancelling mic picks up my voice with very good quality, and the speaker sound is also very good with surprisingly good tone considering it is so tiny. If you place it on the right sort of surface the bass is pretty good. Functions just as well with Bluetooth (with my phone) or 3.5 jack (for my laptop). Have recommended to others who are working from home and they love it too.

I originally bought this to go with a new build PC and the want to remove uneccessary cables. I intended to use infrequently, when watching YouTube or a desktop video game. Unfortunately, the other half pinched it off me to play when on the move in the house or relaxing on the sofa.
Bluetooth is simple and the volume is respectable given the size and price. Battery life is impressive and it shuts itself off when not in use which prevents from having to charge. Charging is USB, so really easy. No complaints with sound quality either.
I bought another as I found myself without a PC speaker and does the job there really well too.

Great sound from a compact unit that fits into the palm of your hand. The FM radio function is good together with the micro SD card slot.
Despite other reviewers criticism of the mode selection process I soon got use to it and I think most buyers will probably use one mode for the majority of time, be it FM radio, SD card or bluetooth.
I have other Anker products and their battery life has been excellent so no reason to believe the Mini will be different.
Update……….after using the speaker for a couple of weeks I can confirm that it is definitely brilliant, even my wife said “that is impressive”. The updated version, the Mini 2, has 1W more speaker power but no FM radio so why pay more for that model!
While the Mini does not produce the full blasting surround sound of a 200 unit, the sound quality is excellent. We use it when relaxing outside or in the caravan awning but I mainly use it for music in the bathroom.

Small but punchy.
basically every review that says its great……is right.Bought this after my anker speaker just wouldnt charge and wanted something for the kitchen and when going to the park for a picnic and this has all the things you want from a small portable bluetooth speaker and more.Don’t let the size fool you this thing packs a punch.The sound is very good and easily fills a room with sound but dont expect it to be like you have a full stereo in your room but way better than most speakers even larger ones.The bass is very punchy and has good timing so not overbearing so you don’t hear the higher frequencies.The mids are ok and the treble is just right but i play a lot of different styles of music.Its not very heavy and i have only charged it once since i bought it last august 2019 and i play it on average about 30mins-1hr each week.but when i took it to the park it lasted 6hrs without any worries and had to lower the volume as people were looking.No dropped connections easily connects to your device.
A very good speaker for the price.

basically every review that says its great……is right.Bought this after my anker speaker just wouldnt charge and wanted something for the kitchen and when going to the park for a picnic and this has all the things you want from a small portable bluetooth speaker and more.Don’t let the size fool you this thing packs a punch.The sound is very good and easily fills a room with sound but dont expect it to be like you have a full stereo in your room but way better than most speakers even larger ones.The bass is very punchy and has good timing so not overbearing so you don’t hear the higher frequencies.The mids are ok and the treble is just right but i play a lot of different styles of music.Its not very heavy and i have only charged it once since i bought it last august 2019 and i play it on average about 30mins-1hr each week.but when i took it to the park it lasted 6hrs without any worries and had to lower the volume as people were looking.No dropped connections easily connects to your device.

Superb speake
Received this whopper of a speaker a few days ago and just- Oh. My. Gosh.
It may look small, but boy does it pack a punch. It’s sleek, portable and did I mention, powerful?
I’ve played it at full volume where bass is needed and it still sounds crystal clear. It’s got a little rubber ring on the bottom so it doesn’t move around while the bass tickles the surface.
It’s easy to connect and I am yet to find a fault.
My mum was so impressed with this, I bought her one too!

Awesome little speake
I love this little speaker, I’ve used it in my house, in a park, as well as hiking Mount Snowdon!
The battery life is amazing, even when I forget to turn the power off – it has a shut off mode. Connecting it is easy and the sound quality is amazing. My boss bought one of these for the office and I had to buy myself one.
I bought this along with a case, which came with a carabiner clip, so when I was hiking back down Mount Snowdon I connected my phone to it via bluetooth, connected the case to the outside of my backpack and listened to music to keep my motivation up! (we were alone for the most part so didn’t annoy people!)

I paid 19 for this and it’s the best Bluetooth speaker I’ve ever owned.
Pros:
Deceptively loud sound for its size with good background bass and clarity. The sound will easily fill a room and will be suitable in most cases, holiday hotel room, beach, car, garden.

Battery life is excellent (10 days), even at high volume when other speakers will drain quicker.

Great product and excellent value for money
I am really impressed with this – connection to bluetooth was simple and quick. I connected it to spotify and it hasn’t let me down. The sound quality is great considering the size of it, and I love the fact that it is so portable. I’ve not used the full battery life on it yet, so I can’t comment on that. The item also arrived fully charged so I don’t know about charging time. For the price this is a really good piece of tech, and I’m really pleased with it.

The negative side: I didn’t expect it to fill a room with sound, but when I did turned it full blast — it distorted badly. At full volume — it was struggling. You’d think it would have some headroom for really high levels. As such I returned it and bought a bigger speaker.
I would not recommend if you are using this for home use; maybe for car or mobile use — it would suffice.
Nice little compact speaker.
Great little speaker for listening to podcasts, no so great for music due to its limited dynamic range. You’re not going to get Hifi sound out of a speaker this size but for voice-driven audio it’s fine. One small annoyance is it always seems to default to three-quarter volume when connecting meaning you have to dive for the volume when connecting. Build quality is good, The BT connection method is slightly odd but once connected to the phone is reliable. For the price it’s a pretty neat piece of kit.

Amazing
I unpacked this and put it on charge. I bought this to use as a speaker for my iPhone while exercising on my treadmill. I was not too bothered about sound quality as thumping along on my tread makes a fair bit of noise. I switched it on an within seconds it paired to my phone. I put on some music and was actually blown away by the sound. It was great quality for this small device. Used it with my treadmill and turned up the volume and was amazed. Really pleased I got this speaker.

It doesn’t compete with a 200 bluetooth speaker, but it sounds great and is super portable. I ended up buying another and having it shipped directly to my friend, due to Covid lockdown restrictions, but opted to keep the one I had to replace my 200 one for camping trips etc due to its portability.
Sadly, had an issue with the one sent to my friend. I had popped the micro SD in her birthday card but she couldn’t get it to work, it happens. I contacted Anker directly as I wasn’t sure about returning items whilst under lockdown. I received truly amazing customer service from them, I cannot speak highly enough of the process and resolution. Anker not only make good kit but value their after sales service too. 10 out of 10 on all fronts.

Where do I start? The speaker itself is tiny, but this tiny thing packs a sound! Connecting via Bluetooth was easy peasy which is really rare. I was blown away by the sound when I put the music on. I have a Samsung sound bar with 3 different pieces and this tiny speaker impressed me so much more than the Samsung. It fills a room with SOUND! I could enjoy good music even in the kitchen without moving the speaker with me. What’s more, it’s so cheap you don’t even need to think twice about it. If airports ever open again it’s coming with me on holiday!

Excellent speaker...
If you put this on an empty wooden box…wow! Even if not, wow! This is such a good speaker for not much money…
Be careful where you place it though, as the passive bass thing will mean that it’ll bounce it’s way off smaller surfaces, and although that’s happened quite a few times with me, it still works fine and keeps pumping the tunes out…so not only sounds great but is also durable…
Battery life is ok, but then I tend to play it full volume most of the time so it runs down fairly quick,5hrs or so but one can plug in and use so it’s not really an issue…

I use this speaker daily for zoom meetings, music, watching amazon video or Netflix on a tablet. Great speaker to have on whilst working out. Easy to connect to any Bluetooth device or by audio cable (laptop speakers) but only one device at a time – remember to disconnect and reconnect to new device. The microphone isn’t great for phone calls but I would agree with the majority of the reviews here on Amazon that this is a great little portable Bluetooth speaker and would highly recommend.
Superb sound!
Bought to replace a similar unit, different brand, that packed in after 11 months. Warranty far too complex and long-winded to bother with. Bought this new and glad I did. Superb sound, great bass and volume control. Connected to my PC through which I output my music via iTunes. Very, very good sound. Had heard of Anker product quality, now experienced it, would buy the brand again. A little more expensive c15-20% than other makes but the sound quality makes up the difference.
Out-Performs KS Boombar....
Connects in seconds, sound quality is excellent. Build quality is also first class (have bought other Anker items before so I was expecting nothing less).
For something this small, the bass out performs my KS Boombar which is 3 times the size. All round sound quality is excellent.
I particularly like that the volume controls and play/pause are on the device (which controls the source volume). This save me having to unlock my phone to adjust the volume.
For around 20, its certainly worth it.
UPDATE: This device became faulty and the music would go on and off by itself via bluetooth or the memory card. Being that it has an 18 month warranty, Anker support were excellent! After some initial troubleshooting, I received a new unit on a next day delivery! Customer service were brilliant!

This Anker bluetooth speaker is one of my best ever purchases on Amazon! I recently bought a new mp3 player and wanted a small bluetooth speaker to work with it, for out and about. Something that wouldn’t take up much space but still had a great kick of sound to it. This model was top of my search results, and I had no hesitation of buying an Anker product, having been very pleased with another purchase from them some years back. I happened to buy the speaker on a sale day for about 16 or so, and that was a bonus. I couldn’t believe the size of the dinky little thing when I unpacked it upon delivery! It’s just the size of a neat, small pot of jam… so that’s what it’s now known as in our house. 😛 The sound is FANTASTIC from it, loud and boom-y, really packs a punch, without any loss of quality or tinny-ness at all. It came charged up, and I’ve listened to it a lot so far and it doesn’t need to be charged up yet. It’s dead easy to operate (just switch it on and it gently pings at you to let you know it’s ready), it looks beautiful and it sounds fantastic. I really wish I had gone bluetooth much earlier, and ditched all the wires! This is the way to enjoy music 🙂 Well done Anker, hope you sell many, many more of these little beauties.

Powerful yet compact. I love it!
Wow! I wasn’t expecting that! This is such a compact little gadget and I wasn’t expecting it to be as loud and powerful as it is. It connected instantly by bluetooth to my phone and other devices and the sound is amazing. I love it and will be taking it around with me on holidays etc as it takes up so little room yet gives an outstanding performance. I can’t comment on the battery life yet but it’s still going strong after a few weeks so it’s looking good. I can highly recommend this little speaker. Every home should have one! Thank you.
Big Sound From A Small Speake
I wanted a small Bluetooth speaker as part of my selection of electrical and sound stuff that I have to cart to my holiday destinations. Ordered this after reading good reviews, and I have not been disappointed. I’ll not be using it with the micro SD card or for FM radio, so can’t comment about that – but it was easy to pair to my phone for music and BBC Sounds app. I agree with the other reviewers that it packs one heck of a punch for such a small package, and the sound is not “tinny”
It also feels weighty, solid, and well built. Judging from the weight and “coolness” I would say the body is metal and not plastic.
Very pleased with the purchase, and I would recommend.
Amazing
When I first unpacked this small device I thought no way will this be any good,how wrong could I have been,totally blown away by the sound quality,portability,I wanted it to hook up to my iphone, does away with the need for anything else to play my selected play lists.
The volume that comes from that small thing is awesome and I LOVE it.
I have only had it for two days so re the battery life I am not really qualified to comment,how ever as all their other claims are spot on I see no reason why the long battery life will not be accurate.

Small solid perfec
Small…solid….perfect….I read the reviews for this speaker and again and again it was praised for its bass and sound. So I bought it and was blown away! The sound fills the room….. the bass is good! I bought it so I can listen to music while I play call of duty…. I use XO one’s and can hear the speaker perfectly. It’s a must buy I would recommend this 100%

My 2016 Anker cube speaker recently died after 4 years of trouble free service. This replacement model is smaller and feels more solid (metal chassis).
The smaller size did concern me as to the sound but I needn’t have worried. I honestly wonder why people spend 100+ on Bose speakers when this sounds as good for 15! At home I have a hifi separates system with a 2400 pair of floorstanding speakers so I know about quality sound.
Added features since my 2016 model include an AUX input, FM radio (neither of which I have tested or will test to be honest), as well as a smart feature that powers the speaker off after a while if no signal is coming through.
I use this connected to my laptop to listen to music and Internet radio and highly recommend this.

The Bluetooth connection is as good as anything else I own. Audio dropouts will happen as the battery level dramatically drops, but that’s to be expected.

The Bluetooth connection is as good as anything else I own. Audio dropouts will happen as the battery level dramatically drops, but that’s to be expected.
The battery does seem to last forever. I’m very happy with that.
WOW - far exeeds expectations!!
Bought this as a Bluetooth speaker for travelling. Real quality build. Lightweight but substantial. Impressed with the sound quality from such a little speaker. I was even more impressed when I realised that it also has an FM tuner(the charging cable acts as an aerial) and port for micro SD card. 4 functions in one tiny gadget. I cant believe how much I love this little guy. He is a radio, Bluetooth speaker, aux cable speaker and a jukebox with music from SD card! All for an amazingly small price. Battery life also seems great. Well done yet again Anker. Fab device.

I bought this as an xmas present for family.
Despite it’s small size, it amplifies the sound and bass nicely and very loudly too!
With casual use every day for around 30-60 minutes, it only dropped to about 30% after the first week was great!
Bluetooth connectivity works fine but you can only connect 1 device fo it at a time and sometimes to connect, you need to turn the speaker off and then on again. Other than that, it’s great!
The feel of the design is good too! A nice metal feel and a compact size, great for carrying to other rooms or abroad 😉

Right now, I would consider this item to be a nice little bargain at under 17. You want better, pay more.

Cheap and cheerful
I reviewed this and two other speakers in the range. I hope the comparison is useful, but the headline if you’re in a rush is don’t buy the SoundCore 2.
I was after a cheap Bluetooth speaker to replace an Anker SoundCore Mini that expired in my 19th month of ownership. Guarantee is only 18 months, what a wounder.
I was happy with it before it died, but initially thought I’d try for a slight upgrade in the SoundCore 2 – a speaker I’d seen called the best budget speaker in various places online.
Well, that arrived and sounded like absolute trash to my ears. So I also then ordered another SoundCore Mini and a SoundCore Flare Mini. I was sure I wasn’t keeping the SoundCore 2, but which one would I keep?
I decided to quickly AB test them all. The songs I used were Bloody Cape by Deftones, Black Republican by Jay-Z/Nas, and something off Syro by Aphex Twin. I can connect two devices as a time and switch between them, so the comparison is instant.
Anker Soundcore 2 vs Flare Mini
Flare wins easily. The SoundCore 2 has such a weedy, thin sound I’m stunned at the acclaim. No bass whatsoever. I know it’s cheap and the battery is suposed to go on forever, but no.
The Flare Mini is louder, the sound is fuller, but it does start to sound a bit rough at high volume.
Flare Mini vs Soundcore Mini
The Flare Mini is lots louder. The SoundCore Mini really needs to be at full volume to be worthwhile, but it doesn’t distort. I fact, the sound is arguably better than the Flare Mini. It stays smooth, whereas the Flare Mini gets a bit rough.
It’s honestly a tough call on which to keep. I like how the Soundcore Mini sounds, it’s just a bit too quiet next to it’s flashy LED cousin. It’s definitely better value, and if your limit is 20 then go for it IMO.

Remarkably powerful for its size, with no obvious distortion at pretty high volumes. The sound is perhaps a bit harsh, but that’s subjective really. I’m pleased I bought it.
What I hadn’t realised at first is that as well as simply functioning as a speaker, it has an FM radio and it will also play MP3 sound files from a micro SD card. Both these functions work very well in terms of sound, but the very limited controls make them a bit difficult: for the radio, it doesn’t seem to remember the last station you played, so you have to scan each time to find a particular station. This can be a pain where I live (London) because there are so many stations.
As to the MP3s, the track order is not obvious – it doesn’t seem to depend on the file name, so you can’t call your tracks 01Track, 02Track etc and hope to get them to play in order. I have not found a way round this, which means you can’t listen to anything (like say an audio book) where the track order is key.
Still, these extra functions seem marginal to me compared with its excellent Bluetooth performance, which is after all what I bought it for.

Anker - great value speakers
Bought for my kitchen (not the largest but not the smallest) and is more than enough to fill the room with good quality sound. Struggled to hear my phone speaker over the extractor fan, microwave etc, but this speaker more than overpowers those at half volume, so can hear my music whilst cooking. Whilst the bass is not that deep, for the size of the speaker and also the price, the sound quality is good. Would recommend for a small-ish sized room without hesitation. For a bigger room I would recommend the larger Anker speaker (believe it’s the soundcore) which I bought as a present for my Dad. I already owned a Bose minilink, but if I hadn’t already bought this I would have purchased the Anker soundcore speaker as the sound quality is not much different but is much cheaper. Good products, would recommend!
Works great for me
This little thing is perfect for my needs. I use it (together with a case I bought separately on Amazon) to listen to music and audio books while I do my gardening, DIY or anything else on my own. Connects very easy, produces good sound and the case clips on to anywhere on your belt, clothing or something near you.
The only annoying thing is that if you have it in a case and someone call you, you can’t talk to them as the microphone is blocked by the case. Once speaker is taken out of the case it is all good.
As for quality of sound, I can’t compare it with the Sony, JBL etc, but it is a lot better than the phone. The size of the speaker is much smaller than the above mentioned two brand’s speakers so very suitable for moving around.
Over all it is one of the best things I have purchased in the last few years. Extremely satisfied with this product.

made the purchase on a lightning deal and although I though some of the reviews were on a cookoo cloud with regards to the sound remarks …. BUT – OMG, it’s a small speaker and only 5w, but hell !!! it’s VERY good, crystal clear sound with a nice bass and on full volume, produces a room full of music ! . I was really shocked as to how good the sound was ! it has a rubber ring on the base of it, which helps with the sound and stops it from jumping round or sliding off a surface because it’s so powerful…. pairing was quick and simple to do
paired with an echo dot, and sound volume only on mid 5, my neighbour came knocking asking if I was having a party (??) . LOL (perfect for a shower party !!) 🙂
what a brilliant speaker for it’s size,,, charging takes a couple of hours and so far it’s been going for about 10 hours and still going strong… love it 100%

Unbelievably good for its size!
When I opened the box, I thought this is going to be a tinny, disappointing experience but oh how wrong I was. This little beauty really packs a punch! Bluetooth connectivity is a breeze and battery life is pretty good. Bass is very good for such a small speaker and should satisfy all with young Savs who love bass above all whilst driving small hatchbacks with stereos worth more than the car being the exception!!
Ours is now our dedicated Echo Dot speaker in the kitchen and visitors are amazed how such a speaker smaller than a small tin of beans can punch out sound like it does!!
Simply the best small form bluetooth speaker around
This is a superb piece of kit. Amazing sound for such a small speaker. Warm, dynamic range plus the ability to control volume independently of any external audio player. Very fast Bluetooth connectivity. Excellent high quality aluminium build with superb streamlined design for shape and integration of switches. Battery life also excellent, charges easily. If you need a small form speaker then just don’t bother considering anything else. I had cause to contact customer support ([email protected]) and they were quick to respond and very helpful. You cannot go wrong with the lovely bit of kit.
Much smaller than I thought, but very capable..
I was surprised at how small this speaker is. I had mistakenly assumed that it would be the size of a drinks can but it’s half that size. However, the quality of sound is very good for a speaker this small. Super portable. I currently have installed it next to a kitchen LCD TV. The TV sound is atrocious, and this speaker plugs straight into the AUX via a 3.5 jack. I also have the USB plugged into the unit, fed by the supplied cable. Overall, I think this was a really good purchase and the price was excellent too.
Small speaker, big sound
I bought this speaker to use in my office as an alternative to the tinny (and tiny) speakers in my laptop. It’s smaller than a drinks can, not far off the size of a small can of beans and about the same weight. There’s a reassuring heft to it, as well as a rubberised base that implies something of substance and that’s how it sounds. I’ve spent the afternoon listening to a range of music types and the sound quality is pretty good for the price. It’s not “surround” and probably far short of one of the big names, but ideal for my purposes. It was easy to set up although I haven’t tried any of the features like using the FM radio or the micro SD card.
Amazing speaker for the money
This is a bit of a weird one. I have an Anker Soundcore 2 (the bigger one) which costs 40 https://www.amazon.co.uk/Anker-Upgraded-SoundCore-Bluetooth-Waterproof/dp/B01MTB55WH/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=anker+speaker&qid=1572081157&sr=8-3 But this Soundcore mini actually sounds better, I think. Great for music, but particularly good (better than the larger Soundcore) for radio speech. A superb bass sound, which is not distorting at all. Very portable. It’s heavier than you think it might be from the small size. Obviously well constructed, and has a very solid feel. Amazing value. Very good as smartphone speaker. Speakers generally seem to have made great improvements in the past decade.

It’s super light and tiny yet very powerful the sound is just amazing even at maximum volume, it looks very sleek (I bought the gold one and it’s beautiful it doesn’t look tacky at all) and the battery life lasts for ages compared to others.
The only negative thing I found is that your mobile cannot be too far from the speaker or it will stop working (at only 10 metres away from the device it stopped working) but other than that it’s perfect definitely deserves 5 stars. Hope this has helped you to make up your mind :o)

This speaker has lovely sound quality and can go surprisingly loud. It’s marvellously portable and I use it almost every day now. It’s nice to have going while I write, or when I’m doing housework or cooking, or even relaxing in evenings.
It connects easily to my phone when switched on, and makes a sound to confirm connection. However, I feel the main downside of this speaker is that when it goes a while without any input from your device, it will disconnect, and when it has been disconnected for a while you can’t reconnect remotely from your phone. You have to switch the speaker off and on again (quickest way) or change the connectivity setting (longer way) to connect it again. I would like it better if I could leave it on and connect to it remotely at any time of day, after any length of time disconnected. It probably saves the speaker battery consumption to go idle like this, I suppose, but I would still prefer it to remain available for connection at all times.
Reconnecting is very simple, since you just need to flip the switch back and forth once, but I do wish it wasn’t necessary. Aside from that, I have no complaints. The sound quality is excellent and the battery life is good. It’ll go days before it gets low battery, in my experience. When it does, it’ll interrupt playback with a low battery noise at regular intervals. Annoyingly, these don’t stop when you plug it in, so any music you try to play will be interrupted. It doesn’t make the low battery sound if you aren’t actively trying to play anything on it.

The instructions didn’t mention anything about this so it did take a few tries before we figured this out! I definitely recommend getting the matching colour shell case which can store the cord and device itself for travel and I used the plug end of my iPhone charger to plug into the wall socket to charge so not a problem if you don’t have your computer near by.
This device is surprisingly small and light enough to pack in luggage to take on holidays, my family were so impressed with this item and at such a great price point I plan to buy a few as stocking fillers for Christmas this year. A++ Highly recommend. Thank you!

Quality
Just perfect. Easy to use, good sound good battery life. If a pho e previously connected to it is around it may automatically connect the speaker when you turn it on preventing other phones to find it on bluetooth. In which phone is connectec, disconnect it and connect the new one. Works like a clock. Vary happy with this product, bougth oneforeach member of the family so they can move it wherever theywant and have a speaker connected to their phone at all time. Also useful in the car, plugged on the usb socket for the kids to have music at the back without having to put up the radio volume.
