Works but for how long
Works as required. Second one in 1 year. These batteries do not like the cold weather. Store in doors

Put off buying an extra battery because of price but this 40% off offer to good to resist.,ordered late afternoon delivered next morning!
Not tried out on lawnmower but mighty impressed with customer service. I really like my B&D cordless lawnmower but increasingly frustrated with battery ability hope a new one fixes the problem.
Update.Used today ( April 22) for the first time, worked fantastic but not on offer anymore. For once I did something right!
Expensive but does the job

It’s 36v so a powerful battery which normally lasts around an hour per charge so I always have a spare to carry on working. I use this battery on a strimmer and a hedge trimmer and I find them much easier to use than the petrol equivalents. These batteries don’t last for ever and I probably replace one each year. But I do have a large garden.

Inferior to earlier versions - button is recessed
This differs from my previous five in that the button you press to display charge level is recessed a little and impossible to press with gloves on! I have to take gloves off and use a finger nail. Why oh why spoil a good design – or is it that these are not genuine Black and Decker? As for life, I cannot know for some time, though I have to say that out of six batteries I have previously bought from various sources, two have failed and now flash red when put in the charger. Given that LiIon batteries normally last from 1000 to 5000 cycles of deep discharge, and even then just soldier on with reduced capacity forever, and these have probably had more like 100 cycles, I suggest something is not right somewhere.

Last one lasted 4 years with weekly use
Battery fairly expensive although better from Amazon than elsewhere. I need and use it in a black n decker strimmer and it’s been brilliant!

Bought this as a second battery as it takes so long for the batteries to cool down enough so you can charge them.

My original one has been used constantly on my allotment strimmer. It is still okay to use, but this new one has made life easier as it has more power.

Was amazed at how more powerful the trimmer was once new battery was fitted. Had my trimmer 6 years and hopefully will last a lot longer now it has had heavy use so very happy that I was able to extend its life.

La batteria funziona perfettamente unico difetto, quindi per questo scontato di molto, il tasto per il controllo della carica un po’ duro. Questo difetto per non influosce sulle prestazioni della batteria.

Aprs avoir tent le succdan sensiblement moins cher… qui a refus la charge au bout de 4 cycles d’utilisation, je me suis rsign acqurir 2 exemplaires cette batterie plus onreuse, mais prsentant de meilleures garanties de fiabilit et de longvit. Donc je recommande.

Ho ordinato questa batteria di scorta per il mio tagliafilo/ tagliabordi Black & Decker—Peccato che non durino almeno per 1 ora di lavoro… Ma modificheranno anche questo- Funziona molto bene e si ricarica velocemente.Consigliato.

Bought to have as a second battery for my strimmer. Charge lasts well and doesn’t take too long to charge.

I ordered the black and decker battery because there should not be any problems in the future. I wanted to have a spare battery to charge whilst using the other one.

I read some bad reviews, but I needed it for my lawnmower, so went ahead and ordered one.
It works fine, and fits the charger I got with the lawnmower. I have used it a few times already, and had no problem at all.
I hadn’t appreciated that rechargeable batteries eventually deteriorate so I was initially irritated to have to buy a replacement one after 3 years of occasional use of strimmer over the summer period. But the strimmer is so fantastic that I have got over the initial shock of the price of the replacement battery and am back in love with it again as it is so easy and light to use. My neighbour pointed out what I would have to spend if I had a petrol strimmer which is a good point!

acquistata batteria di scorta per soffiatore… perfetto durata 30-40 minuti in modalit turbo.. tagliabordi perfetto estremamente performante ai livelli di quello a motore. per ecologico e pi silenzioso. leggero lavorato due ore senza problemi. consiglio acquisto batteria di scorta da sostiuire nel caso di lavori di lunga durata.
