light weight easy to use, well designed and seems to suck up stuff well. disadvantage is you have to empty and clean out the container and the brush everytime you use it as it is full by the time you have done a couple of carpets. but I like it!

After an initial disaster, where the upright unit blocked on first use, I discovered a clump of dust in the flexible hose near the head, and once removed, the vacuum worked well. The design is otherwise fantastic, and it’s so easy to disassemble, that I can live with that. For small areas, it’s not a bad choice.

The only criticism is the handle, which does not lock firmly upright when the machine is not in use.

Pretty amazing for such a lightweight and manoeuvrable vacuum. I have a three storey house and have one downstairs and one upstairs…that seems to work fine and I’ve never run out of charge. Great for stairs and the attachments really add value, although they can be a bit fiddly to attach/ separate and also to rehouse…there is a definite knack to it!
Only downside is the small capacity of the waste space. but I just empty more often and it’s easy to see when it needs doing.

Item very good quality have had an earlier model. This one has better attachments and is good for stairs. Still suffers from the same problem of stability when standing.
Being cordless makes the use of the vacuum cleaner practical, specially around furniture with legs. The only drawback is the weak connection between the upright handle and the main body which does not carry the full weight of the vacuum body. Lifting it up by the upright handle may cause it to detach from the lower part.

Great hoove
Brought this hoover for my Nan as it’s lightweight and easy for her to push around. It has 2 settings for floor types and all of the accessories are stored away within the hoover which is really convenient but also doesn’t make it heavy. Assembly is really quick and easy too. An all round great product!

This is a great little hoover. I saw my friend’s parents had one and thought I get one for mine. They’re getting on in years and struggled with their old Dyson monster. This is light, (quite) simple to navigate the accessories and emptying out. The hand-held option is also invaluable for getting rid of those nasty cobwebs up on he ceiling. Recommended!

This is a lightweight vacuum and ideal as a back up cleaner. It is a bit fiddly to empty and the pull handle snaps off sometimes when trying to empty it making it a bit difficult to get the filter etc out. That said, it’s ok.

As with so many others,it is difficult to find that very product that not only meets the needs for which it is intended but is also suitable for those intending to use it. This vacuum by Bosch fills the needs on all counts! It is lightweight, easy to handle with a vacuum strength suitable for most uses. Its battery run time is very good, quick and easy to charge- in fact it is a good buy
There is one area of design that perhaps could be looked at by Bosch,and that is the freestanding element of the unit when in use,charging or storing. To simply rely on leaning the unit forward is reliant upon ensuring the handle is exactly in the middle before releasing- if not then even the slightest deviation from the middle position is followed by the handle tipping sideways and falling to the floor with the possibility of the plastic casing being damaged. This type of design fault is not something I would normally associate with Bosch- a company usually so ahead in designing excellent and robust products. Despite that it is a product that I would have no hesitation in buying again.

Great Vaccuum
Love that all the attachments are contained in the product. The suction power is good and it is easy to manoeuvre. The battery is enough for my one bed flat and sufficient for me to hoover it several times between charging.
The only slight negative is that it fills up really quickly but it’s pretty easy to empty the filter so that doesn’t bother me that much.
All round would recommend.

I bought this vacuum cleaner because I needed something light which wouldn’t cause pain in my arthritic hands, and because I wanted cordless to avoid the danger of trips. I tried out other cordless vacuums in stores, but most have the collection bin on the handle which made them hard for me to move them about.
Pros – it is very light and flexible, has two strengths of suction which I find very good and it moves easily from hard floor to carpet. It can do a lot on a full charge, more than enough for my medium sized house. The hand held section detaches easily and has the full range of tools.
Cons – collection bin really needs emptied after every use, but it’s easy to do. Hair does wrap around the brush roll, but again it’s easy to remove and clean.
I’m happy to put up with the cons to have a machine that’s so easy to use all over the house and doesn’t leave my hands and arms aching.

Perfect for everyday vacuuming and perfect to clean the car and our baby’s play mat. I lovr that you can wash everything after using. It’s a great design. I would not use it for a deep clean but perfect for everyday( specially with kids) great purchase
Lightweight cleane
I bought this after using another similar Bosch cleaner owned by a friend. I got it to just keep on top of the day to day bits around the house keeping my more powerful plug in cleaner for weekends but find I’m using this more and more instead, in fact I haven’t used my other since getting this. I love that it’s lightweight as I have a bad back, it has a handy detachable section for stairs, quick to charge and quiet. Obviously it needs emptying more than my plug in cleaner but that isn’t a problem as it goes into the kitchen bin rather than my other that needs the outside one. Would recommend..

I love it, it is very light and easy to use, have it for 2 months and use daily. Battery lasts about 50 min, enough to clean the whole house or use daily for a quick clean for a week

Well built and sturdy unlike my previous Shark cordless which I had to return after 3 weeks. The Bosch moves well and is lightweight. The accessories are neatly packed away in the hoover. I have suction good but and there usually is a but that emptying the dust chamber can be a bit awkward. Beware not to do it against your clothes. Once dust removed fine but reattaching the chamber to the hoover was a bit hit and miss. Overall, I am pleased and would recommend this hoover.

Great vacuum cleane
I had a Bosch vacuum cleaner previously which was great but the battery died after a few years. After doing some research about the best cordless vacuum cleaner I purchased a VAX Blade 4, which I have not really been happy with at all for various reasons including that it doesn’t pick up anything bigger than crumbs/ fluff and is heavy to handle. So, I decided to go back to a Bosch vacuum cleaner and can say the difference is really noticeable. The Bosch works much better at vacuuming than the VAX, picking up crumbs/ fluff/ and bigger items (don’t expect it to pick up everything though). Also, it is light to use so your arm doesn’t ache afterwards. The design is great – easy to empty/clean, hand-held attachment is easy to detatch, and the attachments are neatly imbedded in the actual device. Definitely would recommend the Bosch over the VAX any day. Just hope the battery lasts.

Better than expected
As a lightweight, cordless vacuum cleaner it would be hard to beat. Surprisingly powerful and yet light and easy to operate. Battery life is very good, even on full power. Also very maneuverable. It also converts to a hand-held and has built in storage for an extension nozzle and brush. Great buy.

Was slightly concerned about running time after reading other reviews but did a full charge when arrived and it lasted 4 days. My wife hovers the entire house everyday. Had it now a week and only charged twice.

Brilliant machine
Its reasonably light, so far it seems efficient (I haven’t had it long). It fills up quickly but I have 2 dogs and their fur sheds constantly vut its easy to empty. Its suction is good on carpets and I like the fact you can go from carpet to tiled floor without having to change settings. I like it so much I’m thinking of getting a 2nd one for upstairs !

As a previous user of the excellent Bosch Athlet I decided to give this new model a try when it needed replacing. Note that that Athlet has gone up in price and this is offered at the price I paid for my last Athlet.
It is obvious right away that this is lighter and the head is narrower. Suction power is less than the Athlet but adequate for cleaning carpets and hard floors.
The USP of this machine is the detachable hand held device. This is only any use for cleaning up small areas and spills and because of the design of the suction head it is useless for carpeted stairs. It would be handy for cleaning your car however.
The cleaner is already very light and easy to handle for cleaning stairs and the handle makes it even easier to hold horizontally whilst you do it.
Overall it’s a decent cleaner well suited to flats or for frequent cleaning in your house when you don’t want to trail twenty feet of cable behind you.

Ordered this for my elderly mother who was finding it difficult to use her upright, corded vacuum. We had looked at a few of the cordless stick cleaners but she found these rather heavy. This vacuum is perfect. Easy to charge, lightweight and manoeuvrable. The removable handheld vacuum is also easy to use, perfect for edges and skirtings. Charge lasts long enough for mum to vacuum her 2 bed flat, so at least 40mins

My replacement machine is performing as I would expect. It is good. It functions well.
But I am hesitant. My original mmacine failed. The Battery would not charge.
I just hope I don’t have the same problem with the replacement machine.

The strength of the suction tube.
I found this to be an excellent piece of equipment. Especially the car interior. Brush very good for skirting boards. I only changed my previous machine because the rubber corrugated suction tube split open. This machine as the similar type of tube. It looks a little thicker on my new machine.

Had previously had a vax cordless lift which allowed the body to be separated for hand held use quickly. So was looking especially for a cordless model that could separate for hand held use with the minimum of extra tools needing to be fitted. This one ticked all those boxes. Its easy to use and quick to separate if an area needs more precise suction such as stairs. The suction is good, with two speeds available.
Would recommend as generally I’m pleased with it. The only negative and is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that it doesn’t free stand very well, but can live with that. It needs to be slightly tilted forward to free stand but on a soft carpet that’s not always easy to achieve.

So easy to use and very handy having the tools fitted into the vacuum so always on hand.
The dirt collector needs emptied more often but that’s not been an issue. Great pick up on normal power and turbo for more difficult pick ups.
I used to use a Dyson but it was so heavy lugging up and down stairs. I just need one hand to lift my new Bosch vacuum.

Fairly easy assembly, although written instructions are not the best. Seems a little lightweight compared to my previous rechargeable Bosch, however the tool additions are good. The dust collector section is quite small but ok for a small Flat like mine!

It’s made life so much easier. No annoying flex to catch under doors. Attachments are all contained within the body of the vacuum cleaner, readily available for use. Simple to charge up. Ideal for anyone who struggles with heavy types of cleaner, as it is so lightweight.

After my previous vacuum died on me after 20+ years I needed to buy a new cleaner. I was undecided as to whether to buy a cordless or a mains operated one. I definitely wanted one with the accessories and after doing lots of research and watching YouTube videos I decided upon this one and I am glad I did because it is so easy to use and clean the filters after every use. The fact that I can use it as a handheld vacuum is an added bonus. Also it dosen’t take up a lot of room therefore this is another good point!
It’s fantastic. So light to carry upstairs, easy to empty, everything come apart and clips back together so smoothly. I marvel at that each time I use it..I’ve had it about 6 months..2 of my friends tried it when they visited and they’ve both bought one.. Very pleased.

Suction seems pretty good, certainly better than a different make I had previously; you can tell by the amount of stuff in the collection chamber. Noticed a lot of reviews mentioned it falling over. I haven’t found this as you just push it forward in the upright position and it seems to click and stand ok. It’s not going to replace a full size vac but is light and handy for a quick run round and the hand held part is easy to use. Attachments are stored on board which is definitely a plus.
Lightweight, brilliant machine
I had the old design of this machine which was a number of years old, new one is light and easy to use. I am disabled and found it so easy to get around my flat I ended up getting one for my Mother who is 94 yrs old, she loves it too.
The buttons to release applicances are stiff, but I’m sure they will get easier with wear. Would recommend.
