Plancha compacte, chauffe rgulire, mais un peu lourde
J’ai install cette plancha dans la cuisine d’t pour accompagner quelques repas entre amis, avec l’ide d’viter de sortir un gros barbecue chaque fois. Son format aide vraiment dans ce cadre : elle prend une place raisonnable sur une table ou un plan de travail, sans donner l’impression d’encombrer toute la zone de prparation. Une fois pose, elle inspire confiance. L’ensemble parat solide, les pices ne sonnent pas creux, et la stabilit est rassurante quand on retourne les aliments ou qu’on fait glisser une spatule sur la plaque.
Ce que j’ai remarqu assez vite, c’est la manire dont la chauffe se comporte. Sur une plancha de table, j’attends surtout une monte en temprature nette et une cuisson rgulire, et c’est bien ce que j’ai constat ici. La plaque en acier maill chauffe de faon homogne sur la surface utile, ce qui vite de dplacer sans arrt ce qu’on est en train de cuire pour compenser des zones trop faibles ou trop fortes. Quand on enchane plusieurs fournes, c’est apprciable, parce qu’on garde une cuisson cohrente sans avoir surveiller chaque coin de la plaque.
Aprs le repas, l’entretien est aussi un vrai bon point. La surface maille se nettoie facilement, les bords limitent les projections, et le bac graisse simplifie la rcupration. Tant qu’on s’en occupe juste aprs la cuisson, a reste simple et rapide. J’ai aussi trouv la consommation de gaz plutt mesure, ce qui compte quand on l’utilise sur plusieurs repas sans avoir envie de changer la cartouche trop vite.
Ma seule rserve concerne son ct portable. Elle reste relativement peu encombrante une fois range, et je n’ai pas eu de souci particulier la laisser quelques jours dehors sous une housse de protection, mais pour une plancha mobile, je la trouve un peu lourde. Pour un dplacement ponctuel entre le rangement et la cuisine d’t, a passe trs bien. En revanche, je ne la vois pas comme un modle qu’on transporte souvent bout de bras.
Elle remplit donc trs bien son rle pour des repas en extrieur avec quelques convives : cuisson rgulire, entretien simple, encombrement contenu et vraie sensation de solidit. Pour quelqu’un qui cherche une plancha de table srieuse sortir facilement et laisser ponctuellement dehors sous housse, le format me parat cohrent et agrable vivre.
Good for cooking but best as a semi-permanent fixture
Since we already have a CV gas hob with gas canisters, I thought this good be a good extension to camping/outdoor cooking.
It is very easy to put together and the base is very light, but the grill part is very heavy.
The mechanism to get it on is easy, although the burner knob is a little counterintuitive as you turn it anticlockwise to turn on and then further to turn the flame down.
The whole bed did get hot and first time I tried it with pancakes – I don’t think it was quite hot enough initially as they stuck quite badly even with oil, but after a bit of time it worked fine and they cooked easily and quickly.
You can adjust the heat by lowering the gas or by raising the feet which hold the grill in place (this just sits on them), although this would be hard to do once in use.
The holder for the canister is useful to keep the whole unit as one piece, although it only attaches roughly and the gas tubing means the positioning is not very flexible.
There is a hole in the corner of the grill to catch debris into a removable container and I found this actually worked quite well as the grill has a lip all the way round so that you can’t easily wipe off using an edge. It’s then up to you if you actually take the top off to wash separately.
All in all it’s a nice item to have for summer evenings, but due to it’s size and weight I don’t think we’ll be taking it camping unless for a long period.

Fr meine Ansprche genau richtig. Ich habe einen Grill fr 1-3 Personen fr den heimischen Garten gesucht, der qualitativ mit greren Gasgrills mithalten kann und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Gute Hitze, Hitzeverteilung ist gleichmig, gusseiserner Rost, schwerer Deckel und praktische Gre.
Zum Campen wre der Grill mir zu gro, aber ich fahre auch meist mit nem Minicamper oder Zelt und entsprechend wenig Platz.
Ein weiterer Kaufgrund war, das ich den Grill mit denselben Kartuschen betreiben, die ich auch fr den Campingkocher nutze.
I bought this to use when touring in our caravan, and it is ideal for this. One can use the attached hose and regulator, but we removed this and connected it to our caravan propane via a hose.
The BBQ is very sturdy and fairly weighty but much of this is the cast iron grill, which is in two interlocking pieces which makes it particularly easy to clean with a wash-up in soapy water.
Cooking results are excellent, with the single burner being very controllable and the substantial grill holding heat for searing.
Cleaning is easy, we line the BBQ with foil, with a hole to let fat drain into the sliding fat pan.
Great portable bbq
Perfect size for us, as there are only 2 of us. Solid piece of equipment. Very easy to clean as the well is not deep. It is heavy, but that is due to its excellent construction. No heavy gas bottles to move about or store, although I think it may be compatible to large bottles, but I am not sure
We only have a tiny garden so this is perfect standing on a small table. Waited to write review till we had had it a couple of years. We love it – It cooks well , easy to take apart and clean, and we bought the cover which has kept it as good as new over 2 winters.
Excellent quality, study and compact. Never tried to take it anywhere outside the hous so can’t comment on portability.
Bbq easy peasy
Lovely gas grill. Excellent heat and size. Good built quality. Bit tricky to clean the base under the fire pipe though. I will try stick a foil paper around. It should do the trick!
Love this bbq. Took it camping for a week recently and used it for the 1st time. We usually do a majority of our cooking over the campfire when camping but due to the extremely dry grass we couldn’t have one. This bbq then because our primary cooking method. There was 10 of us and we just about got away with it size wise.
Really sturdy and well built. Good on gas consumption too. I swapped the regulator and ran it off a 5kg patio gas. Cooking 2 meals for 10 people for 6-7 days and I used about half of a 5kg cylinder.
Gets nice and hot for a good sear on burgers or steak.
Only downside is the single burner means you can’t turn one side down just to keep things warm and cook on the other. Minor thing really, and something I knew when I bought it.
Grill plates are solid and durable and wash well.
For the price, it’d be nice if the cover was included but it is what it is.

Perfetto in ogni sua parte, quello che stupisce sono gli ottimi materiali utilizzati pur essendo un barbecue davvero compatto e studiato pi per essere trasportato ovunque.
Io personalmente l’ho messo sul balcone, essendo non molto grande e non occupa molto spazio ma riesco a cucinarci svariati cibi grazie anche alle griglie in ghisa smaltate perfette per un bruciatore da soli 2,5kw

The bbq is well built and works well. My issue is the lack of cold spots makes it harder to fully cook chicken breasts/thick meat cuts without burning. The option to only use 1 side of the grill plate would have been good to save gas.

Essendo costretto a cucinare sul davanzale questo bbq a gas mi sembrava la soluzione ideale.
Sono un amante della cucina a carbone e del Weber Kettle e devo dire che la differenza di sapore da una cottura a carbone a gas si sente parecchio per se avete problemi di spazio ma soprattutto non volete troppo fumo questo Campigaz fa al caso vostro.
La qualit costruttiva ottima e la griglia in ghisa molto spaziosa.
Il mio consiglio di non cucinare carni molto grasse come salsicce o bacon perch il grasso, pur avendo nella griglia un buono scolo, prende fuoco.
Nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto sia per il design, per la qualit costruttiva e per la semplicit di utilizzo!

Absolutely brilliant, ready to go out of the box. Lightweight and easy to handle. The little campingaz bottles are so easy to use and attach.
As for cooking, I’ve just cooked 4 large steaks on it with no issues whatsoever. In fact, it did a really great job.
The heat output was more than sufficient and the end result was delicious.
So easy to clean afterwards too.

Had this for a month now and it’s superb. Had 2 full sized BBQ before and much prefer this. Very even cooking over the entire cast iron grid, clever design stops fats and juices getting onto burner. Gets to temp in around 10 minutes and cools down to touch safe in around 15 or so.

Entrega puntual. Nada ms desembalarlo lo he probado y funciona de maravilla. Se nota la calidad de los materiales, sobre todo el hierro fundido de la parrilla. Una chistorra con panceta para empezar, y nada que envidiar a las parrilladas campestres. La nica objecin es que se agradecera que trajese algn consejo culinario para profanos en barbacoas de gas, sobre todo en cuanto a ajustes de temperatura.

La verdad es que muy buena compra. En las fotos del anuncio no se llega apreciar la buena calidad de los materiales, sobre todo la rejilla de cocinado y la tapa, que son excelentes. Entrega rpida y eficaz. Muy contento con la compra en general.

Arrivato molto prima del previsto…ed stata una vera sorpresa. Imballato perfettamente, non necessita di alcun montaggio in quanto arriva tutto perfettamente assemblato. C solo da inserire le due griglie in ghisa ed pronto per l’accensione. ATTENZIONE BOBOLE GAS NON INCLUSE.!! Comodo il supporto per la bombola posteriore.
ACCENSIONE SEMPRE A COPERCHIO APERTO. Primo avvio come da istruzioni 30 minuti a coperchio chiuso. Arriva prestissimo in circa 5 minuti a 150 gradi. in 30 MINUTI consuma circa 63 gr di gas su una bombola da 450 gr. In 30 minuti a coperchio chiuso arriva comodamente a 240/250 Tenere sempre conto che aprendo il coperchio la temperatura scende anche di 40 ma tenuto conto che il sensore dietro al termometro e che rileva la temperatura della camera a coperchio chiuso non utile come riferimento. Con un termomentro laser ho verificato che la griglia sopra la fiamma rimane comunque intorno ai 280 quindi il termometro utile ma non indispensabile. Usato per la cottura RISCALDARE a coperchio CHIUSO per 10 minuti temperatura intorno ai 180 ..la griglia intorno ai 250 Testato con verdure (peperoni e melanzane) ottime e velocissime da cuocere…carne salsiccia e rostelle tempistica diversa ma ottima cottura…Facilissimo da pulire anche se la vasca in alluminio NON SI SMONTA… Io ho messo dell’alluminio nella vaschetta di recupero per evitare di sporcarla eccessivamente ..E’ stao utilissimo. SAREBBE DA PROVARE a rivestire anche il fondo sotto i fuochi per ridurre lo sporco che comunque si pulisce perfettamente.NON USARE PRODOTTI ABRASIVI ..SI RIGA L’ALLUMINIO. Pulito con acqua e sapone. Tenere conto che quando la bombola arriva a quasi alla fine da meno potenza di fuoco e la fiamma tende a diventare un po arancione..Io per finire la cottura ne ho messa una nuova e la diversit si nota molto. La rimanenza la user per il riscaldameto iniziale. Sfiamma poco ma questo dipende dal grasso della carne, f FUMO se rimane sulla griglia del grasso di cottura e quindi meglio toglierlo. Quando si cuoce molto tende a questo effetto.Basta nel cambio di carne pulirlo leggermente. Le griglie in ghisa si lavano perfettamente lasciandole un po in ammollo in acqua calda e sapone e poi in lavastoviglie. EVITARE DI USARE a mio avviso spazzole per pulirle mentre si cuoce anche se VIENE INDICATO..non DOVREBBERO RIGARSI ESSENDO IN GHISA.!!
PRODOTTO PERFETTO PER 4/6 PERSONE leggero da trasportare levando le griglie circa 14 kg. Opter per una bobola grande pi comoda anche se penso che bisogner allungare il tubo del gas che arriva giusto al retro del barbecue. Facilissimo il sistema di sgancio bombola anche nel corso della cottura.
DAVVERO CONSIGLIATISSIMO per terrazzo per avere il gusto del barbecue anche in casa.
NON USARE OVVIAMENTE IN AMBIENTI CHIUSI.
La cottura davvero PERFETTA. Preferibile spennellare la carne che marinarla cosi’ cola molto meno prodotto.

28 APRILE: nella vasca sotto il bruciatore CONSIGLIO di mettere dell’alluminio da cucina per rivestirla…PROVATO E TESTATO…FUNZIONA ALLA GRANDE e non si SPORCA NULLA…la pulizia avviene davvero molto velocemente. In ogni caso per qualsiasi cosa sul sito Campingaz c l’esploso del barbecue e volendo la VASCA si trova come ricambio. Confermo dopo 6 grigliate le 5 STELLE……

Le grigliate procedono alla grande!!! Ottima resa….e soprattutto confermo ulteriormente di rivestire la vasca con fogli di alluminio…li regolate in funzione dei piedini che tengono il bruciatore e consiglio di farli sbordare oltre la vasca e poi fermare il tutto posando sopra le griglie….cosi in pochissimi minuti tutto perfettamente pulito.
E la vasca non si rovina. cuoce davvero alla grande e a volte bisogna spegnere per troppa caloria soprattutto quando la bombola nuova. Il gas lavora fino all’ultima goccia!!! Perfetto e consigliatissimo.

Ottima resa….e soprattutto confermo ulteriormente di rivestire la vasca con fogli di alluminio…li regolate in funzione dei piedini che tengono il bruciatore e consiglio di farli sbordare oltre la vasca e poi fermare il tutto posando sopra le griglie….cosi in pochissimi minuti tutto perfettamente pulito.
E la vasca non si rovina. cuoce davvero alla grande e a volte bisogna spegnere per troppa caloria soprattutto quando la bombola nuova. Il gas lavora fino all’ultima goccia!!! Perfetto e consigliatissimo.
