Whilst some might say “It’s a TV bracket, surely they’re all the same?”, they’d be wrong.

First of all, the instructions include pictures AND words. It makes it significantly easier to then understand what you’re supposed to do. If you’re a competent DIYer then you won’t even need the instructions, as it is so straight forward.

There are two stand-out features of this product that I doubt are even mentioned anywhere in the spec / listing, but are so incredibly useful:
    1. You can adjust the level of the TV with two screws AFTER you have put the bracket on the wall. Yes, we all want to get the bracket on straight the first time, but if you catch the brick and the drill goes slightly off (or you’re just not very good at measuring level) then you will be very, very pleased for the range of motion to adjust the level on the back of the TV mount. Such a simple idea but brilliant.
    2. When you want to mount the TV the bracket that is on the back of the TV ‘slots’ onto the wall mounted bracket. It is then held by two screws (the same two screws that can adjust the level (see point 1). This doesn’t sound much but have you ever tried to do up two screws whilst balancing a TV on your head if you’re doing the job by yourself? It is nearly impossible and risks you dropping the TV. Therefore, to have it where the TV slots on and then allows you to just steady it and do up the screws at the back without the fear of it falling off is again, a simple yet brilliant bit of design.

The bracket itself; sturdy, solid, well made and easy to pull out / adjust where you want the TV. It comes with wide variety of screws, spacers, washers and anything else you may need, so regardless of the size and shape of your TV you can get the mount to fit on well.

I’m sure there are cheaper mounts out there but you’ll be kicking yourself when the TV isn’t level and / or you’ve dropped it trying to put it up because the mount didn’t have the two features above. Furthermore, is it really worth ordering another to save a few quid when I can hand on heart say this is the bracket that does everything you want it to and a whole lot more.

The bracket does what it is required to do and is strong enough. It comes with parts and a variety of screws for any eventuality, but the instructions can be a little vague and over simplify the actual work required to be able to install one. If you are mounting on a stud wall and you know where the studs are then this would actually be easy to install. I was drilling into concrete and my metal/cable detector seemed to be confused by the contents of this wall, after consulting a surveyor friend I was able to weigh up the risks and successfully put four holes in the concrete deep enough that the plugs were secured in the concrete and not resting on the surface plaster. Getting them deep in there is not easy, I hammered them in with the head of one of the bolts supplied. Once that was all done it was straightforward to install.

Fantastic wall mount. I have two tv’s already wall mounted using this product. Another going up tomorrow and a fourth one about to be ordered!

I bought a different one from a local DIY store as my son’s tv doesn’t really need to move, but plan to take it back for a refund tomorrow and buy another one of these.

The box contains literally all fixings you could need. It has a spirit level and HDMI cable too. The mount itself is easy to install and use with really good tv positions then available for viewing.

    I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Love it so far. Exactly as it says on the product description.

I have always had TVs on a unit so I wasn’t sure what to expect with this. It was relatively easy to set up albeit time consuming – we followed the instructions but the 55 inch TV I have was not playing nice in terms of the mounting screw position. Once it was set up we slid the TV onto the mount and, while putting a good amount of weight on it, we put the screws back in realised it was fairly sturdy even with a 55 inch TV weighing around 32-35kg. It pulls out on swivel a fair bit as well!

If, like me, you have movie nights with friends regularly you can adjust it to a position where all can see it comfortably. Great for a small flat! Can’t wait to shock said friends! Totally freed up my room which has never looked better!

This is my second Invision bracket. Bought the heavy duty version to mount a 55″ oled which is well heavy and I’m confident it’ll still be there when the house is knocked down.
Got this one a few months ago to mount a 49″ Samsung which is much lighter and finally put it up today. Straightforward to install for the average DIY enthusiast with a good selection of tools.I say that as being a relatively light panel i mounted it with shorter coach bolts but had to drill out the mounting holes a bit.
Recommend you read the short instructions first.
Don’t buy any other tv bracket,Invision are the best quality and price wise.

I had never installed a tv bracket before. Setting out the wall fixing seemed easy enough. When it came to fixing the plate to the back of the TV, however, trying to correlate the dozens of bolts and bits and bobs in the package with my TV was not helped by the instructions. After half an hour of head scratching and gurning I called the helpline, and the lovely lady who helped me (Victoria?) resolved my stupidity within moments. (There are only four attachment points in the back of my TV. I only need four bolts. Doh!) I then set about mounting the wall bracket onto a solid wall thinking this was going to be the easy bit for me. Nope. The holes on the wall plate are set quite close together, there is no adjustment space and a 10mm drill bit is required. Unless you have perfect walls you will be lucky to successfully place 4 big bolts precisely and so close together. After many hours and several trips to the hardware store to try to find solutions, I finally bolted 2 slabs of ply to the wall and fixed the bracket to that. It is no longer so slimline, but that doesn’t matter to me.

This absolute nightmare over, aligning the two sections of the mount would have been super easy with 2 people, but this part of the design is so good I was able to do it myself. I am now very happy with this extremely strong bracket which will last me forever.

As the title suggests, this is a slim bracket. The TV is almost flush against the wall when in the parked position.

For reference, this was used for a Samsung 46″. I had to install on a plaster / jip rock wall, so I had to locate the wooden stud to drill the bracket in to place and did not need to use the supplied large raw plugs intended for drilling in to concrete.

Installation was easy enough once I had located the wall stud. The supplied screws are 80mm so go deep in to the wall and hold the fairly substantial weight of the TV well, it seems to be very sturdy. The range of movement of the cantilever arm is great, it can be extended out approx 500mm, tilt approx 5 degrees in the Y axis.

Very reasonable price for a strong and slim bracket in my opinion. I am happy with my purchase.

Fantastic product it came already built I was therefore unsure if I got given a second as the instructions mentioned how to put it together but it was already done? The instructions could be clearer on which way up the wall mount should be to avoid it being put up incorrectly. I would suggest manipulating the wall mount before putting it up (moving the mount back and forth) to help it move when it’s on the wall or it will be extremely stiff. However apart from the minor issues it is fantastic and enables me to watch tv at all angles

This is a great tv mount. The only reason it lost a star is because it’s off centre by design and it wasn’t made clear. It’s fine if you’re happy to keep the TV pulled put but I only have every small living space I have it at an angle. When I replace it I will be replacing with another INVISION tv mount because the quality and sturdiness is brilliant. This is an ideal TV mount if you’re gonna be moving the tv around a lot but make sure if theres a central place you want it, you install it slightly to the side of where you want it.

It did take myself and my husband far longer than it should have to install this as the instructions were a bit complicated – until you get it right and then it all makes sense. However, this is a solid bracket and we are really pleased with it. We’ve attached just a 32″ Sharp TV so not much weight to hold but feel confident it could hold heavier. The 6 x 10mm bolts hold the bracket firmly in position. The arm extends well and tilts the TV without any difficulty. Really pleased.
Big help and bonus was the included magnetic spirit level, perfect size and much needed!

I ordered this for my 42 inch tv to fit in a corner so I could watch tv in bed, in a chair or push it flush against the wall out the way. I’m very impressed by it. I’ve had a couple brackets like this in the past and it’s by far the best, the rotation on it is fantastic and you can also tilt the tv to different angles as well as twisting it so it’s straight in case it moves slightly when rotating, which hasn’t been a feature in other brackets like it. Fantastic method to assemble although it may need a second person to help hold the tv in place when fitting to the bracket, but I would say that’s only needed for a bigger tv. All in all very impressed with this product.

Really happy with this. Took a while to get on the wall as we didn’t have a strong enough drill to get through the brick. Once it’s up it sits nicely and looks clean as there are plastic covers to clip on to the brace. Only little niggle is that we can’t tighten the tilt enough to hold our tv flat against the wall so it has a slight tilt forward- which still works fine it’s just not as flush but it actually improves our view from the sofa which is low. The bracket allows you to bring the tv out of the wall to an impressive extent if needed. And I imagine this would be great if you want to place your tv in a corner or at an angle. Overall a great value item and Sturdy.

    Great value, great mount.

We purchased 2 of these for a 40 inch TV and a 46 inch TV.
At first glance it looks to thin to hold a large TV however these brackets have managed easily and as we mounted them on a solid brick wall, there are no issues at all.
The brackets allow the TV to be swivelled left / right and up / down to the extent required for the best view. We also liked how they allow the wiring to be clipped to the brackets so that they remain unseen. Would easily buy these again in the future.

This T.V. bracket was so easy to fit.
The box contains multiple bolts and fixings to accommodate most T.V.’s.
Instructions were clear but very small, i had some difficulty in reading but not enough of an issue to reduce the 5 star review.
Very strong and sturdy with a smooth motion in all directions without any wobble.
It also can be adjusted to keep the T.V. level with just 2 anchor bolts on the back plate .
This was an issue with our T.V. as the bolt holes on the back were unevenly set.
Came with a spirit level included.
    Highly recommended.

This is a sturdy well made bracket with good all round motion.
Set up for back of TV prior to attaching to wall so you won’t struggle to line everything up.
Remove from TV and attach to wall then refit TV.
This is not a one man job so get help.
The plastic cover for the wall bracket separates into two halves which may not be obvious at first, remove to assist
you when marking wall for fixings.
The small spirit level which came with the bracket seems to be accurate and is a useful addition to the fixing kit.
If you’ve not fitted one of these before just take care you do not screw into your TV to far so as not to damage the internals, if necessary use the plastic spacers provided.
    I would recommend this bracket.

Husband put it up using grip it plasterboard fixing on our bedroom wall. It’s very sturdy and swivels round both ways enough for me to view the TV from different angles. ( useful when I’m doing certain kinds of keep fit as it’s up on the wall and if I’m down on the floor following a online video I can turn it towards my wall mirror and watch the instructions from that angle. We have a Samsung smart TV attached to it.

I purchased this mount for a 32″ tv. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I did it the hard way by drilling into solid brick. I struggled a little to get the first plastic plug into the hole so checked the website and rang their support number. I received fantastic help and was very impressed.
I was a little concerned at the end by the amount of screws that I had left over but was then impressed because this product clearly fits so many TVs and quality screws are provided for pretty much any Vesa mount.
The bracket is absolutely solid and I love that I can adjust the full range of movement of the screen. I would recommend this product to anyone not just for the quality of the product itself but also the quality of support. Big thumbs up from me.

I got this wall mount as I wanted something slim so I didn’t walk into the TV as I walked around my bedroom. It’s not bad but has a permanent tilt unless you fit it in place.

The instructions were okay, difficult to see the pictures as they were very small.

The wall fittings that were provided with the mount are 8cm or 80mm wall plugs and bolts. These are huge and the reason for my loss of one star on the install. Most walls in the UK are made of brick or breeze block and they measure 8cm or 80mm in thickness. Therefore if you drill a 10mm hole 80mm deep you will go through the wall to either the cavity or the room next door if it’s an indoor wall.

A trip to the DIY store for 6mm diameter bolts were needed. 8mm diameter bolts won’t fit the bracket.

Great mount, be careful with the fittings.

Installed easily, following clear instructions. All the right parts were available to mount my 44inch TV. The 80mm long coach bolts made a secure fixing though the plasterboard and into the stone wall behind. I bought this unit to replace my previous non-adjustable mounting. I expected it would protrude further into the room, but this unit actually folds back flatter than my previous bracket. The cable tidies on the swivel-bars help keep the wiring behind in check and I’ve actually mounted a small profile mini-computer behind the TV without any wiring visible for the front.

    Perfect for increasing viewing versatility

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersVery good quality bracket for the price. Easy to fit (if you have a Samsung read the end of this review). Plenty of fixings to chose from but I’d recommend a 9mm drill for the plugs in a brick wall as 10mm they tend to not grip too well (learnt from first hole).

If you have a Samsung TV you will need to request longer screws. Ask at time of purchase as they don’t currently come with the kit and you need the fittings that come with the TV (which may have had the longer screws). I called customer support who were very helpful and I just ordered the recommended screws myself even though the offer was there to send them but I needed them urgently (COVID 19 understandably reasonble to expect a delay),. As I originally used the stand and don’t know where the spacers were I had to cut the recommended M4 x 45mm screws down to 38mm and this meant my bracket was as flush as it could be to the wall. Can’t fault the service or bracket, top quality for a great price.

Purchased this bracket initially for our 55″ TV however we ended up using it for our 43″.
It was extremely easy to install, only required 4 drilled holes into our concrete wall and the necessary screws were provided. It comes with extenders for larger TVs and adaptors if your TV doesn’t fit the standard size of the bracket – I thought this was excellent (even though we didn’t need to use them).
The bracket is extremely sturdy, and you can achieve most positions with it. The tilt option however has to be set in place as you are required to secure the TV in your desired tilt position with screws – so it cannot be tilted again or pushed back to a straight position unless you unscrew these. This isn’t a huge issue for me though.

Overall very happy with this purchase and for the price, it does the same job as the more expensive brackets! I would definitely purchase again.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWord of warning if you’re mounting on plaster board. Best way of doing it is with ‘grip-it’ plaster fixings. However, the bolts with ‘grip-it’ mounts are 8mm wide and the holes on this bracket are only 7mm wide. I had to drill them out to make it work. Seems to be doing the job now though.

When you receive it it looks good – free spirit level, free HDMI cable , free spanner (10 mm).
What they do not tell you before your purchase is that you need a 12 mm spanner to install the wall bolts which I found pretty disappointing. I used a wrench but a box spanner 12/10 mm (approx cost 3.50-less if wholesale) would have got 5 stars. They suggest the installer should use a socket set but why provide an spanner that anyone with a cross-head screwdriver could do without ?

Perfect tv wall mount, I have now ordered my third one of these for the final tv wall mounting.
The product itself is extremely durable and very easy to assemble with the excellent idea of being able to split it apart so you can fix the product to the tv first then deal with your wall measuring to affix the rest to.
I have put the current two I have bought up with “put up that telly” wall grips for the weight assistance.
I particularly like this wall mount as it has a plastic casing to manage wiring and also the fact it folds right into the wall giving a near flush appearance.
This would be my go to product again and again and would 100% recommend this over other wall mounts in the marketplace.
Comes with clear instructions and a spirit level to assist with assembly.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis product is amazing in its own right but to have a mini spirit level to aid fitting and a hdmi cable makes this buy unbeatable. Easy to follow instructions with 10mm hex bolts to secure to the wall. This is the best TV bracket I have fitted and I have fitted dozens in my life. It is incredibly strong, versatile and easily fitted with the wide range of strong fixings. Once fitted there is an amazing amount of room to connect the leads and then push it back into position. It fixes 200mm, 300mm and 400mm VERSA TV points and it even has a short HDMI cable in case you need one. The fittings instructions were clear and decisive. Most impressed indeed.

I’m a complete novice when it comes to drilling into walls and was especially nervous to drill into a plasterboard wall but a youtube video, 20 minutes and magnet later I’d mounted the bracket. It’s very simple and the instructions are clear and easy to follow; it also comes with a useful little spirit level which really helps. The bracket itself is sturdy, even when attached to a stud, and has an excellent range of motion which feels secure when moved, but doesn’t make the tv stand too far proud of the wall.
Comes with a great range of fixtures for different wall types and for attaching the tv to the bracket. However, Samsung appears to only use screws that are difficult to find in retailers other than Samsung themselves, and don’t come with this bracket, but I purchased a pack of 50 M8 45mm screws for 4.09 from screwfix. While I only needed 4 it worked out cheaper to buy 50 there, than a smaller number from other outlets, including Amazon and used washers included with the bracket to ensure a good fit.
A hdmi cable is another thoughtful inclusion, although I can’t comment as only the installed apps are used on this tv, so no use for the hdmi.

I’d definitely recommend the bracket, it does everything required for half the price of lesser products.

I have had several wall mounting systems in my past. By far is this the cheapest.

    But…

The materials of the mounting system feels very sturdy and very heavy which feel really good when you use it.
Mounting the TV on it went super easy and smooth, it’s not rocket science.

Only 2 bad things that I find is the really bad quality plastic cover to hide the wall screws… It keeps falling off the wall and opening making it fall to the ground and trying to get it up again is a serious pain since it doesn’t click or attach to anything. (By far the worst cover I have seen) I had to use some serious glue to keep it hanging against the wall (rip wall paper if i ever have to remove it)

Second bad thing is the hinges are super tight making it very hard to pull the TV out of the wall. I sometimes feel like I will rip the TV off before I pull it outwards. I added some lubricant to make it slightly smoother.

Overall happy with the purchase, good quality for low cost.

First of all, i have a Sony Bravia smart TV which i wanted to mount on the wall.

I was mounting it on a concrete wall and was happy with how sturdy the rawl plugs were included in the package, I was also impressed how solid the thing was considering it was only attached to the wall on a thin bracket.

The downsides were that for my specific TV, the spacing between the mounting holes wasn’t the same as any of the ones specified in the instructions, so some problem solving and improvising was required. (The spacings were, 200 x 400mm).

Don’t get me wrong when everything is installed the range of motion is great, you can tilt the screen vertically and horizontally as well as swiveling it into almost any position.

Once on the wall it feels quite study and have no concerns with it falling off the wall, it also tilts and swivels with ease. For an added bonus it comes with a good quality HDMI cable aswell. Can’t fault this wall mount and I’m pretty happy with it.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI was super-nervous about mounting my new telly on the wall. For a start I live in a stone barn, so even putting up a Live Love Laugh sign is like working for Rio Tinto Zinc. I was also concerned that a relatively inexpensive mount such as this would be worryingly wobbly to use. However, it’s not. It’s extremely heavy-duty while being very easy to use. It moves easily and makes adjusting the TV to account for reflections or guests a piece of cake, and folds down so that the TV sits flat against the wall. Basically it does everything it says it will, which nowadays always leaves me slack-jawed with amazement. It’s fiddly to install and requires two people – one of whom should hold some kind of superior engineering qualification. Remember the old adage, ‘measure twice, cut once’? Well measure this twenty times to be on the safe side, and make liberal use of the supplied spirit level (!!) because the screws it uses are like vampire stakes and once this sucker’s on your wall, it ain’t coming off until the Apocalypse. But once correctly installed, it’s a really great TV mount and well worth the money.

This is the 2nd Invision mount ive bought, the first holds a 48inch (I think) plasma tv which weighs a ton to the living room wall, and this was bought to mount a 24inch smart tv to my sons wall.
Double check your tv has the VESA points, as this new smart tv didn’t, and I had to make brackets up to fit it. The smallest vesa mounting this bracket takes is 100mm x 100mm, so double check your tv before purchase.
Installing is easy, big drill bit, a few holes, and the rest of the kit is included with the bracket. Good range of movement and folds pretty flat against the wall.

I will always buy these brackets as they are very sturdy and installation has always been a breeze

Bought this to hang a 40inch TV close to a corner in our kitchen. It is strong and manouverable. Only take a light touch to pull out and push back. It uses large coach bolts to attach to the wall so some diy competence and good tools are required for a successful installation. The tilt mechanism does not seem intended to be altered once set in position and the bolts need to be firmly tightened for the TV to stay in place. There are black plastic cable tidy covers that help keep the cables tidy and in place at the rear. Personaly I’m delighted with the result and think it is very good value.

So far so good. Cable routes, very confidence inspiring rawl plugs and feels super sturdy. My TV weighs around 23kg and 42″ a little old so it’s a fair thing but it’s solid as so very happy. This was our second purchase as we initially naively bought one from a very well known electrical retailer and its was dangerously poorly made with only one bolt and thin metal bracket to be its last point of strength…I hung the tv on it and it flexed and twisted almost immediately….unacceptable! So they’re getting that back after Christmas.

This Invision bracket is far superior and would buy another straight off.

This is a great mount for the money, with lots of fixtures included. I think it should fit snugly any VESA compliant TV. Unfortunately my telly is a Sony Bravia from a few years ago when they decided to create their own mounting system. I managed to get it fitted using an adaptor kit and a bit of elbow grease. It would have been easier if the Invision mounting plate arms had slits rather than holes, allowing for more variable fittings. However, this is an issue with my TV rather than the bracket, so no complaints from me.

The product is great, I am having some panic sweats that it is going to come off the wall and land on my child.. Drywall, dob and dab. Followed the instructions which were very good, drilled through the drywall and in to the block work within. Sank the rawl plugs through the drywall and in to the block work and fitted with the bolts provided. It’s stable and looks great but I’m still a bit concerned. I have decided against extending the arm as it will increase the strain on the wall so have kept it snug to the wall.

  37. Anonymous says:

Very well built and sturdy. Comes with a very large set of nuts, bolts ,spacers and very strong wall fixing screws for the TV bracket. As I was installing a small (32″) TV, I didn’t need the extension arms. Even comes with a little spirit level and spanner to fit the adjustment nuts. As it is so robust, it is a bit heavy and was difficult to keep in position while marking up the hole positions. Could do with a cardboard template for marking up. Fixing the TV to the bracket is very easy with a large round hole for the flange to fit into and just two screws to put in to secure it.
Warning! Do not buy Grip-it plaster fixings for use with this bracket. The bracket is a slimline design and the boltholes are too close together to allow fitting. Additionally the bolts on Grip-it are too large for the bracket holes.

I’ve bought several of these mounting arms over many years for both myself and family at this point and all are still working perfectly. I strongly recommend them if you are looking to mount a TV to a solid wall and have a wide range of motion. The construction of the arm is high quality and in my opinion extremely durable, my oldest mount (probably 6 or 7 years?) is still perfect and has actually been moved a couple of times with no issues.

In my experience, if you are mounting on a concrete wall you will have no difficulties, however where your mounting on a hollow plasterboard wall (between batons) the proximity of the two screws top and bottom can weaken the board you’re attaching too. I do find that out of the box the motion of the arm can be a little stiff but loosening the joints an eighth of a turn always solves that for me and they become very easy to move.

Wowsers, I’ve got a very heavy (old) 50″ TV. This has been up for 3 days now and works an absolute treat! Tv feels safe and secure. Once it was drilled and screwed into the wall the guy who fitted it for me swung off it to test it and it literally didn’t budge! I am amazed! Can range of movement is incredible, even with a huge TV, it can swing right out so it can be viewed from the dining room table! (the kids love this feature!! )! You can choose how far it tilts forwards and also tilt it side to side, so (although I wouldnt recommend it) it could be drilled in wonky and you would never know once adjusted! I would say for something that could go so wrong this bracket makes the job as simple as can be! I would definitely recommend to anyone! It’s fantastic and a really smart addition to the livingroom!

Sturdy and easy enough to install

Put this up yesterday, mounted to 55 inch Sony TV with 300mm VESA mount on a brick wall. It is still up this morning so got to be be happy with that. One man job save for lifting the tv onto the bracket as the final step (and if you want to do it safely).

Pretty easy to do, if you take care with the instructions. The diagram could be a little bigger/better but other than that OK. Not much to it. Came with many nut, bolts and washers for different installations.

Materials look decent, good quality black finish, cable tidy covers work well; moves freely and easy to adjust.

    Delivered quickly.

Very happy with the purchase and recommend.

I can’t believe I almost paid twice the price for a bracket for my 50 inch TV. This is sturdy and easy to fit, and if tv brackets are this good at this price then those priced higher are really not worth the money. Excellent product, excellent price. Hdmi cable included and bits you can run your cables through behind the TV too. Plus I love that this company will replace the product if you accidentally bought the wrong size/type. This made me a little sceptical as I half expected to get an already opened and crudely sealed up box due to a previous return, but this was not the case and I was more than happy with the packaging, presentation and time of delivery. Well recommended, don’t line the pockets of anyone trying to sell you a more expensive bracket unless you need heavy weight ratings. Fully adjustable and easy to pull in and out to connect things up before pushing back against the wall. Even paying 5 for next day delivery I still saved 20 on the closest rival from argos. Good buy. 🙂

This TV bracket is easy to install and has clear and informative instructions which aid that process. I used it to mount a 43″ Samsung TV onto a kitchen wall and it went up without a hitch. One comment would be that the spacers and bolts to fit the bracket to the TV were not a perfect fit but workable. It also needed a bit of WD40 to ease the movement. I hung the TV myself aided by an intuitive way on first hold of the TV to the bracket which allows you to then fox with screws. Overall very pleased and would definitely buy agai

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersReally impressed with this bracket which I used to mount my 43″ LG TV with VESA mount (so didn’t need to use the extra mounting arms).

The instructions for this bracket are unusually helpful and well written. The inclusion of a spanner is a nice touch (although you’re better off using your own if you have one). The screws for a brick wall are beastly but reassuringly so.

I did have to purchase a 10mm masonry drill for drilling into brick as the largest I had was 8mm, but that’s no big deal.

I’m very happy with the final result and ease of installation. The range of motion means I can be confident of using my TV however I set up the room.

Having recently purchased an Invision bracket for my 55″ TV in the lounge I chose this slim version for my 40″ TV in the bedroom.
It came with a selection of fastenings to suit different TVs and was easy to assemble and install.
It looks and feels very sturdy and holds the TV firmly and in place giving me confidence in the installation.
They even included a spirit level to help ensure the TV was level and straight.

The wall I attached the bracket to wasn’t the best one I have seen so the supplied plugs and screws were tried and discarded in favour of 6mm Rawlbolts but if your wall is good I’m sure the supplied fixings will do a good solid job.

All things considered I am very happy with my purchase.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersSupport arms for TVs are very like baby elephants; they’re heavy, can be difficult to move and can leave a mess when you’ve finished. So it was a surprise to discover that – although the heavy bit was accurate – it did come with a decent set of step-by-step instructions with almost intelligible diagrams.

First off it really does ship with all the fixings. There’s four of most types of bolts for affixing to the TV, washers galore and spacers, so you’re not short changed there.

Now, we did hit a slight snag initially, because it was tricky from the rather murky diagram to learn exactly how to disconnect the mounting plate from the arm assembly – something that’s essential if you don’t want to have to hire a hydraulic lifting system. But persevere and it becomes clear that there are two bolts at the bottom of the mounting assembly that you have to disconnect. They rather thoughtfully provide a little spanner for that purpose.

Once the plate is removed, the next bit is very easy: the plate is screwed to the back of the TV. If you’re lucky, it will fit the existing holes in the TV. Otherwise, the company helpfully provides four extending arms for the plate along with copious Janet and John instructions for assembling.

The next step is measuring where the assembly is to go on the wall. Th9s is the part that can doom the project if you get it wrong. Again, the instructions are very good on this, but it’s worth measuring twice, laying the screen face down and and carefully calculating exactly where you want the Arm to be affixed.

Jumping ahead, the arm is now firmly affixed to the wall, and here’s the clever bit: the mounting plate you fastened earlier to the back of the TV has a giant keyhole slot. All that has to be done now is to lift the TV to the assembly and carefully ease it onto the arm itself, which fits inside the keyhole slot. After that, the TV will rest there, held in place by the slot and gravity.

Two bolts can now be inserted in the holes left when you originally disconnected the mounting plate from the assembly. These stop the TV wiggling about. The final bit is levelling.

Here, the company provides a dinky little spirit level, which can sit atop the TV while you adjust the level. Levelling is incredibly simple and one of the best features of this product. Two small nuts hold the level in place and by loosening these slightly, the TV can be manipulated until it shows as level, then the bolts carefully tightened.

I was going to give this four stars, mainly because of one murky diagram, but frankly it deserves five. One of the best mounting brackets I’ve ever seen.

Very good TV bracket, use it for my old 32in Samsung TV in the kitchen/Diner and the range of motion is very good. Installation was fairly straight forward, I used my own wall fixings as with a Dob and Dab plasteboard I need to make sure I am going into the breezeblock for extra support – I used 5 100mm length scews with their own raw sleeves. I wouold recommend the product to friends and family.

Sturdiness: Its absolutely rigid. I’ve got mine drilled in to what would be an outside wall, so solid brick masonry. The arm came with 4 10mm bolts that go in quite deep so the likelihood of this coming off the wall are slim. Theres a decent amount of tension in the joints which gives you confidence that its not going to flap about. Its holding a 49″ LG tv which doesnt weight a lot.
Motion: It has a reasonably good range of motion, although the first arm is limited to 90 degrees, the second joint on the middle arm can corsetina more freely and theres a 5 degree angle available for the T.V. plate One thing that confused me when mounting is that the screws that hold the plate to the arm are on the bottom of the plate, it really feels like they should be at the top. A small matter I guess as the plate slides in to the mount and thats where the torque is held.
Installation itself, relatively easy I suppose. Take the time to make sure you’ve got enough space for the t.v. to move in and out, particularly if you’re near a corner. Only issue I had was that I initially put the tv plate on upside down, again, seems like it would benefit from 4 holes rather than 2.
Overall happy. Would buy the same product again for sure.

No waffle, straight to the point.

    Packaging good, delivery good.

This is a solid bit of kit, easy to fit, screws supplied I personally found a bit over the top for a stud wall so downsized. You can hang off this bracket if you wanted to, I know because I did . lol

The only thing you have to remember is that the middle of the TV is not the middle of the bracket. It is offset by 5″ or 125mm or 12.5cm (for you youngsters). Therefore if you want the TV to sit in the middle of a chimney breast for instance you will need to find the centreline of the chimney and then measure the 5″ one way or the other to fit the bracket. Hanging the TV was a little tricky if on your own, as I was but with 2 people no problem.

    Loads of adjustment as well.

This wall mount was absolutely perfect for mounting my 55″ LG OLEDB8SLC to the wall. It comes with everything you need except a drill, drill bit and a socket wrench (or something similar).
Once mounted on the concrete wall the TV feels secure and rock solid, and can move freely or be tightened up a bit.
Performance is absolutely 100%, the only improvement I can suggest is the instructions. The diagrams are really not very clear as to how the vesa mount plus extensions fit together and how they fit to the TV. It’s definitely something most people will be able to figure out anyway, but if the diagrams were clearer/larger or the text was more explicit then things would have been a great deal faster to set up. I would not let this put you off buying it as it is an excellent product.

Until now, our TVs have been free-standing because I’m not keen on drilling holes in the walls. Actually, my wife is not keen on me drilling holes in the walls: I quite enjoy it. The last TV died when we knocked it over, retrieving a wayward cat, so when I ordered a new TV I added this to the order.

Working with another adult, we had it fitted in under 15 minutes. It comes with plenty of fixing hardware, an HDMI cable, even a little spirit level and a (flimsy) 10 mm spanner. It seems sturdy and it’s now much easier to turn the TV than having it free-standing. And safer to move too.

All that we needed to bring to the party was a masonry drill, a cross-head screwdriver, a 12mm socket and driver.

The hardware that was included in the pack looks as if it would, indeed, fit the size range described: it was certainly fine for our 40″ set.

A TV mounting bracket is not the most exciting purchase that I’ve ever made, but I cannot think of anything bad to say about it and I’d buy another if we should decide to mount another TV to a wall.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersVery impressed wit this TV wall bracket. Once fitted it works brilliantly, and is extremely sturdy and flexible.

The kit comes with a variety of screws and spacers to accommodate for different TV sets. It took a bit of trial and error to figure out the right combination for my Samsung TV, but got there in the end.

Installation was a bit tricky with 1 person. I’d definitely recommend getting yourself a helper to hold the bracket in place as you figure out where you want it positioned. You will also need a 10mm drill bit if you wish to use the supplied fittings. The bracket extends out a fair way from the wall, and for large/heavy television sets this will put a lot of force on the fixture (leverage etc). For myself, I do not plan on extending the bracket, and I also have a small/light TV set, so the supplied fittings were a bit overkill for what I needed, but I fitted them nevertheless. The supplied screws/bolts do not have screwdriver slots in the end – you will need a spanner or a socket set. I used a spanner and it was a mission – took about 30 minutes just to get the bolts in the wall. A socket set would make this a lot easier. Needless to say – once fitted, you could probably hang an elephant off them – they are extremely sturdy indeed. One thing to watch out for when fitting the bracket – it has a feature which allows you to adjust the tilt of the television.
This needs to go at the TOP of the bracket. I mistakingly positioned it at the bottom, which resulted in me then having to take the bolts out to turn the thing round and re-fit it. Most annoying – the product would benefit from an arrow indicating which end of the bracket is which.

All in all, this is a quality piece of kit for a very reasonable price. I will probably purchase another one soon.

Everything that came with this product was exactly what you need if you are installing it into a brick wall above a fireplace with no plasterboard/wood. If I am repeating what has been said on comments, apologies, but I used a 10mm masonry drill bit to do this and hammer function is a must.

I did purchase larger raw-plugs and screws at the suggestion of the comments but wasted 5 in doing so as I did not have a drill bit big enough and did not want to spend any more money than necessary. The ones that come with it are fine if it is a plain brick wall.

I used the bolts that came with it, not the screws attach to my wall and if you have a bit on the drill for these, it is much better than the screws. I was lucky I did not have to adjust the arms and it went straight on to my LG tv, and the washers between the bracket and tv were a good selection.

Can be done alone but I would suggest having someone help when trying to get the levels right and want to attach the bracket to the wall, as it is easier.

The stand did exactly as intended but the only issue i found was that most stands are a little out even when you mount it perfectly straight on the wall as we did but when look at the TV square on (without arm being rotated left or right), it’s perfect but then when you rotate it say by 45 degrees, its down on one side by a few degrees. Its adjustable but if you adjust so its perfectly straight when turned 45 degrees, as soon as you rotate the monitor back to square on, its slight down on one side. Obviously ideally it would be best to to just leave it at one position but my daughter wanted to be able to swivel it round occasionally to face the bed.

very simple to fit to the wall-very simple to fit to the tv (42 inch in this case) -particularly like the fact you can tilt the horizontal angle a little as well so you can make minor adjustments if it isn’t quite level when it is extended out – long extension and angle so very effective when you need it for places where it needs to lie flat against the wall then extended for viewing
Excellent product and very good value for money compared to others

I used this to fit a 43″ Samsung Smart TV to wall. All went fine and very pleased with the end result – the articulation and adjustment is very good so it should accommodate most needs. The HDMI lead seems to work fine and the spirit level is quite handy. The only thing that warrants a negative comment is that the bolts supplied while being the right thread, are not long enough – it needs 45mm M8’s. So if you are installing a Samsung you might need a bag of these too.

I bought two Samsung 43″ TVs from Amazon, one for my study and one for my daughter’s bedroom. Amazon recommended this mounting unit as an accompanying purchase so I bought two mounts as well. I paid some TV installers to mount both TVs for me. They said they had never come across such high quality mounts before and they have installed many TVs on walls. Most don’t have the tilt/slide options, but those that did still did not meet the level of quality of the Invision or the ease of attaching the TV. It made my day to know I had made the right choice. And obviously, I can manipulate the TV to any angle we want. I recommend this purchase.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI was a bit nervous about fitting this – not because of the product but because of the nature of our wall – so I bought some longer bolts and rawlplugs to go with it.
The unit comes with plenty of bits to make sure you can fit it to the TV properly – including VESA bolts of different sizes, plastic spacers and washers. The bolts and washers provided for fitting to the wall are probably adequate for most installations.
The instructions are easy to follow – and once I had measured twice and drilled the necessary holes it was easy to put the bracket on the wall. Fitting the TV to the bracket was slightly tricky – it’s a two person job as the instructions say and it took a couple of attempts to get it to engage properly.
The finished result is good – the TV folds away neatly against the wall and can be pulled out and angled as desired.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersGreat product, only problem was I had a builder put mine up central to my wall…which normally would be fine, but with this fold up one it has to go up slightly off Center to look central when folded.
Fortunately I rarely fold mine flat so it’s not a big deal…but I was still annoyed at the builder for not checking before drilling & securing it to the wall. But it’s a great product, my 32″ tv was no problem for it, TVs are so light nowadays, it could easily take a bigger one.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThe item is heavy because it is engineered to a degree far in excess of that needed for the current lightweight TVs. Its compact size lends nicely to installation in our kitchen corner for a 34″ TV. However, there is a gripe. The rear wall mounting place is fixed to the whole extending arm, making it tricky to correctly locate points for drilling holes of which there are 4 in the corners. The only removable part is the front plate that attaches to the rear of the TV and this is a nice touch. Therefore, I had to make a cardboard template to mount the bracket, so either the wall plate should be detachable (a very simple thing for manufacturer to do without affecting integrity of bracket) so it can be used as template, or there should be a template provided. Because the wall screws are so substantial and about 100mm long, I used only 2, one in opposite corners of bracket. I find that mounting any wall-plate with more than one fixing, it is best to install one point first, then move the plate with spirit-level to get precise location of second and, if necessary, subsequent fixings. Notwithstanding my gripe, the product is excellent value for money.

My TV is a 50″ Samsung UHD Smart TV model 7400. This is a really solid and well put together wall support, however I was forced to purchase additional parts despite it being sold with a compatibility guarantee. The seller was quick to respond when the bolts to attach the TV to the support were too short and the correct length duly arrived in a couple of days, however I could not get them to send me the required adaptor plugs – the generic ones they include are simply incorrect and do not work so I had to spend about 5 to get those from ebay. I also decided I was not completely comfortable (although that was my personal choice) with the length of screws included for attaching the support to the wall, so I spent another 7 to get some more double that length from B&Q. Overall still pretty happy and it has worked a treat.

So bought this to hang an old 40 inch Samsung TV (about 18kgs). Works fine and stable with good instructions. Couple of issues.

    1. Can’t seem to get the TV to stay level over the full extend of arm. So when against the wall the TV is level, if I pull the TV/Arm away from the wall it seems to move away from level by a few MM, nothing drastic.

    2. I was left with a load of bits, this isn’t a fault as such as they include lots of screws, extenders, bolts etc for different set ups, just had me worried a little when I saw how many items I had left.

    3. Again not a fault but I bought the Grip It TV wall mount fixings https://www.amazon.co.uk/Grip-TV-Bracket-Plasterboard-Fixing/dp/B013YPWIWA/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1549388681&sr=8-2&keywords=grip+it as was fixing to plasterboard and the bolts that come with the grips are ever so slightly too big for the holes in the fixing plate. (like I said not a fault with this item but just be aware) I just used a metal drill bit to slightly widen the holes in the fixing plate..

So just to let you know the fixing they supply you with are for fixing to brick/wood etc. If, like me, you are going into plasterboard only then you need better grips such as those above.

    Hope that helps.

Bought to mount an older 32″ TV in our Bedroom, this gives a good range of adjustability and provides a solid mount. The plastic covers on the arms incorporate cable management which helps to keep things tidy behind the TV but the two-piece cover for the wall plate has a tendency to pop off when the TV is pushed back to the wall which is irritating. The provided spirit level has a magnetic base which was useful to keep it secured to the bracket whilst marking the wall prior to drilling and the provided wall anchors and bolts were straightforward and provide a secure fixing, you will need a longish 10mm masonry drill though if you are mounting on a brick or blockwork wall.

The bracket has a good range of movement and is easy enough to manoeuvre once the TV is mounted, the Tilt adjustment took a bit of finessing as the TV had a tendency to droop forwards over time but some fine adjustment of the two Nuts which secure the tilt eventually cured this, you could over-tighten them to fix the tilt position I suspect but the instructions suggest that they should be tight enough to allow adjustment without allowing the TV to adjust itself. Two further bolts secure the TV plate to the arm and if loosened allow the TV to be rotated in order to level it.

A range of VESA bolts are provided to mount the plate on the back of your TV but some shorter M6 bolts would have been useful for my TV, I ended up using some of the spacers between the heads and the back of the TV plate which is OK but shorter bolts would have been better.

An HDMI cable was supplied but I haven’t used it yet as we only have an aerial connection to the TV at present. Overall it is everything you will need (bar a drill) to wall-mount a larger set while allowing a range of movement.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is a brilliant product at a brilliant price. It is well thought through and includes(almost) everything needed to install it. The spanner is definitely too puny to screw the heavy duty bolts into the wall, but I didn’t expect any spanner to be included at that price and it comes in useful for turning the bolts attaching the bracket to the television.

To fit it, I first of all cut a piece of cardboard matching the actual size of the TV and attached the bracket to it. This allowed me to accurately place the bracket against the wall to get a good idea of the final result. I then attached the bracket to the wall using just the top left-hand hole and a smaller screw and plug. This was to allow me to make the upright perfectly vertical against the wall. However, when I did that, I found that the other end of the bracket that attaches to the TV was not perfectly horizontal. When the TV is attached to it, it can only be adjusted horizontally by a very small amount, so I ended up bolting the bar to the wall slightly at an angle to the vertical to ensure the TV was as level as possible.

    Hope this helps.

Golden Review Award: 229 From Our UsersWhen I unpacked the arm I was surprised by the sturdiness of the construction. This was a serious stand for a serious TV. A friend of mine who had bought a different stand locally, at four times the price, was shocked at the high build quality compared to his.
When I unpacked it I could see that the bracket wouldn’t fit my TV ( LG 55″). It seems that whilst manufacturers have a common standard ( VESA) of the holes on the back of the TV, due to design elements of the TV, like a big lip at the bottom of the TV on the LG, the bracket wouldn’t fit.
As always, when things don’t go according to plan, the test of any company, especially on Amazon, is the level of customer service. Invision, the maker of the stand who are based in the UK, absolutely get five stars. I wrote late one evening and the next day they had replied back, not with some standard letter but a highly personalised one and an apology. Gemma, one of their customer support lady was first class. I even spoke with her on the phone and she sent some pictures of how the bracket could be adjusted to suit this particular TV. She was really helpful and followed my case closely. She couldn’t have done more to make sure I could fix the problem.
This really is a first class bracket with a first class service and at a price that beats many brackets four times the price!

Excellent TV Bracket with excellent customer service!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’ve never really understood why people fasten TV’s to their walls – unless it’s in a pub… However my son has a 43″ Toshiba TV and wanted it on the wall and angled so he can watch it in bed. Bought this because of the good reviews and am not disappointed. It comes with a wide array of fitting options and I liked how easy it was to separate the plate that fits the TV from the bracket itself. Once the plate was securely attached to the TV, and the bracket securely bolted to the wall it was simplicity itself to connect the 2 together and level everything up. It feels very secure and the multitude of cables he has connected to it are neatly held in place by the bracket covers. My son is very pleased with it and it was a doddle to install. What’s not to like?

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersLet me start by saying I’m not the greatest DIY’er and things like this always concern me because I expect to do something wrong within the so called ‘simple process’. I am however chuffed to bits that I put this up and also attached the tv myself without any problems whatsoever. I was lucky not to need the extension arms provided, but I think if I had of needed to use them, it would of been made more difficult. There are basic instructions on how to fix this together but it came made up in the box. I don’t know how the arms attach because while the pictures show where you can attach them, it doesn’t give anything towards how they attach to the frame. I would recommend this product based on what I used, and the fact that I’m sat watching tv on the mount right now too 🙂

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersThe bracket is great and my only issue with the product was that my Samsung UE40NU7120 required M8X30 bolts for the top two screw point when attaching the backplate. The top two screw point on the Samsung require using the longer supplied spacers but the M8X35 nuts are too long and the M8X25’s are too short.

Now the important bit. If you’ve got a 70’s semi-detached built by a blind bricklayer in a day using crappy cinder-blocks (like our house) beware…..the rawl plugs for the wall bolt/screws require a 10mm drill bit but to get the plugs in you’re probably drilling an 11mm hole which is exaggerated by the disintegration of the cinder blocks. Having drilled your holes and inserted the rawl plugs (please remember to drill to the length of the bolt/screws not the length of the rawlplugs) you might find that trying to screw the bolt/screws requires so much torque that the actual rawl plugs just spin within the holes. Fear not…..get some smaller rawl plugs and cut them so that you can stick “splints” down the sides of your big rawl plugs already in the wall…..and this will stop them moving……and in my case a little bit of WD-40 into the rawl plugs helped to lubricate the bolt/screws to reduce torque so that I could properly tighten the bracket flush to the wall.

My daughter is delighted with her new TV and bracket…..Merry Christmas all.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI was so pleased with this I bought another for the other tv.
So this has been fitted to suit a 40″ curved tv and also a 43″ flat tv. Both look very smart. Was easy to install although hard to do a couple of bits due to the spanner supplied not being the right size for one part so you will need a socket set of your own. We had to go out and buy one in order to complete fitting it.
It fits flat to the wall nicely. The instructions are very good and made for easy installation. The raw plugs are for plasterboard but not quite long and thick enough so felt more comfortable getting better quality ones due to the value or what was being hung. 10ml still bit does the job also.
Tv can be tilted down or up to suit and to face anywhere from totally left to totally right and anywhere between.
If we got a 3rd tv I would buy again and recommend to friends

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis was used to mount a 34″ TV, so towards the lower end of it’s designed range, so I would be surprised if it taxed the mount. However, it is a fairly solid beast, as long as you secure it to the wall properly. I used some good magnets to find the screws in the pasterboard that went into the wall joists, so I am quite certain that the wood screws supplied are stuck in something quite structural.

If you are mounting a TV much bigger than 34″, two people would definitely be recommended to fit the TV to the mount. I managed by myself, but it was a bit of a fiddle to get the TV bracket to mate to the wall bracket. But once it was in it was straightforward to adjust it into the right position.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersInvision Ultra Slim Tilt Swivel TV Wall Bracket Mount – For 24-55 Inch… A really solid bracket let down by ther spirit level which is about as accurate as a dog pissing down a dusty road on a windy day. Another dissapointment was the range of bolts provided. My Samsung 40″ TV fell in between the bolt sizes and the spacers provided only made each bolt the same as the next size up rather than providing in-between options. I ended up going to the hardware store to buy a couple of packets of washers to allow the braket to be used.. Once fitted though, it’s solid and stable.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersInvision: Great wall brackets at great prices from a great Seller

I’ve previously purchased about five of these wall brackets and I’ve always given them and the company, top reviews! Why? Because I simply couldn’t give Invision wall brackets anything less! If you were to buy similar wall brackets from John Lewis, you would be spending around 200 whereas, the Invision wall bracket prices range from around 20 and up to around 40 (I haven’t checked the latest prices recently but, they are in that price range)! The brackets come with a selection of ALL required fixings and, providing you are ‘handy’ with a drill, you should have no problems! Invision Customer Service is great so, if you have any doubts or questions before you buy or, after you buy, please don’t hesitate to call or email Victoria or Gemma – the number and, I think, email address, are shown on the page or under the sellers details! The brackets come with a 25 years warranty but, please bear in mind that this only covers all parts of the brackets if they fail and, not if your TV falls off the wall with the bracket attached to it – that will be the installers fault! The bracket needs to be fitted correctly so, if you are experienced at drilling holes in bricks or concrete and, using wall plugs, you should be fine! If not, then get someone in who is, to unpack the wall bracket/fixings and, fix the bracket to the wall for you! Having now fitted around 6 of these brackets without problems, I am more than happy to thoroughly recommend Invision and their wall brackets but, I repeat, they MUST be fitted by competent people! Great Wall brackets, great prices with equally great customer service! Please note, I do not work for Invision! I am just an ordinary Amazon customer who happens to be a competent DIY’er who, after searching for decent TV wall brackets online, that I could trust to hold my large screen TV’s onto our walls, I found great brackets from Invision on Amazon and, I remember thinking, “WOW! 1,500 to 3,500 four to five star reviews, (dependent on which brackets you buy), these wall brackets must be pretty good” and, I wasn’t wrong! The prices are great and I ordered my first bracket in July 2017! Since then, when it comes to TV wall brackets, I’ve never looked back! I am happy to say that Invision are now my “Go To” Amazon Seller for my TV wall bracket requirements!

Golden Review Award: 79 From Our UsersSeems sturdy enough, has a good range of motion, not too hard to fit, though I recommend you have a long 10mm drill bit if you’re fitting to anwll that has plasterboard, an air cavity and then brick wall behind it, as the plugs provided need to be sunk all the way into the brick.

Does the job for a good price!

These Invision TV brackets are great to install, this is my second in as many months and the bos has almost everything you need to install the bracket including the small spanner. My only comment or recommendation I would make to improve this install package would be to change the bag containing all the nuts bolts and plugs would be to change the bag to a resealable 25x15cm bagso we can take out as much or as little as we install the bracket and then reseal the bag so we don’t loose any items not needed and can then be stored away for later. Excellent and well equipped TV bracket install package.

Golden Review Award: 305 From Our UsersA strong bracket at a reasonable price that allows movement for my 55″ tv. Before ordering (and if your have a plasterboard wall) I would measure up where the stud is. I didn’t do this and it wouldn’t have been placed where I wanted so felt I had to put some wood up to help with strength (as shown in pic). Once the bracket was on the wall it was difficult aligning the part that was on the tv to the wall part but eventually got there after some profanities! Now it’s up and secure it’s been good and solid and have no doubt it will last.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersBought this for my daughter’s bedroom, I was quite concerned because i was putting up a 32″ old Toshiba tv which was quite bulky and very heavy. The bracket being of cantilever design, means that potentially the tv can be approx 52cm away from the wall so I was sceptical whether the bracket would take the weight or I’d end up with a massive hole in the plasterboard wall!! I read all the reviews including ones from people putting up 50″ tvs on stud walls and they were all saying that it handled it no problem. So I took the plunge and ordered it. It came and the bracket looked sturdy enough but I still had doubts. I’d already got a smaller bracket and tv on the wall and had fastened that to the metal strips behind the plaster board- top tip a strong magnet finds these very easily ;), I removed the old bracket and using the coach bolts provided fastened it to the wall, I found it easier to set the bracket up so the screw holes aligned on the back of the tv, fit the bracket then mount the tv afterwards. The included spirit level ensured a level fit. The bracket comes with a whole host of different screws to fit, I’d have thought, any tv on the planet! Once the bracket was fitted all my worries about being able to take the weight of the tv were quickly put to bed, it’s as solid as a rock, I don’t think at 16 stone I’ll be using it as a pull up bar any time soon, but for doing what it’s supposed to, I’d quite happily hang tvs substantially bigger on this bracket without question. Absolutely excellent product, that I’d recommend to anyone, superb piece of kit at an excellent price, if you’re in the market for a tv bracket, which lets face it you must be if you’re reading this! – look no further you found the best bracket for the money out there!

Golden Review Award: 160 From Our UsersAmazing quality bracket at an excellent price.

The bracket is manufactured really well and is very stable. Usually in these sorts of things the fixings are useless but the ones provided with this one are excellent, I installed it onto a plasterboard on dab wall into blocks and the bolts and plugs provided were very sturdy!. It even came with a spirit level and HDMI cable!!

I like the way that there are cable clips on each of the arms to hold the cables, keeps everything very tidy. I also like that there is a lot of adjustment so you can set the tilt and rotation of the TV which is useful, especially if your walls aren’t in plumb!

In summary this is by far the best TV bracket I have ever bought and I will be recommending it to anyone who wants a decent TV bracke

I bought this to fit my new Sony Bravia KD49XE8077 49-Inch TV. I would say this is the best unit out there for a medium to large size TV that uses VESA compatible fitings (my TV has VESA 200mm by 200mm spaced holes at the back of the TV).

It comes with wall screws and wall mounting plugs (although they are really long ie 8cm screws, you might need to look at shorter screws if you have a thin wall but I fitted mine on a brick wall so no issues). It also comes with a variety of screws and spacers to attach the TV to the mount as well as a spirit level and even a HDMI cable. The instructions were very clear for me (but I have done lots DIY flat pack kind of stuff). This is the only one I found at the time that even has a cover once the unit is screwed to the wall, all for an amazing price (22) and same/next day delivery on prime. As you can probably tell I am very pleased with this unit since every thing I needed was supplied and I was able to quickly get my TV mounted to the wall (you will need a good mains powered drill and 10mm drill bit to get those huge 8cm screws into the wall).

I hope this review helps someone to make the right choise for their TV.

Oh yes nearly forgot, since the arm can be extended out, access to the back of the TV is very easy (unlike the one I have used for my old TV which only has backward and forwards tilt adjustment and very close to the wall).

Great little mount that comes with all you need (even a spirit level!) to get your TV up onto the wall. Good viewing angle for our 40″ TV in the family room. I would say however I wouldn’t want to angle anything a lot bigger than a 40″ TV, as it probably wouldn’t move far enough out of the wall, to allow clearance to angle significantly. This would still work at fairly small angles (ours moves up to 45 degrees and is fine). Not particularly heavy, I had thought it may be a 2-person job, but it was easy to do with one. Nice touch is an included HDMI cable and a spirit level. Sufficient amount of angling adjustment is also provided so that the drilling doesn’t have to be exact. Fairly neat little plastic covers hides any cables too (although they can click around a bit when pushing it back flat as they do move a tiny bit). Overall this is great value!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Userspurchased to mount a Samung 36″ LED tv to a stud wall.

Well provisioned kit- comes with everything, including a magnetic spirit level (nice touch). The supplied HDMI cable is a nice design (braided), however it seems to be a little selective on what it works with (suspect it is an old standard of hdmi).

Bracket has two plains of axis (horizontal and up/down) so is positional to your needs. the bracket extends/folds out also, so it will work in any optimal position you wish. Construction is black power coated solid metal with plastic cladding to hide bolts etc. All in all, great item that didn’t break the bank – tv looks tidy now installed on wall.

Golden Review Award: 21 From Our UsersConsidering their cost in comparison to certain brand name VESA wall brackets that can run you nigh on 100, these Invision brackets are absolutely brilliant. They are solidly constructed, very well made, & they also have a decent quality finish. (I contacted Invision before ordering to ensure I was choosing the right bracket for my new TV; they answered all of my questions & responded within a few hours each time I messaged. They also emailed PDF installation instructions for this HDTV-E model, & their HDTV-DL model which was very helpful for me to get a better idea of the appropriate model for my requirements).

Installation is reasonably straightforward, (an extra pair of hands is a big help & most will need help when it comes to actually lifting the TV up anyway). The instructions are sufficient, (although they could be a little more detailed & clearer to help those unaccustomed to DIY), but it’s not rocket science. The kit includes several different sizes of screws & spacers/washers for mounting the VESA backplate to the TV (dependant upon the specific make & model). A small spanner is also included if you don’t have access to a decent toolkit, however, it would be a bit of a struggle using the supplied spanner alone for the complete installation IMHO. (From our experience installing this bracket, ideally it’s best to have):-
    A) A reliable power drill/screwdriver + 10mm (masonry if applicable) drill bit.
    B) A small socket wrench + 10mm socket, or a decent 10mm spanner
    C) A large head Phillips type screwdriver.
D ) A small hammer, (the raw plugs are fairly heavy duty & mine needed tapping home into a brick wall).
The overall installation & set up will then be much easier, & faster. ENSURE that the main wall bracket is installed the right way up too!! (There are markings on the bracket that are depicted in the instructions, double check as it’s fairly easy to overlook the correct orientation if not paying attention). Fitting the backplate onto the TV is quick & simple, & the VESA measurements are spot on. (For those who may share concerns that I had before purchase – the backplate (& TV) can be seperated from the main bracket quite easily). Once the TV is actually up onto the bracket it has an excellent range of adjustment to get everything perfectly aligned & positioned. The rated weight limit is 36 kg, however, my new 50″ TV weighs approx 17 kg. The dual armed “DL” model would have been complete overkill (with less range of adjustment), & I’m barely testing this bracket with my 17kg TV. The moving joints have a firm level of resistance but they still move freely & very smoothly. Several cable ties are also included to keep the cabling tidy & secure. Cables can also be routed along the upper & lower parts of the main arm through plastic covers that simply slot into place. A braided HDMI 2.0 cable is also included which came in handy as the cable supplied with my new TV was far too short. I’ve since installed different HDMI cables I had ordered that hadn’t arrived at the time, but the provided cable will certainly come in useful as a spare or if I connect a further HDMI device in the future.

The bracket is supplied in retail packaging along with the full installation instructions, previously mentioned screws/spacers, the small spanner, & a handy spirit level. The included HDMI cable is high quality & it definitely supports UHD 4K, HDR, 3D, & ARC (from the few days use it did have). I’m VERY happy with the wall bracket & I’m glad I decided to go with this model that allows the greater range of movement. I’d certainly purchase another if I needed to wall mount another TV. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 5/5.

Just installed this today. Sturdy, good-quality finish, extends to a very good length (my 46inch TV sits at a 30 degree angle in a corner, and I would be able to fit up to 70 inch TVs at that angle with no problem), tilt and roll both adjustable, so even if you don’t manage to fit it perfectly vertically, you can rotate the TV a bit to compensate. Has many screws for many possible thread types in the TV. Works up to 400×400 VESA (i.e. up to 40cm on both axes, between the screw holes). Includes an HDMI cable and a level, which may be useful for some although I already had mine. Cable management via some plastic covers.

The extra-length braces for larger-than-200 VESA lengths are a bit finicky. Better to not tighten their screws before starting to screw into the TV, because otherwise the holes may not line up properly. Loosening a bit and then tightening everything together worked well, though.

Another disadvantage was that the wall-fixing screws are very long for my wall, which does not have thick plaster or drywall layers above the concrete; so if your house is like that you may also hit upon this issue. I had to stop drilling shorter than the screw length, I was afraid I might penetrate the wall fully. I used some of the spacers that came in the box to raise the screw ends, but this means the cosmetic plastic cover doesn’t fit as nicely anymore over the screws… doesn’t really matter as it’s hidden behind the TV anyway, but it’s an annoyance which I’ll have to fix in the future by finding the right-length screws.

Golden Review Award: 46 From Our UsersGreat piece of kit. Feels very sturdy. TV sits as flush as it can with the wall, and the cable tidies have enough space to carry all the various leads. It will still extend quite impressively as required.
Well thought out design which folds up neatly. Relatively easy to align on the wall, the supplied bolts and rawlplugs were of good quality.
Extra alignment was required afterwards, this was allowed for via lateral tilting.

I did use the little level supplied, it worked fine for the task. I haven’t used the HDMI cable but it’s braided and seems decent too.

Local electrical suppliers were asking three times the price for an inferior product.

    Excellent value with plenty features

I was very impressed with this kit. I put it up in less than 30 mins and it was very easy to do. it has solved the clutter in my bedroom.
For the money this is a very sturdy arm and is very versatile in allowing the TV to be positioned n numerous places with its tilt and swing facility.
has cable hiders and an HDMI lead which was very helpful. it has fittings for lots of different TVs but mine was just able to be attached with 4 screws to the main plate without using the arms included.
All you need is a 10mm drill bit for wall fixing and a screw driver. They even give you a spirit level, but even that is not totally necessary as the TV covers the arm and so if you put it up a little on the skew it can be adjusted to look fine anyway!
ten out of ten for this one.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought for a 43 inch LG TV. Really impressed with the quality of this bracket. I’ve fitted a LOT of TV wall brackets in my job and this is by far the best quality one I’ve seen. The paint finish is excellent, bracket is heavy but that’s the whole point of a heavy duty wall mount. There are neat plastic covers to hide the cables. You can adjust the tilt, both horizontal and vertical, after fitting which is great, so even if you don’t get an absolutely perfect straight fit on your bracket you can adjust that out easily once it’s finished. For 23 this feels more like a product 4 times as expensive. I fitted a 100 bracket last week in an executive boardroom which was nowhere near as solid or well designed as this one. 110% recommended!

Golden Review Award: 103 From Our UsersI just bought a new TV and realised that my old bracket would not mount my new TV to the wall; the guy in the shop was very happy to sell me one for 65 and it wasn’t anywhere near as good as this one. This bracket is solidly made and great quality; the design means there is no ‘sag’ as the TV sits on it. It’s a doddle to assemble and fixes into the wall with 4 coach bolts and rawl plugs (supplied). I also liked how the assembly kit comes with different sizes/lengths of screw to attach the X-frame to the TV; what a refreshing idea!

I finally loved how it comes with a magnetic level, so you can get the TV set up square; finally there is a fine adjustment once it is on the bracket and you can set it so it is perfectly level and square. I cannot believe it is so well priced! Don’t look any further….buy this one!

Golden Review Award: 120 From Our UsersI can see why this is an “Amazon Best Seller” product.

The box contains almost everything required to fit the bracket to a wide range of televisions. Plenty of bolts of different sizes and lengths plus a choice of spacers. My TV (43″ Samsung) didn’t require the extension arms (integrated bracket has holes for 100mm and 200mm VESA mounts and the extension arms allow for up to 400mm holes) so I was able to bolt it direct to the TV. The plate detaches from the wall-mounted section, making it really easy to install.

The section attached to the wall has a variety of holes, 3 vertically on-centre plus 1 either side of the top and bottom holes. Plenty of mounting choice for stud walls or masonry.

Instructions were good and easy to follow. I pushed the rawlplugs all the way into the external wall before using the anchor bolts to secure the bracket – as indicated in the instructions – and it is rock solid. The clip-on plastic sleeves for the horizontal arms can be used to tidy away the cables, which is a nice touch, as is the inclusion of the spirit-level (with magnetic strip) and extra long HDMI cable.

Top tip; follow the intructions in detail and dummy it up, working out exactly how and where it’s going to be BEFORE you drill a single hole. Otherwise you might end up (as I did) having to break out the pollyfilla and start again from scratch …

Golden Review Award: 27 From Our UsersFantastic piece of kit – very sturdy and easy to fit. Instructions are easy to understand too.

Lots of options to fit different sized TVs (the spacing of the VESA mounting points) and reassuringly ‘solid’ in use – no worrying ‘wobbles’.

As an added bonus, it comes with a free spirit level (which was accurate) and a HDMI cable – and all for the cost of similar mounts that can’t match this products weight capacity.

I have it supporting a 32″ SONY TV which, according to Sony’s website, is 9.5kg without any issues.

    Hope this helps,

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersPerfect large screen wall bracket. Just hung a 42 inch plasma, this is a heavy set and the bracket is perfect for it. The TV has 400×300 VESA holes, the bracket does support this even though there is no mention of this specific size. Everything was supplied that is required to mount the bracket to the wall and the bracket to the TV: wall plugs, various spacers and different size and length screws. The cable management is simplistic, works and more importantly, stays in place, the plastic cable tidies do not fall off the arms. Well done, a manufacturer that has put some proper thought into the design. Would have given 6 out of 5 stars, but the system won’t let me! 🙂

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is a very sturdy, well built bracket. I bought it hang my 40″ Samsung TV on the kitchen wall. The kit comes with a selection of VESA/Machine screws to attach your TV to the hanging plate (more on that later) and 4 rawplugs and 80mm coach bolts for bolting the bracket to the wall.

There are 3 holes at the top of the bracket, 3 at the bottom and one in the centre. The instructions recommend to use the 4 corner holes if attaching to a solid wall or the 3 vertically centrered holes for a plasterboard wall. My wall is a plasterboard wall and luckily there was a stud timber where I wanted the TV positioning so the bolts are securely attached. Note that the coach bolts supplied are 8cm long so make sure if you are putting into a partition wall that it is deeper than this otherwise the bolt will come out the other side!

If your TV is a 100 or 200 VESA set then you do not need to attach the separate extension arms, the backplate has the holes already there. The arms are only required if you have a TV requiring VESA 300 or 400 spacing.

I did not use the supplied spirit level as it is a very cheap plasic one which I would not trust to be totally accurate. I used my own level for installation. Also I would recommend a socket set for screwing the bolts and the various nuts on the bracket as the spanner supplied would be too much like hard work (and hurt your hands) and it looks as though it would not be up to the job anyway. A socket set makes installation so much easier.

If your bracket is a fraction out of level, when you add a TV to the bracket it is even more noticeable. A nice feature of the bracket is that you can adjust the rotation of the TV clockwise/anti-clockwise up to 8 degrees so even if you are slightly out, add your TV, put your level on the TV edge and then simply rotate the TV. Bingo!

The plastic covers around the arms are very handy for routing the cable(s) through to keep them all tucked nicely inside.

So, why the 4 stars? One point – I have a 40″ 2017 Samsung UHD TV (not curved). According to the TV instructions you need to use on their 40-49″ TVs 45mm M8 screws to attach the bracket backplate to (when using the Samsung supplied spacers). Invision supply a whole host of machine screws for attaching your TV but the longest M8 screw supplied is 40mm which is not long enough to attach the plate to the TV. I had to buy these separately. Invision do state that if you contact them they will supply the required fittings but I could not wait around emailing and waiting for them to post me 4 bolts. As Samsung are one of the main TV brands I would have thought that Invision should have supplied M8 45mm bolts as standard.

All in all a great bracket and really pleased with the purchase despite having to source my own TV machine screws. Recommended.

Great bracket, very easy to mount with supplied mounts and screws, one problem is to check the length of your screws, if like me your mounting onto a stud wall, as th screws were far too long for me and came out the other side of the wall, which hasn’t gone down well.

Comes supplied with a cheap spirit level so mounting vertically is easy but if it’s a little off it’s easy to correct with an adjuster on the swivel head to correct the TV if it’s at an angle.

I like the plastic cover for the bracket too which hide the mounting screws and hold the cables together.

For the price this is a really good buy.

I have used it to hang a 42″ lcd so not the heaviest style but the quality of the bracket itself will easily hold a much larger or heavier tv and would no doubt be able to handle the weight of something like a 42″ plasma. The fixing kit that comes with it is decent too, long strong bolts ensure a decent adherence to the wall and the tv is going no where.

Comes with a level & HDMI cable too – great little extras even if you dont need them, you will no doubt be grateful for a spare cable someday and this one is decent enough, braided style 1 metre.

If I was going to hang other tv’s I would definitely use these again.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersExcellent heavy duty TV wall mounting bracket – impressive build quality and supplied with good quality wall fixings.
Took about an hour to fit this to an internal solid brick/block wall – This included a trip to Screwfix to get some longer bolts. The wall bracket is constructed of a quality alloy which is well finished and painted black. Ours did need a squirt of WD40 to ease the hinged arm which is stiff by design to stop the arm swinging too easily. I was impressed the wall bracket came with a spirit level in the box – nice touch and this is now in my children’s toy box.
One minor issue was we had to buy additional bolts (M8 x 55mm) to complete the attachment of the bracket to the back of a Sumsung 49″ TV. The bolts supplied in the box were not long enough for our TV which required extra long bolts due to the curvature of the casing. Buy one – you won’t regret it!

Reasonably well made bracket. The holes for vesa mounting are accurately drilled, the powder coat finish is reasonable and not scratched anywhere that I could see and adjustments at the end of the arm for level and tilt are easy to make.

A good selection of fixings for the wall and VESA screws and spacers are included. Oddly no washers are included and a couple were required on my TV to stop the mounting screws from bottoming out. No big hassle for me as I had plenty of M8 washers lying around but could be inconvenient for some.

The arms are a good length and the 32″ Samsung TV can be placed at 90 degrees to the wall without difficulty. I think a 40″ TV should be able to sit at 90 degrees to the wall, so long as it was of a slim bezel design, although I have not tested this. The arms, however, are perhaps not prefectly aligned as when the TV is levelled at then end of the arm it only remains level in that arm position. Reposition the arm and the TV is no longer level, even though the wall plate was levelled quite accurately. This is a minor gripe for me as the TV tends to sit in one position.

As other reviewers have noted the spirit levels included are absolutely worthless, and you should use a known good level when installing. It would be better if these levels were not included – one could do a much better job by eye they are so far out. Also, none of the mounting holes are slotted for adjusting level, so be careful to make sure you mark out carefully before driling your wall.

The cable management covers are nice, but you cannot conceal much cable inside them, so consider hiding your cables inside the wall. The vertical cover that hides the mounting screws can be a bit tricky to get to stay in place. It is only held by a couple of small plastic tabs that catch on the wall plate.

I have not tried the HDMI cable that was included in the package and I would prefer that it were not included. If I need a cable I will order one.

I cannot give a full 5 stars, considering the number of gripes (albeit minor ones) but a solid 4 stars for this excellent VFM bracket.

Golden Review Award: 80 From Our UsersThis review is for the Invision Ultra Slim Tilt Swivel TV Wall Bracket Mount – For 24 – 55 Inch LED TVs.
Fitted this into an alcove 1180cm wide for a Samsung 50 flat screen onto dry lining which I had prepared before plasterboarding by fitting a 19.5mm thick plywood panel between the studs.I screwed through the plasterboard into the plywood. The instructions were easy to follow and assembly was straightforward. Thought needs to be given to positioning for viewing height preference and horizontal positioning if fitting into a restricted space as the wall bracket needs to be off-centre.
Movement is smooth and satisfyingly positive with no slackness. The range is such that the TV can be pulled out of the alcove, swung round and viewed at an angle perpendicular to the alcove. The only criticism I have is that the plastic cover which hides the wall bracket (which is hidden by the TV anyway) fails to remain in place. Not a problem.
    I recommend this product.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersWe looked at a wide range of wall mounts for our new 55 inch Sony TV. Sony wanted 170 for one so we were taking a risk in buying the Invision unit that was almost one-tenth of the Sony bracket price. In the event, the Invision product proved to be excellent. It was well packed, very well made, and with clear instructions it was relatively easy to fix. To test the bracket when fitted to the wall (and not wanting the TV to later fall to the floor half way through a program!), I extended the bracket almost to its full extent and then lifted myself off the ground using it. I weigh about 75kg so much more than the TV. The bracket supported my weight without a problem. (We had a stud wall and screwed the bracket to one of the 4×2 inch wood batons behind the plasterboard using the screws provided). The ability to tilt the TV as well as angle it to the wall is also a real bonus. overall, I would thoroughly recommend this product.
