The powered roller bar really helps with picking particles off the carpet.
I live in a small one bed flat and this is perfect .I’ve had a vax blade before and this is far superior . It’s very lightweight and the suction is good .

Suction on hard floors is perfect, I have 3 dogs and 4 kids and wanted this for my kitchen floor as i need to hoover it a few time a day and this little machine does exactly what it’s supposed to! It’s lightweight and easily glides around picking up every dog hair! Not so good on carpet but that’s not what I wanted it for

I recently bought this vacuum cleaner. It’s been great so far – excellent suction, it’s lightweight and the battery seems good. The volume of the container seems bigger than it looks – I’m able to do more before it fills up than with my old Dyson.
Was a great product to whizz around the kitchen a couple of times. Just stopped working after 3 uses! However company contacted and offered gull refund and new product sent, great service. New hoover working well!

Bought this after reading reviews saying how good it was and they were right,love it picks up great,light weight,easy to empty,and battery life is good,the only thing I’m not in love with is the lights on the front so I covered them with black tape besides that it’s fab
The lights on the hovering head are very handy, makes ever speck of dust visible. Less strain on the back, as it seems to move by it self and very flexible so easy to cover all corners. Not good for carpets with long hair.

Light to carry up and down stairs. I love the fact you can adjust the stick length with one click, no faffing around trying to remove bits! Also, the battery can be removed and charged on its own.
The roller seems to work better on bare floors, than carpets. Although it does the job, I’d have preferred interchangeable ones, hence 4 stars.
Don’t imagine it would be powerful enough for pet hair or thick carpets, but suits my needs.

First clean did 2 rooms and kitchen in 25 minutes: the cleaner is a delight to handle, lightweight, manoeuvrable, good suction without the boost, light on the mobile head is an unexpected bonus, ultra-low profile enables cleaning under almost every item of furniture. Emptying the dust cylinder is a doddle.

Customer service has also been great I have been in contact to request buying a spare battery and they have given me the information I require and will be in touch when they are available.
There is no issue with the current battery that comes with the vacuum but I’m the sort of person that likes to have a spare knocking about for as and when required. 🙂
I bought this for my pensioner friend and he was struggling using a corded vacuum cleaner. He now is absolutely loving using it. He says it’s light, easy to maneuver and very quiet. I researched a lot and wanted a machine that would be backed by a good warranty. You have to remember this will not be powerful as a corded plug in vacuum cleaner, but I’m a fan and I love the attachments that it can be used for the interior to clean my car. So I’m getting one to. Great product

Unfortunately the led lights stopped working on the vacuum cleaners head. Item has be returned and ordered another one. Let’s see how this one does.

The size, the design, the extra attachments, it’s lightweight. I also like the light that helps see the small specs of dirt on the floor. Sometime the suction seems a little off, but maintenance can fix that issue. Great for my one bedroom flat

You can’t tell if the battery is full or empty until you start using it.
Hoover arrived on time and was easy to assemble, love being able to hoover the entire house without being attached to a plug by a cable. Unfortunately, one of the parts broke shortly after I received the hoover, but Marilyn provided excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful, she helped me figure out what was wrong, and swiftly replaced the broken part at no extra costs.

The cleaning/suction power of this vacuum is great for the price-point, especially considering it’s totally wireless/cordless. And, depending on attachment/brush being used (easily swapped out), the suction power setting, and the surface you’re trying to vacuum, chances are that the vacuum can tackle whatever you throw at it (within reason..), and provides similar power to most similarly priced uprights.
Considering its size and power, its also relatively lightweight and reasonably balanced (isn’t too top/bottom heavy when using. This all makes it amazing for vacuuming up and down your staircase, or for getting in and around awkward obstacles such as heavy furniture, as now you don’t also have to lug around a heavy upright AND a cable which only ever gets caught up on everything.
Charging the vacuum is achieved via the included charging brick to barrel plug, which can either plug directly into the battery (when the battery is detached from the vaccum), or can be plugged into the handle of the vacuum when the battery is still attached, which means that you can simply reset the vacuum against a wall, plug it in and forget about it until the next time you need it.

This is so light. It is so easy to carry upstairs. I find that I put it on booster all the time, not because it doesn’t do a good job if not on. I’m used to a more heavier vacuum.

First impressions were of the solid build quality and how easily and well everything works. I’ve used it around the house and in the car. It copes beautifully. It turns out Prettycare are a new company,but don’t let this put you off. Apart from supplying a high quality product,they’re also very focussed on customer service and satisfaction and I feel that in the unlikely event of a problem,it would be sorted quickly and efficiently. This is my first cordless, so I’m comparing it to my Dyson DC 50 which I’ve had for years. I wasn’t expecting it to be on a par with that but to be honest I’m blown away. Having given it a good test here’s my review.
Likes:
Light weight – fun and easy to use, totally manoeuvrable makes cleaning those hard to reach places a total breeze; it’s perfect for reaching those high cobwebs as well as doing the stairs, wood floors and carpets
Tools – changing tools and extending the hose is quick and simple, this makes such a difference when you’re cleaning floors then want to do skirting boards etc
Quality – the plastics used feel almost as good as my Dyson at a fraction of the cost, everything comes together with a satisfying click; time will tell but this feels like it will last a while
Suction – although my Dyson is quite old this compares very well, just as good on low power and even better on high; I found low power fine for most use cases, but easy to boost it when you need to
Battery – much better than I was expecting, lasts a good 30 minutes (bit less if you use high power) which doesn’t seem long but is surprisingly more than enough for a deep clean of a two bedroom apartment
Would be nice if:
It had tool storage – so I don’t keep losing them
A carpet brush – the rotating brush head is great for wooden floors but I think it would benefit from a firmer brush for carpets like some other models offer
Be careful of:
The wall mount using the sticky pad – mine fell off and I was lucky it didn’t break, so best to screw it in!

Works well for everyday use, it is lightweight and would recommend for small houses. Probably not sufficient if you have pets as the storage compartment is quite small so would need emptying a lot.
