I absolutely love this moon chair! It’s so fluffy and big. I’m not an expert but so far using the chair it is very sturdy.
I wouldn’t really recommend for camping if you will be carrying everything as it isn’t the lightest. However, I do highly recommend it for the colder days, which we have a lot in England.
Overall amazing purchase and I will be using quite a lot.

got this chair yesterday. and its great you can fall asleep in this chair which is great if you just want to sit and watch the would go by. worth every penny. just watch your fingers while unfolding and folding but with common sense you will be fine.

Soft, comfortable luxurious camping chai
The perfect chair to lighten the better halfs experience of camping, I bought this for the wife as she wasn’t 100% keen on the idea of camping, so I wanted to increase the comfort level, the ALPHA CAMP Moon Chair is a nice large, comfortable chair with lovely plush lining. The chair folds away easily and unfolds in seconds, no bolts or tightening just unfold.
Chair is strong and sturdy, soft and comfortable and even provides warmth, it also has a cup holder for the beer and has a high weight limit.
Not the smallest or most portable chair in the world but great for unloading out of the car.

Best camp chair I’ve owned
Really comfortable, slightly padded so keeps your back warm if it goes off a bit nippy. Fairly easy to put up and fold down, definitely not lightweight, but that’s ok as it’s nice and sturdy. Would definitely recommend.
Honestly I burst out laughing when it arrived – the pictures make it look erm more portable than it arrived looking like :,-)
It’s not heavy though but it’ll depend on how much car space you’ve got when you go camping – luckily I’ve got a Jeep but anything smaller then the chair would be the only thing you’d get in your boot!

Overall , it’s quiet a solid chair . It’s very soft and comfy . It’s fairly easy to fold away but sometimes feels a little stiff . Not too heavy aswell but not light enough for too much sway whilst sitting . Usually only for winter though and not easy to clean as I found from spilling coffee on it .
The most comfortable chair we have for the beach
Our kids love going to the beach and we tend to spend an enormous amount of time there even though it takes us a couple of hours each way, so we want to be sure we are comfortable to make the most out of it.
These chairs are one of our best purchases so far, they are a lot wider than any other chairs we have had in the past and a lot more comfortable let alone the added bonus of actually keeping you quite warm as it’s not the thin canvas finish it normally is.
They are a bit difficult to fold up if you hadn’t figured it out straight away, however if you push the back and the front of the chair together that should get you started, do a little wiggling then you can get the strap around it, i wouldn’t say the strap is built to last but then again it’s not something you actually need in order to put it away anyway, although it is a nice to have for neatness.
Great sturdy chair for big fatties like me!
I love this chair. I am morbidly obese and struggle to get chairs that fit me and can take my weight. It has very generous dimensions meaning I fit comfortably in it – my hips are not getting squished and nothing digging in. The height is OK too so can manage up and down from it without calling in the troops. It is very sturdy and makes no threatening noises when I sit on it. It does not dig in to the back of my thighs either which is fantastic because all other camping chairs have done that. It comes with a canvas cover with carry handle. The one drawback is that it is big and heavy so humphing it around will be a chore – that’s the trade off for having a large and robust chair! If you struggle to get a chair for your big bum look no further!

I had been waiting for the price to drop on this as it is very expensive, I do think it is over priced but it is a great chair. It’s very spacious, I can cross my legs and have a lot of a room. I was after a chair that was not only spacious but also soft and warm as I always feel the cold. It feels so soft and is a really nice feel. Very cosy! It is a bit awkward to fold up but I’m sure I’ll get the hang of it after a few tries. Once folded and in the bag it is much bulkier than I had presumed, takes up a lot of space. I’m hoping it will be worth it because this chair is very comfortable and adds a touch of luxury! Great for van life.
A very good piece of equipment especially for very big people I am 120kg I sit on the chair with my 6 years old son as well no problem at all feels like an outside sofa very comfortable.

I love this chair as it is comfy, plenty of room to move around in. It is sturdy and well built. Enough padding for comfort,but heavy to carry on your travels.

As a larger lady I was searching for a chair that would not only take my weight but would also give me the width I would need. After looking at loads of cheaper chairs in the hope of a bargain I realised I would need to pay more than I was hoping to. That said after the shock of the 60 price tag I am glad I bought it.
Tje chair is rather large when folded so make sure you have a lot of room in your car for it. It is also fairly heavy and bulky so defo not one you would want to humf around at a festival or anything but as a seat to sit in at the side of your tent or even in the garden or as an extra seat for visitors in the house it’s great. Folding it needs a bit of strength and co-ordination at first but after doing it a few times you will get the hang of it. I am a size 24 lady so on the larger side but I felt well supported and very comfortable in this chair. Cheaper chairs made me feel scared to move in them, but in this one I felt safe and relaxed. The flat feet on it kept the seat sturdy and level even on chipping stones. The drink holder/pocket is a bit of a let down though as it is just kinda hanging at the side of the seat and fairly pointless to be honest but thanks to its generous size I just sat my phone etc down the side of me. If you are looking for a big, sturdy seat that won’t dig into your sides or legs this one is for you!!….Worth the money ideal for heavier, larger people
Although quite comfortable I have added cushions especially on the arms as they are not very comfortable. My main quibble is it is quite low and I have difficulty getting out of the chair. My other moan is that I can’t get it folded tight enough to get into the storage bag provided so have to leave it out of bag

My partner has a normal sized similar chair she bought on a whim from a local supermarket.
It is nothing like this bad boy! I am badly overweight and really struggle to find suitable furniture.
Even in the storage bag this is 4 times tha size of my partners chair.
Out of the bag and set up it is well over double the size and has much a more significant structure to it, this has been made with me in mind!
It is comfortable to sit in and on holdiday recently I even fell asleep a couple of times in it!
After a weeks use it was still going well, however the seat has sunk a little and I can now feel the seat is only just above the frame which I can fell it is resting on, that said it is still 10 times more comfortable than any other outdoor seat I have tried.
I even like the colour, folding it up is easy enough but it is a bit of a struggle to put it back in it’s bag.
Well worth the price I paid <55 I would certainly recommend it if you have the same problems that I do!

This chair is big enough for me and my pup to sit in. Very sturdy & well made. My only slight criticism is that it’s quite heavy/large to carry and the carry bag could do with a wider/sturdier strap.

Just so comfy. Just back from a long weekend camping and loved spending the cool evenings snuggled into my new fluffy chair.
The only drawback about this chair is the cup holder. It’s only good if your drink has a lid as it swings about. That being said, who cares, you buy a chair to sit on, and this one is a good choice.
what a brilliant chair i use it everywhere i can it is so comfy and i feel very secure in it as do my friends. it does not move when you sit in it or when you get up from it just perfect im going to buy another well a couple actually as they are soooooo much better than anyother i have used ever so if you can afford one get one they are worth it and your bum doesnt go numb eithe

It is the perfect camping chair in my opinion. So comfortable I almost fell asleep in it on a few occasions. Big enough for a dog or young child to snuggle in too. Pricey, but worth it in my opinion!

The strap that holds chair together when folded isn’t great. And the bag doesn’t do up are my only complaints!
Chair itself is great but the strap on bag is positioned too low so you can’t easily carry over the shoulder. Also webbing for strap and the securing band is too narrow. Hard to grip and digs into shoulder.

Taken this away 4 times, incredibly sturdy especially for large people. Extremely comfortable. Great product.
I expected the seat padding to be better.
I appreciate that being fold away limits the amount of padding, but there is not much in the seat.
Definitely more comfortable than a standard chair.

A friend of mine bought moon chairs and advised me to get one. Mine was bigger, better and more comfortable. He’s gutted.
This was bought as a Birthday Gift for mum/Grandma. She was overjoyed and opened it early so she could sit in comfort in this lovely weather. The ‘easy to fold’ rating is only a 3 star due to it being new. We have had a similar one and it gets better over time to open. Very comfortable and worth the buy.

Bought this chair after seeing reviews on fb it’s huge!! Very very sturdy best thing is it keeps you lovely and warm at night beside the camp fire!! Everyone fights to sit on as so snug only down side is it’s size you’ll need loads of space to store it if using for camping

This chair is brilliant I got this for my 15 year old son for when he’s on his computer his room isn’t big enough for a gaming chair this is perfect it folds up well and it’s very comfortable with plenty of room.

Higher seat than I expected but very comfortable for a camping chair.
This chair is amazing. It is very comfortable and soft. It can be used both indoors and outdoors. The material is soft snd waterproof. Easy to fold and easy to store. Love it as it is perfect lounge chair it is even better than a bean bag chair for sure.
First the good stuff – this chair is fantastically comfortable, really lovely to sit in thanks to the padding and large space. It’s so nice it’s a struggle to get out of it! It’s well made (I’m a big fella weighing over 100kg and it has no problems with me at all)
However all this comfort comes at a cost – I thought this would be a little bigger and heavier than your standard folding camping chairs but it’s not, it’s much bigger. This would be no use for a festival unless you intended to leave it in one spot – if you want to lug this around with you it’s just too big and heavy.
In summary then, great if being left in one place but no use for carrying around.
Absolutely love this chair. Perfect for cold weather, very cosy and spacious. Our lounge is small, so didn’t want to get another sofa, this is just right for us as it can folded way in seconds. It’s very stable two little kids can sit on my lap when they need a cuddle.

We have another brand of bucket chair for caravanning but my wife wanted one a bit bigger and with a drinks holder… which is exactly this! It is light but a very large chair, you can pull your legs up and get under a blanket with ease. Comfortable. The drinks holder is good for beer cans but wouldn’t risk a wine glass.

This chair was actually supposed to be a temporary chair till I could get myself a armchair in my room, but this chair is so easy, and light to move plus its super comfy. I put a nice cozy cushion on it swell, but I will be keeping this chair full time until it breaks instead of buying a armchair.
These chairs are extremely comfortable and provide you with plenty of space. Both myself and my youngest child can happily sit together on them. Quality seems very good, the powder coating is excellent. Due to the size they are bulky when folded up but I was expecting this from the dimensions supplied. They come with a bag for storage and are easy enough to get in. Overall a 5 star product. Very pleased with them

The chair is very large so if you are a larger person then this should be extremely comfortable and it does come in a bag with a shoulder strap but it isn’t that light To carry so I wouldn’t want to go hiking with it. This chair is ideal if you are leaving it up in one place as it is very comfortable and spacious and I would more often than not curl up in it as I found it more comfortable to sit to the side of the headrest. I have just taken it camping and having to keep packing it up for days out on beaches or taking it to other peoples tents was a bit of a faff and if the walk to the beach was quite a walk then it wasn’t the lightest chair to carry around. Once it was up and I was staying there a while it was ok though. You need to factor in the space it would take up in a car as well if you’re camping as it is very large compared to other camping chairs.
Extremely comfortable but dependent on plastic parts so not 100% sturdy. One washer pulled through on the arm and it took a new screw and washer to fix it.
Sitting in this by the beach watching the world go by is like relaxing in a hug from a furry cloud. I’ve got a bad back so was going to maximum comfort and support. Hit the jackpot! Yes it’s bulky but it’s so worth it. The high sides on the arms are great wind breakers, and it’s sturdy enough to have a 9 year old snuggle in too.
The description doesn’t really do this chair justice as to how large it really is. It will comfortably sit a very large person, or in my case, a fairly small person curled up, or lying down sideways with my legs hanging over the arm. An average adult male could easily sit cross legged in it. It’s very comfortable as it’s bowl shaped, so there’s no part of your back left unsupported.
The plastic connectors between the poles are chunky and robust and overall it feels like it will take a lot of weight and be just fine.
