Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this because we have ceramic floor (looks like wooden planking) throughout our ground floor; and we have 2 small puppies who in the winter have been traipsing their tiny but muddy feet through the house each time they go outside (they aren’t big on using the doormat). Got fed up with mopping and scrubbing, so thought would give this a try as we already had a Bissell carpet cleaner. Short review: works really well. Uses a relatively small quantity of water (about 2.5 litres) to do the entire ground floor (4 rooms, long corridor and 3 area rugs), which necessitates emptying the ‘dirty’ water container about 4 times in total. It scrubs the floor very effectively, and picks up everything, including the smallest of dog hairs. The floor dries very quickly. The cable is long enough to do large room without relocating, but not so long that it becomes a pain. The Bissell Pet cleaning formula removes almost all dried in marks, and smells very fresh – the consumption rate is moderate (about 10 to 1 concentration I think). The only shortcoming (previously mentioned by others) is that it leaves a small strip unscrubbed around the edges; i cure this by using a dish brush to scrub there and then use the machine to clean up the arisings. The water it brings off the floor is satisfyingly filthy, but notably the scrubbing head remains pretty clean throughout due to the design. The dirty container is not huge, but that actually makes it easier to handle. The solid waste catcher works well, and reduces the amount of solids you would pour down the drain very considerably. The airway cleaning stand works well to ensure that the machine is left clean, and other cleanup simply involves rinsing out the scrubber head and the plastic water container and filter; these have to then be dried for 24hrs. Spares are available on various auction sites (and Amazon). The item is pretty light even when full, and is very manoueverable, the head is just narrow enough to fit between the legs of dining chairs without moving them. The area rug mode works pretty well (not as well as a proper carpet cleaner, i think because the scrubber head is quite soft, but does a reasonable job – you can buy an aftermarket head specifically for rugs, though I haven’t tried it). Storage space is the footprint of the machine (its probably too heavy to hang up). You could use it for spot clean ups (it does that well), though that isn’t really what it is designed for. Reliability good so far – I’ve used it a fair few times. All in all – a good machine that works well at its specific task and is relatively easy to set up and clean up afterwards.

This does it all – vacuums, cleans and dries. Does a very good job of it too.
I know cleaning it afterwards is a bit of a hassle, but overall it makes my life so much easier.

A total game changer! Forget the bucket and mop, it’s a bit pricey but worth the money. The cleaning solution goes so far, the suction is great and the floor ends up almost dry, super easy to use and reasonably light weight. I only wish I had bought it sooner!

Overall a good product. Used it 2 times yet. I don’t mind the 30 minutes use in of one time full charge that takes more than 3 hours and the amount of times I have to go back and forth to refill and empty the tanks while using it but there’s one thing for me that doesn’t make it good enough. If only it can cover the edges as well. There’s around a 2 inch gap from both sides of the brush roll that doesn’t cover the sides/edges/corners.

I love this cleaner. I can do my hard floors and rugs all in one go. No more vacuuming first and then going around again with the mop. This cleaner vacuums, mops & dries all in one go. Don’t have to wait for floors to dry and I can clean my rugs as well. The downside is that it’s noisy.

This cleaner is amazing, saw it advertised decided to purchase have not been happier. It works so well general hoovering cleaning carpets and kitchen floors so quick and easy would highly recommend purchasing.

Only had it a few days, but so far so good, wish I had one years ago. Mops just don’t get up the dog hair and grit, but this does and my wooden floors look so much better. Worth every penny.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersNote this is after a single use, so can’t comment on how well it lasts yet.

I only discovered that vacuum mops existed about a week ago, previously I had been vacuuming first and then mopping like some sort of caveman.
This has changed the game. The water in the dirty tank was frankly embarrassingly disgusting after its first pass around the house. We have mostly laminate.
I chose the wired version because I always worry about battery life as the product ages. I just buy a 10m single gang extension socket so I don’t have to keep switching sockets as I go around the house.

    Pros:
    – does what it says
    – cleaning is straightforward
    – much easier than vacuuming AND THEN mopping.
    – much less physical effort for (apparently) much more cleaning versus manual mopping

    Cons:
    – it’s pretty noisy

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersTo be upfront, I love this cleaner. My downstairs is completed tiled, my upstairs is half carpet and half laminate and this machine works well on all the surface both as a standalone hoover but also washing. The ability to hoover and mop the floors at the same time is fantastic and very effective. Sure, there are some marks that might not clean up easily, a scraper might be necessary, but the same can be said when using any mop. So, this cleaner is great for hoovering and mopping so what is the downside?
This cleaner doesn’t go right up to the edge so you end up with a couple inch perimeter around the walls / furniture that isn’t properly cleaned. It doesn’t have any additional tools for awkward spaces, crevices or stairs meaning you need another machine if you wish to vacuum your stairs, it’s also a little bulky so doesn’t go under furniture that a lot of other vacuum cleaners would.
I love this machine I really do, on the basic improvement side it could probably do with having a couple extra rollers included but generally it’s fantastic but I just wish it could clean up to the edge and had further tools so it could be used on the stairs etc.

Golden Review Award: 19 From Our UsersI waited a bit before reviewing the Bissell. I find it very good for daily cleaning but it can’t handle very dirty floors: debris/hair get stuck in the wheels, along the brush roll and in the rubber thing under the floorhead, resulting in the Bissell spreading dirt around instead of cleaning. So if the floor is really bad I still vacuum first. For this reason I didn’t find it very useful on our recent house renovation, but can’t fault the machine as that was not your normal household dirt. As I said, it’s great for day to day cleaning, but keep your vacuum cleaner, it won’t replace that. It won’t clean right up to the skirtings/plinth or corners, but it will vacuum. And it won’t clean under furniture, not even beds as it doesn’t bend enough. It’s a bit heavy, not too easy to maneuver, and loud. Cleaning the machine is OK, and once you get the hang of it it will take 5 min. I use it a couple of times a day, sometimes more if the dog comes in with dirty paws, but only clean the machine at the end of the day and it’s fine. If dealing with tough stains on my tiles, I pour some hot water from the kettle on the stain, leave it on for a couple of minutes and then use the Bissell. Works well. The brush roll and filter are not expensive, but the cleaner is.. smells lovely though. The concept is good and all in all it’s a good machine but it has its limits, and you won’t replace vacuum cleaner and mop..

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersCleans the floors well with very little water left behind but it leaves a strip about 20mm at each side of the cleaning head so you can’t clean to the edges unless you do it by hand.

I am totally in love with this product. We have hard floors in the kitchen, dinning room, hall, utility and conservatory. Sweeping or vacuuming and then mopping takes ages, and as I am registered disabled this product has quite literally changed my life – I love it. I can go round all the hard floors in half hour and not be crippled up with pain after. Its light to move, has lights on it so you can see where you are cleaning, very good suction and leaves floor REALLY clean and almost dry. Highly recommended!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI don’t normally write reviews but I felt I needed to after using this product for the first time. I have lino wood look floors in my kitchen which has small grooves in. It’s incredibly difficult to keep clean with a traditional mop and bucket as the mop just moves the dirty water around, ultimately drying in the grooves. Our GSD also loves to dig in the garden and bring in her muddy paws. I thought I would never see our original floor colour again. This product fixed it on the first go! It cleaned the whole floor in about 15 minutes. Spotless! The deep clean button on the handle really tackled the dried in mud. Do not be put off if you feel it takes too long to clean because it is a time saver in the long run. Take your time going backwards and forwards and allow the bristles to do their magic. Just be careful not to overfill the dirty water tank as the water does squirt onto the clean floor. Really easy to clean and manoeuvre about the home. The rug setting isn’t too bad either and doesn’t leave them soaking wet.
However it doesn’t quite reach the edges of the kitchen so I did need to go round with a small mop to get those bits.
With that said, the time I have saved getting this product is life changing!
You can also use other cleaning products, just make sure it’s really diluted.
    BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Runs fine with 1 floor cleaner from Aldi diluted about 5to1.

Incredibly satisfying emptying the discusting black water when you have finished. Amazing how much dirt is on your floors when they look quite clean already.

So easy to whizz round in the morning but it’s a bit noisy for nighttime. Every bit that can be cleaned just clicks off and can be rinsed really quickly. The colour of the water sucked up makes me realise mopping doesn’t work! Really great invention and well worth the cost for how much easier it is to keep hard floors clea

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI have textured matte tiles in my kitchen which I have never been able to keep clean. I’ve tried various different mops, brushes, solutions, steaming, cleaning by hand with brute force! I was beginning to give up hope and was not expecting a miracle cure with the Bissell but alas I have a miracle!
Pic shows the first clean I did, getting to know how the product works I think it can do even better. It’s so quick and easy to use. It vacuums, cleans and sucks up the water at the same time. Floor practically already dry once done. Also used on kardean flooring and a mat and was equally as good. The amount of dirt that comes away is crazy.
    Would highly recommend.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat product and much quicker than vacuuming and mopping separately. Easy to use and cleaning is quick. It gets up so much dirt, which is great with a cat and small children. If there are dried on stains on the floor (usually where the kids have dropped food or the cat has spilt food) then I spray it with dettol before I start and by time I get to that section it comes straight off with the bissell. I have had it for 6 months and would definitely recommend

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersLiked having to use only one tool for what would be 3 tasks otherwise. Also dirt is sucked up and thrown away – no bags, no dirt remaining on floor. Got dirt off mats far better than a very good vacuum cleaner. It is best to follow instructions for fairly immediate cleaning of parts after use. My only problem (being somewhat disabled) is that I find it heavy to use. But 3 other visitors have tried it out and had no problems.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThis is the best 200 I have spent in 2022. This hoover is amazing. I constantly had / have to mop and Hoover every three days as I have a puppy. This bissell has cut down this process in time by 50%. Also the water that collects from mopping really shows you how dirty the floors are and how weak you are compared to a machine. My floors are cleaner, the bissell is so easy to clean. honestly it’s the best investment.

I had a dyson hoover before, the suction on this is 10x better.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI bought this for mainly for my uneven rough coated kitchen slabs. It cleans them very well. Sucking up bits while it washes. It was a bit fiddly to clean first time just because it was stiff from being new, but now its a doddle. I tried it on a very thick uneven rug (one with cut out sections on it) and it struggled to clean it, would imagine it would do better on a smooth normal rug though. Definitely recommend it for hard floors.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI suppose it’s the old adage “you can’t beat elbow grease”. Yes, it does what it says on the tin, it’s a good sturdy product and it certainly cleans floors reasonably well. It does vacuum but after a few goes I would recommend giving the area a normal vacuum first as it can be a touch messy cleaning out debris from all the various channels. It cleans well to a degree, any stubborn stains you will need to hover over the area for a while to let the roller do its job. If you’re using a mop and bucket on a similar mark a good rub is all it takes to remove. However, where this machine triumphs is its economical use of water and its ability to suck up the excess liquid; with a mop and bucket you are spreading far more water over the same area which obviously increases drying time, the Bissell cuts drying time exponentially! It feels like it takes the same time to clean a floor with this product but obviously at a far more relaxed pace. Worth the investment?….. Put it this way; it makes floor cleaning a touch more pleasant. 🙂

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI researched a lot, read reviews, watched videos.. all to make sure I wouldn’t be left disappointed with an expensive hoover. And I’m not! our tiles are very hard to keep it clean, mop and hoovering were not doing much for us. So I got this one to try to keep our floors cleaner and they defo do look cleaner. I use this once a week in the whole downstairs and use a robovac twice or 3 times just to pick up the dust and food on the floor (which happens often when you have a toddler). And the floor looks brigher! cannot say more! but my dog hair gets stuck very easy (fact) but it doesn’t change the fact that our floors are cleaner and is so much quicker using this than the bucket/mop/steamer.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersAs a busy mum of two I want to get my household chores done a quick as possible. This Bissel 3 in 1 gets the job done in half the time. I like the fact that the used water gets separated so its not like a standard mop where you are reusing the water. I love the fact that its quick drying and because I have white marble floors its nice to see that there are hardly any visible streaks after it dries.

There are 3 minor issues that I have to mention although I am still happy with this purchase. The first one is that it doesn’t clean all the way up to the wall. Due to the design it doesn’t get right to the edge so I have to use a cloth to clean the edges. The second is that I wish I would have bought the wireless version. The wired version has the wire coming out from the bottom so when you cleaning you need to keep picking it up and moving it out of the way. Lastly, I wish that we can use other cleaning products aside from bissell, whilst the product does a good job it would have been nice to be able to use other cleaning product alternatives especially ones where it is anti bacterial.

Apart from that this is definitely one of the best buys I have purchased to help my cleaning routine done alot quicker.

I thought too long about buying this appliance last time it was listed at a sale price and missed out, so this time I grabbed it!

In short it’s brilliant, and has totally surpassed my expectations.

We have polished black granite tiles in our kitchen and using either a steamer or a mop have always been left with streaks previously. Not with this, they dry quickly and totally streak free. We used the Bissell multi-floor cleaning fluid included. I’ll be ordering more of this.

It was just as good on our wood laminate. It has a ‘rug’ setting, we don’t have any rugs but we do have a large mat strip at the front door which I tried it on, I was stunned at what it got out of this and how clean it was after.

It’s very easy to clean after use, rinse out the waste water tank and filter and the brush washes perfectly clean easily with some fairy liquid.

OMG why didn’t I have one of these earlier.
Saves loads of time no hoover first then having to mop ….this is great …and it even cleans your rugs too…only one thing the solution that you get in the box isn’t very big I used it with a few days and had to order more which is expensive for the use I will need to keep ordering every week …
But that’s the only down side and nothing really to do with the quality of the produc

Amazing floor cleaner. We have moved into a new build and despaired with builders taking little care on the beautiful wood flooring. This machine is sturdy , simple to use and does an amazing job. It will change my life! Floors look lovely now and I even ran it across Persian rugs with amazing results on the rug setting . Very satisfactory seeing the filth and sludge we picked up., cannot believe it . Just one tiny moan the roller finishes about 1″ from skirtings so after cleaning need to wipe by hand border areas, have searched for a tool for this but don’t think it exists . Don’t let this put you off it’s a wonderful machine . We have purchased the recommended Bissel cleaning fluid but it is expensive , it goes a long way and we are using 1/2 the recommended quantity with great results.

I spent a lot of time researching different hard floor cleaners before choosing the Bissell Crosswave. I have 5 cats and a dog who all use a dog flap to come in and out, so there is lots of mud and dirt brought in and occasionally the odd decapitated and disembowled pigeon!! Getting fed up with a mop, which is hard work and leaves the floor quite wet, I wanted a machine that sucks the dirty water up, rather than just swirling the mud around like some machines, and my floor gets too dirty for a steam cleaner. I have a Bissell carpet machine, but it is big and heavy and a nightmare to clean after use, so the fact that the Crosswave also cleans rugs was a plus, although I didn’t expect it to be as deep cleaning as the actual carpet machine.
To say I’m impressed is an understatement, it far exceeds my expectations! I used it immediately it arrived and was struck straight away by how light and maneuverable it is. The dirty water tank does not hold as much as the clean tank, but you know when it needs emptying because the noise of the machine changes. It is very easy to fill, and simple to clean after use. It even comes with a stand with an attachment to store the wet roller and let it dry, which protects the floor after use. It leaves the floor only damp, so it was drying before I finished the kitchen which is exactly what I wanted.
People have complained that it doesn’t clean right to the edges, but if you use the machine head on to the wall/cupboards, rather than going sideways, it does clean to the edge better. Another complaint is that it is very noisy. I disagree, it’s no noisier that a vacuum cleaner, and definitely less noisy than my carpet machine.
The multi surface roller that comes supplied has both microfiber areas and hard bristles, and I found that for really stubborn mess, a quick spray with the trigger back and forth, but not sucking the water back up and coming back to the mess later, loosened the dirt and allowed the hard bristles in the roller to pick it up. I was truly disgusted by the colour of the dirty water, and how much pet hair was in it! The day after I first used it, we had an accidental spillage and as the Crosswave is so quick to set up and use, I decided to give the floor another clean. The photo attached is the dirty water from the second clean! I am horrified to realise that when I thought the floor was clean, it really wasn’t and shows how efficient the Crosswave it!
It took no time to finish my kitchen, dining area, hall and bathroom, so I decided to try it on the sitting room rug. Once again I was amazed, especially at how the roller picked up pet hair, in fact it picks up fur better than the carpet shampooer and left the grey rug noticeably cleaner, it even removed what looked like a ketchup stain. On a roll now, and because it is so light, I opened the bed-setee flat, and used it on that…..and then did the stairs. The stair carpet has never looked so good, not only is it clean and fur free, but the pile has been lifted. Every time I emptied the dirty water tank, I was stunned by how much dirt the Crosswave had removed!
A definite plus is the ease with which I can now clean the whole house, you just choose either the ‘rug’ button (which dispenses more fluid), or the ‘hard floor’ button, and that’s it, it seamlessly cleans everything, even vacuuming up bits as it washes. The cable is really long meaning I’m not continually changing plug sockets, so I can move through the house quickly.
I don’t think my Carpet shampooing machine will get much use now, I will just use the Crosswave everywhere! My only gripe is the cost of Bissell’s own floor cleaning formula, but I tried another brand with no problems, so I will continue to use the low suds machine formula from a different manufacturer when I need it, for the same results at a much cheaper cost!
Lastly, after use, all you do is remove and rinse the tanks, pull off and wash the filter, pop off the front cover over the brush roller, pull that out, and rinse. It is very easy and quick, then as I said earlier, the brush stands up in the attachment to the stand to dry till next use. As the machine is so small, it now lives permanently in the kitchen, taking up very little room, and ready to be used immediately. I really can’t say how happy I am with it, it has, without a doubt, made cleaning all my flooring a doddle!

    Leaves floor almost dry!

I have a large area of porcelain tiles and a mud monster usually known as a golden retriever. Never feel I get the floor really clean using either a mop and bucket or my steam cleaner. Also takes ages to dry. And always concerned dirty water residue is left on the tiles.
This has made cleaning the floor so easy. Sucks up the dirty water ( shockingly dirty!) and dries so quickly. So easy to use and great suction power. My tiles look fabulous.
My only feedback is that it doesn’t get right up to the edge of the kitchen cabinets so I still need to clean manually. Not the end of the world though.

This is a must have if you have hard floors. It cleans and dries well, much drier than a steam mop would leave your floor. Good for spills and small accidents . I personally wouldn’t pick up really dirty stuff with it but thats just because I wouldn’t want the roller going over them then over the rest of my floor. It’s just my choice. I’ve cleaned a small patch of carpet with it and it brought it up a great . It’s not like new but I’d say a good 85% improvement. Easy to clean, I like to do it after every use but some say you don’t have to. I put the filter on the radiator to dry. It’s dry by the next day. I am going to buy a second roller and filter so that I don’t have any downtime. Again choice. Suction is very good . As good as my shark I’d say but not as easy to use on carpet alone, as my shark. I will use it on my hard floors and the odd piece of cleaning on carpet/rug. For hoovering alone I’ll use my shark . You can however buy a roller more specific to carpet. On the whole a marvellous addition to my cleaning arsenal.

Seeing the mixed reviews I wasn’t expecting much from this machine. But omg it is a game changer. I tried one from a leading brand and it left puddles all over our kitchen floor. But this one is brilliant cleans the floors really well and easy to clean the machine after use. The solution is expensive but I find just hot water alone cleans the floor just as well so alternate. It is a bit heavy but not that much that it cannot be used. If the machine is tilted too much to try get under furniture it will stop working so need to keep it flat on the floor. I have noticed the machine does have a burning smell after use I uavent figured out where it is coming from yet but its still working so until it goes bang its a good buy.

The Bissell Crosswave is a must for anyone with kids or pets and hard floors. I have 5 dogs and a churned up garden after so much rain. Need I say more. It was beginning to be a nightmare and I didn’t believe there was a easy way out. However the ease is amazing, just hoover and wash at the same time. It does dry the floor more than leaving it to opening doors (and waiting, for yet more muddy wet footprints). It is a bit noisy but I can forgive that. It is easy to clean, unlike most carpet cleaners where the fur gets trapped and is impossible to get out. Or hoovers that smell doggy and you can’t get rid of the smell. The Crosswave is simple to empty and run under water. The front comes off to get to the brush with ease. I am so delighted.

The best help Cinderella could have ! My downstairs floors are predominantly stone and although practical with a dog, hard on the back to keep scrubbing. This machine is brilliant- does what it says, easy to use and so easy to clean. The only slight downside is that it’s a little heavier than I expected but it does swivel which is really helpful.

Washes be and hoovers hard floors and rugs at the same time. The proof is in the gunk that’s in the waste tank. You also can can use any cleaner you want, I use flash. Great machine if you have a dirty dog.
Unfortunately motor blew up after 7 months use.

I have a gym floor that is black rubber and gets dirty pretty easily as its winter. Tried hand cleaning, steam cleaning and hoovering all of which were not effective enough. Was just about to shell out 1,300 on an industrial cleaner then saw the CrossWave and gave it a go as a last resort. Hooves and washes at the same time and end result is more than acceptable so good value for money compared to an industrial cleane

Absolutely love this item. I have always cleaned my floors by hand so I know they are cleaned properly & not left with any dirty smelly mops or other. This product is clean & fast. You can feel the suction on the floor & see the dirty water in the tub on the back of the machine. I love the way you can stand this in its holder & just have the brush bar rotating to clean it after use (even though I do tend to still wash it after every use). The only reason for scoring a 4 would be that it doesn’t get right upto thd skirting boards. It leaves roughly 3/4inch uncleaned floor. However, due to it also acting as a hoover at the same time, you do know your floors are clean. I just nip round the missed areas with dettol floor wipes as it only takes a couple of minutes & with the time this product has initially saved me, then it’s no hardship. Would certainly recommend, its a must have.

I was worried this would be a waste of money but really glad I bought it. Takes a bit longer than just vacuuming but much, much quicker than mopping separately, and much easier if you have back pain. So far I’ve used it everyday instead of vacuuming and the floors are looking great. (Would normally only mop them every few days.)
As a vacuum it picks up better than our cordless Shark vacuum.
Only con I’ve found so far is that it doesn’t make it easy to separate the dirty water from other bits it’s picked up, which makes emptying and cleaning a bit tricky.
Also, I learned the hard way that you do need to follow the instructions and take out the brush roller after each use and leave it to dry or it will smell the next day.

Yes, they said it is for rugs and hard floor only. Yet, it did a great job on carpet.

For wooden or tile floor and particularly carpet, you could spend 90% less time to clean your house than before.

Doesn’t go right into edges but nothing you can’t get over. I’ve bought my daughter one too.

The cleaner is a replacement for a cheaper smaller item. I was really surprised at how much accumulated dirt was actually on our kitchen tiles (in the waste container).
Very pleased with our purchase overall.

Hi ! Got children or pets this be ideal for you on hard floors and carpet
It washes , suck up dirt and liquid in on unit
I found it easy to use just plug in and full the water bottle and you are ready for then messy floors
It drys as you hover so now more waiting around for it to dry
I use my all the time as a hover and very good for cleaning the bathroom floor as it sucks up the water or other liquids
The receiver box is small so need to be empty a lot
Easy to set up just push the handle into the top of the unit and it ready for use ( plus a long power lead )
Change from hard floor to carpet with a touch of a button It so easy your child could use it
Light and easy to move as it cleans.
The roller is easy to clean and just leave it to dry in it holder ( best to dry near an window or over the draining board as the holder is small
Pick up baby powder and hair with no problems
It only does floors as there is no cleaning pipes to fo furniture
Worth the money and there is a pay monthly payment account with no added interest rate added

Bought this because I was fed up with my karndene floor never being really clean using a mop. Wish I’d bought one ages ago. It’s so easy to use and the results are excellent. Mop now in the bin for good!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersDon’t often bother to review products but making an exception in this case. After being quoted 450 to restore our slate kitchen floor I decided to investigate an alternative and settled on this machine. The first one I ordered went missing (thanks Hermes). Amazon sent out a replacement which arrived the following day. Takes about 10 min to unpack and put together then it’s ready to use. Fill the water bottle to the line with warm water, add cleaning fluid ( a small bottle is supplied, would advise ordering a bigger one at the same time as the machine) snap it in and off you go. Two switches on the handle one for hard floors and one for carpet and a trigger underneath to dispense cleaning fluid. It was a bit like the first time I used a Dyson on what I thought was a clean carpet. I went over the floor several times over about three hours and it came up gleaming. This is a rough slate floor that has only had a weekly mop for about 20 years so it was embarasing. The floor was left very slightly damp and dried in about 15 min. Also used on hardwood and smooth tile floors with great results. Need to think about where to store it as the roller brush remains damp after use but a tray to stand it on is included. Dirty water goes into a separate tank which is easily removed for emptying and filter cleaning, just run under a tap. A float in the tank shuts off suction when the tank needs emptied you will think there is something wrong the first time it happens. A tank of fluid mix lasts about 20 min and is sufficient for a big area of smooth floor. I used about 1/2 a litre on my kitchen which is only about 10-12 m Sq. Won’t need that much next time though.

Easy to manage not bulky but still a bit heavy to take it upstairs.

Enjoy vacuum and mopping in one go but the head can’t get deep underneath of cabinets, sofa, even bed due to the thickness of the machine body which is not in a pole size. You need a Dyson handheld machine for daily causal use.

Most annoying me is I need to spend 15-20mins every time to remove all long hair twined on the two ends and middle of the brush roll, another 10-15mins to wash the filters and containers

Original Bliss cleaner solution is only enough for cleaning living room. you just feel the floor is wet but was not wiped and cleaned. Must buy extra cleaner solution (other brand) together with your machine to enjoy the first trial. Need to refill once for covering an area of 3 bed house including kitchen, bathroom and utility room

A very loud sound will come out when the bottom container is full when you turn your handle either left and right side. It sounds scary and makes you feel there is something wrong with the machine.

    All in all, happy purchase.

I think this hoover is great, we have shiny tiles in our kitchen and using a mop they’d end up covered in smeary footprints within half an hour, but this hoover makes the floor beautiful and shiny! We have a cat and toddler and it’s a must have item. It’s great on wet spills and foods, not so good if they have dried, though that’s to be expected. I’ve found it saves me so much time and effort. Definitely clean out the brush and dirty water tank as soon as you’re done as it makes cleaning it a lot easier and avoids any smells. Like another reviewer said, if you angle the handle so much it doesn’t suck very well e.g. if you’re trying to get under the table on the opposite side, and if you bump it into anything it loses suction and you have to turn it off and stand it upright to ‘reset’ it. Overall I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this product!

Glad I purchased this cleaner. Really pleased with it. Its lightweight. I have gone from carpets to wood flooring and its great that I do not have to sweep floors first and then wash because it does it all in one go. I am happy with purchase

Excellent machine for hard floors, laminate, travertine and uneven slate Good for oriental carpets too. Really can’t fault it. Solution lasts for ages and cleans floors well leaving them streak free. Nice unobtrusive scent. Picks up dog hair with ease and easy to clean. Saves time and work.

I wish someone told me earlier that this product exists We have 3 dogs and a grey floor, it does such a good job vacuuming all the hairs and washing the floor at the same time. Life saver!

Leaves our tiled floors clean and shiny. It’s very convenient that is vacuums, washes and dries all in one. A little expensive for what it is but it seems well made. It does a good job of spraying down cleaner on carpets but not such a good job of sucking up afterwards compared to our (very) old Vax carpet cleaner.
