Easy to control and decent shower uni
I’ve bought this to replace an identical unit installed over 12 years ago. It’s leaking and rather than mess around replacing worn parts, I’ve decided to replace with another unit which is exactly the same.
I need a plumber to install because the pipe and electrical works required are, in my view, best undertaken by a professional. I bought the same unit to minimise the work required; should be remove the old one, refit the new one in the same place. As a shower unit, I’m pleased with performance. It provides instant hot warm or cold shower water at a decent pressure. It’s easy to clean, the graphite Co,our gives a contemporary look and it’s cost effective. I’ve used the old shower daily, at least onc3 for over 12 years without any problems so I’m confident this replacement will offer value for money.

I had the same shower and it lasted 10 years so I just had to replace it with the same make and model ,you can get showers a lot cheaper but I consider this one to be worth every penny and it also looks good .

It did what I wanted it to which is replace the same model of shower, meaning no changes to the plumbing or electric wires.
This is the third one of these in 12 years in a shower which is only used by guests (maybe that’s the problem – also we do have hard water). It is annoying to have to replace the entire unit and the unique positioning of the plumbing keeps me coming back for the same one. When it’s working it’s great. So not 5 starts for those reasons.

This purchase was a replacement for the identical shower broke. It was cheaper to buy new than get the manufacturer to repair. This is my third one, they only last about 2 to 3 years. but they are good when working

Perfect replaceme
Bought this as a replacement for the same model that has served us well for many years, but that finally went to shower heaven a couple of weeks ago. As it was an exact replacement it was really easy to fit, old one off, new one connected. Supplied riser bar and shower head holder not quite as good quality as the old ones but still reasonable quality.

Needed a new shower as existing one stopped working, I new that it would be easier to buy the same again as everything would fit which it did. This was quiet expensive and if I had one complaint it would be that this was the fourth shower I’ve bought from this manufacturer all the same and each of the previous ones have failed with the same sympton which is that when you switch it , it comes on momentarily then switches off , which leads me to believe there must be a weakness in the circuitry somewhere.

Good electric shower ,so easy to use and control the temperature
Tip. If you have black shower that needs changing buy a white one and change the covers, this will save you 100 near enough.

Replaced Old Aqualisa 13 yrs old. Aqualisa same design, Had to use template for re drilling holes
Everything connected as before. Shower worked perfectly. New design of shower head worked very well
8yrs no probs
Had this shower 8 years now and had no issues. 3-4 showers per day in this household. It has an anti limescale build up mechanism, if you leave your shower head at a low level or dangling down, this leaves water within system which then presents problems with it working.
The only downside is the shower head been replaced 5x and hose 4x. Which you can do on the cheap but if you stick to the brand, this becomes very expensive, so build quality regards to these 2 elements of a complete system is not great. Why 3 stars. 140 for head & hose replacement that the build quality is lacking, let’s it down.

Bought this to replace a previous one. Always been happy with the previous shower so it made sense to do a straight replacement as all the fixtures, fittings and plumbing would immediately line up. Easy to use and whole family happy.

when my shower packed up I wonted a direct replacement, as i was pleased with how it operated and its a one for one swop, so no mucking about with water inlet unions or electrics. Plus no drilling of new mounting holes.
Really easy to fit. Removed my old Aqualisa and fitted this one. I did not have to change any cables or the copper pipe. It was a simple swap over.
Replaced this with the same model that lasted 6 years. It’s extremely easy to use and looks good. Although maybe a little more expensive than others I replaced it myself without the need of plumbers and tilers having to alter pipe positions etc.

Bought as a direct replacement to a 3 year old one which developed the common problem of the power button/water valve seizing. It was on offer for half price so totally worth purchasing again as the temperature control, power and sleekness when it was working was worth going for again.

This purchase was an update to the Aqualisa shower we had 8 years ago. We had it fitted by a plumber who said it was straightforward as it fitted in the same place with the same connections. We are very happy with this model as it is an improvement on the previous model and has a better rating. All in all delighted with purchase.

Looks good and works well.
Product looks aesthetically pleasing and works very well. We haven’t had the chance yet to use it in wintertime when the hot water pressure decreases; but so far we are pleased with it.

This is identical to my last Aqualisa shower (apart from shower head), and it lasted 12 years. Great price, no local retailer could match this, delivered in 2 days, installed by electrician in 1 hour.

Love this shower it’s so easy to use. Has one button to press for on/off which is lit with a little blue light and a single dial for temperature. Looks great too.
Its installed, its been a week and working fine. For the registration and warranty you can contact Castelan 0800 408 4243. When I called they didn’t offer anything beyond the default 2 yr warranty period. I had the same model (in chrome) before and it lasted less than 5 years. Frankly speaking that’s bad for a shower..it should last longer but its now all become a money making scheme.

This suggests that if you replace these items after a few years then you ought to buy these from Aqualisa and not use some alternatives from other retailers.

A Which best buy and now having used it I can see why. A nice steady flow and adjusts quickly without burning or freezing you when another tap is turned on. The heat control is very simple to use and easy to turn, we haven’t needed to adjust it since installation as it always supplies the correct water temperature. And the price compared with the better known market leading makes made this a very easy decision (after many hours of research).

Water inlet bit tight fit works great on low pressure.
Very Nice and sleek. Most important of all – very quiet when heating water – without all the high pitched noises that our Mira shower emitted when choosing higher temperature setting (apparently a common compliant about Mira Sport). To replace our old Mira with this Aqualisa was so easy.
Be aware that the water connection is on the right hand side of the bottom edge as you look at it. The water flow is very good and consistent although recovery after someone flushes or turns a tap on isn’t quite as good as i was expecting. When you switch it off it keeps running until cold automatically which is a good feature. It is very smart and stylish and i am very pleased with it overall.

Appliance not fitted at time of review. Is a replacement for like for like shower fitted some years ago. Obviously rate this shower as replacing like for like. Easy to use and regulate temperature of water.
Replaced like for like but the last one conked out after 4 years which was a bit disappointing but delighted with the product. Had the previous model which lasted 12 yrs. I’d certainly recommend Aqualisa showers.

Excellent shower, bought to replace existing shower (same brand). Full instructions supplied and very easy to install and now working a treat.
Bought as an identical replacement for one which failed after 6 years. Delivery was within a few days of order and it was up and running within an hour. Seems more powerful than the one it replaced although it is the same wattage. I think the spray head has been redesigned. All in all quite happy with the product.

This shower only requires a cold water feed under mains water pressure. Works great and gives an adaquate jet and controllable heat. The quality is a very high standard and it was easy to fit. These now come with a larger shower head.
My previous model had died typically a few days post warranty. Whilst this was not the Chrome model it was exactly the same spec and I reasoned I could swap the face. This proved quite simple. Not only did it arrive in 3 days it was mint and 200 cheaper than when purchased 2 years ago. I was wary about buying plumbing gear online but this company have proven me wrong. Highly recommended. If you know what you want sepcifically the purchase is always less risky
