I like the way you can feel it working on the Abs the higher the angle you chose or feel comfortable with.
Definitely wear need pads as knees slip off easily and hurts like hell when using on a wooden floor. But apart from the occasional wheel slip, which is easy to push back into place it’s okay. Much smaller than it looks on photos
