As a small business owner I was looking for a thermal printer to print postage labels and fun labels so I could brand my parcels without spending a fortune. This printer does both very well.
This product has been invaluable in my business it saves so much time worth every penny. The customer service is amazing too. A couple of things I couldn’t get to grips with and the support was there straight away to help and all sorted in no time. Highly recommend.
I am very impressed by the quality of this printer. I was researching a good quality one and came across the Munbyn. It has not disappointed me and the service provided by then is excellent.
The connectivity is instant and setup is easy and simple. The design is sleek and sits well on my desk.
Great value for money and prints super quick. A good size to fit on your desk and doesn’t take up to much space. I found it not too clear on how to print from Etsy and realised to use this printer from your phone or iPad/tablet you need to use the app through
Bluetooth. However to use with your max/laptop you will need a usb B to a usb C printer cable. The Munbyn WhatsApp help is very good as well.
Excellent product. I originally had issues with the post office being unable to scan my Royal mail label QR codes, however after speaking with Munbyn customer support via whatsapp they advised me to drop the darkness from 8 to 4 and lower print speed. And just like that problem solved all within the space of 24 hours. Couldn’t recommend this product enough. User manual is also very comprehensive. 5 stars from me!

They have all the cables that are needed to use, even the one piece I needed to connect my MacBook. They had this video on youtube, showing how to set up step by step, so the setup process was flawless. I easily set it up and started using it. I am using it to print my Etsy labels, and it is very effective and easy. I previously bought another brand which was very difficult to calibrate and in the end, I gave up and bought this one. Compared to that one,
– calibration is a piece of cake
– setup is very easy with all the instructions (even with the video)
– print quality is great
– very easy to use

I’ve had my Munbyn printer for a little bit now, I use it to print shipping, box and product labels for my business.
Twice I’ve noticed that it has printed random sample labels or blanks when I wasn’t home and it wasn’t connected to my computer. After the second time I couldn’t get it to print or reset at all, so I reached out to customer service. Someone responded pretty quickly and we tried troubleshooting a few different things but couldn’t get it to fix the issue so they sent me a replacement printer.
Customer service means a lot to me as a consumer, and I was really happy with how fast they responded, how nice they were in trying to fix the issue and in their resolution to send a replacement device when we couldn’t fix my original. My printer is something I use with every order of my business so I’m glad they were able to help me fix the problem and I’ll definitely recommend this printer to anyone looking for a thermal printer.
Bought this for my business and it has been the best investment! I love the quality/color and how many options you have of printing things. I use it for shipping labels and custom packaging labels! If you haven’t bought one for your business this is your sign to do so! Their support team is very helpful with any concerns you have! Definitely recommend!

Got this printer as I wanted the convenience of being able to print labels from my phone. All worked very well until recently when the printer kept disconnecting half way through a print job. Contacted customer support and they guided me through how to resolve the problem. Couldn’t ask for more. Pleased with product and after-care!

I bought this product in 2021. It has been working great til this day. My business requires me to use to for more than one use. I use it for custom stickers, shipping labels, thank you stickers, and a lot more. I try new things with the Munbyn thermal printer as much as I can. I have had it for almost 2 years come this July, and it works like it is brand new.

This printer is easy to use and was just what I was looking for. There were other printers available which I considered but I’m glad I went with this one. When I had a slight technical glitch the support team were fantastic and very quickly helped me resolve the problem.
I have loved this thermal printer since I first got it. I love the pastel pink option that matches the aesthetic of me and my business. It prints multiple labels quickly and it has always printed in great quality. I use my printer for shipping labels & custom receipts for my busy small business. It’s been used almost every day for nearly 2 years and still going strong. Recently I had an issue where the labels weren’t feeding all the way, and customer support went above and beyond for me in fixing the issue for me. Truthfully, one of the breeziest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will be a Munbyn supporter for life!
I downloaded the Google extension but it doesn’t seem relevant. Used to print postage labels from Royal Mail which has an option for label printer. Had no issues with this. Also printed customs declarations on same labels. Everything is nice and clear.
for printing 2x2in round labels, I just used Canva to design and then saved my work and printed from the file. Again, no issues with this.

I am very happy with this printer I had many people recommend to me so was a easy purchase.
Furthermore customer service through what’s app was very helpful to overcome a slight problem I had on setup.
All in all I think I will purchase a second one as don’t want to keep swapping label sizes.
