Great for support after my plaster cast came off my broken ankle. The hole in heel is uncomfortable if worn for more than a few hours. Very bulky so can’t wear with footwear unless loose Mary Jane type trainers. Couldn’t even get ugg boots on whilst wearing. But good support when ankle is aching worn alone.

After a very painful sprain, I was wearing an orthopaedic boot, after some improvement I was advised to get an ankle support- I liked the look of this one as you didn’t need a degree in origami to but it on. It certainly did the job, giving good support where it was needed- I have no hesitation in recommending this item
It gives good support and is easy to use., I can only wear it at home, cannot wear with footwear.
This support is the best I’ve found so far. It is adjustable unlike others that you pull onto your ankle (which when my ankle is swollen it’s almost impossible to pull these on) and it really provides support and comfort and helps with the pain a great deal. Highly recommend.

I have had a long-term ankle problem and am on my feet all day at work so resting my ankle is not really an option, this support seems to be helping, my ankle feels more stable and the pain has improved a bit too.
Okay, I don’t ever post reviews for Amazon buys, I never have. But this deserves a review.
So I went on a night out, fell and hurt my ankle. I proceeded to buy this and it was delivered timeously I wore it for over a week and my ankle still hurt, so I went to hospital where I was told I’d broken my ankle. They were shocked as I was in no pain and the bone had virtually not moved, despite having been walked on for 9 days and this was all due to this ankle support.
I cannot recommend this enough. It is great quality, great price and great support.

This ankle support does help stabilise my ankle. My only reservation is that the material used does make the ankle sweat which is very noticeable when you take the band off. The result is that the skin becomes very itchy and uncomfortable. Other than this I have no complaints
Great product, i’ve got a broken ankle and it’s given me the stability to move about more freely. Doesn’t ease the pain but then why would it.
I have been using this support while walking short journeys and it has helped to support my ankle issue.

I have a weak right ankle. Have worn this especially when walking and it’s great. Gives enough support without strangling the ankle. I even wear it whilst in my shoes or walking boots and it is no issue.

I felt so much more confident when wearing it, the ankle was protected, more stable and less painful, resulting in less inflammation. I really liked the fact you could make it as tight or loose as you want. A very clever design I wore it a lot and so wore a thin sock under it to prevent any rubbing.
I badly sprained by ankle about 11 weeks ago and I have been unable to run due to the pain on impact. I bought this to see if it would help and it worked like a dream! This strap really helped to support my long term injured foot. Wearing this gave my foot stability which reduced the pain I was getting when un strapped. Easy to put on, stretches with comfort and although I have not yet cleaned it, it will go in a normal wash. My pain is all around my ankle and includes the Achilles.

I had stroke. My ankles always turn inwards causing me falling. This stuff is so good. Maybe can be a bit more rigid. But overall, I feel much better. Say no more, bought another one! This is exactly what I have been looking for! 🙂
This is the first (and so far only) ankle brace I have been able to wear. I suffer from Lipoedema (excess fat around legs) which means that most braces are simply not big enough to go around my lower leg. Because this brace is so adjustable, it fits perfectly – even if I am wearing it upside-down!. I also have a serious ankle issue and am avoiding having to have my ankle fused for as long as possible. The right way up, I couldn’t get it around my leg and then accidentally I tried it upside down and it worked beautifully. It provides the extra support I needed so the reduction in pain has been substantial. I may well have to wear one permanently, but if it helps and avoids the dreaded operation, then I am happy to do so. So glad I found this one and have now ordered more so I can wash and wear!
Unfortunately for us both me and my wife both rolled our ankles, however both used this product and was very impressed by the comfort and the pain relief the product offered.
Nice to run in, helps me feel more supported when jogging.

Comfy and offers great support. However it’s a bit bulky so a slightly wider foot wear may be needed.
Due to ankle being broken 6 weeks ago we are still in the process of recovery. Hopefully when we can start to weight bare it will come in useful.

Was awkward to put on but has helped with my ankle pain. Used it for about a week and in fact forgotten all about it since taking it off.
Works good. Use it for runs since I started having pain in my ankle. It’s a bit large for my foot though. Works with socks and running shoes.
Yes it’s thinner than some other braces on here, yet it’s more comfortable & supports better than some 3 or 4 times the price. Comfortable in walking boots and shoes. Doesn’t need adjusting during the day.
It’s lasted ten days, so haven’t awarded the extra 5th star. Have bought more, so can wash more often.
It works, that’s what is most important……..but don’t expect miracles if you’re crossing uneven ground ; will still be a little painful !!
Seem good quality not had chance to try them yet bought to wear when trecking as I have a weak ankle. Will update on how they perform at a later date.
I have only had this on a couple of hours and already feeling the benefit. Providing great support, feel stability when walk improved and can imagine how much better I will be able to sleep with this keeping my foot supported in the correct position under bed quilt.
Not a bad product and a bit big for my foot which is quite narrow (3.5 shoe size) but it does the job.
Bought to support Achilles tendonitis. The morning before I put the support on I couldn’t bear any weight on the foot, but after this, things were much more comfortable. three days later all pain has gone and I’m almost back to normal. I can still wear trainers with it, so all in all, it’s a top buy!
Perfect ankle support that actually works. Comfortable and slimline even over socks. When putting the bridge straps over don’t do them too tight as the outer straps will tighten further the inner bridge ones. Only criticism is if you have ankle roll over be a little bit more careful as ankle slightly tilts left an right.
This eased my pain at once with the added support. It was this extra support that got me off of my crutches and back walking around sooner than I’d imagined.

They are so good, easy to put on – so much better than tube bandages and because they are adjustable, they are great value as they can be used until the swelling goes down. Good quality and great value and good to know that they will last if I need to use them in the future. Great product and I highly recommend them.
I stepped off the pavement because the people coming towards me were taking up the whole pavement….missed my footing ,twisted my ankle and fell into the road.
I couldn’t walk at all for days until I decided to try this ankle support.
Bliss….still bruised ,but I can walk and get out .

I have tried many products makes, and they were never comfortable, i still had pain in feet i just couldn’t walk very far. When i recieved body prox, i put it on, and started to walk my ankle was absolutely supported was great with no pain. I will defiantly by another couple.
P.s. if you’re wondering how I dislocated my ankle while walking…..it’s because I’m fat!
I bought for a sprained ankle which had got weakened and I kept going over it. The support is great – provides stability and keeps it straight, almost impossible to go over my ankle with it on.

This is pretty good as a “strapping up” binder and helps to ease the pain when you put weight on your ankle.
These are great I brought 2 for both my sprained ankles. Easy on and off and you really feel the ankle support all day at work and walking the dogs. My ankles still hurt, but I feel more confident that I’m less likely to sprain again.
I have suffered with an uncomfortable right ankle for about 3 years now. An x-ray showed there was nowt wrong and the physio said I’d got the full range of movement, so there was little he could do. In the end it was blamed on the fact that a vein had been removed from that leg when I had a heart bypass op in 1999. For some time I found relief by wearing the elasticated type of ankle support, but lately it’s become clear that I need something batter. There were times during the night when the leg gave me some serious discomfort. I tried one of there supports and it is now vastly improved. I have ordered another.
I got this for a sprained ankle, it’s great for that extra bit of confidence when your ankle is weak.

I can honestly say, my ankle improved dramatically after 5 days of wearing this support, the swelling has gone down and my ankle no longer gives way.
Ankle feels almost better, slight twinges sometimes, not gone running yet though.
I like that I could adjust the support because my tendonitis pain to touch varied.
Fairly comfortable but couldn’t wear it with shoes. Would have liked it to cover more of my foot towards the toes by 1-2cm.

I had a ligament damaged – this product gave some support but I don’t think it was able to cope with the issue I had so be realistic in what you hope for.
I’m impressed with this brace. I sprained my ankle quite badly and this has really helped. I can now walk my dog without too much discomfort, although I cannot wear a sock over it. I ordered another which was delivered next day, thank you.
Did not relieve the pain but as my ankle started to heal and I was able to walk again it gave the support needed.

Great support and very adjustable, no restrictions in movement, if I was to be hyper critical ,where your heel sits in the hole sometimes causes heel to itch, but that’s being very critical
I got this ankle brace for my sister. It feels very comfortable and easy to wear/wrap around the ankle. Light and washable. Most importantly it gives good support. Beautifully packed and delivery was prompt. Excellent quality.
I have cronic ankle sprains so bought this to help strengthen it. At first it looks a little confusing to put on, but with their handy instructions it becomes second nature. Really comfy, so I wear it round the house.
Much better than other ankle supports I have had! The adjustable feature means you can make it tighter for more support. Cheaper tan alternatives and very well made!
It’s definitely doing the job, the support immediately made my ankle feel at rest.

I like they are so easy to use, I dislike the velcro but it is the best way to use the straps. I bought them for my sprained ankles, so far they have been really helpful in my recovery.
On some of my ankle it felt comfortable but on other parts it wasnt, it also keeps your ankle in place.

I sprained my ankle when on holiday and bough myself this ankle support when I got home. It makes the world of difference to the pain in my ankle and make walking a lot easier.
Stabilises sprained ankle, can now walk with caution in without other support, thank goodness for Prime! Comfy and supportive, can wear slip-on haflinger house shoes/slippers with it.
I haven’t had to use the foot brace as my ankle is better now. But I am very impressed with the product. Keeping in my first aid box as a back up x
Definite plus in terms of stability and comfort. Pain relief is grand but I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks on 10k runs. Seems to do the job, at least as much as I expected granted the design and cost. Yeh. Happy I gave it a go .
I liked it but I would have preferred it to be a bit bigger and the cross pieces to be longer. I’m a size 11 and usually take a wide fitting so that could explain my opinion. But it’s a good idea to have four adjustments.

Was recommended this by my osteopath after I managed to tear my ATL in my ankle. Has allowed me to continue to walk. I’ve had it for one week and use it daily.

Having damaged two tendons in my ankle, I bought this ankle brace. It’s curved the swelling and supported my ankle, stopping me from injuring it again.
As someone who likes to dance a lot I need something to shape to my feet which this does the brace is very comfortable and easy to put on.
Bought for mi madre and she’s really relieved. Her ankle is messed up so the brace is asking a massive difference. Great for stability
