Q: What to do if the watch doesn’t record my sleep?
1. Please check if the watch has been upgraded to the latest version (Go to the FitCloudPro app–> Device–> Click the “Device Version”–> “Download and Upgrade the new version”.)
2. Please restart the watch and wear it again the next day to check if there is a sleep record.
Q: What to do if I can’t get it to connect to my phone or always get disconnected?
1. Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-10 meters. If the watch was beyond the distance, it will cause the disconnection, you need to bind the watch to the app again.
2. If the FitCloudPro app can’t detect the watch, please restart your phone and also reset the watch (Turn on the watch–> Click the ”Settings” icon–> “reset”.) Then try again.
3. If you still can’t connect the watch: please uninstall the FitCloudPro app and also delete the “LW11” from the Bluetooth paired list of your phone. Install the FitCloudPro app and try again.

For iPhone:

After buying two previous watches i was a bit wary of this one, BUT wow im so in love with it. The battery hasnt needed to be charged yet, and ive had it over two weeks now. The graphics on the watch are really good.
I would recommend this watch especially for the price too, easy to use once I changed the settings/Language. Has all the features and more that apple offers. Really nice design comfortable wear. 5*
The only criticism I have is that it does not alert me to what’s app notifications. I have followed all instructions and selected it on the app and still nothing. This is my most used method of messaging so it’s annoying that I can’t get alerts. All other notifications are great and overall the watch is worth the money and looks good!
This smart watch is very pretty compared to others, more feminine. Instructions are easy to follow to set up, battery life is excellent and although it’s not always 100% accurate it’s always very close. I bought to monitor my blood pressure and you can recalibrate the watch through the phone app by entering a precise blood pressure reading from a medical device and after that the readings on the watch are fairly accurate. 100% happy with my purchase, would recommend to others.
This is the 3rd smart watch I have bought and so far the cheapest and the best. Great battery life and offers me all that I need. I can not really comment on accuracy as I have nothing to compare it with, however I know that I do around 5000 steps in an hours walk and this watch give the same reading too.
My only dislike is that is quit big and clumpy. I would prefer it to look more like a watch on my arm than a mini computer, but I will sacrifice that for the performance. Lastly why oh why do all smart watches with a female function have to come in PINK

Very easy to setup for somebody who is not technical. Love that I can change the watch faces. Battery life is fabulous! lasts 4 days plus. Lots of easy-to-use settings. App is simple too. The watch is much smarter than previous ones I have had that or more than double the price! I highly recommend this watch.
This is a lovely watch with a really good display, has stayed connected to the app, didn’t take long to charge and well worth the money I paid for it so far . Really comfortable to wear I cannot fault it at the mome
it has a nice, fancy style, good battery life and a lot of functions. Very compatible with my phone which is an iphone. The only problems I’ve had is that it doesn’t have a “not bother” function so if a message arrives in the middle of the night it can wake you. Also, you have to delete your notifications since it has a very limited capacity. A trick that I use is let it fill near bedtime so that it doesn’t wake me.
Great looking watch. So far everything looks good. Connected well to my phone. Comfortable and light on my wrist. Measures well the steps, b.pressure, oxygen, h.rate. didn’t measure my sleep at all for some reason. Can control my music, calls, msgs, camera. I like i can create my own watch faces, although quite limited. The app could have more setting controls, but it is overall a very good purchase. I am happy with it.
My daughter aged 11 got this for Christmas and loves it , she did want a ieatch , however I feel that she could get an ieatch for a 16 birthday , so we got this for Christmas, good value , charge lasts for ages and nice looking watch

My husband has this watch. It was easy to set up and looks good. He was disappointed as there are not that many watch faces to choose from. Perhaps its could be described as a fairly simple watch, which is what he wanted and he is happy with it.
Got this for Christmas so been using it from Christmas day battery lasts ages! Totally impressed so far works just as good as the galaxy active fit I had until it broke and replaced with this 1
If you are looking for a simple smart watch that looks high tech and pretty without the glitz and glam of the high tech watches that do it all “takes calls and pictures and holds lots of apps” est this smart watch is perfected for you! It’s so far reliable, fast, has a long battery life and in an added little gem you can change the watch face not only this but it has 5 in total to choose from for such a low price this smart watch is brilliant.
The only down side is the charger wire is very short so when it does come time to charge the watch, which isn’t often! It’s almost in impossible to put it on a tableflat surface making wall charging a difficult task and due to it being off brand it’s not easy to find a longer charging wire in placement of it, in fact I am still looking for one. Other than this small complaint due to the price of this smart watch, this is a minor inconvenience!
Only thing I can fault is there aren’t that many watch faces to choose from, other than that EVERYTHING else is brilliant. So easy to link up and use with your phone, would recommend for anyone on a budget looking for something like a Fitbit. Love it!
It is quite a large watch so not for a smaller person. However the silicon is very soft against the skin and it has good battery life and is exactly what I wanted and expected with the price very happy

This was a present and the main reason I bought it was because it had a smaller screen size as she has small wrists. It has all the features I’d expect from a watch like this but the thing that ‘lets it down’ is the range of the Bluetooth. You only have to walk out the room from where your phone is and it loses connection whereas mine works in the bedroom when my phone is downstairs. If you can live with this then it is a nice smart watch for the price.
Even though this isn’t a Garmin or Fitbit, I am really surprised by the quality of the watch. The battery life is great, it has been on since Christmas day, and the battery is still at 75%.
I love how simple it was to setup and I love the look of the watch. Even though there are instructions, we are still finding new bits that we did not read about. Love it so far, but only a few days in.
I love the big round face, large choice of watch faces and the fact that the watch receives social media posts, text messages etc. I also love the fact that you can count your steps and sync to Apple health data on the iPhone. I wish the watch would stay lit up for longer, as it seems to go back to a black screen very quickly when the wrist is tilted. I still haven’t worked out if I can reply to text messages. I don’t think I can but for a smart watch of it’s price it has a lot of good features. I used to own an Apple Watch so I know it won’t perform quite in the same way but I do like it. I’d purchased a fossil gen 6 watch and found it slightly too heavy but with lots of added extras, this one I’ve just purchased to replace it is very simple but very comfortable to wear plus the battery life is vastly longer.
Obviously you don’t get all the bells and whistles of the more advanced watches but it okay for what I want it for.
My only real gripe is no calender and maybe more face choices.

I have had this watch for around 6 months now and it is perfect for what I wanted. It counts steps and many other exercises, phone notifications come through to it and calls, although you can’t answer calls it is good if your phone is in your bag or even another room so you know if someone is calling. Battery life lasts over 2 weeks too.
This is my first smartwatch, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after wearing it for a few weeks, I can say it’s fantastic, but it does have some flaws, as you’d expect from anything so cheap. The screen brightness isn’t fantastic, and it can be difficult to read the display during the day. I don’t trust the walking step counter because it doesn’t seem to be reliable. I tested it a few times and it was entirely off. The watch, on the other hand, not only looks great but is also really comfortable to wear. The app, however,is terrible. It was simple to set up, but the app does not appear to have the features I hoped it would have.
I do like this watch and the style and quality can’t be faulted. Most functions are good however sleep tracker is very inaccurate which is one feature o wanted it for. Tracking menstrual cycle was extremely helpful. After trying to conceive for some time it helped track ovulation and now have a beautiful baby girl! FYI your steps don’t get counted if you are pushing a pram!
I bought this because I lost my Garmin, so I just wanted to buy a cheap replacement. I have been really pleased with it, the battery lasts longer than my garmin and the steps are just as accurate. I dont use it for any of the other features yet, although it does had a phone located which I great as I’m always misplacing my phone!

So I wear this every day. Overall its good value for money. I do alot of weights and there’s no option to track that workout. I box and record it as basketball, same with any cardio. I set my watch during a zumba class with a friend who set hers, we worked about the same and mine tracked cals burnt about 100 more burnt than hers.
Steppers not hugely accurate, some days before i get out of bed it thinks I’ve done a hundred but it’s roughly not bad. The downside is, and it might be me being silly but unless you go into the app to check the battery life which I always forget to check it just dies! But the battery does last a good week and abit once charged. I’ve never tested the waterproof feature either. But for the price it’s not a bad product at all, I would recommend.
I bought this watch after having a cheaper one for roughly a year that wasn’t accurate and kept losing data. This has been Fantastic from day one! I have created my own personalised watch faces on the app which is a great feature to have. Haven’t found a screen Protector as yet so hopefully someone can point me in the right directio
Does what it says on the tin as they say, all the apps work, you have to down load a app to your phone /ipad & connect to the smartwatch, many different clock faces to chose from, I didnt put the strap that came with it I chose a gold one also sold by amazon, charges very quick hold the charge to, on sleep photo that is correct I only did have that amount of sleep at the time of photo, heart/BO/BP & fitness apps are very good all in all its a nice easy smart watch, vibrates on your wrist when get text or call but (DOES NOT TAKE CALLS) but vibrates to say you got one, I cant fault the watch was worried might be to big on the arm but its not & dont notice you have it on eithe
I was a smartwatch virgin untill I purchased this little weirdo. Im 43 and never knew I sleep walk. I had a suspicion as things moved over night. Or the dishwasher would be unloaded. This confims its actually me doing it while sleeping. Very strange. The battery life is great I charged it when i got it and its been about 2 weeks and it only needs charging now. It does more than my boyfriends more expensive smartwatch. The only thing it doesnt do is answer calls and messages. Very happy with this and the price is unbelievably brilliant. I did good

I was skeptical if this watch would be any good, but it has exceeded my thoughts.
Easy to set up, easy to use and easy app.
I am able to get my notifications through (I cannot respond to them via my watch but I knew this before purchasing and I dont find it as issue as it wasn’t a necessity for me) it records my steps and my sleep. Lastly, another big factor for me was to be able to select my own watch face using my images. The quailty of the graphics is great, I can see my wee dogs face clearly.

Great for the time and alarms. I didn’t want to pay alot for a smart watch , only used for work. The strap comfy, and easy to wipe over. Recommend a screen protector. I dont think the alarm , which is only active with the phone app has a snooze option..this would be handy.

Found this and am so happy w my purchase.
It is basic, yes, but delivers what I need: sleep insights, heart rate monitoring, stop watch, timer, and the best is find phone!! I also use the sports tracker to log calories burnt.
And when I lost the charge (FFS) I contacted their customer service who found me another one I could by for a couple of quid on amazon. I’d searched but couldn’t find the right one.
Honestly recommend this. I also bought the metal strap which is more my style than the sport one.
Had this watch for about 6 weeks now and I love it. I’ve had a few of these types of watches before and this has been the best. It looks nice, I love that you can change the face (I wanted one with bigger font) and you can change the strap to a bracelet kind. I had read that the strap goes discoloured but as of yet mine is still brand new looking. I was really worried about wearing it swimming but I’ve swam nearly every day and it’s fine. Battery lasts weeks! I’m really glad bought this.
Works fine looks good but very basic no GPS no answer facility read messages but can’t answer them etc so as I said very basic.
Mobile app was super easy to download and use. Battery life is brilliant so far. Can read all my messages from different media platforms. Has all the fitness apps ti use. This is my 4th “cheap” version of a galaxy/apple watch and this is by far the best. It really is a fantastic watch. Don’t hesitate to buy it.
Its lightweight so extremely comfortable to wear day and night, in fact I hardly know i’m wearing it at all.
Set up was very easy to do, no problems there at all. The night time tracking feature is what I was interested in, and so far it has tracked my sleep very well.
I like the the way you can control your music on it, and all your social media notifications, texts and phone calls come up on the screen.
My only concern is that I had read another review saying that they had an allergic reaction to the metal on the back, and with my skin being super hyper to metals I was worried, but 3 days of wearing it constantly and touch wood, no reaction as yet.

I don’t know is it just mine but I have tried reconnecting device with my phone multiple times, resetting it, disconnetcing and so on but I can’t seem to get my notifications working. Whenever I get notifications on my phone, they dont appear on my watch.
Very good watch, battery life is excellent last much longer between charges than my fitbit did. Not sure if it is the way I have set it up, but I wish the total calories burnt daily was available, I can only see the calories burnt during excersise.

I do alot of walking for work. It’s great to see how many steps I’m actually taking.
I was a bit nervous about the waterproof part but I’ve only tried it in the bath and all is still working fine. It’s stylish and not bulky.
Wear it all the time. Easy to use. The battery life is good and long lasting BUT when it is rigged up to blue tooth on my phone it runs my phone battery down a lot quicker. Having said that you don’t have to sync to your phone – you still get all the information that you need on the watch/just won’t pick up your text messages. That doesn’t really matter to me.
Love this watch. I ordered it after my fitbit decided it had had enough. The,watch is not too thick & I love that you can personalise the watch face, either with the options in settings on the phone, or by uploading a photograph. The only negative is that the instructions are not hugely clear, but by playing with the watch is the best way of learning.
The only thing I miss from my fitbit is when it buzzed to tell me that I had reached my daily target, but I possibly haven’t found that function yet.

The app has categories that do not make sense – a bit like this sentence !
Push notifications- notifications that go to the watch not the app itself – yes it’s under device but these are the only settings!

How do you know its charging?
Well it’s in the app, open the device tab, top left you see a little battery icon and “connected”
Personally exepted a battery icon on the watch myself but this will do. I myself would advise not to use your fast charger next to you.
How do I connect WhatsApp-?
that’s the push notifications I mentioned above, again open the device tab – push notifications- scroll through the list and tick the boxes- you may have to agree to some phone permissions here too. Note not all of these apps will be in use with your phone.
I haven’t worked out how to add your own pictures to the watch background as per the description… if I do find that one I’ll update this.
Only thing I did not like about this watch was the level of brightness. It needs to go brighter another 3 or 4 levels. It’s like you have it on dim when it’s up high. Wouldnt be great out in the sun to see. Other than that it’s a great watch.
Love this smart watch. It’s really stylish, has loads of health features plus others and records accurate data. I wear it continuously and only need to charge every 12-14 days! App links phone to watch and alerts me to emails, texts etc. Specially made with women in mind, the watch has a female feature which tracks menstrual cycle. It’s so much cheaper than Fitbit or Apple Watch but looks as good and does the same!
Love the watch. I bought this because I was looking at more expensive brands and a family member bought from this brand and was really happy with it. Can’t fault it for the price.
Everything works great, comfortable. I have really small wrists and although it’s big it doesn’t feel bulky, really lightweight.
The app is super easy to use and battery life lasts ages.
Makesure you allow push notifications on the app and change settings on your phone to receive messages and notifications. Basic weather forecast, step count seems a little off but not massively. Does heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen. Got no way of knowing if these are also accurate but they seem pretty good.
I also REALLY like that you have so many options for the dial and you can even add your own photo for the main screen as shown in picture for the priceit’s far better than I expected!
The only down size is you don’t really know when the battery will be dead as it may show 20% left and next minute it’s dead
Great watch love it. The battery life is amazing. Mine lasts over 2 weeks though I don’t t wear it to sleep. Only fault I would say which I was expecting from reading other reviews is the discolouration of the strap which started to happen from the 1st time I wore it. I ended up buying a replacement black strap and like the contrast of the rose gold main watch and the black strap so still glad I chose the rose gold option. Can’t fault the watch at all, for the price it’s a total bargain.
This watch is very feminine, easy to change the dial display for different screens and comfortable to wear. I love all the different features especially the blood pressure and heart rate monitors. If you want an effective and durable feminine watch this is for you. I love mine and will recommend for anyone.
Really impressed with it. Honestly wasn’t expecting much given how cheap it is compared to other watches on the market but I’m very happy with it. I use the stopwatch regularly and it’s fantastic. You can get all of your notifications through. I particularly like how the watch face is circular rather than square, it looks very smart on your arm, and the fact that the watch face is customisable is brilliant. Only slight downfall is that even at max brightness, in very bright sunlight it’s not quite as bright as I’d like but that’s being lucky for 35.
I bought this for my mum for Mother’s Day and she hasn’t taken it off since!
If your mum is like mine, she isn’t 100% technology savvy, this watch is perfect for them.
She adores it. Finds it really easy to use as it’s very user friendly.
Battery life is fab.
It’s really comfortable.
But what I will warn you is – the addiction of checking how many steps you have done and comparing with others will happen aha.
Also the reminder to drink water feature is brilliant.
Highly recommend, i am planning to buy it my dad for Father’s Day but in the other colour 🙂
This product has a very impressive battery life two weeks usually. And the functions are vet helpful your sleeping patterns. This tells you how long you spent sleeping in deep sleep or light sleeping or even when you’re unconsciously awake still! Howe3 tou have to down the app to your phone to get these details. Weather, cycling your daily steps, reminders for water intake wake up reminder there is so many features.
for the last year i have been wearing my Michael kors smart watch that retailed at over 400 quid , the battery would run out every day and it always disconnected from the phone. considering i bought this watch for under 30 quid its been outstanding its been a week and its still only on half charge, tracks all my steps and the BP monitor is really quite accurate, i can wear it to swim and work out and it tracks it all amazingly. having used my friends fit bit i can even say for the money it’s better than that. it even tracks my monthly cycle. my only downfall with the watch is that quite often it won’t track my sleep but honestly, it wasn’t really what i bought it for so I’m not to fussed. overall i give the watch a 9/10. 10/10 if you factor in how cheap it is compared to lots of the other ones on the market that do the same if not less.
Accurate heart rate, accurate steps (most of the time) and accurate calories when measured up against several online calculators and an average taken.

I’m buying one for a friend who’s trying to lose weight. I was going to wait a few weeks but the performance is so outstanding so fast that I can’t wait.
Watch arrived swiftly and was very easy to set up. Not even one swear word needed! I was a little disappointed that the dial shown in the pictures isn’t available on the device but a picture of aguero will do just as well to add some class. So far the battery seems to be holding up, all day and still looks full.
My bad, the face is on the watch, not the app. Battery is still good after 2 days playing.
I love my new smart watch. It’s everything I wanted and more. Easy to use, battery life is amazing! I haven’t had to charge it yet and I’ve been using it for 3 days. Great purchase and came the next day!
Very pleased with this ,my first smart watch …easy to use, the pink strap does look bit grubby after only few weeks, but it is not dirty just a bit discoloured ..however but i managed to spruce it up ,may change for darker colour later. Otherwise very happy
Love the features of the watch very practical and easy to use. However the rose gold one that I got the strap gets dirty very quickly dye from clothing and everyday use and tried all sorts to clean it. Look great at first but then quickly becomes dirty and used looking so not very nice to look at.

So far so good. Got this watch now for 4 weeks and I have to say I’m pretty impressed it’s easy to use battery seems to last a very long time. I used to have the micheal kors runaway which my husband bought me for Christmas 2020 and was really disappointed. Battery was rubbish and then the back of the watch came off luckily still under warranty I got a refund. I bought this watch because I didn’t want to spent another 200 on a watch. So for now I’m really happy with this watch.
I think the only down side is the straps mark very easily, my strap looks grubby after 2 weeks of use, which is disappointing

Strap can be changed if required. I have changed mine already.
All in all I’m extremely happy with this bargain watch.
actually really impressed with the watch. Does everything (nearly) that much more expensive watch would do. Comfy to where and easy to use. Linked up with my galaxy phone in minutes. Seems pretty accurate in pace and heart rate when measured against other devices. Same as other reviewers the strap does go a bit blue but hardly noticeable. Great watch for the money as has so far been very reliable.
I can’t comment as I returned it the same day as after I looked at it it was too big for my wrist it looked as if I was carrying around Big Ben on my wrist! No detriment to the watch it looks good from the advert on Amazon but far to large for me!

A great looking watch with a lot of features. The easy way of use and style I like.
The only downfall is the watch face is a lot larger than it looks in the picture.
I like that you can download a picture of your choice which is a nice personal touch.
It seems accurate but time will tell.
Battery life is great, usually last around 12 days until having to fully charge again.
The silicone strap however looks tacky already but I’m not too bothered, you can always replace with something else.
Definitely waterproof as showered with it on.
Relatively light and not too bulky. I had the Fossil Smartwatches and they’re much bulkier and heavier than these (but then they do have Google Assistant and able to reply to messages on there so different categories).

A great watch for the money, it’s my first smartwatch so didn’t want to fork out the big bucks.
It’s looks amazing, I thought it might come up a bit big in my wrist but it’s a good size. The watch has a sleek look and unlike other reviews I’ve not had any problem with the pink wrist band going black, a little wear is to be expected but not so it has ruined it.
Some of the functionality is a bit questionable, it tracks the female cycle but I think that needs more work from the developer as a bit generic.
The weather is slow to update and one day it told me it was “foogy” rather than foggy!
The message notifications from my phone work brilliantly (as long as I’m within range) and is really useful.
Overall I’m very happy with this watch, it certainly looks more expensive than it is and for what I use it for it works great.
I love the smart watch it does exactly what I wanted it to do. If I was to get another I’d probably get one a little more expensive and have the Google pay on it too. Other than that it is very useful. I am hoping the range is good enough to connect to my phone for my notifications when I am back at work. That is yet to be seen.
It doesn’t have fitness as a sports option (which I already knew when I bought it, so I can hardly blame the watch for that), but as I do HIIT I use the basketball option and it’s a good substitute.
It’s very comfortable to wear even at night, and even though the strap is tight it doesn’t constrict at all.
Overall, it’s a good watch that does what it says it will do.
Note: Amazon gives you the option of paying more to get your watch faster (two days instead of two weeks). I didn’t pay for this faster delivery and I still got it in two days.
