Quality patio heater with great heat outpu
This gives out great Heat. It took a while to assemble but once assembled it looks great. Easy to switch on and off, but gas can get used up quickly, if used a lot. I love the wicker style, it looks so organic.
Great heater and looks even better in real life!
Easy to put together. Gas bottle doesn’t fit exactly but close enough with no effort and once the housing is on who cares! Looks more stylish in real life than the pictures show. Great heat output. Overall very impressed
After reading the reviews I took the plunge and purchased this patio heater. I wanted this heater for my marquee, to warm up the marquee. I was apprehensive that this patio heater would not heat the marquee well, but my brother inlaw Manj said it will, as he had complete faith. He was right, the heater heated the marquee so well that we had to reduce heat. Remember late January 2023 the weather was very cold. This was a huge hit with my guests, so much so that a number of them purchased the same heater. You cannot go wrong with this product, its brilliant. I used a 11kg gas bottle and had no problems in fitting it in. The 11kg bottle was used for 6 hours straight. The assemble was straight forward no issues there. Generally best purchase I made and no regrets. The pictures do not do this product justice. The patio heater is huge. Make sure you also purchase a cover from Amazon. 89 cm diameter top should do the trick.
Great value for money
Bought this heater for my sons garden it is very well made and I think excellent value for money.
He used the gas bottle that he uses for his BBQ, it gave out a lot of heat in fact he turned it down as it was so warm.
It was a bit tricky to put together once there was two doing it then it became easier.
Add 5 hours to put it together.
Great looking product and worthwhile purchase. Only downside is it takes forever to peel the protective covering off the top reflection panels.
Fantastic buy!
Great buy and was cheaper than renting for a week. Gas easy to install and easy to set up!
Far better heat than expected
Perfect for the patio.
Great heat output and the gas mechanism functions well and is easy to use. The wheels make it easy to maneuver around the garden.
Great price for the heat outpu
Does what it says
Need more weight at the base as mine blew over and damaged the mushroom head
5.0 out of 5 stars Appears to be a quality produc
Extremely tight to fit gas cylinder . The frame base should have countersunk bolts
Looks nice on the patio
When you first put it on its great plenty of heat coming out of it but after a while it like there’s a safe thing in it and you only get a little heat out of it no good at night when it is cold
very happy
quality product for a fair price very good heat outpu
5.0 out of 5 stars Good value!
Good value, very sturdy and seems to be working good up until now. See what the future holds, but at the minute very impressed.
5.0 out of 5 stars Could not be bette
Absolutely happy with the product. I had problems with the delivery and this spend several weeks to arrive, but the product is just amazing.
5.0 out of 5 stars Bit of a price hike
Just tried it 4 the first time .hot enough to make toast, but not advisable. Good quality I’m really buzzed..I got mine for 69 on offer here on Amazo
Enjoying our New patio heater !!!
I love this patio heater from the first time I assembled it and still do. The only gripe is fitting the gas bottle at the bottom of the heater #sorethump.
Amazing
Was expecting to be dissatisfied but amazing patio heater and a bargain very impressive from start to finish and recommend u invest ins a decent cover to protect it for longe
Excellent Quality and Value
Excellent Value for MoneyEasy enough to AssembleVery Sturdy and Great Quality
Impressive patio heate
Due to covid we decided to buy a patio heater in order to enable us to sit outside with friends and minimise any risks. Heater was straightforward to build and taller than I expected! I find that it is very sturdy and provides good heat, once out of any wind.
Overall very good value, good quality and easy to build. Am very happy with it.

Says it's Brown But It's Black
quite fiddly to assemble but does come with tools to do it. It’s really not brown – it’s black. perhaps a bit tall as well. Good value
Like new
Really happy with this patio heater. Good price and everything expected
Stylish addition to garden!!
Really pleased with look and performance. Nice and cosy in the evening after the sun goes in. After reading reviews, was worried my 13 kg gas bottle wouldn’t fit, but although snug, fits in perfectly.

Missing parts - They're not missing, it's just not immediately obvious they're part of the base
**UPDATE**
The 4 screws shown in the list at the start of the booklet are already part of the base. Maybe a note can be slipped into booklets to explain this just so others don’t also panic and think they’re missing some of the parts.
I’ve now assembled my heater and it’s brilliant.
****My pack is missing the necessary 4 large screws and 4 large nuts. How do I get these sent out ASAP please?

Very simple to put together and does exactly what it should do with little to no fuss
After reading many of the previous reviews I was somewhat sceptical in my expectations BUT I decided I would find out for myself.
The blue plastic protective wrapping came off no problem the instructions were clear and very easy to follow and all up and finished just over the hour.
I took my 13kg patio gas bottle from my bbq and popped the regulator on from the heater and it went in no problem unlike many of the reviews I had read so beware of what I can only describe as false reviews with ulterior motives to discredit the item for reasons unknown.

13kg bottle fits!!!
I was nearly put off buying this due to other reviews of poor 13kg gas bottle fitment. It’s snug but I found very easy to get the bottle in and out. Fit the regulator before putting it in. Fired it up for 10 minutes or so and gives off great heat, just like the old days if winter pub gardens.

Good value
Its stood in a corner of the garden since it arrived last year and has been used sparingly with no protection from the elements and is showing no sign of tarnish or decay overall we are very pleased with it good value for money

5.0 out of 5 stars Solid and powerful , and very useful during winter lockdow
Although labelled as commercial we use it for personal use . Heat output strong enough to stand up to Scottish winter with support of a gazebo .Very good for outdoor use given current lockdown . Burns through 1x gas cylinder in approx 5 hours at top heat . It is taller than you might expect !

So far so good ...!
I purchased this heater as a way to support my daughter still being able to see her small group of friends as we were no longer able to have people in the house.
we’ve only used it a couple of times but it’s so far done the job. The biggest worry after getting it was the availability of the actual gas! There seems to be a national shortage of this size of canister and companies were only doing a swap and not letting you buy the canister.
Luckily though we found one!
It did get damaged in a storm even though I moved it to a sheltered corner – it didn’t blow over but the halo was compromised by a constant battering and eventually came off. We’ve not had a proper look at the fix but I’m sure we’ll be able to get it sorted.
It’s not ideal when it’s a bit too windy but on still evenings (and maybe during the day during the winter) it’s so far been ideal.
I don’t know how long a canister of gas will last as it’s not run out yet after using it three times and on all occasions it was for several hours.
It’s sturdy and looks good.
We found that a 13kg canister fits perfectly.

Good value for money
Easy to set up. Top reflector plate a little small so some heat is lost, however, very good for the price.
Super garden heate
It comes in parts which you have to assemble but The instructions were very clear and we had difficulty assembling it. Some people say it’s difficult to remove the protective film from one component but we found it easy. A ladder is required for the final fixing of the top. I also bought a rainproof cover and this is the most tedious job requiring ladders to take it off and to put it on. it’s a super looking piece of garden equipment and I’m delighted with it.

pretty and works
I bought this in plain stainless, very good looking. The only drawback, apart from not being able to get hold of one now and the incredibly girating price, is the bottle holder case which doesn’t open simply on a hinge but you have to lift up and hold while trying to wiggle the 15kg canister in, and then lift up it right to get at the canister again every time you turn on. That is design fault but otherwise good looking, and works very well . I also have electric patio heaters which are much better if less warm and I would strongly recommend a pair of them as better for the environment and easier, and keep this for most freezing
It works perfectly
We liked everything about the patio heater. It was a little bit complicated to assemble but with the help of family members, we succeeded in getting it going.
Brilliant bit of ki
This is a fantastic heater, it chucks out loads of heat and is sturdy and good looking; that plus it is cheaper by far than the nearest competitor with a similar heat output and what more could you want?
Well, the one thing I’d want and the only reason I didn’t give this 5 star is it is a real fiddle to get a Calor Green 13Kg cylinder in. To be fair the instructions say it only takes a smaller size, but it is so close it is frustrating; 2cm more height on the legs and it would have been a breeze.
If you want to fit a 13Kg in then I’ve found you have to remove two bolts, put the cylinder in, then replace the bolts. Not by any means a deal breaker, but with a full cylinder you do have to take care not to trap your fingers …

Takes grey gas only!!!
Great product, only thing I would fault is it took a while to discover it takes patio heater (grey gas) only. This could be more clearly outlined when purchasing.
Make sure you can get gas BEFORE you buy
This is possibly only relevant in the UK and was applicable in Oct 2020 – but make sure you are able to source a gas cylinder before you buy this excellent product. I went to 6 retailers including B&Q, Wickes and a few garages before I found someone prepared to sell me a propane gas cylinder. Apparently there’s a shortage and you can get existing cylinders refilled but getting hold of new ones is very difficult. I managed to fit a Calor 13kg green propane patio gas bottle.
Effective!
Lovely and warm sitting near this. My guests are very happy! Quite attractive as well.
Great patio heater but don't go for the 13kg bottle.
Quick and easy to assemble, looks good, heat is excellent.
The 13kg green gas bottle wouldn’t fit no matter how we tried. We have put a 5kg in there for the time being. I think probably 9kg is a nicer fit and will save you the hassle we had with going back and forth the supplier.
No problems fitting 13kg green bottle calor gas bottle
It was easy enough to assemble with the instructions also I had no problems with fitting a 13kg green bottle with red top of calor gas (propane), it fitted perfect with the 27mm Push down regulator that came with the heater. I was nearly put off buying this heater because of the reviews about which size gas bottle to get etc..but I’m really glad I bought now.

Overall impression is that for the money this is a great heater. It says it’s commercial grade but I would say it was domestic +. The heat output has a good range even on the low setting.
Assembly is straight forward but the blue plastic stuff they have on the stainless steel components is a faff to get off.
The instructions clearly state that the maximum gas bottle size is 15kg. From Calor the 15kg is exactly the same dimensions as the 13kg. We went for the 13kg Calor Patio Gas as it’s a pretty standard size and we have local suppliers.
Here’s the down side.
The bolts that hold the steel column get in the way of the gas bottle handle. The instructions indicate that you install the bolt from the top and nut from the bottom the extra thread further impedes the bottle handle. We swapped the bolts over so that the nut and therefore extra thread is on the top. This helped slightly. The key design flaw is that the three uprights (the black arms around the glass bottle in the photos) are secured to the base with a bolt through the bracket and into a captive nut in the base plate. The 13kg standard patio gas bottle has to actually sit on these three bolts and there is no other way of getting the bottle in and sat centrally. Because they sit on these bolts this raises the bottle height by 5 to 7mm causing the handle at the top to be impeded (see photos). This means it’s a very very tight fit (seriously watch your fingers!) you can’t easily access the regulator and the on/off valve. You are advised to switch the valve off when not in use. There is no way of taking off the regulator when the bottle is installed. To fit the regulator you have to have the gas bottle propped half way in to the housing. They are quite unwieldy. You can apparently get an 11kg patio bottle but there are no suppliers of this type near me. I think they are FloGas.
All in all a decent product for the money but you will certainly struggle if you want to fit a 13kg gas bottle.
13kg patio gas is very very difficult to install. Instructions say a maximum of 15kg from Calor. 🤨

Looks way more expensive than it is
If you’re any doubt about this heater don’t be it does exactly what it says on the tin.. Someone complained about protective bluefilm on parts you have to remove it really wasn’t that bad…. Easy to assemble and use and looks stunning in the garden what more can I say great product and great price

This review refers to the stainless steel version – bought September 2020.
I read all previous reviews so was aware of all of the issues raised in them. I started by tackling the ‘blue film’ – it came off pretty easily – peel it off as you would if it were clingfilm. I filled the base with gravel ( I had a spare bag)
I bought a 13kg cylinder (blue) of Flogas butane and a compatible butane regulator from the Flogas supplier – so no issues whether i should be buying a 20mm or 21mm regulator. The regulator is push- fit on top of the cylinder.
Instructions were fairly clear and understandable so the assembly was straightforward.
The 13kg cylinder fitted into the space no problem. I put a square piece of chipboard on the base so the cylinder rests on that rather than the 3 screws that fix the 3 ‘arms’ of the cage to the base The instruction book indicated that it would take a 15kg cylinder but didn’t want to take that chance in view of other reviews.
It lit first time……..then blew out. Realised I had to push in and hold the ‘On’ switch for longer than suggested before releasing it. Works a treat but have only used it once. No reason to suspect this is not an excellent purchase but its early days. That is the only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5.
13kg Calor propane bottle fits fine
Exceptional value for money. Good quality product. No problem at all with 13kg propane bottle. Can’t understand why some are saying it doesn’t fit. I almost didn’t buy it due to these comments.

Good heat outpu
Assembly instructions very easy to follow. Heat output better than expected. Most others for sale state kw output so do a conversion to compare this one.
Quality was very good.
The price goes up and down based on demand so keep watch for a few days before you buy

Does the job
This is a good heater for the price but I’ve deducted a star because of the poor assembly instructions.
So a couple of tips for any future buyers:
Don’t remove the sand box from the base as described in the instructions. It’s a nightmare to refit…and it’s not necessary. Simply remove the plastic cap from the box whilst still fitted to the base and pour in sand.
When assembling the heat deflector don’t start with the central holes as shown. Start with the outer set of holes otherwise it doesn’t work.
11kg Flowgas bottle fits perfectly, however the heater came with a push fit regulator and a screw fit regulator is needed for these bottles so had to buy a new one.
Overall happy with the finished item after a bit of a chew with the assembly.
Good looking heater. Check gas bottle size beforehand.
The heater came well packed and was easy to put together if somewhat time consuming. The biggest issue for most is liable to be the size of the gas bottle. The heater comes with a propane gas regulator which will only fit in my case the green bottles. I can just about get a green metal 13kg propane bottle in but it is a squeeze. The best size would be the 10kg patio gas bottles. Otherwise it looks very good and although only tested briefly threw out plenty of heat.
