A great piece of exercise equipment well made with three heights to play with
Can’t say much more other than it does the job
Utile negli allenamenti. Io lo utilizzo per ora solo a casa come stepper e come panca per le distensioni. Molto stabile anche senza un tappetino sotto. Unica piccola pecca: le alzate dello stepper non restano incastrate a sufficienza quando sono messe nel vano sottostante per poter essere riposto in verticale o diritto a fine allenamento. Sono costretta a riporlo in orizzontale e a testa in gi. Sto pensando di farmi una sacca a misura per ovviare al problema e recuperare spazio per riporlo in verticale a fine allenamento dato che vivo in un mini appartamento.
I bought this as a step up to get in and out of showere after hip replacement. Ideal as variable heights.
Mejor de lo que me esperaba. Mide exactamente lo que pone el vendedor en la descripcin: 78 cm. de largo por 29 cm. de ancho. La altura puede ser de 10 cm.(sin aadir ningn mdulo), 15 (aadiendo uno a cada lado. Tal y como se ve en las fotos que he subido en las que he aadido solo los negros), o 20 cm. aadiendo dos a cada lado .
Me ha sorprendido gratamente la fijacin al suelo que tiene, (mi suelo es porcelnico y pens que tendra que comprarme algn tipo de alfombrilla para evitar el desplazamiento pero no me ha hecho falta) . Lleva 2 tapones de goma, (que en las fotos del anuncio parecen de plstico) en cada mdulo que
evitan bastante que el step se desplace al utilizarlo, aunque no se puede frenar al 100%.
Quitando estos pequeos tapones de goma, el resto del step es todo de plstico duro. Yo soy menuda, peso 47 kg., mis pies no son grandes y an as habra agradecido algn centmetro ms en cuanto a la anchura se refiere. Creo que para un hombre, o para una persona grande, este step se queda un poco pequeo.
Tambin me habra gustado ms que la parte superior hubiera sido de goma en lugar de plstico, pero para el precio que tiene sera pedir demasiado.
Como punto positivo, los mdulos que se colocan a ambos lados para elegir la altura se quedan fijados, con lo que al coger el step para arrinconarlo o guardarlo no se caen de su sitio. En cambio, se pueden quitar y poner con mucha facilidad.
En resumen: creo que este step tiene una buena calidad-precio y est bien para personas que no sean muy grandes. Sin duda volvera a comprarlo.
Ich habe mich fr dieses Board hauptschlich entschieden, weil mir die Farbe gefallen hat und es ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhltnis dargestellt hat, wie auch die guten Bewertungen haben mich berzeugt.
Pro:
– Schneller Versand
– Schneller Aufbau und auch die Erhhungsteile kann man fix anbauen. Allerdings muss man dann alle rausnehmen die sich unter dem Board befinden, wenn man nur eine Stufe will, da sonst das Board nicht aufgestellt werden kann (oder ich bin dazu zu bld :D)
– Hbsche Farbe und beschrieben wie in der Produktbezeichnung
– Man rutscht nicht weg, allerdings habe ich das bisher nur mit Schuhen benutzt
Negativ
– Knarrt (und ich denke jetzt nicht, dass das an meinem Gewicht liegt)
– Handbuch war nicht dabei – wie sich der Kundenservice darber verhlt kann ich noch nicht sagen, dass ist mir jetzt erst bei der Rezension aufgefallen, dass es htte dabei sein mssen
– Nimmt natrlich eine Menge Platz weg

I already have one of these but my Mum took a liking to it so I bought another! I can’t fault it really for what it is & a very reasonable price. My Husband is over 85kg & he uses it too without issues. Some reviews complaining that it doesn’t grip on hard floors but you shouldn’t ever use one direct onto a hard floor for safety reasons – please always use on carpet or with a mat below! (I’m a gym instructor).
Video shows how it packs up for storage. My Husband filmed with 1 hand so bear with it! The legs come apart with 2 pieces removeable on each side. Means you can use flat or with 1 or 2 steps added for different heights. The blocks you remove then clip into the base of the step for storage so makes it a lot more convenient for home use. Lightweight enough & if you don’t have a weights bench it would even work as a flat bench. Does the job

I purchased the 2 step version but they sent the 3 step so great value. Box does say 2 step.

I was looking for a aerobic stepper for my transformation journey and this is great value add as it’s stable and sturdy. Helps me to focus on following the online classes without any hassle & strain for floor exercises. Really worth it.
I find this stepper very good. It has a good depth and width to it and is stable on a laminate floor and does not move when you step on and off it.

So very easy to set up, it was well packaged. A gift for my wife who found it very easy to use , adjustable heights were simple to set up. Very good price and very good quality.
It’s also not that long – certainly shorter than the Reebok ones they have in the gym. There is also a slight bow when standing on it at its tallest setting and i’m not that heavy (85kg) – another reason I wouldn’t want to jump on it!
Overall it may be great as a cheaper option for your exercises but for serious users I would opt for the more expensive, tried and tested brand.
I’ve been needing a workout bench but they take up so much space, I decided to try a stepper instead. It’s been the perfect solution! When I’m not using it, the adjustable legs pack inside the main body fully, and I can just slide it under the sofa. When I’m using it, the adjustable heights mean I can not only use it as a workout bench for arm/chest excercises, it also lets me go deeper with my deadlifts, lunges and Bulgarian split squats by standing on it when I lift. That’s actually way more stable than a workout bench, which has a soft rather than hard surface! One nice improvement would be if they added a handle to the side of the stepper. That would make it easier for me to slide out from under the sofa when I want to use it. But I’ve added one myself with a leather strap and some screws, so for anyone wondering, it’s not a difficult DIY at all! Great addition to home gym.
Von der Optik her ist es nicht viel anders als andere Gerte auch, es lsst sich einfach zusammenbauen (aber Achtung, nicht zu fest drcken, habe mir beim ersten Mal den Finger etwas eingeklemmt) und auch platzsparend verstauen, da die Aufbockkltze unter dem Brett befestigt werden knnen.
Das Steppbrett ist verstellbar mit insgesamt 3 Stufen, sodass man den Anstrengungsgrad des Trainings whlen kann. Habe mit Stufe eins begonnen und das nach einer Erkltung – ist auf jeden Fall fr den Beginn ausreichend.
Der Parkettboden, auf dem ich trainiere, ist etwas rutschig. Je nach Geschwindigkeit muss man ein bisschen aufpassen und sollte das Brett dann gut mittig treffen, damit es nicht vielleicht doch mal rutscht. Die Gummifchen unter jeder einzelnen Stufe sind aber sehr hilfreich und halten gut. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden damit und wrde es wieder kaufen.
I found it difficult to align the pieces that give the stepper a raised height. When I finally did so, I had to press very firmly. But maybe that’s necessary, so as to have a tight fit. I’m happy with the stepper.
I ordered this one as it seemed to have more adjustment in it than most steps I’ve looked at. It can be adjusted to 3 separate heights & the blocks clip to the underside of the step for storage. It’s such a simple concept yet again something I’ve not found in a gym step before. We use it on a carpeted floor in our training room & it seems to stay put. The plan is to get rid of our weight bench & put this in its place as it’s got more uses for us. We ordered grey I think it is. Matches the room but I’m sure any colour would’ve been subtle enough with the black

This is well worth the money. For anyone who is setting up a gym in their own homes, this is a valuable piece of equipment to have. This aerobic stepper is sturdy and solid with a nice texture to it. It feels really strong and haven’t had any problems at all with it. The non-slip feature is probably the reason I went for this one as I need it to be safe first and fourth-most. You can attach the supports for extra height and remove it as you please which makes it a great space saver under the bed.
Nice little stepper. Easy to use and adjust height and legs tuck away after use underneath.
