Dash camera saying “please insert a C6 card” after inserted a card, why?
Answer: there are 2 reason will result this problem,
1): the card is low speed or low quality card, change a high speed class 10 (or higher) high quality card is OK.
2): Insert card before power on dash cam, if dash cam could not recognize card, just turn off camera and insert card, then turn on dash camera is OK.
Why my dash cam always auto turn on and off?
Answer: This dash cam has parking monitor function, if you turn the parking mode on, the dash cam will auto turn on and starts a 30s emergency recording and then turn off when the internal G sensor detects a shake. To solve this issue, we suggest you turn off the parking mode when driving and turn it on while you parked car. Then the parking monitor will help you protect your car after your car parked.

Great value and price. Was actually very tricky to install and hide all the cables but with determination and time I got it in. Had to remove some car panels to run the cables through. I didn’t connect the red wire and it was fine. Rear camera needed some super glue love to make sure it stayed stuck in place.

I was looking for good dash cam at a good price and this one got the bill! It Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It was Really easy to install and use. The Video quality is brilliant, a lot better than I expected!

Build quality is good and optics are Ok.
LCD screen size is nice and big but it does have a reflective coating that can be annoying/distracting depending on where you mount the dashcam. Mine reflects the passenger’s face and can be distracting.
Reversing/rear camera is good and was included with mine.
*note – The dashcam does not auto-record if the rear camera isn’t connected. I almost sent mine back as to start with I had installed the dashcam but not the rear camera, and every time I started the engine (the display would come on) but it wouldn’t auto-record. Once I connected the rear camera it auto-records every time 🙂
Parking Monitor/auto record for 20s is a great little feature but sometimes it does start if you/passengers are a bit heavy-handed closing the car doors.
Front and rear recordings are stored in separate folders (A & B).
The rear camera has a red wire that you would connect to the (live +) terminal of a reversing light if you want the dashcam to auto switch over to the rear camera to show full screen on the dashcam when you reverse. If you are not bothered (the display is a bit small for using as a reversing camera anyway) then don’t bother connecting it.
All in all a great little dashcam.

Really easy to set up, make sure to buy the correct SD card as specified in the product description, the wrong sized SD card won’t work!

Excellent Dash Cam, Brought this for my car and its so easy to install just did it 5 minutes and comes up amazing camera clarity, very happy with product and great price.
Not a USB adapte
Didn’t install the camera so cannot give a full review on the product.
The 12v plug adapter is not USB which means it takes up The whole socket.
With my other dash cam it is supported by USB and came with a 2 port splitter so I am able to use the dash cam and charge my phone when needed and not have to unplug one or the other for it to work.

I have to say that the quality of the camera is very good. it is not usual plastic but metal, therefore quite strong and robust. Quality of picture is high and has a wide angle. it is easy to use and I installed it in few minutes. very well. I am very happy about my purchase.
Good value
Seems excellent for the price, no instructions regarding rear camera in book, but claoner replied with them promptly, it only works on engine start up, it does not work when main camera is powered by usb. It does record a separate file for rear camera, which can also be seen on the camera screen. Easy to fit as I am not tech savvy at all!
Good dashcam but short lead
Seems to be a good camera, full HD looks good and clear and ability to change exposure is nice. I have two small issues however:
1. The additional lead that plugs into USB is ridiculously short and essentially useless. So short as to be unable to plug in and reach the windscreen. I have a bluetooth connector that I use to also allow me to charge my phone so I had to buy an additional longer USB adaptor lead for the camera.
2. Frustrating to only allow memory cards of up to 32gb.

Good dash cam for the price
For the price paid, it gets the job done. After fitting it, you forget it is there. The camera starts and turns off automatically whith the car. It also does loop recording, so a 32GB card should be perfect for it.

Works well
Nice little camera with good quality pictures. Cables are long enough to plug in in 12v socket in boot then run to under rear view mirror of my civic.
Camera can be set to turn off while driving so not distracted by the image.
Only issue i have is that since plugging in I have no radio reception which I listened to most journeys.

Had my doubts
Well, 30 quid down and was wondering if it was going to be worth it. 1st thing is don’t try to get the rear camera working off a mains power supply as won’t work. I thought it was faulty but persevered and put in car and plugged in rear camera and hey ho off we go. After fitting front camera and hiding cable works a treat. Then the connecting up of the rear bearing in mind I have a long estate and threading cable was a bit convoluted went surprisingly well.
The mini rear camera lights are not connected yet and camera is fitted inside car at high level and stuck to roof (with supplied tape) looking out back window and works a treat. Pic quality is surprisingly good front and rear and the G and movement sensors work well. All this due to someone nailing my car in a car park over Christmas.
Well worth the money spent but only minor thing is there is not enough info in instructions regarding rear camera.

This is a really good dash cam. Easy to fit and in reviews gets a good right up.
You must fit a good quality class 10 micro sd card to get it to work. I used formated card from my previous dash cam and it kept saying card full despite it being cleared of data. It would not work. Fitted a class 10 high endurance micro sd card and it works fine. Appears to provide very clear video day nand night. Also has a stick on dash mount if you prefer not to attach to scree
Beyond impressed!
I must admit, I was a bit hesistant to buy this dash cam given the price, but upon reading the reviews I thought It was worth a try. WOW am I glad I did try it!
The main dash cam is a really smart, neat design and is super easy to set up (only took me 5 minutes to go through and figure out all the settings and what not…).
The camera quality itself is outstanding. I have tested the camera quality of both the front and rear dash cam and they are both fantastic. I took a drive at night to test the quality and reviewed the footage afterwards only to be just as suprised at how clear the night-time camera quality is, and holds up to the glare of headlights, street lights and the occasional high beam.
The leads are a good quality and the perfect length for both the front and rear, though I would have wished for a longer USB lead, though this is only a minor inconveniance as they’re cheap enough to buy anywhere.
Overall, I would highly recommend this little dash cam. For the ease of use, video quality and camera durability, I am shocked at how good-a-deal this is.
Super cam for the money
Bought one each for my children ..wasn’t expecting too much as got them on a black Friday deal..more a stocking filler at that price …well a bit of an own goal as guess who was fitting them on boxing Day !!
Fitting is pretty straightforward and most of the cable can be pushed under trim joins out of sight. The rear camera has an extra wire that you connect to the reversing light … literally push it wetween the bulb and fitting..this changes the screen to full screen rear view when the car is in reverse…kids loved that !
Picture quality is really rather good ..it’s 1080 so may look s bit grainy on a 65″ 4ktv but on a computer or laptop looks good and sharp..very impressed !
Good night vision …have seen better but on devices costing much much more so you have to make some allowance here.
For the money I don’t think you can go wrong with this …and on the roads today ..can save you a fortune as so many claims go knock for knock if there are no witnesses.
Simple and effective straight out of the box.
Not had it long…but works really well. Seems to be of quite good quality. Easy to set up and use straight out of the box. You don’t need to use the ‘extra’ wire unless you want to use it as a reversing camera. Otherwise, you just set up both cameras, connect them together with the cable provided and you’re away. Checked the footage on my computer and it all looks fine and a welcome addition in an insurance issue, whether after an accident or as a witness. No problems. Worth the money.
Easy fit and picture looks good
Straightforward to fit in car. Cables have plenty of length so was able to route them out of sight.
I haven’t played back any of the recordings so don’t know what quality is like on large screen, but image on camera screen seems clear and bright.

A great little dash cam - easier to wire in the reverse camera on some cars than others
Dash cams have come on markedly in terms of quality and function since the first one I purchased about 10 years ago. Whilst the camera technology has improved, it is worth considering whether you are able to wire in the reverse/reversing camera easily on your car – hatchbacks can provide a challenge.
I have purchased a kit to hard wire via the fuse box on my VW Golf to ensure that there is constant power to the front camera when the car is left locked and with the ignition off: you need this if you wish to ensure all of the functions regarding security are enabled. Sadly I don’t have the expertise to wire in the reversing camera, or I probably do, but the challenge on my Golf to get the wiring through to the revering light power feed is beyond my patience/capability.
The front camera is compact and adheres to the windscreen easily. The view obtained is comprehensive and covers the whole of the road ahead. In terms of quality of recording, I think that it is good both night and day.
The unit functions well and automatically overwrites when the capacity of the micro so card is reached.
Overall a great little camera and recommended – don’t be put off by the fact that I haven’t wired in the reverse camera. I just don’t have the patience to remove the roof lining, which would be necessary to feed the wiring down to the reverse camera through the tailgate.

Delivery was very quick, the camera is solid, not cheap plastic and the screen is glass. Easy to install, even the rear camera. All works well, but not tried it at night yet.
Claoner Dash Cam - Awesome!
I ordered this for my partner who is a District Nurse. She recently had someone crash into her and drove off whilst she was working.
She needed a solution that protected her. We looked at various dash cams and this one seemed to cover everything.
Since she had it, she feels are safer…it has automatic collision detection which locks thr footage, it also has a wide angle and great night vision.
I would recommend this device to anyone.

his camera is very good, the picture quality is good and it’s very easy to fit on the windscreen,
the only problem I found was the sd card it does not fit in the camera to well, I have to push it in with a small screwdriver and eject it the same way, but that’s no big deal and I would recommend It.
Great camera for a great price
Initially rear camera wouldn’t work but I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement. I’ve had the camera hardwired into the car and I love it. It is such a quality camera for a great price, I’m honestly impressed, even the bloke who fitted it for me was. The instructions aren’t the best but after going through the menu you get the idea. Added bonus is that if the camera is connected, I think to the reverse light, it also acts as a parking assist. My daughter will soon hopefully be learning to drive so I’ll definitely be getting her one.
Good product for the money
First is first for the money you can’t ask much for this dashcam, I have been using these for 4 weeks now and I am surprised with the main cam, decent quality day and night, and easy to use, the issue is the rear cam, I understand the put it to give more value to the product but it is rubbish when there is no light, over all good dash cam for the money.

I have never used a dash cam before as I thought they were all expensive. I found this one for only 30. It was easy to fit and both cameras work well. The picture is clear and the cameras have a decent wide angle. Impressed.
Easy to set up in a 2010 Ford Focus.
Very easy to install and hide the wires. Great instructions for setting up and formatting the SD Card. I didn’t connect the brake wire as I dont need that function but both cameras are great and fit perfectly out of view in my 2010 Ford Focus.
Great value for money
Replaced my trusted transcend sat nav with this one, after years with the other. Was dubious as considerably cheaper than my previous model, but it is excellent. And it comes with a reverse camera too. If I’m honest, I’m no longer using the rear one as it keeps falling off the window, but even so, still great value for money.

Reassurance in a little package
Easy to fit and set up. Picture quality seems OK though the sky burns out a little at times. Switches well between different lighting – from daylight to underground parking for instance.
Some of the screws are tiny – be careful you don’t drop any. My rear camera is currently attached using a cable tie which works fine.
Good wee dash cam
I had a spot of bother from mine but customer services was great and sent me a new one which is working perfectly. I’d recommend getting it installed proper so no wires are on shown.

Good but can’t use usb as main source of powe
Very good however some cars have the 12 volt socket always on so when you use the usb as your source of power you quickly discover you cannot as it presumes you are trying to access the data instead of use the device. Perfect if you have a 12 volt that turns off however. Most Fords have this issue but it can be solved by wiring it to the fuse board or soldering it to a running light. Not the fault of the camera however if the usb worked the same as the 12 volt it wouldnt be an issue.

I bought an extra adapter to hook it to the battery and it is now always connected and powered when the car start. It felt better to be used like that. My family however used the power lighter to power up the camera

Claoner Front and Rear Dash Cam - Excellent Product Suppo
I bought the Claoner Front & Rear Dash Cam for my car on 24th June 2020. I found the image quality to be very good. The menu system is very intuitive. The cable between front & rear cameras is plenty long, so much so that it should fit most cars quite easily. Ive had no issues what so ever with this camera, up until a couple of weeks ago, when the top half of the image started to go dark with lines on the screen. I reported this by email to Claoner Support, including a screenshot of the date purchased and a video sample where the issue occurred. The next day I got a response back from them asking me for my postal address and that they would send me a replacement asap. Within one week, I had received a brand new replacement Camera. I have to say that I am very impressed with their customer service and the speedy response in getting a replacement camera sent to me, no questions asked.
Great value for money
The product arrived early, it was easy to assemble. It doesn’t take too much room up in the window, so you are still clearly able to see the rest of the road. In comparison to similar cameras I found the spec at a higher standard, which surprised me as it was cheaper than a lot of the alternative models. I am very pleased with this and would recommend anyone who is thinking about it.

Unable to fit rear camera. It’s a nightmare to install. They expect you to try and locate the reversing wire cut into it and join a cable from the camera. I’m sorry but it’s impossible as I would need to strip out all the carpet in the boot and side panels to get to this then I would need to somehow locate the correct wire. I would need to spend 50 plus to take it to someone to do for me.
Update
Managed to fit to reversing light. Was a right pain as I have only a small hole on the boot to get to the wires and connector. Would of been easier if could connect to the fuse box.
Will test later but all shows on the screen.

It does its job.
The dash cam was of good quality but what let it down was although the front camera had adequate resolution ( it could have been better on computer play back) the rear camera was in my opinion rather poor for 720p, having said that the camera does its job. I base this on a previous budget front dash cam I had with the same specs a 6 element glass lense wide angle etc etc. Having said that I think its a good buy despite the play back image on my computer showing a reversed image from the rear camera you can horizontally flip the image using VLC media player if you are so inclined.
Solidly made little camera
The camera is well built and appears to work well. The rear view camera needs a connection to the reversing light which is difficult on my Ford Kuga so I didn’t fit it.

This camera is excellent! I set it up Front and back in my bmw because I was afraid of somebody crashing in to me again, so this time I will have video evidence after a crash, (god forbid) this will make it easier when making a Claim, but hopefully I won’t need to. Overall the installation of the camera was easy, have not fitted the rear camera yet.
It would have been great if the reversing image was full screen when in reversing mode, I found the small image to small to see detail.

Picture and audio quality like a normal budget dash cam
This dash cam is smart looking. The picture and audio quality is lika a normal budget dash cam. The rear camera is the same as with all budget cameras and is poor quality. The product i was sent seemed as a returned item as stickers on the screen and front of the camera were missing so it was returned with the assistance of amazon commendable service.

I searched for ages for a dash cam that would be good quality but not overprised and this was perfect. I was surpised when I opened the box just how good quality it was. Easy to install and does just the job!
It just paid for itself.
Today it saved my 12-year unprotected NCB. I have used this for 7 months. It starts recording when I turn the key (the car powers the cigarette lighter upon key turn) and stops when I switch the ignition off, and I never pay much attention to it. I have never needed to downloaded the footage before. I had an accident this morning where someone side swiped me and initially refused to stop, I had to call the police while following him. When eventually stopped, he lied and said I hit him, and his excuse for not stopping – I was threatening him. The dashcam video and audio prove him dead wrong. The footage it successfully recorded is worth hundreds, if not thousands to me.
Despite his initial lies to the police, by the time he called his insurance company, he knew the game was up and admitted liability – it is all because, when he got clever and said “you hit me”, I said “You see that? Dashcam. Good luck”. You could see the smile drain from his face. Don’t let these scumbags get away with it, buy one! The only thing was it somehow lost its date since I set it. I had a massive shock when I saw the timestamps on the videos were all months in the past, I was devastated as I thought it hadn’t recorded anything recent, but it had, the footage was all there, only the date was wrong!
Excellent quality for price
Have not used after dark yet but clear screen image in low light with dipped headlights. Not had to review images yet but no reason to doubt quality. Camera itself feels more solid than others at similar price. Easy to fit and customise settings but have used similar before. Instruction manual in box seems comprehensive enough for new users. Only used front security camera which is as expected and as stated by sellers. Happy with performance so far. Does exactly what I want without the bells and whistles at an affordable price.
Good Value Dash Cam
Better quality than my previous make and this was clear stright out of the box. . Clear video.
Can see reg number of cars tailgating in rear camera video. Better in front camera with 1080 hd. Only irritation for me was rear camera kept falling off. I can not use screws supplied, as had to be put on glass, so had to use sticky pad also supplied. On hot days this would fall from glass. Fixed this with a stronger pad. Also like the choice of either sticky or suction mount for front camera. Although glad i used the suction cup now. Goes off when ignition off but does take a 20 second video when car vibration felt after parked. Very happy with this dash cam. Good value.

Not impressed
Not impressed with the battery. I have it permanently plugged in but the battery is constantly or almost dead all the time which means sometimes it doesn’t turn on because it needs to charge a little first! So 70% of the time its not recording anything!
Easy to install
Easy to install rear camera cable could do with being a bit longer i have a Kia Sportswagon and found the cable was too short and i had to extend it by a couple of feet. Daytime vision on screen not good picks up glare otherwise its okay.
Reliable Dash Cam
I bought two Dash Cams so I had extra cameras for those blind spots around the car. It is easy to install yourself e cept of course if you want to use the smaller camera for parking. There are several settings you can use some of which Is not found on more pricey Cameras. I would highly recommend this product as I had no trouble with a with the dash cam so far. They are situated in the front and back, you can adjust the G-sensor to the levels you require and select screen saver to preserve the Camera’s battery.

Excellent Dashcam and good value for money
We ordered this as someone collided with my wife’s car when it was stationary in a car park and then denied liability for doing so.
This arrived the next day and was easy to set up.
I have yet to connect the rear facing camera yet, but will do when I get some more time. The instructions for doing so seem a little brief but it seems to be fairly straightforward.
I would highly recommend this camera.
Not suitable for all types of vehicle.
Front facing camera easy to set up, rear facing camera not suitable for hatchback style of vehicles as the camera needs to be mounted at the top of the back window for the best results. If you mount on the rear parcel shelf the picture is upside down and the camera can’t be inverted in the mount.

The camera quality is good picture quality good the picture on screen is rather dark on bright days and that’s after changing exposure values but on playback on the computer it’s absolutely fine, all in all good value for the money
Really Good Dashcam
Got this as my old dashcam died. This is so much better. The coverage is brilliant, the feed is smooth and picture quality is great. Well worth a buy
screen too small when reversing
As a cheap-and-cheerful dashcam it’s OK. Main weakness is too difficult to select menu options once installed. Was hoping it would work as a reversing camera but the quarter-screen rear view is just too difficult to see when the camera is high up on the windscreen (probably doesn’t help I wear varifocal specs). Need to be able to tap the screen to get the rearview camera to fill the screen.

Good security
After a hit and run, our car being parked during the day time outside our house, which wrote off our lovely little car we decided for added peace of mind to invest in this product. It suits our purposes well, but we did not install the outside camera because we would have to secure it to the bodywork. But all in all a good purchase.
A great Budget Camera se
I think this is a pretty good camera set for the money, hiding the cables took a little while but I do like things done properly, I managed to get them all behind the car lining. I had trouble using the sticky pad for the rear camera, it kept falling off, the glue seemed to melt, so I used a 3M velcro picture hanger which hasn’t fallen off yet.
There have been a few glitches where the camera system just turns off when you come to a junction or are stuck in traffic, which is when you need it most, but most of the time it’s fine, well worth the money 🙂

Really happy with this camera. I have tried other, cheaper, dash cams in the past and they all didn’t work or their software was terrible.

Added a fuse kit to wire it directly into the car so no need to use the DC port.

High quality dash cam I’ve ever had in my several years of motoring. Very easy to install. Night vision is crystal clear. Feel safe and secure now when I’m driving and park my car on the street.

The Razer Sharp Review
This a been a good purchase. I haven’t used the rear camera but the main unit is very good and clear for the price. My son set it up for me and he found it easy enough. It needs a decent size memory card if you want to keep your recordings on for a week or two. I’ve used a 64Gb. Can detach it from the windscreen and replay the recordings on my laptop in minutes. Very happy with the purchase.

It was simple to install (bit fidgety on the cable side though). very helpful with my reverse parking. I feel so much confident now as a driver. Iwould recomment that product toall who can not afford the high price range, but would like to have a good quality product.

Really happy with this. Bought to replace an old one which cost nearly the same as this but nowhere near as good!
Haven’t put the back camera in as dont know how to install but if Ican find someone to do it then I probably will put that in too.
good quality, great value and easy setup/install
I purchased this dash cam because my insurance company gave an additional 5% discount on my premium when a dash cam was fitted. My first impressions straight out of the box are a well made solid dash cam. A good sized screen and descent wide angle lens on the front camera with an additional smaller (size of a large dice) rear view camera for rear view footage and also works as a reverse camera if wired into reverse lamp. I have not yet fitted this the rear view camera. Setup was simple, but charge the camera before final installation, as its much easier to read and follow instructions from your desktop rather than in the car. Good clear wide angle view. I set my camera on a 5 minute loop at highest video setting, with screensaver & audio on. Another nice feature is the parked car option that detects movement near the car and records any movement to the car while parked, like another car impacting your car while in the supermarket car park. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this dash cam over some of the more expensive models. Money well spent.

This product is really so great! 1. It came 3 days early so was super happy with the delivery, 2. The setup is so clear and well instructed and 3. Everything works perfect and couldn’t fault the service or the product! I was cautious at first but now having it fitted and works perfect it’s amazing!

Just installed the main unit on the windshield and I can state this seems like a quality camera. Well packaged in a sturdy box, nice power supply, and various fixing methods. You will need a TF card, I used my 16 gig from the old camera.
The menu is reasonably straight enough (had a play around in the house first!), excellent wide view – almost the entire screen, and a stack of other facilities my old more expensive camera didn’t have, including rear camera (not got it fitted yet, have to root the cable to the front unit, this is the hardest part now with newish vehicles!).
The price is the nicest thing – a lot of camera for not a fortune!
There is the solution for my Transit campervan – dashcam and rear reversing camera!

It came with charging cable, a long in car charging cable and also a long USB cable to connect the rear camera. The two camera are displayed on the screen simultaneously
Camera support G-sensor, automatically records video and lock file when the accident occurred. It also has high sensitivity parking monitoring feature and supports Motion Detection. It also comes with loop recording feature.
Overall camera’s picture and video quality is decent. It is very straraight forward to use.
Good dashcam with dual modes
I’ve had a Nextbase dashcam for quite a long time, which I was happy with. However, I found a recommendation to the Claoner dashcam on reddit and found out that it had parking mode. Having had my car bumped into a few times in car parks, I thought it might be a good purchase.
It turns out the dashcam has good quality videos and as it’s got a rear camera, it gives me even more peace of mind that a crash or a bump would be recorded.
The UI is easy to use and the cam switches the screen off automatically so it’s not distracting while driving.
An added benefit of the camera is that it can serve as a reverse camera if you’ve got an older model car. Hooking up a single wire can detect from the reversing light if you’re switched in reverse and activates the camera’s screen to give you more view of what’s behind you.
Good quality day & night. Clear screen, easy to install and enough cable for the front camera (haven’t fitted the rear yet. Only issue is having to reformat the memory card every time it fills up rather than rewriting/overwriting itself
Great Camera!
Although yet to use in action, the product came as described and was relatively easy to install. The quality looks great on both the front and rear cams, with perfect coverage of the road from both. This also comes with the option to connect to the reversing lights, and therefore used as a reversing cam which I think is great!

So far so good! Difficult to position the rear camera to my car due to it being a Renault Clio but I have found this camera amazing. Occasionally turns itself back to factory settings but everything it records is in its memory! Would recommend!!!

Front camera all works fine when installing the rear camera everything works fine apart from the rear camera doesnt actually ahow up on the dashcam any help would be appreciated

Very easy to install and set up -does exactly what it says on the tin. Pleased with my purchase. I love the rear camera view inside the main screen feature. Bought hubby one as a result and probably will get family members also.

So i had few cameras before. This one – picture is good, big screen, software is same as amy cheap 5 camera, the actual lens sits in a big (casing is for the looks not actual use) casing. Cable to wire the rear view camera is thick and can be hard to keep it out of the sight. But all in all does what it says in the tin.
