Good size and most swing or pedal bin liners fit the bin. The inside removes easily to allow for cleaning.
Let me first say I love the product. But when you look at it it is just a waste bin made of mostly plastic and a wall bracket.So it is a waste bin, and it works well as a waste bin. It is not on the ground in the way of my mop and bucket. Get the picture? It is way too expensive for a bin but I bought it anyway.

Ja , der Verschluss von dem Deckel macht nicht wirklich den Eindruck als das er ein Leben lang halten wrde und warum der Deckel nur im Schneckentempo ffnet leuchtet mir auch nicht wirklich ein….
Darberhinaus gibt es nur zu erwhnen dass die Wandhalterung aus Plastik ist und der Eimer hierdurch ziemlich wackelig an der Wand hngt (Htte mir lieber die Metallhalterung von den Kosmetikeimern gewnscht).
Ansonsten hat er die Qualitt die man bei diesem Preisniveau erwartet.

Der Mlleimer sieht gut aus und lsst sich auch an die Wand hngen, was Platz spart in einer kleinen Kche wie der meinen. Der Schliemechanismus des Deckels, der in einigen Rezensionen als mangelhaft bewertet wurde, scheint verbessert worden zu sein. Ich verwende ihn seit etwa 1 Monat und er ffnet und schliet gut und verlsslich, bisher jedenfalls. Das Teil hat seinen Preis, aber das ist es mir wert.
C’est la dimension dont j’ai besoin. Aucune perte de place dans son design. On peut trouver les sacs poubelle adapts dans le commerce sans problme.

Lorsqu’on fait le tri slectif, qu’on a un jardin et que l’on fait son compost, les dchets sont trs minimes dans une maison. Par contre, la poubelle reste indispensable et doit tre pratique tout en restant discrte.
Elle rpond tous ces critres et est esthtique. Je l’ai fixe un mur de de la cuisine, bonne hauteur.
Plus besoin de se batailler avec ces petites poches informes au fond d’une poubelle trop grande qui encombre le sol. Plus besoin de se baisser.
a semble bte, mais elle a tout chang en facilitant la vie.

A great bin – good design and very high quality manufacturing. If you need a small capacity bin then buy this one – you’ll be as pleased as I am. I saw cheaper bins but I decided that they would be a false economy.
oppo definire una pattumiera un oggetto di design? In questo caso forse no, dato che oggettivamente molto bella e ben fatta oltre che pratica. Vengono forniti anche 3 sacchi su misura e le viti per un eventuale fissaggio a muro. Unico neo: la parte superiore (che si pu installare anche nel verso opposto) non si incastra saldamente alla parte inferiore, ma semplicemente appoggiata. Servizio di consegna di Amazon ineccepibile: consegna in 24 ore e se ci sono problemi (danneggiamenti della merce) vengono automaticamente risolti.
Vor einiger Zeit gekauft und immer noch sehr zufrieden. Habe den Mlleimer an der Wand aufgehngt, damit er auf Arbeitshhe ist. Wandhalterung und Schrauben waren im Lieferumfang enthalten, lie sich einfach anbringen und hlt gut. Preis/Leistungsverhltnis ist okay, gute Qualitt.
We use our bin for recycling our peelings & waste food. It’s the perfect size and is easy to clean. We also have 2 large cylindrical 30l bins one for recycling paper and the other for general rubbish. Wouldn’t buy anything else but Brabantia.

Easy to use and keep clean. Use it as a kitchen waste bin. Perfect size for two people.
I like the way the lid operates because I find I have to kick a peddle bin around to get the peddle in the right position. Others have had problems with the functionality of the mechanism but I haven’t. Maybe Bratantia have addressed this issue. It’s a bit expensive for a small kitchen bin but hopefully you get what you pay for.
Beau design avec une ouverture trs pratique. Je ne m’ai que quatre toiles car le prix reste lev, mme si la qualit est excellente.
Ich habe seit ca. 1 Jahr diese 10 l Version rechteckig und die 3 l Version rund in Verwendung und kann ich den vorigen Rezensionen nicht anschlieen. Beide Gerte sind regelmig im Einsatz und funktionieren einwandfrei, sind optisch ansprechend und die Aufhngemglichkeit erleichtert die Raumpflege und erspart das Bcken. Die Verwendung der Mllscke ist zu empfehlen.
Der Eimer ist schn gearbeitet und (wenn man das von einem Mlleimer so sagen kann) dekorativ. Beides wre bei dem Preis auch die Erwartungshaltung.
Ich benutze ihn in meinem Wohnmobil als Ersatz fr den dort ursprnglich verbauten und jetzt kaputt gegangenen Plastikmlleimer in der Tre. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt wre, dass die Wandhalterung den Eimer zwar hlt, aber eben relativ locker, so dass ich, um Wackeln und Klappern whrend der Fahrt zu vermeiden, neben der Wandhalterung noch dickeren Schaumstoff ankleben musste. Im Einsatz zu Hause hat man diese Probleme aber vermutlich nicht.
Sehr schner Mlleimer. Nutze ich in der Kche fr Restmll. Sehr schick und eine super Qualit, was man bei dem Preis aber auch erwarten kann und muss.
Stylish, quality bin. I needed a s,pmall bin to fit under the sink. This fits perfectly. It is solid and works well.
Das Problem liegt einfach darin, dass im Schliemechanismus eine zu schwache Feder verbaut ist.
Einmal auseinandergenommen und eine etwas lngere und strkere Feder aus einem Feuerzeug eingebaut und
der Fehler ist behoben. Simpel wenn man darauf kommt, nur sollte der Hersteller dieses Problem doch wohl selbst erkannt haben,
oder er will es ganz einfach nicht.

Papelera con acabados de alta calidad,aunque su precio original de ms de 90 es excesivo, yo lo compre por 51 y es bastante ms justo. Ideal para cualquier tipo de bao, ya que estticamente queda bien con cualquier decoracin, el tamao es ideal para una vivienda de unos 4 habitantes y la tapadera de click es muy prctica ya que te permite ponerlo en cualquier ubicacin, ajustando la altura con el enganche opcional para pared.la capacidad es de 10 l y viene con 3 bolsas de regalo, k una vez puestas queda completamente tapada con la tapa. Yo la compr para cambiarla por una de pedal que tena y el cambio ha sido efecto, tanto por la capacidad como por a comodidad y que en la ubicacin donde la tengo era un engorro meter el pie para activar el pedal.

Great little bin. So easy to keep clean even the stainless steel on the outside just needs a wipe over. Would recommend brabantia bins all the time. Nothing but quality.
Love having the trash up off the floor in the bathroom. It was easy to mount and has more storage capacity that I originally thought.

Very pleased with this product, initially thought it a bit small, however, have now decided it’s a great size as it does not encourage you to keep a bin full of rubbish. Very easy to change liner and keep clean as inner bin lifts out. Very neat in small kitchen.

dieser mlleimer ist wirklich perfekt. die grsse ist absolut ausreichend und der ffnungs- und schliessmechanismus ist praktisch. kleiner tipp: kauft dazu die original mllbeutel von brabantia.
The 10 litre size is perfect for a few days’ use, and the liners are a very reasonable price and so much better than grocery bags! As with all Brabantia bins, it came with a generous roll of liners. Highly recommended.
Bei diesem Eimer gibt es nichts zu meckern: elegant und unaufdringlich, praktikabel und durch die Wandbefestigung bodenfrei zum Darunter-putzen. Einfach prima!

This little bin was exactly the right size and shape for the area it needed to fit into. It is very well made and looks fab.

But it is only a bin… so I don’t really have that much of expectations!!
My wife bought the smaller compost version and the larger kitchen trash version. These products are expensive but the kitchen size has been flawless since we purchased it and it opens easily all of the time. The smaller version has a finicky latch and sometimes won’t open or close. We think the problem is when it gets wet. When we empty the can we usually wash it out and it is then that the latch doesn’t work, the next time you use it it starts working again. It took two e-mails to the seller to get a response (if you price your product as brabantia does you should have excellent customer service) I think it was 3 to 4 weeks from my initial e-mail that I finally got a response and when I did get the response they were quick to send me a new lid.
POSTSCRIPT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW
Unfortunately, there seems to be a design issue with the catch.
Not long after receiving these bins and starting to use them, the catch on one bin started to “catch” (resulting in closed bin not opening, or open bin not closing).
Unfortunately, the catch is located at the front edge of the inner bin tub; no matter how careful we all are seems to collect every drop/crumb and jams (and needs to be cleaned repeatedly, then dried well before it will work again… all a bit fussy for a Brabantia… which in the past we always found to be robust). We are all also super careful to gently open/close the lid, as it seems so fragile. The other bin soon followed suit.
Have not had a chance to write to manufacturer yet, but will need to – as this fault/design weakness makes the bins unusable.
In all other senses love these bins, just unfortunate that the design of the closure is not better.

ORIGINAL REVIEW
This product is neat and tidy, but not exceptional.
Would however recommend it to others.
1. Finish/material
The finish is not ideal – would have preferred one of Brabantia’s colour-finishes.. however they only make this product in the silver (and it is their only 10L rectangle bin).
The reason: have had Brabantia silver bins before, despite all promises none of them are fingerprint proof, they all get much grubbier then their coloured equivalents (our white one is great, in terms of surface finish it far outperforms the silver finish).
2. Style/range
Would love to see a much larger range of 10L (and smaller) good quality bins on the market* 🙂
Expecially rectangle ones like this, that fit better into many spaces of the home.
* In addition, of the small range available – only a subset can be purchased by Australian residents (eg. many items on Amazon that can’t be shipped to Australia); which is a shame.
3. Usage/function
We have two of these – one for garbabe, one for recycling (for our kitchen).
(With a little bit of messing about) can manage to get supermarket/grocery bags to fit inside as the bin liners (with no overhang visible) for the garbage bin.
You can of course get Brabantia’s own bin liners, if you wish to add the expense etc of those. The new bins come with a sample pack of the (standard) liners; an improvement would be if Brabantia included a sample pack of liners (ie. some of the standard liners, some of the compostable liners) for new owners to test.
4. Summary
Overall, the bin is neat enough, and does the job. In future however we would prefer to find something with better quality finishing, and that was not in silver (and if possible had better mounting, mechanism, etc design; but retain the small capacity, and rectangular form).
Would recommend it for anyone wishing to find something as a quick solution.

Optik und Funktion sind vollkommen in Ordnung.
Der Eimer gefllt uns sehr gut und hngt im Badezimmer an der Wand.
Dieser Abfalleimer ist sehr schn in Form und Gre, ebenso ist die Wandaufhngung sehr praktisch, da dadurch Bodenfreiheit zum Saubermachen gegeben ist.

Der Abfalleimer ist sehr praktisch in der Handhabung. Das ffnen sowie das Beuteleinlegen ist sehr einfach. Dass man Ihn auch an die Wand machen kann, ist ein entscheidender Vorteil.
