I already had one of these I bought a few years ago and was surprised to see them still available at the same price which was nearly $20 less than the next lowest comparable item on Amazon. Seals nicely. I keep a damp paper towel in an open ziplock inside each of my cases to keep the which are wood from drying out and can always tell which case is letting in the most dry are seepage. Not this one.

I bought this case for a Danelectro DC3. It has been difficult to find a case for this guitar. It was a perfect fit. The case has amazing quality for less than $100. Sturdy corners, good looking and no chemical smell as soon reviewers commented. Since it also fit my Danelectro 63 baritone (an impossible guitar to find a case for), I bought a second case. Very happy with both. Two Dano’s find a home.
Excellent value, fit and finish was as expected. I would buy again.
If you have a thicker guitar, it’s not going to fit in this.
My Kramer Assault 220 is thinner than a Gibson Les Paul but has a Floyd bridge, the bridge makes it tall enough that you have to force the case closed which puts more tension on the strings.

Der Koffer wirkt an sich robust und er sieht sehr elegant aus.
Negativ ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Leder leider sehr leicht Kratzer anfngt bei normalem Gebrauch.
Der Zusperrmechanismus wirkt auch etwas instabil.
Das Innenleben ist dafr top!
Insgesamt wrd ich den Koffer trotzdem empfehlen.
Molto robusta, interno pratico con lo scomparto.

Ich habe das Case wegen eines anstehenden Umzugs direkt zweimal bestellt. Insgesamt machen beide Exemplare einen solide verarbeiteten Eindruck. Auch beim ersten ffnen weht einem nur ein geringer chemischer Duft entgegen, der schnell verfliegt. ST-Modelle finden im geschlossenen Koffer guten Halt, T-Modelle haben etwas mehr Spiel, da schaffe ich mit einem Stck Stoff unkompliziert Abhilfe. Das Case schliet sauber, das Schloss funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Fach fr Kleinkram ist einfach aber funktional. Den Unterschied zu deutlich teureren Cases merkt man nur bei genauem Blick auf die Nhte und Verklebungen, die hier und da etwas uneben geraten sind. In Anbetracht des Preises wre es wohl vermessen, hier Perfektion zu erwarten, die Produkte namhafter Hersteller bei doppeltem Preis meiner Erfahrung nach auch nicht immer bieten.

It’s a rare find to find something that you’re just as happy with AFTER the purchase. This case is well engineered, well built, and has generous use of inside storage. I’m well pleased with my purchase and you will be as well
It’s cheap but it’ll work. I can’t see it lasting long traveling. Hinges seem weak. I’d buy another one. You can’t get another hard case any cheaper.
Now, after having said all of that, I will say this. This is an economy hard case, but is a good case for the money. Also, with the inside of the case being black, I can see the flaw being difficult to see at the factory. I’m a DIY person. As I like the case, I’m planning on keeping it and replacing the MDF with a piece of wood from Lowe’s. If I was interested in purchasing this case, I wouldn’t let the problem I had, stop you from doing so. I think you’ll be perfectly happy.
Construction seems very good and fits a Strat’ perfectly. Very good value.
This is a good case for the price; reasonably sturdy construction, fair materials. As with most cases it stinks of solvent/glue and will take days or weeks to air out. My review dropped a star because more attention is required with quality control; there were several irritating scuffs in the tolex/vinyl on my example which required a good dose of VinylX (a miracle cleaner/restorer) to mitigate. I get quite annoyed when tolex covered products arrive like this; it’s not unusual but it shouldn’t happen!
On a more positive note: this case is perfect for a Danelectro DC59 12-string; a guitar VERY difficult to find a case for!

There were less expensive guitar cases but I didn’t want to buy something junky. This case is thick and solid.
Nice case. Fits my Ibanez rg470dx. Enough top padding to let the fine tuning knobs on the floating bridge sink in instead of pushing the bridge down. Fairly heavy and sturdy. I do have to remove the whammy bar before closing. I don’t want to take the chance of damaging the guitar. It might fit but seems tight.
Seems like a pretty good quality case for a great price. My Squier Stratocaster fits perfectly.

I’m using this case for my Schecter C1 Super Strat and it works great.
This case is strong, and well padded. It will protect your loved musical instrument but be warned it won’t help you play it…..

This is a sturdy, well made and classy case. Would suit any strat or similar sized guitar – I was worried because I got it for a jaguar style model but the offset shape still fits in the body compartment and the padding adapts to the shape of the guitar. It came in no time too.
