The best shredder ever!
Heavenly experience while shredding! No paper jams, quiet, fast. Can shred loads of paper at once. Shredded 2 boxes of documents and not even a tiny paper jam occurred. The previous shredder from another brand kept jamming non-stop.. almost drove me insane.. This is the best buy ever!

handy bit of kit.
This as a handle on the top part is good when cleaning. it’s just the right size for home use. And it shreds. credit cards and store cards.so yes, I like it up till now found it Quite handy.

Ok so I really like the way that this shedder totally annihilates the paper leaving tiny fragments, so does a good job, it is also ok on thin paper and chews through credit cards and staples ok, but it does not like six sheets of good quality paper and quickly stops showing the overheated warning.
I have found it is getting better the more I use it, and also find if I stick to the four sheets I can continue to shred quite a bit of paper, but once the overheat cutout cuts in, then it will keep happening, so the secret is to feed the paper steady, but the shedder is great value for money and really destroys the documents.
If it coped a bit better with 6 good quality sheets it would have been 5 stars.

Only used the shredder a couple of times since purchase seems ok so far, not so sure about shredding more than three sheets at a time though appeared to struggle at that, but like a lot of things time will tell. Amazon ask you to review items within a couple of days of purchase hardly giving you time to get a fair idea of value for money or longevity.
Easy to use
The shredder was bought as a heavy duty one and lives up to its name. Paper is shredded and becomes tiny pieces which would make it very difficult to reconstruct if anyone wanted desparately to look at any of my information. I would definitely recommend this item. I feel like I have received a very good bargain as the price was less than I thought I would have to pay for it. There are castors to add to bottom of frame and can be placed by hand but needed a strong push to place them.

OMG I love this shredder, I had bought like 3 shredders before this and all crappy, and a waste of money, the reason why I chose a heavy duty for office a little more expensive.
So far what I really like about this model, the wheels for moving it around easily, the low level of noise, it is big to contain alot, alot of paper, and it shreds for long time, I also do not have to worry about overheating or stopping out of sudden in the middle of my shredding, it has lights to tell you when that happens. Very practical. I appreciate the handle to pull out the bin and it comes with a plastic bag to place inside to remove the paper ready to be disposed of and I like how the paper is cut. A beautiful shredder, a Godsend worth every penny! Highly recommended.
Update:
After using this shredder I even happier than before, what i noticed is that the paper if overloaded then the machine reverse automatically and you can just put less paper, no jamming, also when the bag is full the red light flashes so you know it is time to change bag, and also it flashed if the canister is not placed right, the shredder has a fan you can hear that stops the overheating. I was so right to buy this beauty! Very Highly recommended.

Robust and easy to use
I am generally happy with this item. The autofeeder mechanism seems a bit flimsy, and I certainly wouldn’t want to load 100 sheets! But it copes well with batched papers. I love the ease of use, and the used paper hopper is quick and easy to remove and empty.
Great shredder!
This a big improvement on my last home office shredder, it’s much quieter & can handle around 18 pages no bother. The casters make it easy to move from under my desk. Very pleased with this so far.

Wow, what a marvellous piece of equipment, would definitely recommend this one over more expensive models, unless you intend to use for heavier usage. One tip, buy the oil or oiled sheets at the same time.

A Hard-Working and Very Capable Shredde
I needed a shredder which was reasonably priced but could also cope a high volume of shredding. By high volume, I mean 12 full black bin-liners of paper at the end of it. I can report that this unit handled the demand perfectly. It didn’t jam once, didn’t overheat and just kept going and going. To be honest, with so much shredding to do, the human is more likely to break and need a break than this machine !
Very pleased with the unit and would happily recommend to others needing something a bit beefy without breaking the bank. It’s also a lot quieter than other shredders I have used in the past too.

A beast!
After reading many reviews and articles, I decided to go with the 18-sheet version of this paper shredder, mainly because I also wanted to shred cardboard as well. I’m glad I did. It’s a lot quieter than I thought it would be, which is excellent. It gets through standard single-walled corrugated cardboard very easily. I was able to shred up the large Amazon box and outer box that this shredder came shipped in with ease. It’s fairly easy to push around on the supplied castor wheels and they can be easily removed if you want to.
If I had one niggle about this shredder it would be that the waste bin could do with being a bit larger so that I don’t have to empty it as frequently, but that’s a very minor point.
Overall thoroughly recommended.
A well made and efficient shredde
This shredder copes with high volume work. It is robustly made and very effective. It allows for a considerable volume of shredding without overheating. It size means that it is unobtrusive and can be easily stored and moved. Good value.
Great shredder cuts so small and neat also does credit cards

Surprised at what a power house this shredder is
Does the job well – the A4 sheet feeder is a bit hit and miss, and if you are after bulk unattended shredding of A4 there are better (but more expensive) shredders out there. I bought this to replace such a shredder (couldn’t afford the few hundred extra it would cost to replace old shredder with its current model), and had a shredding party – the shredder works well, shutting down after about 20 to 30 minutes of shredding to cool down – as per the specification – giving me the opportunity to arrange my next pile of paper to shred. The unit closes up neatly and the wheels make it easy to pop it under the desk.
Very easy to use. My previous shredder did not deal with staples so this machine made it the job a lot quicker.
I’m quite satisfied with this shredder. It does the job pretty well and the cut is what I’ve always wanted. Highly recommended!

Really useful for working from home
I bought this as I now work from home 60% of the time and needed a good quality heavy duty shredder. This has been great so far. Very high capacity. No problems at all. Handles staples etc . Seems very robust.
Makes shredding quick and easy
Over the years we’ve accumulated a lot of paperwork and this thing goes through it really quickly. Might be considered excessive for domestic use but who really wants to be shredding 4-6 sheets at a time with a tiny thing.

Cuts up cardboard
Purchased to shred cardboard for grandson to make fire blocks for wood stove. Changed the job from being a chore to great fun apparently! I am now the best Nanny in the world! Hope it lasts
powerful and quie
had a few cheaper units before, this one is much much quieter than any of the others Ive had and shreds multiple pages with ease. Nice big bin as well. thoroughly recommend for a good powerful home shredder.
Excellent home shredde
Sometimes you feel you are jumping off a cliff when you buy a shredder. I have bought two previous shredders and my mum has had one, and they have all been useless. I dreaded it coming, thinking it would be another waste of money, but actually it is great. It is strong and sturdy, a little bit heavy, but I shredded laods of paperwork that has been mounting up with no problem and tiny pieces. I am a very happy customer.
Excellent Cross Cut Shredde
The first shredder I’ve had that appears to be able to shred multiple pages with ease. Not overly noisy for a shredder, it accommodates bank cards and CD’s as well. It’s well made and has, so far, been reliable. I purchased the Bonsai oiled sheets for maintenance and now its approx two years old, it still works as it did when new. Great piece of kit!
Wish I'd bought this soone
I read other people’s reviews before deciding to purchase this particular shredder. I was encouraged by the fairly universal delight expressed by other purchasers. I now share in that. I just wish I’d bought it sooner. It is just so much better than my old Rexel shredder that was forever needing to cool down and which seemed to have developed a reducing capacity over the years. This machine eats its way through a whole lever arch file in next to no time. I feel able finally to have that clear out that has long been needed. Yes, it costs more but the time saved and the ease of getting the job done is worth every penny. Life’s too short to be spending hours feeding an old, slow, and cantankerous shredder.
Extremely efficient micro cut paper shredder which must achieve amongst the topmost security rating for such machines. Bought to replace a worn out, less robust and cheaper model from another manufacturer but in fairness it must be said that my original shredder did function well albeit with a much smaller capacity of fed paper sheets and was much noisier. I rate this Bonsaii as an excellent buy.

Great paper shredder, cuts the paper not in strips but in tiny pieces, cuts through credit cards with ease too. Leaves all the paper trimmings nice and compact in the collector. Really happy with my purchase.
Great shredde
Very pleased with this shredder. Noise level acceptable. Shredded paper into very small pieces. Says it would take 14 sheets at a time. I feel this would be a bit much unless the sheets were very thin. I put through 7 to 8 sheets at a time, seemed to manage easily. Also chews up staples. Would recommend.
EXCELLENT SHREDDER
This really is an amazing shredder, although in fairness I have had it less than a month. The buttons are slightly sticky but hopefully they will ‘wear in ‘. Have not found a micro shredder that is lower than this price. It shreds perfectly especially for highly confidential paperwork . The waste bin is also extremely large. I just hop[e it continues to work as perfectly as it does now.
Very noisy but shreds well
Bought this based on other reviews stating how quiet this unit is so paid a lot more than other cheaper models based on this. Well it is far from it, it is even noisier than my old cheap unit. Other than that it shreds OK although the area you put the paper into is very slim and not that easy to use.
Good to use
After reading many of the reviews I was curious.
It is a well made product, I have used many professional shredders in the office before. This is perfect for heavy home / small – medium office use.
Can very easily shred up to 10 pages 80 gram paper quickly at a time.
I have tried with 18 pages, which just about can do it – really is maximum.
Noise level is in my opinion compared to office shredders I used very acceptable, you could still have a phone conversation in the same room.
So far so good, shredded about 2000 pages with no issue.
Same for the bin – compared to office shredders I used – all very good, put a bag over the bin, tip it done – no mess.

I do the household shredding once a month and this does in minutes what my other would take an hour to do. A friend brought round a full ream box worth to do and the shredder didn’t even blink. A huge bin so you don’t need to empty as often as others. Highly recommended.

After a couple of quickly answered emails the various options to fix it failed, so the company simply dispatched a new one. No fuss…just a great company standing by their product.

I was disappointed that it says I cannot use it to get rid of DVDs as that was one of the reasons

Brilliant shredde
Although not cheap, well worth the money. We had been putting off using our old shredder to get rid of a year’s worth of confidential waste. We decided to upgrade and get a new one, so glad we did. It dealt with the mountain of paperwork effortlessly. Our daughter borrowed it for a couple of days and has decided to get one also.

Worth buying a decent one
Got this one after my nephew killed my cheap 7 sheet job by trying to shred about 12 sheets. I wasn’t able to save it. Kind of glad it went though – it would overheat and auto stop more frequently than I liked.
This new one shreds everything I throw at it. And I’ve had a decent shredding session and it hasn’t stopped or complained. You get what you pay for. And so I reckon this is good value for its abilities.
Quick, easy to use use shredder ideal for small office.
Definately much quieter than my other shredder . Quick and smooth, Ideal capacity for a small business that does quite a lot of shredding. I was a bit surprised it dd not have an automatic cut off when fingers get near. Ffor the price I would have though this should be included, as it was on my old one at half the price. My fault for not reading the documentation properly.
However all round a good piece of equipment.
Brilliant produc
If like me you have gone through a number of cheap basic shredders then buy this one. It just goes on and on. I have worked it very hard getting rid of years of unwanted paperwork and photographs including negative strips. This shredder just deals with everything you can possibly throw at it and can be used almost continuously. I have never yet had the overheat light turn on. Officially it can shred for an hour then needs just a 10 minute break. What more could you ask for at this sort of price? My strong recommendation is to buy this
