Purchased during the height of the pandemic, and at the recommendation of colleagues, I purchased the this microphone. For the first year, it worked well. Then I started receiving complaints that the sound was crackling. So I purchased a new cable for $7.99 through Amazon hoping that the cable was shorting out for some reason. That didn’t fix anything. Now this fancy microphone is collecting dust in the closet. VERY disappointed. I paid a lot of money for this microphone with such a short lifespan.
