The Beoplay H5, perfected.
I had purchased these to replace my pair of Beoplay H5’s, in a moment of frustration. I had realized that it does take a while to get used to the H5’s (to which I did eventually adapt). Then I got the notification of delivery…
When I retrieved the item and opened the box, I could immediately see the improvements. A charger that does not interfere with the installation preference of the wing tips on the earphones themselves, and having a separate object on the cable for weight distribution; not to mention a nice colour 🙂
Now for the audio experience, the general profile is the following: “Bright, Bassy audio”. Keep in mind that this was the intent since the headphones were designed with an active lifestyle in consideration. This means that the audio profile is to be energetic as to keep the listener going. This profile is adjustable (to an extent) using the B&O App that is available on the Google Play Store and App Store, which would change the sound signature ever so slightly based on your setting.
Now for the quirks: The first thing that comes to mind is that of the proprietary charger, which speaks for itself in terms of replacement availability in future. The actual driver design doesn’t protrude enough (in my opinion) to allow the user to use the standard silicon tips comfortably. The best fit would be the Comply Foam Tips (best inclusion ever) which also enhances the audio experience a slight bit.
Other than that, this is the next generation H5 and it sounds glorious!!! I love this product.

Los auriculares conjuntos,no se pierden como otros
Los auriculares me adaptan a mi fisicamente muy bien.
Los dos auriculares tienen la conexion conjunta,eso es lo mas importancia que tiene para que no se perdera.
Lo que pasa es que yo utilizo el iphone,con estos auriculares se me van la conexion de vez en cuando con poca de frecuencia.EN resumen:merece la pena comprarlos,tienen buen sonido

These I have to spend the morning charging and the evening wearing wireless, at this point I may just get a corded earbuds because I'm on my desktop all day.

Very easy to use. Bluetooth links easily. Good sound quality for the size. Charge holds very long. Design shortfall: magnet holding two earpeices together while not listening is not effective enough. A little longer string would be helpful, too.

Great with a cavea
These literally sound amazing. I wouldn’t call myself an audiophile but I own well over 20 pairs of headphones/earphones. These are the best earphones I own. For me, music should be thrilling and leave you breathless with anticipation at what is coming next. These satisfy that requirement. They reveal details in music that very few monitors can accomplish. The app help considerably with fine tuning the sound to your preference.
The caveat is that none of the included ear tips for my ear. I had to use tips from a different earphone to really get that seal required to reach their full potential.
Einfach nur top! Nicht mit einem groen sperrigen Case, sondern einer schnen weichen Transporttasche, die wunderbar in die Handtasche passt.
Auch sonst ist der Kopfhrer einfach nur toll. Individuell anzupassen an die eigene Gre des Ohrs mit verschiedenen Aufstzen fr die Ohrmuschel als Halt und verschiedenen Aufstzen fr den Gehrgang. Jetzt wrde nur noch ein Noise Canceling fehlen
Die Bedienenbarkeit ist tatschlich sehr einfach. Nicht zuletzt durch die doch sehr deutlich tastbaren Knpfe am Bedienteil des Kopfhrers.
So my review if you care….
After wearing both the E8 & E6 for a full day each I gotta tell ya, the sound quality is INSANE!!! Like there’s no words to describe the clearly or depth beside maybe WOW!!
The price tag on each is STEEP. The E6 was just over $250 and the E8 was $350
They will both serve different purposes for me but if I had to pick just one, I’d go with the E8. The battery life is longer and it’s truly wireless.
The E6 is corded and I noticed when I was walking with them I could hear the cable rubbing against my shirt collar which was a bit annoying. And because I have such a big head, if I looked over my shoulder they would pull out of my ear so fit was a problem.
I’ll use my E8 everyday and my E6 for travel or lying down only. Love them both though!!

Connectivity to IPhone was very easy – quality of sound is far superior when compared to other wireless earphones/ear buds – but falls short when compared to wired earphones like CampFire or SURE earphones. Battery life is disappointing but much better than other wireless earphones/ear buds. Overall I am so satisfied with these B&O earphones I’ve purchased two – one I use at work and the other at home. Wish Apple would go back to the 3.5 mm headphone jack – wireless earphones just don’t measure up to the sound quality of wired ear phones.

Ho usato anche altre cuffie wireless, ma queste sono senza dubbio di qualit superiore. Sono molto facili da portare, tanto che alla lunga ci si dimentica di averle indossate. Qualit del suono ottima.
I think the expression is “arty farty”? . Adverts with cool looking young hip kids , sporting the latest B&O tech wear, so not a product aimed at someone in the autumn of their years, but walking my Red Setter every day rain or shine, I need really good quality music provider and I have to say this is it.
I have tried others in the range, I have owned the E8, and tested the H5 both good but not great, the E6 model takes it up another level.
If you are looking at these its because you already understand that the B&O music quality /signature sound is amazing but what now matters is the practical ownership value, these wireless earphones deliver a lot of features.
I like the way they charge, I like the fit, I like the ease of control.
The corded convection between ears means that you can pop one out to acknowledge another dog walker or listen for oncoming traffic while crossing a country lane, it won’t fall out and get crushed underfoot, i.e like the late lamented E8 model.
The H5 will save you money, but the charging is a bit old hat and the noise from the cord rubbing against shirt collars for example is annoying. improvements that the E6 delivers well.
I do think that the marketing from the manufacturer could be more fact based and practical, even if it but I am nitpicking here, they are a wonderful product, very expensive but then if like me, you are going to use them every day, then well worth the investment.
The sound quality on these were superb! I tried multiple wireless headphones including Bose Sport Wireless and Bose Sport Free, the e6 really provided a much fuller soundstage. The app also provided a nice range of sonic palettes to choose from.
The bluetooth reception was perfect. Absolutely no dropped sounds or intermittent connection.
The fit was secure and very comfortable. I am definitely able to wear them at the gym or biking without them being loose. I used the largest ear cushions and they sit comfortably on the outside of the canal, even providing sound isolation from the loud gym.
