Good, quiet, well built fan. Would be nice if it came with some hanging straps for a tent set-up. You can not connect the carbon filter directly to the fan without special clamps. The controller is a nice feature, but it seems if you set the high and low temp/humidity options the fan will eventually shut off. It would be nice if the fan had a minimum speed option to keep it running for grow tents that need constant ventilation. I found that I can keep it in the "on" mode at my desired speed and set the alarm settings to make it kick up speed in the event my temps get too hot, but it cuts down on the overall efficiency of the fan doing this.

Great tent fan and great customer service
I use the t4 in my 4x4x6 tent. Very happy with it. Besides being efficient and on the quiet side, the temperature/humidity display is a convenient and informative. Wouldn’t want to grow without it now.
After I had the fan for a year and a half, the unit had a problem. I emailed customer support and quickly received the help l needed.
I recommend this product and would definitely buy it again.

Super quiet and hardly any issues so far.. temp sensor works great and it’s usually around or spot on the temperature on my other readers.. easy to set up and mount as well.. levels are up to 5 and are nicely spaced out.. Love that i dont have to worry about humidity and temp controls in grow room area. This controls it both manual and via settings you enter. I noticed my bubbler is louder than the vent fan thats how surprisingly quiet it is. Does not control the temp by heating or cooling but rather just does its best to stay within range you set.

For something that is at this price point I was blown away with how well made this unit is. The fan is superquiet and the controller is brilliant, simple to use, feature rich and beautifully made. It seems to be extremely high quality.
I have only been using a week now, so time will tell, but when I examine it closely I can see the care that went into engineering and manufacturing this unit.
I am super pleased and in fact ordering another fan unit since this controller supports two fans.
The instructions are simple and comprehensive frankly I didn’t even read them until I had it already installed, set up and running. The controller is super intuitive and tells you everything you need to know. The remote sensor has a long cable as does the controller making the installation very flexible.
I cannot say enough about this fan.
We installed this fan in the rear our diesel pusher RV to help it cool down after a long trip. The RV already had an external vent installed that could be used for a washer/dryer combination. Since we don’t have or plan on having a washer dryer, I decided to install this fan to remove as much warm air as possible from the rear of the RV. When we drive, the diesel engine, located in the rear, heats up, and stays hot for hours.
The installation was straight forward, if a little unusual. To screw it down, one must undo the two clamps, and remove the center portion that houses the fan. This then exposes the screw holes in the bracket that has the two farings attached.
After installation, the fan works very well. It moves a large volume of air, and does so with a minimum of noise. The instructions tell how to set the controller to turn the fan on and off according to maximum and minimum temperatures or humidity. It is also possible to simply turn on/off the fan. It has 10 power settings. No matter what mode you use, the fan will go to the highest fan speed that you set initially. It does not slow down as it gets closer to the set temperature. It stays at the set maximum speed until the temperature or humidity cut off is reached.

I bought one of these in June hoping it would be worth the extra money from a cheaper vivosun unit.
I have since bought a second for second environment. Being able to see the condition on the environment, know it is managing the environment as best as it can, and alarms for extreme conditions is amazing.
For noise level it is close to my 3 speed 12 inch fan on medium or high. Not bad at all, I have 2 in earshot of my bed with 0 issues on its highest speed.
Installed it in my finished basement to prevent condensation in my AC ducting. Works a charm. Quiet and love the automatic control for humidity. starts and ramps up/down to control temp and humidity depending on set-points. Only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is the mounting of the controller. Probably ok for grow tents but the mounting flange is on the back and when mounted leaves the two plug in cables exposed at the front. Its cosmetic but a front flange or flush mount for panel would be nice to give it a "clean look"

If your on the fence about this fan. Well do yourself a favor and buy it. It's silent,strong and easy to setup. The controller will take a few to get just right. But when it's setup. You barely need to go in the tent. Auto runs awesome. I don't use the alarm mode. It's kinda annoying. But it warns you very well.

I fully understand I did not qualify for a dealer account as I had not even set up website or company and was finalizing business plan (which I cannot do without costs!). The company stated They would allow me to purchase bulk 20 units, but gave no price. In response I asked if I could purchase 10 fans & 10 filters? They did not even bother to reply! I did not really want to purchase 20 of each to start and really expected a response with perhaps a lower discount. This is a great Fan & Filter, just disapointed that I wasted my money on purchasing in order to test before offering fan to S.A market. I am expecting my venture to grow as they have legalized the home growing of Cannabis here. A bit short sighted if you ask me!

This is my reason for the 4 star instead of 5. Installation I gave 4 stars but that only depends on how you mount it. If you mount to the wall you have to take the fan apart to get to the mounting holes. Its not hard to do but it does earn the installation a 4 star rating. With all that being said i would still buy another one today if I needed it. These fans work perfectly alongside the controller that comes with it! It does an extremely good job of regulating the temperature and humidity and i don't have to be around it all the time to adjust as it does the work for you.

The product comes with great installation instructions and is easy to configure. Although I have only used it for a few days, it seems to delivery everything as promised on the website. A nice solution for a small cramped HVAC room in the middle of our house. If it continues to perform this well, I plan to install a second unit paired to this controller.

We use us in a crawl space. We ran the display right above our crawl space entrance. We can monitor temperature levels and humidity levels easily. They move tons of air can you keep mold from growing. We even use it in the winter time to keep the temperatures from going to low. Super super quiet also.

I bought a pair of these – a T4 and S4 model – both connected to the same digital controller.
This way the in and outtake are balanced.
These fans are very powerful but starting from level 5 (of 10) the noise is too loud to use in a living room.
So I bought 4 AC infinity noise cancelling tubes and now it is silent at level 6 – great!
The picture shows the outtake set up – the intake is at the floor.
Would recommend but if noise is an issue you will need the noise cancelling tubes as well.
PS : I’m from Europe – I paid double the price due to transport and import taxes and it did not come with a EURO plug – a simple adapter fixes this as the power supply handles 220V as well.
bought this for my grow tent in my closet wanted something quite so I could sleep at night because the tent is close to my bed tried other brands and they where to loud when I tried this Ac infinity It blew my exceptions away my bed is about 6 feet away from my closet grow. my actually fan for my room is louder than this ac infinity incline fan on its medium setting. will definitely pick up another one for my other tent because of the controller.

Delivery was faster than expected and the supplier was great, answering my questions about the US Plug.
Doesn’t come with UK, plug, but you just need a 3 prong US to UK adapter, and technically you could put a uk plug onto it by wiring it yourself, but that might invalidate the warranty, so for a an extra fiver for the adapter that was worth it. (Although this should have been included in the markup price tbh, if it was I would give 5 stars)
it keeps temps at that 26 degree to 29 degree sweet spot very well and will also stop humidity getting out of control, by running faster, it is programmable so you can set high temp, low temp, high humidity low humidity, so the fan will kick in to a different speed to achieve the desired temp, at your set desired noise level trade off.
once you have set the high temp low temp, high humidity low humidity, just put it on auto and put your feet up, whatever the weather, you can also set the alarm to sound when thresholds are reached, for to hot or cold extremes.

Depending on circumstance you may have to connect injunction with a switch power fan to move air completely. While the other fan is at rest, this one is still working behind the scenes. Great device.

This is a quality item. I'm impressed with everything about it. Comes with the parts you need for different setups. Easy to program and works great. My grow space stays right in the range I programmed. Can't recommend this enough! I also have an AC Infinity device cooling my AV receiver and that is also excellent.

Definitely a must for any grow tent. Quite, energy efficient and its programming is top notch. No need to worry about temps or humidity as this product self regulates itself. Keeping humidity and temp in your grow tent optimal.

You will need the 4-inch pushing and 6-inch pulling threw the 4-inch filter to get any big effect. This would have to be some sort of closed room... My 4inch absolutely sucks pulling alone threw a filter. -- I guess the control was what I really wanted. Now to convert that to a fan that will move air for my small paint booth... --- Control is kick ass... but the actual pull from the fan is lacking... 4 inch %^%$%^ 4 INCH -- ordering a 6 or 8 ...

I bought the T4. It’s a great little fan especially with the temp / humidity monitor and smart controller. However, I had to return mine for a T6 as it couldn't cycle the air in my 4x2 grow tent (with the carbon filter attached). It actually seemed like with the filter attached there wasn’t even a fan. If you are looking to pick this up for a 4x2 tent in combination with a carbon filter then think twice. Go ahead and size up to the T6 or T8 right now. However, if you are looking to pickup the T4 as a standalone fan then I’d say its definitely a good option.

I bought a fan about 3 months ago a ipowerd one it did the job but it was super loud. Now this one is quite and you can control your space temperature and humidity. It makes it very easy love it so far let's see how it holds up.

This fan works just as expected. Controls temp and humidity perfect in a 4×4 grow tent. The alarms work the best for rapid response. Set high and low limits causes overshoot and undershoot due to slower response time then using the alarm settings. Its just the alarm is a bit annoying. Needs to have a way to shut the audio alarm off.
Main reason for 4 stars though is that it is not WiFi so i cannot control settings from my phone. Hopefully they will upgrade the controllers in the near future to allow this. Would be a great cheap addition to what is already a great product.
Love the programmable feature. It also has a temperature and humidity probe, which eliminates need for additional gauge. Noise is minimum. Outer shell is plastic, this weighs less than a steel motor, but don't drop it ! A little more expensive, but also more high tech, and energy efficient.

Amazing fan - few small issues
This is an amazing product! Literally so quiet you can’t even hear it on the low settings. My 1000w led light (bought a fanless spider farms, so much better) is louder than this! It moves so much air even with a filter on! Can’t wait to get another S4 for my intake fan!
Update: Unfortunately when I plug the S4 into the T4 controller, neither fans turn on. This isn’t an issue for me as I have the exhaust S4 always on and the T4 as my intake pulling air by itself as needed. Customer service has been taking days/weeks to reply to emails and there no phone number active at the moment due to COVID-19 so I understand and can assume this isn’t like this during normal operations. Amazing products, Ac Infinity! Thanks agai

I got the 4 inch for my 3x2 tent and it is awesome. Very very quiet. Legit climate control. Just set and no need to worry. Considering you have good ventilation. But for my size tent. This is utterly prefect. I do recommend.

I have purchased three different units and all of them work with out any issues. Can run them continuously if need by. They are quiet and with humidity control, temp control, and alarm mode I will continue to purchase and install. The best value. I can not say enough about it.

will buy an 8" next time, but it's a good little fan for a SMALL grow tent. my tent is 40x40x80 and this fan can hardly keep temp below 80 in winter. pretty sure it won't last the summer before i need to upgrade to larger model. good for a small nursery tent, but nothing larger than 24x24.

Literally the best inline fan you can buy. It’s dead quiet, and the built-in heat/humidity controller would be worth the price alone. Don’t buy the cheaper fans. This is the one you’re looking for.

As I was installing it, I dropped the carbon filter. Amazingly, it hit the ground perfectly on the probe wire, severing it. I emailed AC Infinity to ask if I could purchase a replacement probe. They said, “we will replace it as a courtesy under warranty.” They did not need to do this, as I was willing to pay since it was my mistake, but they did it anyway. Support this company.

However, my only gripe, as cliche as it may be, is that there's not an app that allows me to remotely use my mobile device to adjust fan speed and settings while also notifying me of temp/rh changes by sending alerts straight to my mobile device and/or email. Just a thought. That aside, I highly recommend purchasing this product, and will do so again myself in the future.

Had heard a lot about these, and was almost tempted to import one from the US, so was pleasantly surprised when one popped up for sale in the UK.
I kept my expectations in check, how silent can a duct fan be right?
After a couple of weeks of use I’m happy to say I’m extremely impressed. It basically works exactly how I had hoped. The build quality is excellent, the packaging is excellent, and most importantly, the performance is there. At a setting of 2-3, which is all that’s needed in a small environment, you can barely tell its on at all, which is just amazing. At higher settings you’ll hear it but it’s still very reasonable. I didn’t expect to use the auto features on the controller that much but it’s actually really nice for keeping the environment just where you want it.
Overall can’t recommend enough, acinfinity should definitely get more of these available in Europe as they are more than worth it.

What is not to like! The charcoal filter weighs more than this motor. Love the controller. Set it and forget it! Now I can walk away and not worry if the fan should be running or not. Highly recommended!

This exhaust fan is exactly what I was hoping for when I purchased it. I’m using it as filtration for a grow tent set up. The fan works so well, I purchased a second one and again, NO issues, runs perfectly.
The fan has a digital display control that can be mounted outside the tent. The humidity/temp sensor is spot on accurate.
The fan runs fairly quiet compared to others I’ve seen. It has 10 speed settings and obviously gets louder at the highest setting.
You can also program the fan to operate with temp/humidity variances.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with this product and would purchase again.
Great Product, Great Fan, Awesome Display
This is a great exhaust system when set up correctly. The Auto Mode allows you to set parameters for when you want the fan to turn on depending on temperature or humidity. There is an alarm mode that will go off on a separate set of parameters if you’re using this fan in a larger space (I have it turned off). Since I switched from a box fan exhaust to this I have noticed much less power consumption with the Auto mode and my Humidifier turns on much less meaning I don’t have to fill it nearly as much.
The only thing that seems weird is on the Auto mode, You set a High and Low for Temp and Humidity. But if you ever hit the Low numbers the fan turns on making the space even colder or less humid. So keep that in mind. The auto modes are parameters to turn ON the fan. It will only turn off when the room is inside the 2 numbers set.
All in all this is a great system and would suggest or buy again if I need another.

This fan is awesome for sure. I have more than one fan from ac infinity and I have to say that they have a quality product. I had a small issue and the customer service was excellent! I will continue to be a customer.

My application of this duct fan is somewhat unusual. I drilled a 4" hole in the floor of our non refrigerated "wine closet" and mounted the fan vertically to a joist in the crawl space with the output end sticking into the 4" hole. The crawlspace is always around 65 degrees all year. Now, so is my wine closet which used to vary a lot because I was not always home in the summer and the house (and closet) would get into the high 70s sometimes. Mid 60s for wine is fine unless you are a purist. As mentioned, it is working as intended and does not have to run all the time since it has a thermostat control.
My application of this duct fan is somewhat unusual. I drilled a 4″ hole in the floor of our non refrigerated “wine closet” and mounted the fan vertically to a joist in the crawl space with the output end sticking into the 4″ hole. The crawlspace is always around 65 degrees all year. Now, so is my wine closet which used to vary a lot because I was not always home in the summer and the house (and closet) would get into the high 70s sometimes. Mid 60s for wine is fine unless you are a purist. As mentioned, it is working as intended and does not have to run all the time since it has a thermostat control.

Bought this fan for control to humidity in a small bathroom after long showers. The bathroom still builds up with have most in the air and on the walls, but after done showering the room drys out much faster. I set mine to turn on automatically after the humidity hits 50%. You can not hear it ramp up to full speed, but it does.

I like Everything about the fan. It is real easy to disassemble for cleaning. The center fan just unclip and pulls out without removing duct. Kick ass little 4" fan. I use it in my 4 by 8 grow tent. I will be buying the 8" and 10" when my hyperfans go out in the flower room. Awesome product dudes

I definitely prefer this to a traditional bath fan but it doesn’t seem to move that much air and the humidistat readings seem inconsistent. It is very quiet though.
I definitely prefer this to a traditional bath fan but it doesn’t seem to move that much air and the humidistat readings seem inconsistent. It is very quiet though.
Love this thing everything about if is wonderful description is spot on and it works as described. I use it on my Glowforge 3D laser unit which was so loud it sounded like a jet plane was taking off, this is a must have for all you Glowforgers out there.

The product works. Very easy to install. The important thing is that it works. My bathroom mirrors clear all the way. It comes on and turns off as per the program I chose. You can use the temp or humidity level. I chose the latter.

This works great getting heat into my man cave from the hot air duct from my coal furnace, easy install’ wires are plenty long enough for installation, Used a dryer vent to get the heat into the room.
Have not turned on the electric heat in that room since , will pay for itself this year I hope.

Installed for my basement bathroom. I installed the control panel in the utility room (backside of bathroom) and put the sensor behind a dragon hook. The auto humidity control seems to work great based on my initial tests. The test will come in the upcoming weeks with company coming and high bathroom humidity.
Update:. More than a year later I am super happy with how this fan is working. This has completely eliminated my bathroom wall mold problem.
I purchased this to use as a basement ventilation system. My thought was to use this instead of running my dehumidifier in my basement. Plus IF I have any Radon in my basement I can evacuate it outside. I utilized a old basement window that led to nowhere but had a cavity surrounding it. Previous owner of the house added a 3 season room to the house and left a cavity around a basement window which was just wasted space until I utilized the space.
The dehumidifier used a lot of power, 1,100 watts I believe. Compared to this unit only using 28 watts.

Just by being only 4″ in diameter, this fan is prone to being noisy due to having to run at higher rpm to get a similar volume flow rate as a larger, slower spinning fan. However, this fan also fits my tent , and it’s performance has been great despite its inherent inefficiency. The output speeds 1 thru 7 are all very quiet, with noise becoming noticeable around settings 8 thru 10. At 10 it’s seriously pushing air. The quality of the fan assembly, speed controller / timer, temperature probe and all the wiring is very well built. Even the wires and connectors are heavy duty.
Nothing in this package will break on you without serious disrespect. The wires come with tons of extra length so you can route them clean from point a to point b. Programming the timer is a breeze. I am very happy with my purchase although looking back I probably should have opted for a larger diameter fan.
Great exhaust unit. Love the energy saving automation. Helps ensure the tent stays in the perfect range. I hope the manufacturer starts making a humidifier that will plug in and run off the humidity readings on the controller!! Would be great to have one controller to automated exhaust and the addition of humidity when that drops to low.

The fan works just fine. As for the temp/controller, that’s a different story. I like the fact it does in fact turn off/on to keep temp at posted degree. BUT just that it turns off then on(10 speed). It can’t keep it at a steady pace to keep temp at degree’s set. For instance at level 4 speed. Beside that major issue it’s work just fine.

10 autoflowers all in flowering in a 4×4 tent . Struggling with 99 percent high humidity and condensation with this fan so freaking quiet humidity dialed in around 60 percent all day and night only on setting 6,7 . Really happy with this product wouldnt hesitate to buy another one !
I love this fan the programming is fairly easy and the extra length of cord lets you have plenty of versatility. I would of perfected them to include some way to hang the fan I used some rope hangers and it worked ok but I’m sure they could include and make something better than rope hangers which I bought separately.

Quiet..
I bought these 2 fans to replace my other 2 inline fans that were extremely loud. They worked well bit very loud and no very efficient. I’m useing 2 of the 4inch ac infinity fans for a 4x4x6.5 grow tent. I bought one with the humidity controller and the other with just the fan controller speed. I definitely needed 2 if these bc I bought the first one and with my 400w led, and 1000w halide my temps were up to 93 when both were on
When the halide was off it went down to abt 88, still to high for my likeing. So I purchased a 2nd one and when both lights are on it dorsnt get over 88 and when the led is just in its abt 76/78 degrees. Si far I’m very happy with my purchases. If you would like to send me a 6inch fan to try and test I would be happy to promote your company and post my grow as it goes through the various stages. I can definitely promote your product if your willing to send me a free 6inch fan to try out to see if it’s something I would use for my gorilla grow. Thanks again for a quiet and efficient product so far 10 days in I’m happy with my 4inch fans.

From the packaging, to the fan and remote it is all top quality American made product. The probe does not read temp nor humidity well... I have to keep wiping it off... many other improvements I can tell you of to make this a more excellent product but that's not my job. I'm willing to help with ideas but some sort of compensation would be jus

In general this is a great fan, feels well designed and built, very quiet, and most importantly, moves air. When combined with their smart controller, it feels like a high end system, and although it’s far from the cheapest option on Amazon, it’s possibly the best value.
Two things: Once attached to a filter, the cfm is significantly reduced. This should be expected of any fan, but in retrospect I wish I had purchased the 6″ instead of the 4″.
Second, I bought two of these, one for intake and one for exhaust. Approximately once a week, the exhaust fan randomly shuts off, creating a pressure imbalance and obviously not ideal for a controlled environment. I unplug and then restore the smart controller (which controls both fans) and it fixes immediately, but obviously slightly annoying. Still, overall I’d recommend this fan and buy again.
I will never use another exhaust fan again in fact I'm buying 2 more of these you can't go wrong with the settings on the control panel perfect for those that need precise control over humidity and temperature ac infinity has me as a customer for life and all my fan needs

Must have for a grow tent. I just set it and forget it. Easy to set controller. Installation was easy i used zip ties instead of the straps it came with. This is a high quality inline fan. I would buy another one if needed.
It’s extremely quiet as advertised and does a great job of removing the air from a 2x4x5 tent. One downside was that you cannot connect a carbon filter directly to the fan, kept on slipping off no matter how much I tightened the duct ring. I had to use a 1-foot piece of duct to connect the two. Not a big deal unless you’re working with a small space.

My dryer vent run is over 20′ long and has to make a few turns. This claused slow drying and lint collection in the vent. After looking at several options I decided to go with this product and it makes a perfect dryer vent booster fan. The long lead to fan gave me plenty of distance from my dryer so that the air isnt quite so hot once it gets to the fan. The fan itself is quieter than my bathroom vent and settup was a breeze.
I ran the connection from the fan to the controller along the vent. Put an extra lint trap inline before the fan. A ton gets by the one in most dryers and I didn’t want lint collecting in the fan. (I will say that if it did need cleaning, it would be very easy to remove the center section to get to it. ) For the unit to work automatically, I simply poked a hole in the vent to put the temp/humidity sensor in. Set auto high temp to 95 degrees on the controller and it works amazingly well. Clothes now take a fraction of time to dry.
