The chain was lovely chain, I brought it for a heart pendant for my moms ashes. It was the right length and went with the heart beautiful. It was so nice five of my relatives all asked where I got the chain from as the one that came with the locket was a cheap flimsy breakable chain. I ordered a second one for another necklace I had. The chain I received from you was silver, the one that came with the heart was sterling metal. All of my relatives have all purchased a chain since and are really pleased with it, it sets their hearts out lovely, they comfortably wear their hearts with their Grandmothers/ my mothers ashes in. It is was very fine and it looks fragile. Wish I had purchased a thicker one. On the plus side it is very pretty and my daughter is delighted with it.

I purchased a pendant and promptly broke the chain within a week so I ordered this one as a replacement. It’s a super chain, nicely made, quite fine and feels quite strong. The only slight criticism (and it is slight) is that the packaging was quite basic if given as a gift but that’s also a positive as it was a cardboard envelope so easily re-cycled and not loads of layers and layers of packaging to throw out. I would recommend this chain and it arrived in quick time.

This is a lovely little necklace chain, simple but very cute and good quality! It’s a recommended buy for the price! My only fault, and it’s barely a fault at that, is that the clasp can be a little tough to open sometimes? Other than that though, it’s a lovely product.

I think fair price and good service /delivery etc… but bit fine and I am concerned about the clasp and how it will stand up to continual wear (its for a small locket) I have kept it but will probably replace sometime in the near future for something a bit more substantial and easier to use as I would hate to lose my locket…very fiddly to do and undo – took good 20 minutes …I dont have the time to waste either! but I’m not complaining! its that old adage “you get what you pay for” 🙁

A very delicate but strong necklace. I thought I’d need to cancel my order as it wouldn’t arrive in time but I got an immediate response from the seller to say the delivery date was brought forward. I needed it for an occasion and it arrived in plenty of time.
