Handy hook .. used out to hang a towel in our bathroom and it’s holding good so far !

These look smart and fix strongly, but clean the surface with surgical spirit firs
The instructions read that users should clean the surface first with “rubbing alcohol”. That’s American for surgical spirit, thanks to Google. So off I went to Boots to buy surgical spirit. It’s a wee bit of a performance fitting them in place but worth the effort to ensure a strong long time grip.
Stronger than the alternatives
Finally found adhesive hooks that work. We’ve been through two other brands of hooks now to secure behind the doors in our bedrooms for our dressing gowns. Both have failed and ended up on the floor. But I’m pleased to report that this time they are staying up!
Holiday life save
Work really well and easy to fit. I took these on holiday to give me more hanging options in the bathroom for toilet bags etc. They stick really well and hold a significant amount of weight for their size and they pull off via a tab to avoid damage to the wall or paint.
Helpful on/off medium hooks
These are a good size for medium items – I use mine to hang scissors in an easy to reach position. The hooks can be put up and removed with ease and are fit for purpose. There’s a range of colours, sizes and types for most jobs. They are holding up well thus far!

Excellent strong hook, have them all over the house in different sizes, coat hooks key hooks, handbags on back of wardrobe e door, Brilliant, advice if you want to remove them, gently heat with a hairdryer and then pull the tab down, all hooks have removed well apart from in my painted plasterboard wall, it did pull the plaster off

I have a headset, keys and a few hats currently hanging on the ones I put up and it’s a lot more convenient and it’s really well without even an indication that it’s getting loose and I put them up almost 4 months ago
They hold really well however I’ve noticed that they stick a lot better on more hard flat surfaces like wood then compared to a painted wall. I’ve only had it fall once and that was due to me putting on a bit to much weight on it (a jacket) but that was due to it weighing a bit more as it was soaked and not waterproof. Otherwise it had held its weight every other time and that was with it being stuck on a painted wall
Installing it is super simple and taking it off is just as easy. All you do is pull the tab down and it comes off with ease but once you take it off it’s done and you’d need to stick it back up with a new one
The hook itself can be taken off and on with ease as well.

great tools, i used these to hang blankets around my bed as a little blanket fort type thing, they are very strong and have lasted a long time, they even stayed attached to the wall when my cat climbed one of the blankets, one hook did fall off when i accidently tugged at it but the sticky strip stayed on the wall and it was easy to reattach

They were great, used them to hang a medium mirror in the bathroom, unfortunately after about 3 months they finally lost stick, but between the weight of the mirror and the crap ventilation I imagine that’s why.

Not to bad, struggle with being on an outer wall? Possibly the cold?

I used all of the hooks in a tall cupboard for items that would normally sit on the floor. For eg, dog lead, I put a piece of string in a hand brush and hung it up, my dog walking bag, another long dog lead and so on. I ran out of hooks so now need to purchase more.

Don't buy if sticking to a painted wall
I bought these but would not stick to my newly painted wall. Don’t buy if you need them for this. I purchased before to stick to other surfaces and do the job great. Nevermind, we live and learn!!

Easy to put up and remove
I use these hooks on the side of my wardrobe to hang my dressing gown and my blanket hoodie on – both of which are quite heavy – and they were really easy to put on and have held up very well. Would recommend and would buy more when needed.
Bigger than they look in photo
way bigger than I wanted and not sticking to tiled wall even after it was cleaned and dried and one cracked when it fell off on to floor.

Perfect quick fix solution for hanging bags o
These are soo easy to use and quick to adhere. I bought them to add extra hooks inside my wardrobe for hanging handbags and bags on. Fixed on the wall in a matter of minutes and currently holding several bags. I haven’t tried removing the hooks yet so can’t rate their ease to take off. But very happy with their current function.

Great and easy to stick hook
I’ve put some of these on the inside of my wardrobe and on the back of my door. I have ordered more as the first ones worked so well. It is a great way of getting some extra hanging space anywhere you want.
They are very very easy to stick on. I have said 3 starts to “easy to remove” but that is because I haven’t tried to remove them.
I’ve hung heavy jackets on these hooks and they stay completely in place and could handle more weight.

Love command
Bought this to hang my wreath on my front door, it was quite a big wreath but the command hanger had no problems at all with it, it’s still on the front door ready for next year. Great value for money, command products always fantastic & do what they say on the tin .

Great, I have used this particular hook mounted near the top of my front door upside down I then place a wreath on the outside, run a loop of nylon through the the wreath over the top of the door and hook the end of the nylon loop over the upside down hook in the inside of the door. Excellent delivery from Amazon Prime, ordered around midday delivered at 7pm the same evening.

To my surprise these do actually stick well to an emulsion painted wall, but prior cleaning with a spirit is recommended and not a household cleaner which may leave a film on the wall. We use the hooks for face cloths and hand towels in the bathroom with no problems. The hooks are easily unclipped from the wall and apparently the stick on clips behind the hooks can be removed without damage to decorations but obviously I haven’t tried that.
