A good set of pans
A good set of pans. The frying pan is without a lid. The pans are tall rather than squat which allows them to sit better over the heat source, which for me is gas. They have the standard nonstick coating and concentric ringed base on the inside. The exterior is polished stainless steel. Lids are provided for the three sauce pans constructed from glass with a stainless steel rim. The handles on both pans and lids are thick and rubberised and provide adequate comfort when pans are hot. The handles on the pans may be too slender for some to allow for safe handling as you may not get sufficient purchase when the pans are full. Apart from that I like them I just hope the nonstick coating lasts.
Lastly a comment on the price. They are expensive for what they are.

Really weighty non-stick pans. Yes they are relatively expensive but as with most things you get what you pay for. I have had these for 2 months now and they are as if they have just been removed from their box. They look great and perform great too.

i decided to splurge for myself for xmas this year, and im glad i did! these pans are incredible!
they are great looking, the non stick surface is a joy as no elbow grease to clean them, just some hot water and a sponge and they are like new again!
I would 100% recommend these pans to anyone wanting a really good set, they are sturdy, super easy to clean. well worth the price in my opinion!
The non stick as expected is fantastic and the heat distribution is very even. Before these I was using old Tefal pans and these get far hotter so the first few dinners where a little burnt. The silver outer of the pan does tarnish quickly but this comes off with a polish like astonish or the pink stuff. The lids have a ridge on the inside that does seem to cling to food sometimes but it’s important to mention I don’t have a dishwasher so you may not have this issue of you are lucky enough to have one.
Best pots for halogen hobs
We have a new halogen hob with a system that advises how suitable the pots are for use on the hob. These are the only ones (and we have tried quite a few) that got a top rating. Only knocked a star off because the ridged surface on the base inside the pots is sometimes irritating to clean. Everything else about them is great.
Heat up on my induction hob so quick you have to keep an eye on them to make sure they don’t oil over. I don’t put them in the dishwasher as easy to clean, very happy with my purchase
Lovely pans
Bought these to replace aging Circulon Anodised Aluminium non-stick pans, wanting something smarter and lighter weight. These certainly fit the bill. As we only ever wash the pans by hand, don’t use abrasives and only use wooden utensils, I hope the non-stick will last. It looks fairly “standard”.
Love using these saucepans, they have nice high sides so stuff doesn’t splash over the sides when frying in them. They are a breeze to clean for example mashed potato comes off quite easily when on other pans it would easily stick.
Because of the circular pattern on the cooking surface, they seem to brown food quicker when cooking, which could also be to do with the fact that they retain heat better due to their composition and weight.
The only criticism I’d have is that the 25cm frying pan is only really big enough for cooking for 2 people max. We just resort to using our Tefal 30cm saute pan quite often when cooking for more.
In terms of value for money, I have confidence that they will last longer than our previous Tefal pans as they seem heavier and the non stick surface is better.
Great circulon Quality
Circulon is really good quality product. You
can clearly see this is not overpriced supermarket set of pans. I found good deal on Amazon and it was only few pounds more expensive than low quality supermarket similar product.
Love these pans! My mum bought us a large one for Christmas and it was the best pan we have ever had so we had to get the matching set and we weren’t disappointed. Nothing sticks to them and they are all fine to go in the dishwasher. Definitely worth spending a bit more money as you get what you pay for and we will probably have these for a good few years now!
These are excellent pans. Far more responsive on our induction hob than our previous set. Cooking is even and cleaning is very easy. The $64,000 question is how long the non-stick surface will last but thus far we are delighted with the performance of our Circulon Momentum pans.
Nothing sticks, making cleaning easy.
The pots are fantastic and easy to clean and the frying pan is great for frying on, however the stainless steel on the outside is starting to dis colour, which is dissapointing.
Have been using these now for about a month and they really do feel like a quality set of pans, we are using these with an induction hob and the work really well , we dont treat our pans like babies they get banged around in and out of dishwasher and drawers and have noticed no Mark’s discoloration or loosness, we especially like how deep these pans are.
Although they are expensive these saucepans are worth every penny. They need less heat to cook and nothing ever sticks, they are also a dream to clean. They are a long term investment as they are unlikely to need replacing for a very long time.
