Best birthing ball on the marke
Amazing quality and helped a lot with my back and pelvic pain . I’m currently 38 weeks pregnant and sitting on the ball it’s the only place I can be comfortable. Also helped getting baby into the right positio

Great for pre and post baby!
I got this after the hospital recommended using in pregnancy and to get used to being on one as may use during labour.
My advise is to get it earlier on in pregnancy so you can use it for longer, and keep it up for when the baby arrives as it has been great for sitting on and gently bouncing with him.

    All round excelle
I didn’t think there would be much difference between exercise balls but I was wrong, this feels both bouncy and sturdy at the same time.

Pump it up to the right size even when you start doubting yourself, it does keep going!!

    Very pleased with the purchase

    Pregnancy ball.
This ball is very strong and lovely to use. I found the exercises in the booklet helpful too. It’s also really comfortable to just sit on and move around a bit. The pump is very small and took a long time to use but luckily I had my other half blow it up for me. I probably would have struggled to do it on my own and preferred a different pump than the one it came with.

Ive only had the product a week but so far no issues and I bought this brand due to the good quality / non toxic materials used.

    Happy with my purchase 🙂

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThe best and such a lovely colour for my aesthetic & pathetic ways
This pregnancy ball is super easy to inflate following the instructions in the book. The customer support on instagram DMs we’re also super helpful! The book this ball comes with is super helpful as well, with exercises to do in your first, second and third trimester as well as tummy time for baby & more!
Love the colour as well! I got the share ‘nude’ and it’s a lovely super soft pink colour. Goes very well with my neutral home which shouldn’t be important but was to me I’ve also had loads of people message me about it since I posted on instagram so I hope many other expecting mommas also get the same experience as me

Bought this for my better half for the final stages of her pregnancy. Great for the groin and back pain she is experiencing. The book that comes along with it is great as well. You would happily pay 20 for just the book. Tip for blowing it up: if you don’t have an electric pump, start it off with you mouth then move onto the included pump. You will be there for hours otherwise.

    Sent wrong size
Took around 2 hours to manually inflate and when almost inflated realised we had been sent a 55cm instead of 65cm.

Ball looks good though, looking forward to using it and comes with a handy book too.

    Not 65cm 58cm inflated
Not 65 cm, 58cm when fully inflated plus sinks when you sit on it (of course)
So if you wanted it for a desk consider that as makes it useless for me.

    Pregnancy must!
I have suffered in both pregnancy with pelvis gurdle pain which can be a nightmare! However with my first pregnancy I used one of these in the hospital in labour and it definitely helped in many ways. In my second pregnancy I decided to buy one. This not only is comfortable and easy to blow up, comes with a leaflet of tips and advice for pregnancy. If you struggle in your last stretch of pregnancy or just find that excerise can help in labour 100% recommend!

I bought this in the my third trimester and it was amazing. Great for doing birth prep exercises and relaxing, the best part is that it soothes my baby so much when I hold my baby and bounce on the ball it instantly calms them.
I will say that it takes quite alot of effort to pump with the manual pump but it is so so so worth it and I loved using it in pregnancy and it is still great now!

Nice little book to compliment product, however product did not come with pump as stated, so unless you already had an electric/hand pump then you’d have to buy one on top of this.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersBrilliant!
I purchased my item on 13th January and noticed that when I received it, it didn’t come with a foot pump as stated in the item description. I contacted the company BabyGo through Amazon straight away, which to my surprise got back to me that same day. They apologised for this mishap and offered me a full refund and offered to send me out a foot pump so that I could use my birthday ball. Due to the missing item, the company also offered me another item from their shop and send it with the foot pump. This was rectified straight away and my replacement items came in the post the very next day. Overall, I am so pleased with the customer service and how efficiently my issue was dealt with. I have now pumped up my birthing ball, which I must say was so easy! It’s very sturdy and firm but also has cushioning so that you can freely move around on it and practice some birthing yoga.

I would definitely recommend buying from this company and rest assured that if you do come across any issues, it will be dealt with and rectified straight away!

This took quite a while to inflate to the required size but was great when done. Towards the end of my pregnancy, I couldn’t get comfy on the couch or any chairs so this was a life saver as I could comfortably sit/bounce and watch tv on this. Found it to provide relief in labour and am now using it for postpartum exercise too.

    Great pregnancy ball
The ball is nice and confortable (says my wife). It has a nice colour reflecting the pictures on Amazon. What I personally really liked about it is the lack of nasty chemical smell sometimes rubber or plastic balls have. I cannot stand that smell and somehow feel is toxic. But this ball smells nice out of the packaging and no odour what so ever once inflated. Really happy with it.

    Sturdy and reliable
My order arrived quickly with everything I needed to inflate and use the ball plus a book with advice on how best to use the birthing ball, positions etc. which I was not expecting! Clearly I didn’t read the product title in full when ordering. I am 5ft 9in and went for the 75cm ball as other websites recommend that size for my height and it’s perfect for me. Inflation takes a little time and effort so maybe do this in front of the TV but it’s not difficult. It feels very study once inflated fully so I feel like I can bounce on it with confidence.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat ball for before, during and after labou
Love this birth ball. I feel very safe sitting on it, and have used it for exercises to prepare for labour, as support during labour and to help bounce the baby while feeding afterwards. It’s quite fun to exercise on, and bouncing or rolling my hips on it during early contractions really helped. And for babies that only want to eat while being rocked or bounced it saves you having to be up on your feet the whole time and exhausting your back.

The booklet that comes with the ball has useful, clearly explained exercises and tips. The pump works fine; I had to pump it more with my hands than my feet as I found the pump kept escaping from under me, but I managed it quite far into my pregnancy – it just took a while. You could do it quicker with an electric pump but I think what you get is good value for money.

I have been using my birthing ball every day since around 32 weeks pregnant. I am now 39 weeks and it is the only place I can comfortably sit for any amount of time. I have been using it to reduce my PGP and it has helped me wonders and also made sure baby gets himself ready in the right position. Would highly recommend for anyone pregnant – especially in those later stages when you feel like you just can’t sit anywhere!!

    Great birthing ball
After receiving my package from Amazon with everything missing apart from the ball, and not in original packaging, the company got in touch with me and all I can say is their customer service was beyond excellent. A new birthing ball, with all the components it was supposed to come with was sent out to me along with a free gift (of my choosing) from their range as an apology which was not required as the item had came direct from Amazon on their behalf.

As soon as it came in my husband got the ball blown up quickly and easily whilst I read through the very useful book that it comes with. Ball is very sturdy and well made and is helping with my PGP and back pains a great deal. 100% recommend this birthing ball and also the company as a whole. Thank you BabyGo.

    Great for pregnancy
I’m currently 7 months pregnant and have been using this ball since the beginning. I have SPD/ PGP and get very uncomfortable so I have to change position between sitting, standing and using the ball often. It’s great to have another option and it seems to help with posture. I find it quite comforting to rock the baby too.

I like the companion book with exercises though I confess I don’t do them all.

Overall happy with this sturdy ball, although we did have to employ a hoover to blow it up quickly. The book is a little basic, and also it refers to exercises being available online, which they aren’t. My wife loves this ball.

I bought one direct from the company over a year ago, and If not for me being an idiot with a sit/stand desk and a sharp microphone mount I’m sure it would have lasted forever.

Re-buying the same one probably says enough.

The quality is brilliant. It’s easy to blow up with the provided foot pump and it helped relieve some back pain my wife was experiencing, but I’m not really qualified to comment on that – so your milage may vary.

    Good quality ball during pregnancy
Ordered this for my partner during pregnancy and she loved it.

Only gave 3/5 though for inflating it as we did not receive the pump. We brought this up with the seller and they were quick to respond, apologise and said they had sent another but we never received that either. Not an issue for us as we have an electric pump and adaptor but more a note as if you bought one and it didn’t turn up you’d not be able to inflate.

It took some time to inflate, the foot pump is a little bit slow and make me very tired to use it. No different than a regular exercise ball
The only thing to make this a “birthing ball” as opposed to an exercise ball is the booklet that comes with it that is available for free on the internet. It does everything it says on the tin and I can’t fault the product it’s self however my advise would be if you are going to pay extra for this instead of a regular exercise ball, don’t as it is the same thing.

    Helped my pelvic pai
Lovely ball. Strong and comfortable, and helped ease my pelvic and back pain. Inflation took ages though, and aggravated my pain like crazy. Certainly had to work for the pain relief!

The only problem is it’s been several days since inflating for the first time, and the ball keeps going soft — not hugely, but enough that I’m having to inflate for the third time. The box was damaged on arrival, so I hope it didn’t cause damage to the ball. I can’t see any obvious cause to the deflation: rips or tears, etc. Other than that, the ball does the job well and gives much needed comfort. I would recommend.

Entering my third trimester I am having increasing difficulty finding a comfortable seated position that doesn’t cause more pressure/ pain down there. The BABYGO has provided so much relief in that regard! I also highly recommend it to anyone whose bump is causing them back/ hip pain, etc, as I have found it aleviated these pregnancy symptoms as well.
I will definitely be taking it to the hospital with me, but will probably invest in another pump as it was quite energy/ time consuming to inflate with the pump provided.

Not in for the long haul- updated review
This, initially, seemed a great product as inflated well and had a helpful book with it. Recently though, in my latter stages of pregnancy when I really need it, it keeps deflating. This can happen within a few hours of being inflated. It doesn’t deflate fully but it does a significant amount for it to not be usable. However, it is worth my updating the review as the customer service team for this product have been excellent and really helpful and made me feel like they want to help me in anyway they can. They sent a replacement quickly which works well.

It is a good produce, every since using it my back is much better, and very good quality too when using for pregnancy gym. However, the only issue is it took too long to inflate it! also when i measure it with the tap, its only 59 cm not 65cm…… but anyway, its a good quality gym ball.

    Ball is great, pump isn’
The ball is really good, sturdy and exactly what my wife needed. But speaking as the person who inflated it – it really needs a much better pump, the one supplied is too small and takes forever to blow up. Would have happily paid more for the product to have a more effective way of inflating.

A must have for any pregnancy
I don’t know what I would of done without this birthing ball. It helped with my aches and pains and at some points was the only thing to relieve my pain. I even gave birth on it! (It helped so much, take it with you if they don’t have any available).

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSeems good so fa
I am nearly 31 weeks and getting very bad PGP at night so o bought this to help with some exercises. Easy to inflate. Good instructions. Nice booklet too, wish I had bought it sooner to utilise more of the book.
Only issue I find is, I’ve inflated it as much as I can but when sitting on it, my knees seem level with my hips and not below like they should be. I am 5ft6 and think the 75cm might have been a better size for me to be honest. I will try putting more air in it later and see if that helps.

Useful purchase and baby likes i
It was really difficult to inflate using the pump provided as the nozzle kept coming out. We ended up using an electric pump which still took 45 minutes over 3 days as the pump kept overheating. Definitely purchase in advance and I would say don’t take to hospital. Once inflated however, really useful and baby has turned the right way and hips feel relief. Thank you!

    Great purchase.
Really helped towards the end of my pregnancy. We did have to use our own pump though as the one that came with it was taking a while.

    Excellent product!
Brought this for my daughter who is 33 weeks pregnant and has been suffering with back and hip pain. She says it’s amazing how it has helped from when she first got on it. She is now using it constantly. It inflated really easily and is really sturdy. She said she feels really steady when on it. She is also using it to rest her legs on to help with her ankles swelling. This is a definite must have when pregnant!

    Good purchase
I’m 5 months pregnant and have started using this instead of an office chair at home. I also use it for stretches and exercises along with the book that comes with it. I’ve found it has helped my back and hip pain. It’s very comfortable and sturdy. Make sure to read the instructions before use – you want to inflate it to about 80% for 24 hours (about 60 cm on the tape they provide) before inflating further.

    Comes with a pump! Marvelous
Very happy with this. I purchased it for my other half who is 25 weeks pregnant and starting to feel a little sore sitting down for long periods. It was dispatched and well packaged. Pumping it up doesn’t take too longs and comes with a pump which was really handy.

In addition, you also get a book about how best to use the ball which was a nice added touch. Simply brilliant, very impressed.
