Das Geschirr ist sehr robust und bis jetzt auch Geschirrspler tauglich. Nichts bleicht aus.
Schaut genau so wie beschrieben aus, ist robust und fr das Preis-Leistungsverhltnis absolut top.
Alles top. Sehr schnes Geschirr. 2 Stcke hatten Produktionsfehler und wurden ohne Weiteres ersetzt.
Das Combiservice ist sehr wunderschn.
Ich kann es weiter empfehlen.
Bei der Lieferung meines Paketes ist ein Teller kaputt gegangen. Nach dem Senden eines Beweisbildes wurde direjt ein neuer Teller geschickt, der nach 3 Tagen ankam.
DER SUPPORT IST KLASSE.
Die Teller an sich sind optisch schn, aber haben leider schon nach den ersten Benutzungen sehr leichte Gebrauchsspuren, welche aber sehr gut zum Design passen.
Ich wrde die Teller wieder Bestellen.
Zwei Teile waren beschdigt. Nach Anfrage,sofort ersetzt bekommen!! Super Kundenbetreuung!!!

Wir haben ein Geschirrset fr unsere Wohnung gebraucht, und sind auf das gestoen. Uns hat die Farbe gefallen. Wir haben die Rezessionen ber die hellen Farben gesehen und haben schon schlechtes gedacht haben es aber trotzdem gewagt. Wir haben es bestellt und sind damit zufrieden. Die Farbe hlt Kratzer von den Messer und Gabeln aus, man kann sie ohne Probleme in die Splmaschine stellen. Was ein kleiner Nachteil ist, der Rand ist etwas wellenfrmig und nicht genau gerade, aber das ist nicht so schlimm.
Ich bin zufrieden dafr das es das erste Geschirrservice ist.
Really liking this dinner set. It’s not too heavy nor too light. The sizes are really good. Love using it on a daily basis.
Good option for routine / rough use. Upper coating is missing in some spots. Some manufacturing process scratches also found.
Arrived almost a week early.. parcel was left outside without anyone knocking the door, but that’s the delivery company!

The product showed up looking like what was represented. However, two cups had broken handles.
I absolutely love this dinner set, you get plenty for what you pay for.
I love Vancasso dinnerware, the design is sleek, it has a good weight and I am happy about the cost also. Truly dishwater safe and they don’t chip. I believe it is a stunning table setting service and who could ask for more.
Love the colours. Strong, value for money they look very expensive.
But to be honest , the hand-painted finish is not perfect. I am personally fine with this because at the end of the day, you get what you pay for.
One of the soup bowls unfortunately arrived dented. I contacted the seller who responded quickly and went out of their way to get this issue resolved. I’m very grateful to them .
To sum it up , I’m happy with my purchase.
I ordered a large and small set to make up for the size of my family. The dinner set came well packed. When I took it all out 2 cups were broken. I took pictures and sent to the company. They responded soooooo quickly. Which was really good.
They explained what May have happened and what they were going to do.
I wasn’t upset. I live this dinner set , different what I had previous. Money well spent AND i would buy again.

A little expensive durability excellent very sturdy unfortunately a mug was broken upon arrival but sorted out very quickly.

Packed really well. But 2 cups handles broken. I just kept them. As so heavy to lift for me to return. I’ve told company. Still haven’t replied . Good price.

They seem very high quality and solid and I love the colours and subtle design.
50/50 on response to message but absolutely above and beyond service which is important. There was a tiny issue and the compensated more than enough.
Unbelievably in fact. Love the set also. Very highly recommended for an overall customer satisfaction.
No issues with 2 sets received. Got a look of hand crafted and painted (Not perfect but quirky). so far survived multiple dishwasher cycles with no colour loss.

Absolutely lovely plate set. The colours are bright, the plates have some weight to them so they’re good value, good quality plates.
I have knocked a star off because they do scratch after a few uses but the scratches aren’t bad and don’t make the plates lose the quality of the colours. If the paint on the plates were shiny and not matt then there wouldn’t be scratches.
Bought the set of 6 as there were quite alot of reviews about good quality and good weight of plates with fantastic colours and once they arrived they did not disappoint. Very impressed with the quality and feel of the plates, bowls and mugs. Plates are great size and mug is perfect for a cup of tea. There was a plate and mug which had slight marks from manufacture from looks of it and a crack in one of bowls. However, I appreciate this can happen possibly during delivery process so I contacted seller and they could not do enough and replied day later to say replacements would be sent straight away which arrived in perfect condition so have the perfect set now. So overall great set and customer service for slight issues was exceptional.
Have not used this product yet, I bought it for when I have a dinner party very soon, Good quality and very nice set of dinner ware, love the colours so very much, would recommend this item to anyone

Schnelle Lieferung, alles heil angekommen aber jetzt nach wenigen Wochen sieht man lauter kleine “Streifen” in den Tellern!!!Bin mal gespannt wie das Geschirr in noch ein paar Wochen aussieht….
Das Geschirr ist sehr schn und robust. Die Lieferung war schnell und es ist nichts kaputt gegangen. Ich kann es nur empfehle
The colours look wonderful, really bright! Dishwasher friendly too and definitely are, I’ve had them all in a few times now and there’s been no fading to the colour or damage.
Comes with 4 cups, 4 side plates, 4 dinner plates and 4 bowls. They are all a very good size, great for families who like larger portions. The cups do a good size cuppa, my mum said they are her new favourite cup to drink from when she comes to see us!
I think the price was good, quality is definitely excellent and I feel I got very good value for money. I would probably buy some more so we have a back up if any get dropped!

Tolles Geschirr. Hat die die ersten Splgnge in der Maschine berstanden und sieht immer noch wie beim ersten Mal aus. Ich wrde es wieder kaufen wenn ich mehr Geschirr brauche. Netter Verkufer.
