Washing your pet bed
Entire bed is safe to machine wash and dry (small size). Removeable zipper shell is safe to machine wash and dry (medium, large, x-large sizes). Simply wash with cold water on the gentle cycle using non-toxic laundry detergent. Wash separately from other laundry items.
Drying your ped bed
Tumble dry low. To prevent shag fabric beds from matting, dry the bed thoroughly. Do not air dry.

Shipping was quick! Bed seems to be of good quality and will be easy to wash. My pup is still getting used to it though so hopefully soon it will be his fave.

Our Chihuahua, Paco, stayed with our Rover sitter for a week. He has a slight case of separation anxiety so we had his bed there so he would feel at home. Beverly had one of these beds by Sheri and said that Paco preferred it to his own bed. So of course we bought one for him. He loves it and loves to burrow down in his cozy, happy place.

Our little dog loves this bed and hasn't tried to eat it like the other 2 we bought him. This bed has a long shag carpet like covering and he laid down and slept on it right away. The bed had no smell at all like some of the other we've bought that smell like a chemical factory. If it smells bad to me I can't image how bad it smells to his sensitive nose.

Great product, my dog climbed in and fell asleep immediately. The only thing I don’t like with the smaller size is there isn’t a zipper to remove the cover for washing. The larger sizes you can remove the cover from the pillow pieces and wash/dry it separately.

I wish there was an XS version, the S (23") is a perfect size for the 25lb poodle mix but it's way too big for the 8lb pomeranian/dachshund mix.

I ordered one time before "Calming Dog Bed". I made the order from European company, but the product came in the end from China and was very low quality. I returned it. This dog bed was everything I could hope for, and my dog agrees :-) Good quality and clear user instruction. I can really recommend this.

I wish I would of looked into the inner cushion more while investigating beds for my dog. She puked and it soaked through to the cushion and bedding on the inside. Not sure that can be thrown in the wash as well. The outside does wash and dry nicely.

Very light - color Taupe is great - just got it to day and my standard poodle was in it within 5 min.. Can't tell about durability since it's brand new nor cleaning. But perfect size as my pup is only 7 months old there is hopefully plenty of room for growth. Would I buy it again? Sure

My dog loved this bed! The only thing I would consider next time is the price. We ended up going to pet smart and saw something similar and way bigger (a bit more rounded) for $25 which made me feel like I over spent on this one

I foster dogs and this bed has been an absolute hit with all of them so far. I bought a medium bed, but that didn't stop a 70lb lab from curling up in it with ease. I don't allow dogs on the furniture, so this is a great alternative for allowing pups to have their designated cozy spot. The only issue I came across was one of the side filling portions ripped during the first wash and some of the stuffing came out. Nothing major since I was able to re-stuff it and stitch it back up. I didn't notice any lack of fluff or negative effects on the bed after washing. If you're considering buying, just do it--your dog will thank you!

It’s the perfect fit for my pug, he can put his head higher all around the bed, it’s so soft and cute! I hope the bed will survive the washing machine.

My pup tends to get cold during the winter and I noticed he started curling up in a ball and tucking his nose when he would lay on his bed (which was a standard circle bed from Costco) so I though I would try a calming bed to see if it would help him get more comfortable.
I looked at cheaper versions, but ultimately kept coming back to this one because of the reviews and it looked like a higher quality bed. Boy am I glad I made the right choice!
My pup LOVES this bed! The very first night he used it, he was out like a baby and snoring. He’s never looked more comfortable and peaceful than he does in his calming bed. He will now no longer sleep in his other bed, he only wants his calming bed. I might have to get another one so I don’t have to drag it up and down the stairs every day haha.
It’s easy to take the top cover off and machine wash when it gets dirty. The material used for the fur is super soft and doesn’t get staticky or stuck together. Even when he eats his bones on his bed, it doesn’t get crusty from slobber. It’s light weight enough to take anywhere, and the perfect size! I was hesitant that the large would be too small as he’s 55lbs and quite long when he stretches out, but it fits like a glove. And he LOVES the pillow around the outside to prop his head on.
If you’re hesitating to buy this bed, consider this your sign to buy it!

As soon as I opened this on Christmas day, my little dog lay in it and hasn’t moved since! He usually lies in a variety of places (dog bed under the table, dog bed in our bedroom, sofa, arm chair, floor, my bed, my daughters’ beds) but now he only lies on this one. He even disappeared downstairs last night and when I went down to check that he didn’t need out for a wee, I found him in his new bed! Unheard of to sleep apart from me. One happy dog!
I have 5 cats all with different temperments. 1 cat inspected and sat in for 10 minutes. 2 cats had no interest. cat no. 4 will only leave it for food and toilet trips. So for that 1 cat this is totally worth it.

Our pug used to have a plastic bed with a blanket – bought this to fit under a hall table. He absolutely loves it. We have a tug-of-war with him in the morning to get him out of it. Very soft and the perfect size for a pug.

Es una excelente camita, a mi perrito le encanto porque esta muy suave, es esponjosa y duerme muy a gusto. Es la primera ves que la lavo despus de un ao. La puse en la lavadora con jabn liquido de ropa y un poco de Pinol en el botn de delicado (3 veces para que se enjuagara bien) , y sali super limpia y no se hizo fea.

Perfecta para perritos salchicha, fcil de lavar, no tiene 5 estrellas porque creo que le hace falta un antiderrapante en la parte de abajo porque en el piso se resbala, necesita estar sobre un tapete o alfombra porque si le saltan encima los perros se van con todo y cama.
Desde que lleg la cama mis cachorros se la han pasado en ella. Lo pens mucho porque hay comentarios que mencionan que el centro no traa relleno, pero el que no arriesga no gana y opt por comprarla. El material es super suave y toda incluyendo el centro est super acolchonada. Como tengo 2 perrhijos french uno talla mediana y una talla mini opt por el tamao 30″x30″ y quedaron super bien. Si la recomiendo ampliamente.

Maybe someday she'll decide it's a nice place to sleep and not just a fun toy. Washed up nicely and the fur came out fluffy and not matted together. Washed on cold hand wash cycle and dried on low. My puppy is 7 months and 5 pounds. Still can do a lot of damage to things, but not to this so far.

Arrived and my dog immediately snuggled into it. Perfect! He’s 60 pounds and likes to sleep resting on the outside lip in the day, curled into a ball at night. Lots of room. Very happy!! My daughter has a smaller size for her dog, who also loves the bed.
It was vacuum packed and had instructions to fluff up in the drier…but hardly needed any fluffing. Definitely recommend.

I bought it for my dog with CCD and she loved it- it held up through multiple washings and long enough for her brother to get it now- and even he loves it. both dogs were very restless for different reasons and this helped both of them immensely. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another when this one wears out!

I bought the small which should fit any single domestic cat or small dog – my 15 lb. cat fits in it easily with room to spare.
I tried to post a review for each since I bought two of these from different Amazon sellers, but Amazon keeps lumping the reviews together, so bear with me. I bought the first one from “jeca” store. It claimed to be the “best friends by Shari” donut bed, but I’m not sure if it is a knock off (or possibly an older model or one marketed to a different country?). It was “lost in the mail” (after it went missing for a month and then was supposedly delivered in New York) and I didn’t feel like I was getting any help from the seller, so I eventually reordered from another amazon seller listed as the “Best Friends by Shari store”.
I eventually did receive the original order from the jeca store and the two items are a bit different in design (the one from the other seller had the name brand tags where this one did not, and the branded one has a sewn place in the middle of the donut where this one does not. Under the beige fur, the fabric on this bed is beige also, whereas the branded one actually has black fabric under the fur. They both have what appears to be a nylon bottom). That being said, I’m not sure this (unbranded) one isn’t the better of the two, quality-wise. In spite of the way it was packed (smashed into a vacuum sealed plastic envelope the size of a tshirt), it regained its cushiony poufy-ness perfectly. The branded one seems a little crushed and lumpy, in spite of superior packaging and not enduring a month of shipping abuse. My cat loves this bed. You probably can’t go wrong with either.

I have one big one that came with appropriate tags and paperwork and this came crammed in a black plastic bag with no paperwork and ZERO tags stating it was a Best Friends by Shari bed. It feels different than the blanket and the other bed I have and didn’t wash the same. Came out of the dryer with less fur. Had to vacuum my dryer. Still a very nice bed, she loves these
*Edit 5-26-2021 having washed these quite a few times now I hate washing them. The large one comes apart but the circular pad is so pounded down you practically have to rip it from the casing of the bed. I am vigilant about vacuuming these beds and my dog especially loves her nighttime bed but I don’t think I’ll replace them because of the cleaning issues. It takes too long to get the hair and bed fluff out of the washer and dryer. I stand by the beige bed feels totally different than the silver bed.
I took this out of the box and it was in a vacuum sealed plastic package, completely flat and deflated. Sorry I didn’t get any photos of that, but I didn’t realize this thing was going to be such a hit. I cut away the plastic and my dog jumped in and immediately claimed it as his. He hasn’t relinquished his hold for at least an hour now. When you take it out of the vacuumed sealed packaging it’s a little flat and needs to be fluffed in the dryer, according the provided instructions, but we didn’t make it to the dryer. My dog wouldn’t get out of it. Anyway, if you’re considering this bed, I feel pretty certain you won’t be disappointed.

Initial Review is excellent. Just received the large size for my elderly dog approx 56 lbs. She’s had a lot of trauma in her life, she likes to nest and loves comfy, fluffy, fuzzy items to sleep on, she also likes to curl up in a ball. So far, first night, she’s not going in it. She’s still happy on the sofa, but I got this for downstairs where we sleep and watch TV. The reason for this initial review is to say the size is perfect for her, she’s a mixed breed, and after reading lots of reviews where people stated the bottom isn’t very fluffy or supportive, this bed is super fluffy and thick on the bottom, and if she needs more support or thickness, all I’d have to do is put it on top of an old folded comforter, OR, since the large zips on the bottom, one could add a blanket or pillow inside. Excellent quality, padding, fluffy, nesting bed, it will just take her some time to trust that it’s her new bed. I put one of her blankets in it, so hopefully by tonight, she’ll get in it. Great bed, fast delivery.

I returned the 36 x 36 as it was way too large. The bed was lovely. Very good quality. I ordered the exact same bed (same vendor etc) but 30x30 and am keeping it as fits the dog, but the quality in comparison is poor. It’s much cheaper made, not as plush or substantial. Almost like made somewhere completely different t with way cheaper materials. I kept it as this is the third dog bed I have ordered and I just really need one and it fits her. But not terribly pleased with quality. Would. It have bought the 30x 30 in a store. The 36 x 36 was much much nicer.

La verdad qued muy bien para mi perrita, se subi una vez que la abrimos. Esta muy suave y cmoda para ella, el nico pero es que no tiene mucho relleno pero eso se soluciona aadindolo uno. El color beige est muy hermoso, el precio un poco ms bajo que en la pgina: camita de bienestar.
My cat took this over, even though I got it for my dog. Thankfully, she was willing to share, and soon both of them would snuggle in this bed all day long. It is easy to wash as it zips apart, it fluffs up with a good shake, and it is clearly comfy to my pets as they curl up in it often.

Cleopatra is totally obsessed with this bed. She is such a tiny dog and basically disappears when she is sitting in it. I have also washed it a couple of times now and it cleans up nice and gets super fluffy out of the dryer. She LOVES it when it's warm and freshly washed. Totally worth it. Would 100% but again!

They look so comfy, I wish they made them for humans.
I recently started a remote job and knew right away that my first rescue dog, Callie (the white dog) would want to be next to me while I work because she’s super bonded to me so I bought a bed that I thought she would love – she is always sleeping on lots of blankets. However, it didn’t work out because as it turns out my more skiddish rescue, Piper, decided she needs to be with me all day (even though I can’t give her love and scritches, she wants to be near me). The first beds I bought from Best Friends by Sheri were great but had high “walls” which I thought Callie would lay her head on but despite saying they fit dogs 25lbs and under, Piper (she’s 20lbs) did *not* fit at all.
I decided to try this bed in the 23″ and 30″ to see which one was better for them and Piper absolutely loves being able to stretch out. She is a very light sleeper but she sleeps very well in this while I’m working. She looks so peaceful and comfortable.
I really love these beds and while I haven’t tried washing them yet, they fluffed right up when I put them in the dryer out of the box as instructed. I’m glad I spent the extra money and I’m keeping both sizes.

My dog absolutely loves this bed. He is old and ill and I wanted him off the cold floors and also wanted to stop fighting him for my spot on the couch. Now, he prefers his own bed and only comes by once in a while for a cuddle. With his spinal problem he is now able to sleep comfortably without muttering and moaning in his sleep.

This dog bed changed that and as soon as one dog leaves, another one immediately takes the spot. As an illustration of how much the dogs like this bed, one of my dogs who has faithfully always been at the foot of my (human) bed, will spend the night in the livingroom on the new dog bed. To me, that says it all.

En primer lugar lleg antes de lo esperado, casi 3 semanas antes. A mi perro le encanto !!! El es destructor profesional de camas acolchonadas y est ha sobrevivido, le gusto tanto que ahora prefiere dormir en su camita que en la cama con nosotros, la amoldo de tal forma que ya hay un lado ms acolchonado que el otro, adems parece ser fresca xq en tiempo de calor no la ha dejado como otras que ha tenido. Definitivamente recomiendo completamente la compra

I have ordered this twice. The first one never arrived and the seller refunded me promptly when I emailed them! I purchased it again in February and it just arrived this week. There weren’t any instructions with mine as some people said there would be. It also measures a bit bigger than 23″ when in use. I washed it on delicate and dried it on med-low and it fluffed up great. My senior cat just discovered it an hour ago and hasn’t left the bed!
There are some mismatched seams that don’t really show but it isn’t fancy construction. I wouldn’t pay more than $30 for this- I think it tends to get inflated in pricing on Amazon.

I got the large size for my bernedoodle and it's his favourite spot in the house. The design allows for him to cuddle against the sides and it hugs him; he does this when he's scared and it calms him right down. I got the zippered one and I'm so glad I did! The cover is easily removable, washes and dries perfectly, and even after multiple times, it remains still good as new. The bed has kept its shape and isn't an eyesore to the living room. The bed, itself, is great. The company was also very friendly and very accommodating after a shipping issue to no fault of their own.
My issue is with the sizing of the bed. If you’re in doubt get a size or two bigger. My Puggle had a difficult time fitting in the “medium size dog” bed.

This bed is AMAZING!!! I have bought 6 beds for my little dog. He will lay on the big bed in family room “sometimes” because it still smells like his older brother who died and I just can’t wash it yet. So, I’ve been searching for another bed so he can sleep somewhere instead of on my head, by my husbands beard, in the crook of my teenagers arm.

My lap. Difficult to type, see, fold clothes when every movement little eyes look up like – “do you really HAVE to do that now I’m napping”…so during corona I’ve been napping a little too! So enough. I purchased a furry small long bed and he uses it sometimes, that went to my Son’s room. He has it just in case Bear wants to chew a bone and will actually start off sleeping on it BUT ends up on bed with him, or us. I purchase 5 of these donut shaped beds and quality was bad, it smelled, he barked at one (that gave me Jitters because he barks at bugs), and FINALLY came this bed. I don’t know how I didn’t start with this. Out of box, while read direction on fluffing he jumped into the bed! Literally nested and got lost in the folds. As a “woman of a certain age” my house is a wee bit on the cold side – I didn’t think Bear was going to come out of his cocoon!! He LOVES this bed. If he is napping, he no longer jumps at door if we are home and package arrives, he peaks out from the fur and yawns. At night – I toss into dryer for 10 minutes to get it nice and warm and he waits by dryer and when buzzer goes off her barks. The bed goes at end of our king size bed and he jumps in its warmth and doesn’t stir the whole night! We no longer wake with messed up hair (me) or worrying we will roll over the dog because she lays as close to us as he can. He no longer jumps in the warm
Spot if one of us wakes in middle of night to go to restroom. Do yourself, your doggie, a favor a buy this bed. Anxiety for him is now 0 and he sleeps soundly – snores and all!!! I have sent pictures and link to all my dog loving friends with my highest recommendation!! This is truly a product that delivers 100% of what it says and works. I’ve got pictures to prove it!!!

Our cats love to cuddle in this bed. Our dog has zero interest. It washes up well but gets very fluffy and it takes them awhile to decide to get back to using it. Once they do though they are really happy. Seeing four cats cuddled together in this is heart warming!

Our dog love his new bed. It took over two months for delivery and I was not sure if we would receive the item. Once delivered it was perfect for our new toy poodle puppy. The size is larger then we expected but a good size for our dog. I put a bath towel over the bed as I rather wash the towel rather then the bed.

As of now, I’m very very pleased! I haven’t tried to wash them or anything yet, but the dogs (both around 80-85lbs) LOVE THEM.

This is the softest dog bed I’ve ever encountered. It seems to have a built-in air mattress in the middle that makes it so comfy for my two little Shih-tzus. We have three dog beds in different locations and this is the one where they spend most of their cuddle times together. If it was bigger, I might try to sleep their myself. 😀

I love this bed!!! I got the biggest size and it’s perfect for my 100lb hound dog. He is NOT a beagle, he’s a Coon Hound, just for size reference. The bed is soft and easy to wash! If your dogs are heavy chewers, than I wouldn’t recommend it. But that’s the case for the majority of beds when it comes to chewers. It’s a great bed, very soft and comes apart easily for washing.

This dog bed did have a bad odor to it when it arrived. I washed it on gentle cycle in the washer and let air dry.
That took away the smell. It is soft and cuddly as advertised.
