da ich bereits einige Gerte mit dem Bosch 18V Akku System habe, passt diese gut in meine Gartenwerkzeugsammlung. Der Vorteil ist ja das Kabellose arbeiten mit einem 4Ah – Akku, brauch ich diesen fr meine Arbeiten nicht mal zu wechsel
The product is a joy to use. So much easier than having an attached electrical cord! However, have only used less than an hour. The caveat is that I am a little wary of the quality of Bosch products these days. I also wonder about the long term life of the battery but, so far, it is delivering better than half-an-hour of hard use. However, time will tell on both these little concerns.
Die Akku-Heckenschere liegt sehr gut in der Hand. Sie ist leicht und wendig. Schneidet auch Dank des robusten vorderen Sgeteils auch dickere ste. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.

Habe mich zum Kauf dieser Heckenschere aufgrund von Tests und Bewertungen entschieden und bin bisher nicht enttuscht worden. Das Gert ist leicht und schneidet sauber, auch ste bis zu 1,5 cm. Mit dem
2,5 Ah Akku konnte ich mhelos 1 Std. schneiden. Ich kann die Heckenschere weiter empfehlen.
Yes I’m well leased with this product. Does what it states on advert, it’s battery life is good I have a lot of trees and bush/ shrubs/hedges around my place. Trimmed them all up and battery still good over an hour’s work. Five stars from me. a good strong and lightweight product.

I was sceptical about this as the reviews are so mixed but I’ve found it absolutely brilliant.
It’s light , easy to use , not that noisy and surprisingly powerful. The battery charge lasts for ages . It’s become invaluable .
I have huge hedges that hzve some thick branches. I bought this for the trimming rather than the cutting but it coped well wih thicker branches well and lasted well too. A battery tool will never be man enough to do the more overgrown hedges with ease but this one copes and is a good fine cut to do the neat trimming. I use a bigger extended reach mains Bosch for the main cutting.
Lightweight without being flimsy, sturdy, holds is position well, does the job. Still newly acquired but seems to charge its battery well and the blades do not snag the hedge but cut cleanly. Lived up to expectations. Warmly recommend as suitable for older men/women pensioners.
Bought these after my electric set gave up the ghost. I was anxious about whether these would be up to the job but needn’t have worried. Used them to trim a 120 foot x 8 foot beech hedge and they made a great job of it. Pleasantly surprised at the thickness of stem they went through fairly easily. Worth saying that I only did 1 side and all of the top as I’d managed to do the other side with my electric one before it packed up but the battery I bought separately was still going strong.
The length of cut is ideal and it is lightweight enough to not make you feel that your arms are ready to drop off by the end. I found that the multiple trigger points were useful as it allowed me to hold the trimmer at different angles without it stopping on me as my I moved my hand around the handle.
I completely missed the fact that it was a bare unit so had to buy a battery and charger separately but the trimmer itself is excellent and if you already have the battery and charger I’d fully recommend this but if not perhaps look at getting everything in a single order as it may well work out cheaper.
I was undecided between a Bosch and another famous name that was exceptionally recommended but 75 dearer. However , having both a Bosch drill and screwdriver powered by their batteries (I seem to have 5), I went for this. I wanted lightweight, powerful and clever. This fulfils it’s promise.
I made light of a 12ft x 12ft high hedge and it looks professionally done. The clever bit is that it cuts thick twigs/branches, and if it can’t, it reverse ferrets so it doesn’t jam. Amazing. Then it has another snip, a bit harder, usually succeeding!and I was shocked at its capabilities. Keep fingers well clear.
I do not regret buying this at all, and it arrived mid day Amazon prime on a Saturday.
Product was easy to use, it cut a pyracantha hedge easily and quickly. It didn’t “chew” up the bush.
I have a mixed greenery hedge which is quite hard to cut, this went through it no problem. After cutting through the wire for the fourth time I knew I had to go cordless, the charge on this trimmer lasted much longer than I thought so easy to use and as I’m in my seventies weight was a big factor, although a bit heavier than my old corded one after a few minutes you get used to it .I would not go back to corded.

Die Bosch Akku Heckenschere AHS 55-20 LI ist ein sehr gutes Gartengert. Das leichte Gewicht und die sehr gut geformten Griffe erleichtern das Heckeschneiden in den verschiedensten Positionen.

Love this, my mum has a other brand and so much harder to use.
If you’ve used hedgeclippers before, it’s simplicity itself, to use these ones.
(Just remember to charge the battery before use!)
Light weight, not too long… or short… pretty good charge length.
Oh! And it uses a *standard* Lithium-based battery pack… so I’m not going to end up in the same situation I had with my last one (it used a proprietary NiMH battery pack), when I have to replace it.

Battery life excellent..I could not find out how long battery is rated to last for but I must have used this for 3 hours before having to put it on the charge again. Lightweight and surprisingly makes a short job of trimming hedges.
There is nothing negative I can write about this product. Wish I’d bought it sooner.
Light, easy to use straight out of box, easily manoeuvrable and decent battery. Managed to do 3 big hedges off one charge.

Only downside is it only comes with the one battery so you have to stop for 1/2hr and re charge every now and then (but not as often as i expected). otherwise i’m happily cutting back everything!
A brilliant hedge cutter. Lightweight and really easy ,even for me an elderly lady to use. The battery is easily charged and remains charged for a long time- my arms got tired and the battery was still charged.

What a difference not working with a cable. They worked well on hedge and garden bushes. They are quite heavy when using for a time.

Brilliant! I can thoroughly recommend this. it weighs only 2.6Kg but is very robust and cuts through branches that I’d usually need secateurs for.
I’ve had a cordless hedgecutter that this one replaced. This one is better by far. Lightweight, cuts larger branches with ease. The battery life is fantastic and recharges really quick. You may feel it is a bit expensive but believe me, you will not be disappointed with this machine.

ideal for trimming when no power points close, should have got this a long time ago.
Bought to replace a corded cutter. Although maybe not as powerful as the electric one it does the job. Much easier to use than the corded one and lighter and better balanced.
I found this product very easy to use. It dealt with a very overgrown hedge easily and comfortably, giving a manicured look although I’m a novice at this.
Like the wide teeth to do most tasks. Sits closer to corded power than older versions.

Excellent so far. Has made the routine summer maintenance of my 50m. approx of box and beech very much easier. A great relief to be shot of the electric cord that gets under your feet and is always in danger of being severed.

This is ideal for me. Some arthritis in hands but this is lightweight and easy to use. No wire and plug to entangle. Had Bosch items before and always been satisfied with quality and sturdiness. Cuts a treat even slightly thicker branches on my trees. A nice even finish on my shrubs. Recommend.
Gave up with an unreliable petrol hedge cutter and went for this instead. It had no problems with my thorny hedge, the auto reverse kicking in for the thicker branches. Great buy.
Lightweight and easy to handle. It cuts without any effort. Thick branches does not stop the tool and it cuts eventually if it’s between blades.
Swappable battery is a good advantage if you have other 18v tools from Bosch like I do.
Surprised at how good this is at cutting through my laurel hedge. Was unsure it would have the grunt to manage but is more than adequate. Sure, it isn’t as powerful as a corded model but it is so much easier to use and manoeuvre it is worth the compromise.
It is much easier to use than my previous electric plug in cutter. Without a lead to worry about work gets done quicker . Copes with woody hedges well, is lighter than many other cutters I have used. The battery lasts well and is quick and easy to recharge. An excellent buy.

I used this to straighten out my hedges and in a matter of around 20 minutes I trimmed several meters of hedges. Easily cuts through most branches with little effort. Glad I purchased this as I saved myself having to spend hundreds of pounds paying a company to trim my hedges.
The trimmer was excellent, it didn’t snag on a branch at all I used it for two hours, it still had power.

I used to have a Black and Decker, which was excellent, but extremely heavy. When it broke, I bought a Spear and Jackson, which is light and cuts ok, but keeps cutting out.
This is so much lighter than the first one, and it doesn’t cut out. It copes with quite tough and thick hedges and shrubs and the battery seems great. I used it to try it for about 15 minutes, and put it back on charge, but it didn’t need it!
I am a 60 year old female, and find it really easy to handle.

Wer eine Hecke beschneiden mu und auf Kabellos angewiesen ist, wei wie schwer eine Benzin betriebene Heckenschere auf Dauer sein kann.
Diese habe ich erst testen knnen, da mein Nachbar mir seine mal geliehen hat.
Keine Schmerzen mehr in Armen und Schultern und der Akku ist immer noch halb voll nach 3 x Beschnitt einer 50 Meter Hecke
Used twice a year on a mature holly hedge of ~30M length and ~3M high very tough stuff to cut. Cuts nicely, the Battery just about does front, back and top of said hedge, given a little top up during tea break! So much easier than past corded versions and the ability to ‘saw’ through larger stems using the front teeth of cutter blade works well on said holly. Occasionaly stops to prevent over loading but I did not find this a nuisance or any real issue.

This is my first hedge trimmer so can’t compare to any other model. What I can confirm is that it is an easy tool to use that does what it is meant to. It made trimming back various shrubs and bushes a fun experience rather than a chore. I used it on and off for two hours across a variety of shrubs, starting with the thin stemmed and gradually stepping up the thickness to test what the machine could do. You will find the limit as this is a hedge cutter, not a chainsaw, but I was surprised at what it could cope with. The anti-blocking function works well.

Longer than I have previously had which is an asset. My laurels have had a serious prune, back to where they should be. By the time it needs a charge you are more than ready for a cuppa and clear up.
I am not the strongest woman and I am not using this for heavy tree work but there is a lot of hedge to do. I’m able to use this for 30 minutes before needing to recharge it. Also as the garden is long I needed a battery operated trimmer. It is lightweight and 30 minutes each time is good enough for me.
It trims smoothly and I’m really pleased with the results. I need to take note of other reviewers and ensure that I take care of it with the right oil. Highly recommend this.

I didn’t realise when I ordered it just how “lightweight” it was. With a long lasting battery it was as easy to use at the end of the charge as it was at the beginning.

If you have a medium sized hedge, this is a very flexible tool, lightweight and with good charge. It won’t fight the thickest of stems though. Not having a cable to be wary of, or petrol to find are a bonus.
Brilliant replacement for my old Bosch hedge cutters( no indication when battery was charged) . Longer blade, light weight & most importantly the speed of recharging the battery. Used on a daily basis for work where it is not guaranteed to have a power supply , a battery operated system is necessary. I would most definitely recommend this product . Thank you Bosch

First class quality hedgecutter, the lion battery has a long life before another charge is needed. Recommended.
