I bought this product in 2021. It has been working great til this day. My business requires me to use to for more than one use. I use it for custom stickers, shipping labels, thank you stickers, and a lot more. I try new things with the Munbyn thermal printer as much as I can. I have had it for almost 2 years come this July, and it works like it is brand new.

I have loved this thermal printer since I first got it. I love the pastel pink option that matches the aesthetic of me and my business. It prints multiple labels quickly and it has always printed in great quality. I use my printer for shipping labels & custom receipts for my busy small business. It’s been used almost every day for nearly 2 years and still going strong. Recently I had an issue where the labels weren’t feeding all the way, and customer support went above and beyond for me in fixing the issue for me. Truthfully, one of the breeziest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will be a Munbyn supporter for life!

I print my shipping labels, fragile stickers, order sheets, thank you cards, social media info, even Valentine’s Day cards for my son. This thermal printer is easy to use and has no flaws. I am creating a small business and purchasing stickers is far too expensive, especially in bulk! I have been watching reviews and seeing several posts on Pinterest about the Munbyn printer and I finally decided to purchase it. I purchased the printer, 2×2 labels, and a label holder/dispenser to make printing easier. I am going to use these stickers on my merchandise and on packaging as well. While installing the printer, I ran into a snag with adding it to my Mac. I am not super tech savvy so I called Munbyn to ask for some assistance in setting it up. I was not put on hold and was directed to a human immediately. (Major brownie points for being able to speak to a human rather than a machine!). The representative was thorough and very kind and helped me to set my printer up without any issue. While creating labels, I used Youtube to find helpful pointers. Overall recommend this printer 10/10!!
This printer is AMAZING! I love it so much, it’s compact and I love the pink model. Being wireless, this is definitely value for money. I’m not very technical but this was so easy to connect to my phone and print direct with no extra wires needed. The printer does come with a wire to connect to a laptop, if you need to print that way. The MUNBYN app is so clear and easy to use to get labels made and printed. I’m mainly using the printer to print postage labels from a shopping website and it’s great for this. The speed of printing is really fast. I ordered the munbyn round stickers too, I can’t wait to try these in the printer. If you are looking for a thermal printer, I would definitely recommend this one!

This product has made running my small business a lot easier. It took me a while to figure it out how to use it with a Mac and what drivers to install, but once I got it working it was great. I love the wireless feature, it saves me a lot of time and I would highly recommend this purchase.
I have the bluetooth printer as I need one for ease to use via my tablet as having swapped from a windows pc to chromebook, this little printer fitted the bill. It is small and compact and you can buy a really good range of labels. As a thermal printer only prints black, the option of different colours and shapes is great. Also not having to bother with ink cartridges is a huge plus too.
I had to contact Munbyn customer services as after an app update the Munbyn app stopped connecting via bluetooth. These things happen with technology but to me the important bit is how it is dealt with and I can only give Munbyn 5 out of 5 stars for their communication, help, and informative solutions. It took a couple of days to work out the issue and they fixed it ASAP – couldn’t ask for better customer service – very impressed.
For me when things go wrong – you have to acknowledge that things are not infallible but it is how a company deals with these situations and I can only praise Munbyn and highly recommend the printers and the company.
I have no regrets for replacing both an inkjet and laser printer with this super little thermal printer and it has re-ignited an enjoyment of creating labels again.

I purchased the Bluetooth version as I required a cordless printing solution. I started a small business and was in need of a faster and more effecient method of printing labels. This product checked all the boxes for me as you can print via their app from your IPad. I was really surprised of the speed it prints compared to my inkjet. Really happy with the result. I also contacted support as I required a little help on set up and they were great. I highly recommend this product to any business who needs a fast and reliable label printer.
I’ve wanted one of these for almost a year for my small business and I was lucky enough to receive one for my birthday and I am over the moon with it! So good and so many different things you can do with it not just address labels. You can do logo stickers, packaging labels etc.
The appearance of the printer is very pretty and won’t occupy too much space. It can speed up our shipping process and save the cost of ink! Set up is very easy and easy to use! It is suitable for HK seller too since it can print traditional Chinese wordings as well. The plus is suitable for HK too if you buy this device through Amazon UK store. Although we have some technical problems while using it, their customer service staff is super nice!! They responded to us very fast and solve the problems properly! Very helpful!

I’m wondering why I’ve never got a mumbyn before now because it’s fab! It’s really easy to set up and even easier to use. I purchase postage through Royal Mail on my iPad and send the labels straight to the mumbyn via Bluetooth. It’s a game changer and would definitely recommend

I wanted this printer since I started my small business and I got it finally! The printer is fast which saves me a lot of time and using the Munbyn postage labels stickers makes my parcel look absolutely professional. It doesn’t take much space, it is fast, the labels are printed very clear. When I received the printer there was an issue regarding the printing but Ge from the support center helped me to upgrade the software and now it works perfectly! It’s really important to me to have technical support when it’s needed and not being ignored. This printer is absolutely necessary for every business if you want to deal with professional machines. Highly recommended!
Initially when I purchased this label printer I had trouble with the shipping labels for eBay not scanning at the Post office. After emailing Munbyn I was advised to reduce the print speed and increase the density, this worked ok. I now use the highest quality print setting and the speed is set to two on the app. I haven’t linked this up to my laptop yet as I’m intending to just use it mainly on my phone. This is a good printer, I would have given it five stars had it been simpler to operate from the start. The instructions it comes with are quite basic and the label life app is also quite basic but it works fine. Overall, this is much easier than handwriting out addresses or printing from my printer and then sticking them to boxes with tape.
I look forward to setting this up on my computer and doing more with it in future. I bought this printer due to the good reviews it had, although it does look like most of the reviews for this Bluetooth printer are actually based on the previous model and not this one.

This little printer is straightforward in its set up, and Munbyn certainly gives a lot of resources to help you get things going – there’s a physical and digital manual, a message help line, and online FAQs as well. We had some problems that quickly turned out to be a user error issue, but Munbyn was quick to respond and were very kind in following up to help us get things moving.
This is the best little label maker for small businesses, and the pink and white matches my girlfriend’s aesthetic perfectly. The thermal print quality was surprisingly good, and things come out very clearly – you do have to tailor your design to be thermal-friendly, but that was easy enough to do by just making the logo entirely black and taking out unnecessary, intricate details as well as drop shadows. The printing itself is so fast! We love it and have been using the stickers to brand everything from products to equipment to packaging. We’ve also used it once to print a shipping label, and it was surprisingly easy to set up and print as well – it definitely took the stress out of printing a label on white paper, taping it down, and hoping for the best. Fantastic bit of kit needed a label printer to print labels for postage.. does what I needed it todo makes life a lot easier compared to a normal printer. Cutting the label out and taping the label to a parcel.

I absolutely loved the original Munbyn and now that this can do labels and you don’t need a cable to print is absolutely incredible. So convenient as I don’t always have a socket available!! A great addition to their products!
I had a bit of trouble setting it up at first but I spoke with their customer services on messenger and spoke with Bridy who was fantastic and talked me through it step by step!

I had high hopes for this little guy and was really excited to use it but I was so disappointed. The app you download to make the labels on is very basic and the quality of the print is terrible. Don’t waste your money on this machine.
Edit: customer service are really great for this company and have helped me improve the quality of the print so now it’s much better. You can what’s app them if you have problems and they’re really good at getting back to you.
Liked the fact this is Bluetooth so can use with my ipad and android phone. The labels from Munbyn are super sticky. Get the package deal from Munbyn as you will need the stickers and the stand for the labels. The app is easy to use and prints super fast with nice clear print. Wouldn’t be without it now and wish I had purchased one earlier.
Best label printer on the market, it has saved me so much time compared to other brands that I have tested.
Comes with a great guide on how to set up that makes the set up process a lot simpler for Mac users.
Would 100% recommend this product for Mac users as it also comes with an adapter for USB to USB C that other models I have tried have failed to supply.
I don’t know if I just received a faulty Munbyn printer but it is very hit and miss when I send Bluetooth printouts to it, often comes back as an error. The print quality is also not very solid and is a little faded and leaves ink gaps. I haven’t had this printer for more than 6 months and I haven’t used it enough to be experiencing these issues. Sadly this is a three star overpriced product in my opinion.

A great printer, super fast. Bluetooth function is easy to connect to your phone or laptop, the app is simple and easy to use. I can now print on the go without all wires like the previous model where you had to connect it to the laptop. Print quality is great – a good way to save on printer ink! So I just got this yesterday and had sooo much fun making labels all night! It really is easy to set up, it comes with a lot of instructions as well as links to videos you can watch, which I did. You really can start printing labels immediately! It’s also the smallest and cutest printer I’ve ever seen. I was pleasantly surprised by how small it is. Follow the instructions to set printer default to 4X6 for postage labels (printer comes with a stack of them) and then change to 2×2 for the 2 inch round labels which I bought separately. I will be purchasing more labels in different colors and can’t wait. I have a Mac and found the setup very easy. I hate (hate) dealing with printer ink so the fact that you don’t need to deal with that at all with this printer makes it perfect for me, and I don’t find the labels expensive.
honestly I bought this to print labels for my small business but i wish i could print everything on it cause i love watching this little guy do it’s thing.
VERY easy to set up (i used the USB with drivers preinstalled, included in the packaging) once set up i printed a bunch of dumb stuff for fun to test it out.
Had one misfeed so far but nothing too crazy, beware when it misfeeds it DOES NOT STOP, so if you’re printing 50 labels and it misfeeds on label 2 it’s going to keep printing and jamming 48 more labels until you stop it manually. This is not an issue for me as i don’t see this happening often just beware, also pretty sure the misfeed was my fault.
Overall very easy setup, no issues, great print quality for a thermal printer and at a good price point. Would recommend to anyone looking for one of these guys.

I had been wanting to get a thermal printer for some time now for my small business. Due to there being so many different brands and models, I wasn’t sure what to go with. After doing some more research, I decided to go with this Munbyn thermal printer. I think I made a great decision! Thermal printer is nice and compact– making it easy to set up. A usb is included for easy and quick installation! And when I went to print out a label, I was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly quick it was! Seriously took about 1 second to print 1 label! Now that’s fast! I am so happy with my decision to go with Munbyn. Quick, convenient, priced well, makes everything super easy, and gives a professional look to packages! I am not that tech savvy but ignored complicated instructions and loaded label4life app, ipad Fund the printer without any trouble, has to link up with printer each time I do a session of printing but no hassle, and it seems great. Works with Royal Mail shipping labels via Etsy labels and through my iPad! So well pleased!

I love the new design. I used to own the previous Munbyn and this one looks so great. No logo on it, just a seamless grey and black printer.
The bluetooth feature is only available on a separate app called Labelife, but in my case, I use it via USB anyway.
The quality/speed is great too. You can change the settings as you like. It starts printing immediately as soon as you hit the ‘print’ button.

Best investment ever. If you are still debating whether to buy a thermal printer or not, let this be the sign that you need to invest in it! It was THE BEST DECISION I made this year for my business! My only regret was not purchasing this sooner! It is a little expensice but definitely worth it, and I think their site even sells some at a little cheaper price so you may want to check out their site as well.
The printer is light and didn’t look like it can do all the work I planned on doing with it, but I was pleasantly surprised. So, upon opening and setting up the device, I decided to download the driver from their site since I did see they had a more updated version on the site compared to the USB. Instructional video was easy to follow, when I searched their site.
Stickers of different sizes were a breeze (especially compared to the hell I went through when I got the competing brand Jiose prior to this…so glad I decided to return that and buy this instead). Best tip I can give is to print a sample first of the sticker so you can adjust it accordingly and not be stuck with a whole batch of bad prints. Normally pressing the ctrl+shift+print buttons on your keyboard, all at once, will give you a better way to adjust the settings of the print quality you want like adjusting the print speed and density. I find increasing the density to 10 or 11 on 2×2 stickers gives a nice dark and solid print quality, especially when images are fine in quality.
There is a little learning curve to this machine in printing but I am pretty tech savvy so it was easy for me to play with it a bit to get it the way I wanted but I would definitely suggest looking at some youtube tutorials, since there seems to be plenty for this product. If it does any error sounds when trying to insert labels, don’t worry and adjust the label readjustment tabs on the machine to keep the labels in place or you can turn the machine off and back on again and it should work. Don’t be afraid to retry it a few times as sometimes the machine needs to reset. Other times I just press the pink button to open the machine and manually just insert the label and it usually works but you will just have an extra plain label that won’t be printed on. It is a trial and error, but not too bad. All in all, a very satisfied experience and I am very happy!
This was an upgrade to an already excellent printer from MUNBYN. Set up was a breeze with detailed instructions provided on the supplied USB for both Mac OS and Windows. I connected the printer to my Mac and printed the first label within 10 minutes. I use Royal Mail click and drop and with this printer shipping becomes so easy and takes so much of the hassle out. I can get a bunch of orders via the website, it goes to my Royal Mail account, I then export the labels and print them in one go. Stick them on packages and ship. The printer is well made and the footprint is excellent.

Although it took me hours to install the driver that read as invalid signature, it’s quite easy to use once you get it up and rolling! Only downfall so far is that small font isn’t so clear/legible. I also had to increase the size of my QR codes for my business labels so that it can scan properly. Images tend to blur if they are too small. Overall, cool purchase!
I have an Etsy shop, website and frequently sell items on EBay. I have, for some years, been printing out either Ebay, Etsy, or Royal Mail postage labels on A4 paper, using my usual printer to print, cutting with a guillotine and attaching to parcels with cello tape. This was quite a process and used a fair amount of ink. I have to admit, I really wish I had found this machine earlier. The photos show it sitting on top of my desktop main box, which is under my desk. I wasted a few labels initially, due to my enthusiasm to get printing and by forgetting to switch between printers in my computer settings. I found it easy to set up and have successfully printed many of the 6×4 adhesive labels for my parcels now – which is SO much easier than the cutting and cellotaping I was doing previously. I have just purchased some circular thermal labels through Amazon too, and am looking forward to trying out some designs on those too.
I have been so impressed by this machine, that I have purchased the Munbyn hand held label printer too and the company were incredibly helpful, assisting me to get the design of handheld I was after (the very sweet brown bear). I cannot wait to use the handheld to print reward labels for my students.
I bought this printer to cut overall costs in my product’s packaging and it has really helped! I’m using the 2.25inx1.25in labels as ingredient lists stickers and unfortunately have run into a few problems with the printer, but nothing deal-breaking. I’m not sure if I just received a weak printer, but the print is not consistent from label to label and can be streaky/blotchy. I bought 4- 1000ct rolls and have had to throw away 300-400 labels due to printing quality issues. Other than this complaint, customer service is always fast and helps the best they can. Despite the waisted labels, the ones I do have are super cute and affordable for my small buisness.
I had order another version of this printer the with a lower DPI and it didn’t work for scanning shipping labels so thankfully I was able to return it Amazon and get this 300DPI version. It is very easy to use and I am very happy with it. I want to try out printing other packaging labels too once the round stickers come into stock. Highly recommend for a small business.
It was tricky to get started, best way was to just plug in the printer directly to the laptop … I was trying wifi or Bluetooth connection idk it was not workin but once it did link up it’s easy to use … I would love to be able to use my phone to print but I haven’t been able to link wirelessly yet. Also the other colors are beautiful I have the ugly grey one but if you’re here and seeing this review — go check out the beautiful blue ! The adorable pink! The white is also cleannnnn looking lol don’t be like me and get grey lol —- hopefully I’ll be able to decorate with some cute stickers once I figure out printing fancy things — for now I’m just using as a shipping label print to save BIG time on ink
Easy to use with Mac (installed drivers from the website as advised by others users as flash drive seems to have dodgy drivers). Works great and prints good quality. (I use it with custom made software and have no issues with it). Barcode reader picks up barcodes well.
The only reason I give 4 stars is that I used it with 40×20 mm labels and calibration sometimes align in a way that wastes some labels. But thats only first time you set up the roll. But maybe works better with bigger labels.
Still would recommend this printer for your barcode/label jobs. Great in all other aspects.

I bought this to save cutting up sheets of A4 paper from my laser printer and this has proved to be a great piece of kit saving me time and money. I run an online vinyl store in the UK (Rekkids) and use this to print the Royal Mail Click & Drop postage labels/customs labels.
I’ve had it since December 2020 and in the last couple of weeks it’s started to print with a few vertical lines missing making some of the print difficult to read so I got in touch with their chat and customer support who sent me detailed instructions on where exactly to clean the print head with 70% alcohol wipes (also bought from Amazon 200 for 6.89) and this did the trick, it was back to printing like new again.
Every now and again in the past a label had become stuck in the printer (very easy to remove) but in doing so I suspect what happened was the sticky residue had stuck to part of the print head and this was causing the vertical lines, all fixed now as I’ve said and I wanted to share the experience so if you are thinking of buying this, I would recommend it highly and their customer support are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The quality of print is impressive, only note is that it doesn’t print as dark on the coloured stickers. It was easy to set up and there’s plenty of videos on YouTube for advise. I’ve had lots of fun creating new sticker designs (canva is great for this). Print from PDF for best quality. It also works really well with Royal Mail labels!
I’ve been shipping thousands of packages a year for about five years now. Until I received this printer yesterday and started printing in literally less than fifteen minutes, this was my procedure: print on standard letter size paper (two labels per sheet), cut in half with a pair of scissors, attach to box with packing tape.
This did not seem primitive, wasteful of paper and packing tape (not to mention toner!), or a huge pain until yesterday when I realized that there is a better way.
Before I go any further gushing like a 12 year old at an Ariana Grande concert: there are two things I don’t love about this printer. One is: it is not wireless and has to be plugged into your computer. The other is that it comes with a really pathetic amount of starter labels. Buy more labels asap. Now on with the lovefest.
Yes, it isn’t wireless, but it really tiny and fits easily in a corner of your desk. Not as big of a pain as I imagined. All the cords and cables are included. Also included, a little usb drive with the set up program. I plugged in the printer, turned it on, inserted the usb drive, followed a couple instructions and BAM I was printing.
Printing is reasonably fast. If you have twenty or so labels to print, it will take a minute. I shipped eighty packages yesterday and there were moments when I was waiting for labels, but not for terribly long.
The printing is clear and I haven’t encountered any issues. My colleague remarked on how quiet the printer is. I hadn’t noticed, but I guess that’s the point.
If this breaks on me or otherwise disappoints me I will be back to revise this review, but for now, I’m in love and I can’t imagine going back to the old way of doing things. I think this is absolutely essential for anyone who ships packages. Buy more labels with the printer!

I wasn’t planning on getting a thermal printer until next year but my Brother laser printer decided to no longer feed through the sheets with labels on I use for postage so took the plunge and upgraded to one of the Munbyn thermal printers from Amazon…. Actually really impressed with it. Super easy to set up and easy to get it working with my Etsy shop! Printing on the labels is dark and crisp, easy to see so shouldn’t have a problem scanning them down at the post office.
The printer itself is really well packed in the box… My only criticism is I wish the cables (power and usb) were just a little longer.
so far so good! I have a Macbook air (macOS big sur version 11.3.1) and it works perfectly. I was amazed how easy it was to install. if you have a Mac: once you insert the munbyn usb drive and follow the instructions, all the folders/downloads will be in in your mac ‘Folders icon’. Hope that little tip helps. after much research on different thermal printers, im glad I got this one.

Wow!! I own an Etsy shop and this has been a lifesaver!! I’ve spent so much money over the years on ink and my daughter told me about this and I had to give it a try. I’ll never go back. It’s super convenient!! I buy my labels from uline and I prefer the stacked ones over the roll. My daughter opted for the more costly Rollo brand, but this one is great and I’ve had zero issues. Follow the install instructions and you will be fine. I did have to watch a 3 minute YouTube video to figure out the right printer settings for my 4×6 Etsy shipping labels, so they printed on the label correctly. I recommend this as it has been awesome!
I absolutely love this pink thermal printer. It’s the perfect size for my home office. Prints great, fairly easy to set up, instructions are pretty clear and you get 10 free labels to start off with. Overall extremely happy with my purchase.

For those wondering if you can use this printer without the add-on of the label holder… you can! This works perfectly fine without it only downside is you can print a lot of orders. So it depends how much you ship. The printer itself was super quick! To install to windows! Anybody who is already shipping online can figure this out in less than 5 minutes. MUNBYN labels work Great with this printer haven’t tried any more but they are sticky! Hopefully warranty is good. Oh and they also send you some sample labels! So you don’t have to go buy a big pack right away or you can try it out see how you like it first!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, it was like midnight on a weekday and their customer support is in China so the timing was correct and Ace was able to fix my problems in like 20 minutes! I know Dymo would not give you support like that! Especially at midnight!
First and foremost, i love this thing. Yes, its Thermal and only prints, but it prints labels, and some other stuff too. It’s fast and i haven’t noticed it get hot at all. I havent touched it either when its printing.
One other thing i wanted to add, i had a bunch of people say they had issues printing with the 15 included labels, or were “Non-thermal labels instead of “thermal labels”, that was not the case with mine, they were thermal and worked great.
You won’t be dissatisfied with it. After using inkjet/laser printers for so long, trying to feed the labels or whatever into them, getting the ink/settings right. This thing just works, out of the box. Win10 recognized the printer, installed the driver and it was done. 5 min or less from out of the box to printing the first label.
The only qualm i had with it was, when you first load the labels from the top (it opens up and the left side is hinged) and you lay the labels on the machine, and push it into the feeder, it will forward the first label through and skip it. I learned that you can open it and slide it forward just under the wheel for the feeder and it will only push through and pull back, lining the front of the first label with the machine, where it should be (after you tear one off, to use the next) Not a big deal, really. Just noticed it that’s all.
I have had NO issues whatsoever with this thing. Great machine.

I’d been in the market for a thermal printer for a little bit now and the impulse to actually pull the trigger took a while. I first purchased a DYMO 4XL but couldn’t ever get it to print correctly and whether it be due to software issues or just plain user settings being incorrect, I wasn’t about to fiddle too long and so I returned the unit. Fast forward again to another impulse to finally buy a thermal printer, I watched a Youtube video where the channel did an actual review on this Munbyn printer and it all installed and worked soooo easily that I purchased. I am a MAC user and the instructions for installation coudln’t have been more descriptive. Easy step by step instructions with pictures. Anyway, after about 3 minutes, I was up and running and was able to print mailing labels immediately. If you are looking into a thermal, you could buy this unit based on the installation instructions alone. But if you need more than just instructions to make the move, give it a shot, you won’t be upset.

The joy of seeing this little printer spit out my labels in seconds, and right on my desk (my regular printer is upstairs, and if anything goes wrong, it’s like 30 minutes of unplanned exercise to run back and forth). It has a small footprint and has worked reliably in the month that I’ve had it. I’ve printed almost 200 labels with it so far and I’m in love.
Simple to install (they sent the print driver on a USB stick). It works with Etsy (I was worried it would not, it totally does, even if it isn’t on of their ‘officially supported’ printers). It comes with some labels to get you started right away.
If your print is ‘off’… the printer preferences allow you to reposition by degrees so that every print comes out perfect.
I can’t talk about customer support…. because *I haven’t needed any* customer support… and really? Isn’t that the best kind?
I just started an online business and I wanted to be sure to have a thermal printer right before the holidays because I know it will be crazy busy with Christmas coming up. I have done a little research and I realized I did not want the Dymo one because I saw more horrible reviews than more good ones. First thing I noticed that they give you instructions and a USB stating how to install your driver for Mac or Windows. The printer looks very professional but I would be honest it took me a while to figure out how to use the printer. I messed up on most of my free labels they gave me and now I am literally down to like 3 labels which sucks but hey I am new to this stuff. I would legit think the printer is wireless or bluetooth because you must add it to your printer preferences but I believe it is not. You must hook it up with the USB but I think there may be an issue with the USB they gave me because it connects sometimes to my printer which is really frustrating. Took me over 30 min to figure it out. After an hour of figuring out how to use it. It is overall nice, I am just going to have to contact customer service to see if I can get another USB sent
Update: I am glad to say someone from customer service manage to go and help me with the USB problem. Even though it was kind of slow but they managed to be able to help and get me a new USB. I have been using my printer for now a month for my Etsy and I love it. Takes a bit of time to get used of if you’re a beginner like me but after all I ended up loving it and now use it so easily!
I did weeks of research and even purchased a top of the line brother thermal printer and returned it after using this one. This prints nice and dark, works consistently, and they have excellent customer service who responded to me within one day of emailing them. I use pirate ship for e-commerce business so I print lots of labels and I so glad I made this purchase. This is so much less expensive and so much more efficient than using a normal printer and buying labels or going to the post office, waiting in line, and paying the retail shipping rates. This printer is a must for anyone who ships more than 5 or so parcels a month. A must have for an online business.

This printer is AMAZING! I love it so much, it’s compact and I love the pink model. Being wireless, this is definitely value for money. I’m not very technical but this was so easy to connect to my phone and print direct with no extra wires needed. The printer does come with a wire to connect to a laptop, if you need to print that way. The MUNBYN app is so clear and easy to use to get labels made and printed. I’m mainly using the printer to print postage labels from a shopping website and it’s great for this. The speed of printing is really fast. I ordered the munbyn round stickers too, I can’t wait to try these in the printer. If you are looking for a thermal printer, I would definitely recommend this one!
The printer is not only suuuper cute but also super easy to use! I had to get used to it at first but after we successfully printed our first label, we got the hang of it right away!

I have the bluetooth printer as I need one for ease to use via my tablet as having swapped from a windows pc to chromebook, this little printer fitted the bill. It is small and compact and you can buy a really good range of labels. As a thermal printer only prints black, the option of different colours and shapes is great. Also not having to bother with ink cartridges is a huge plus too.
I had to contact Munbyn customer services as after an app update the Munbyn app stopped connecting via bluetooth. These things happen with technology but to me the important bit is how it is dealt with and I can only give Munbyn 5 out of 5 stars for their communication, help, and informative solutions. It took a couple of days to work out the issue and they fixed it ASAP – couldn’t ask for better customer service – very impressed.
For me when things go wrong – you have to acknowledge that things are not infallible but it is how a company deals with these situations and I can only praise Munbyn and highly recommend the printers and the company.
I have no regrets for replacing both an inkjet and laser printer with this super little thermal printer and it has re-ignited an enjoyment of creating labels again.
If you are thinking of buying one of these printers then just do it, you will be hooked and have hours of fun label designing and printing.
I purchased the Bluetooth version as I required a cordless printing solution. I started a small business and was in need of a faster and more effecient method of printing labels. This product checked all the boxes for me as you can print via their app from your IPad. I was really surprised of the speed it prints compared to my inkjet. Really happy with the result. I’ve wanted one of these for almost a year for my small business and I was lucky enough to receive one for my birthday and I am over the moon with it! So good and so many different things you can do with it not just address labels. You can do logo stickers, packaging labels etc.
The appearance of the printer is very pretty and won’t occupy too much space. It can speed up our shipping process and save the cost of ink! Set up is very easy and easy to use! It is suitable for HK seller too since it can print traditional Chinese wordings as well. The plus is suitable for HK too if you buy this device through Amazon UK store. Although we have some technical problems while using it, their customer service staff is super nice!! They responded to us very fast and solve the problems properly! Very helpful!
I’m wondering why I’ve never got a mumbyn before now because it’s fab! It’s really easy to set up and even easier to use. I purchase postage through Royal Mail on my iPad and send the labels straight to the mumbyn via Bluetooth. It’s a game changer and would definitely recommend
Love it so simple to use via mobile using to Munbyn app or pc using any design software, the Munbyn support is fantastic too if a problem should arise I would definitely recommend Munbyn over other brands of thermal printer.

Super adorable, very easy to use, the shipping labels print SO FAST when I click print in shopify – so much faster than feeding a sheet with 2 labels through my inkjet printer. AND I love being able to make my own stickers! I got the set of 3 colors of the round stickers. Found a good video with a google search that showed how to design the 2 x 2 round stickers in Canva, and made my own “thank you” stickers to put on my packages on the outside! I have printed the 4 x 6 labels from both Shopify and Pirateship for UPS and USPS – no problems whatsoever, I highly recommend this if you’re shipping things with any regularity!

The printer is fast which saves me a lot of time and using the Munbyn postage labels stickers makes my parcel look absolutely professional. It doesn’t take much space, it is fast, the labels are printed very clear. When I received the printer there was an issue regarding the printing but Ge from the support center helped me to upgrade the software and now it works perfectly! It’s really important to me to have technical support when it’s needed and not being ignored. This printer is absolutely necessary for every business if you want to deal with professional machines. Highly recommended!
Initially when I purchased this label printer I had trouble with the shipping labels for eBay not scanning at the Post office. After emailing Munbyn I was advised to reduce the print speed and increase the density, this worked ok. I now use the highest quality print setting and the speed is set to two on the app. I haven’t linked this up to my laptop yet as I’m intending to just use it mainly on my phone. This is a good printer, I would have given it five stars had it been simpler to operate from the start. The instructions it comes with are quite basic and the label life app is also quite basic but it works fine. Overall, this is much easier than handwriting out addresses or printing from my printer and then sticking them to boxes with tape.
I look forward to setting this up on my computer and doing more with it in future. I bought this printer due to the good reviews it had, although it does look like most of the reviews for this Bluetooth printer are actually based on the previous model and not this one.

This little printer is straightforward in its set up, and Munbyn certainly gives a lot of resources to help you get things going – there’s a physical and digital manual, a message help line, and online FAQs as well. We had some problems that quickly turned out to be a user error issue, but Munbyn was quick to respond and were very kind in following up to help us get things moving.
This is the best little label maker for small businesses, and the pink and white matches my girlfriend’s aesthetic perfectly. The thermal print quality was surprisingly good, and things come out very clearly – you do have to tailor your design to be thermal-friendly, but that was easy enough to do by just making the logo entirely black and taking out unnecessary, intricate details as well as drop shadows. The printing itself is so fast! We love it and have been using the stickers to brand everything from products to equipment to packaging. We’ve also used it once to print a shipping label, and it was surprisingly easy to set up and print as well – it definitely took the stress out of printing a label on white paper, taping it down, and hoping for the best. Fantastic bit of kit needed a label printer to print labels for postage.. does what I needed it todo makes life a lot easier compared to a normal printer. Cutting the label out and taping the label to a parcel.

I absolutely loved the original Munbyn and now that this can do labels and you don’t need a cable to print is absolutely incredible. So convenient as I don’t always have a socket available!! A great addition to their products!

I had high hopes for this little guy and was really excited to use it but I was so disappointed. The app you download to make the labels on is very basic and the quality of the print is terrible. Don’t waste your money on this machine.
Edit: customer service are really great for this company and have helped me improve the quality of the print so now it’s much better. You can what’s app them if you have problems and they’re really good at getting back to you.
Liked the fact this is Bluetooth so can use with my ipad and android phone. The labels from Munbyn are super sticky. Get the package deal from Munbyn as you will need the stickers and the stand for the labels. The app is easy to use and prints super fast with nice clear print. Wouldn’t be without it now and wish I had purchased one earlier.

I bought this to print shipping labels for my business and it was easy to set up and all information is available and easy to access
I don’t know if I just received a faulty Munbyn printer but it is very hit and miss when I send Bluetooth printouts to it, often comes back as an error. The print quality is also not very solid and is a little faded and leaves ink gaps. I haven’t had this printer for more than 6 months and I haven’t used it enough to be experiencing these issues. Sadly this is a three star overpriced product in my opinion.

I can now print on the go without all wires like the previous model where you had to connect it to the laptop. Print quality is great – a good way to save on printer ink! So I just got this yesterday and had sooo much fun making labels all night! It really is easy to set up, it comes with a lot of instructions as well as links to videos you can watch, which I did. You really can start printing labels immediately! It’s also the smallest and cutest printer I’ve ever seen. I was pleasantly surprised by how small it is. Follow the instructions to set printer default to 4X6 for postage labels (printer comes with a stack of them) and then change to 2×2 for the 2 inch round labels which I bought separately. I will be purchasing more labels in different colors and can’t wait. I have a Mac and found the setup very easy. I hate (hate) dealing with printer ink so the fact that you don’t need to deal with that at all with this printer makes it perfect for me, and I don’t find the labels expensive.

Had one misfeed so far but nothing too crazy, beware when it misfeeds it DOES NOT STOP, so if you’re printing 50 labels and it misfeeds on label 2 it’s going to keep printing and jamming 48 more labels until you stop it manually. This is not an issue for me as i don’t see this happening often just beware, also pretty sure the misfeed was my fault.
Overall very easy setup, no issues, great print quality for a thermal printer and at a good price point. Would recommend to anyone looking for one of these guys.

I had been wanting to get a thermal printer for some time now for my small business. Due to there being so many different brands and models, I wasn’t sure what to go with. After doing some more research, I decided to go with this Munbyn thermal printer. I think I made a great decision! Thermal printer is nice and compact– making it easy to set up. A usb is included for easy and quick installation! And when I went to print out a label, I was pleasantly surprised at how incredibly quick it was! Seriously took about 1 second to print 1 label! Now that’s fast! I am so happy with my decision to go with Munbyn. Quick, convenient, priced well, makes everything super easy, and gives a professional look to packages! I can’t wait to try making personal stickers with this printer. Thanks Munbyn for a quality product!
I am not that tech savvy but ignored complicated instructions and loaded label4life app, ipad Fund the printer without any trouble, has to link up with printer each time I do a session of printing but no hassle, and it seems great. Works with Royal Mail shipping labels via Etsy labels and through my iPad! So well pleased!
The printer is very useful as I can print my shipping labels and also various different stickers which saves me a lot of money. The instructions are simple to use and there are also videos on YouTube too. Very happy with my purchase and have bought other items from MUNBYN too.
Great thermal printer.
I love the new design. I used to own the previous Munbyn and this one looks so great. No logo on it, just a seamless grey and black printer.
The bluetooth feature is only available on a separate app called Labelife, but in my case, I use it via USB anyway.
The quality/speed is great too. You can change the settings as you like. It starts printing immediately as soon as you hit the ‘print’ button.
I am looking forward to use for my Small business!
This label printer is so cute and fits my pink aesthetic. It was pretty simple to set up and connects directly to my computer via usb cable. I was able to start printing pretty immediately. It also comes with some test labels which is great. The quality of printing is not as great as a regular printer but still pretty good. I am having so much fun with this!
Best investment ever. If you are still debating whether to buy a thermal printer or not, let this be the sign that you need to invest in it! It was THE BEST DECISION I made this year for my business! My only regret was not purchasing this sooner! It is a little expensice but definitely worth it, and I think their site even sells some at a little cheaper price so you may want to check out their site as well.
The printer is light and didn’t look like it can do all the work I planned on doing with it, but I was pleasantly surprised. So, upon opening and setting up the device, I decided to download the driver from their site since I did see they had a more updated version on the site compared to the USB. Instructional video was easy to follow, when I searched their site.
Stickers of different sizes were a breeze (especially compared to the hell I went through when I got the competing brand Jiose prior to this…so glad I decided to return that and buy this instead). Best tip I can give is to print a sample first of the sticker so you can adjust it accordingly and not be stuck with a whole batch of bad prints. Normally pressing the ctrl+shift+print buttons on your keyboard, all at once, will give you a better way to adjust the settings of the print quality you want like adjusting the print speed and density. I find increasing the density to 10 or 11 on 2×2 stickers gives a nice dark and solid print quality, especially when images are fine in quality.
There is a little learning curve to this machine in printing but I am pretty tech savvy so it was easy for me to play with it a bit to get it the way I wanted but I would definitely suggest looking at some youtube tutorials, since there seems to be plenty for this product. If it does any error sounds when trying to insert labels, don’t worry and adjust the label readjustment tabs on the machine to keep the labels in place or you can turn the machine off and back on again and it should work. Don’t be afraid to retry it a few times as sometimes the machine needs to reset. Other times I just press the pink button to open the machine and manually just insert the label and it usually works but you will just have an extra plain label that won’t be printed on. It is a trial and error, but not too bad. All in all, a very satisfied experience and I am very happy!
This was an upgrade to an already excellent printer from MUNBYN. Set up was a breeze with detailed instructions provided on the supplied USB for both Mac OS and Windows. I connected the printer to my Mac and printed the first label within 10 minutes. I use Royal Mail click and drop and with this printer shipping becomes so easy and takes so much of the hassle out. I can get a bunch of orders via the website, it goes to my Royal Mail account, I then export the labels and print them in one go. Stick them on packages and ship. The printer is well made and the footprint is excellent.
Bought it few weeks ago and I am very happy overall. Easy to use and install. I highly recommend it.
I have been so impressed by this machine, that I have purchased the Munbyn hand held label printer too and the company were incredibly helpful, assisting me to get the design of handheld I was after (the very sweet brown bear). I cannot wait to use the handheld to print reward labels for my students.
It was tricky to get started, best way was to just plug in the printer directly to the laptop … I was trying wifi or Bluetooth connection idk it was not workin but once it did link up it’s easy to use … I would love to be able to use my phone to print but I haven’t been able to link wirelessly yet. Also the other colors are beautiful I have the ugly grey one but if you’re here and seeing this review — go check out the beautiful blue ! The adorable pink! The white is also cleannnnn looking lol don’t be like me and get grey lol —- hopefully I’ll be able to decorate with some cute stickers once I figure out printing fancy things — for now I’m just using as a shipping label print to save BIG time on ink
The only reason I give 4 stars is that I used it with 40×20 mm labels and calibration sometimes align in a way that wastes some labels. But thats only first time you set up the roll. But maybe works better with bigger labels.
Still would recommend this printer for your barcode/label jobs. Great in all other aspects.
The thermal printer was shipped the next day. The installation was aesy and you can then start printing straight away
I bought this to save cutting up sheets of A4 paper from my laser printer and this has proved to be a great piece of kit saving me time and money. I run an online vinyl store in the UK (Rekkids) and use this to print the Royal Mail Click & Drop postage labels/customs labels.
I’ve had it since December 2020 and in the last couple of weeks it’s started to print with a few vertical lines missing making some of the print difficult to read so I got in touch with their chat and customer support who sent me detailed instructions on where exactly to clean the print head with 70% alcohol wipes (also bought from Amazon 200 for 6.89) and this did the trick, it was back to printing like new again.
Every now and again in the past a label had become stuck in the printer (very easy to remove) but in doing so I suspect what happened was the sticky residue had stuck to part of the print head and this was causing the vertical lines, all fixed now as I’ve said and I wanted to share the experience so if you are thinking of buying this, I would recommend it highly and their customer support are an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I will give Munbyn a 5 out of 5 stars, because of that premium Service. They are all Nice and kind. The Service staff always helped me with the problem of the black printed line in the labels!!! I will Buy again from Munbyn!!! That’s for sure!!!
I’ve been looking at label printers for the majority of the year, struggling to pick the right one at the right price. I did a lot of research and decided upon Munbyn thermal printer. Im so happy with my decision, it’s great value for money. The labels they offer are great, the machine will also print on custom sizes. The quality of print is impressive, only note is that it doesn’t print as dark on the coloured stickers. It was easy to set up and there’s plenty of videos on YouTube for advise. I’ve had lots of fun creating new sticker designs (canva is great for this). Print from PDF for best quality. It also works really well with Royal Mail labels!
This did not seem primitive, wasteful of paper and packing tape (not to mention toner!), or a huge pain until yesterday when I realized that there is a better way.
Before I go any further gushing like a 12 year old at an Ariana Grande concert: there are two things I don’t love about this printer. One is: it is not wireless and has to be plugged into your computer. The other is that it comes with a really pathetic amount of starter labels. Buy more labels asap. Now on with the lovefest.
Yes, it isn’t wireless, but it really tiny and fits easily in a corner of your desk. Not as big of a pain as I imagined. All the cords and cables are included. Also included, a little usb drive with the set up program. I plugged in the printer, turned it on, inserted the usb drive, followed a couple instructions and BAM I was printing.
Printing is reasonably fast. If you have twenty or so labels to print, it will take a minute. I shipped eighty packages yesterday and there were moments when I was waiting for labels, but not for terribly long.
The printing is clear and I haven’t encountered any issues. My colleague remarked on how quiet the printer is. I hadn’t noticed, but I guess that’s the point.
If this breaks on me or otherwise disappoints me I will be back to revise this review, but for now, I’m in love and I can’t imagine going back to the old way of doing things. I think this is absolutely essential for anyone who ships packages. Buy more labels with the printer!

The printer itself is really well packed in the box… My only criticism is I wish the cables (power and usb) were just a little longer.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, it was like midnight on a weekday and their customer support is in China so the timing was correct and Ace was able to fix my problems in like 20 minutes! I know Dymo would not give you support like that! Especially at midnight!
One other thing i wanted to add, i had a bunch of people say they had issues printing with the 15 included labels, or were “Non-thermal labels instead of “thermal labels”, that was not the case with mine, they were thermal and worked great.
You won’t be dissatisfied with it. After using inkjet/laser printers for so long, trying to feed the labels or whatever into them, getting the ink/settings right. This thing just works, out of the box. Win10 recognized the printer, installed the driver and it was done. 5 min or less from out of the box to printing the first label.
The only qualm i had with it was, when you first load the labels from the top (it opens up and the left side is hinged) and you lay the labels on the machine, and push it into the feeder, it will forward the first label through and skip it. I learned that you can open it and slide it forward just under the wheel for the feeder and it will only push through and pull back, lining the front of the first label with the machine, where it should be (after you tear one off, to use the next) Not a big deal, really. Just noticed it that’s all.
I have had NO issues whatsoever with this thing. Great machine.
It’s small, 7x4x5 (just glancing at it) The TNAS in the picture below the printer is 7x9x 5 for reference.
The joy of seeing this little printer spit out my labels in seconds, and right on my desk (my regular printer is upstairs, and if anything goes wrong, it’s like 30 minutes of unplanned exercise to run back and forth). It has a small footprint and has worked reliably in the month that I’ve had it. I’ve printed almost 200 labels with it so far and I’m in love.
Simple to install (they sent the print driver on a USB stick). It works with Etsy (I was worried it would not, it totally does, even if it isn’t on of their ‘officially supported’ printers). It comes with some labels to get you started right away.
If your print is ‘off’… the printer preferences allow you to reposition by degrees so that every print comes out perfect.
I can’t talk about customer support…. because *I haven’t needed any* customer support… and really? Isn’t that the best kind?
Update: I am glad to say someone from customer service manage to go and help me with the USB problem. Even though it was kind of slow but they managed to be able to help and get me a new USB. I have been using my printer for now a month for my Etsy and I love it. Takes a bit of time to get used of if you’re a beginner like me but after all I ended up loving it and now use it so easily!
