Great fire, slim and looks lovely, so stylish, only use it sparingly due to the energy crises, but it will sure take the chill off.highly recommend.

The heater is great and easy to use on a manual setting/mode. The Wi-Fi appears pointless, as it’s currently not possible to set up with my router- wasted too much time over this. I bought a second one without the Wi-Fi, which is easily programmable.

Design: Nice design, simple, no large lCD display or hideous writing on the front. Clean outline and does not look out of place.

Power: One of the few that have a separate on off switch at the side to cut off power. Plugged directly into a standard socket.

Fixation: I removed the wheels and fitted one to the wall and the other in the porch. Easy to fit to the wall. The wheels are sturdy but easy to remove.

Location: I fitted them to my landing for extra heat. The other in the porch as the condensation was really bad in my cold porch.

App: easy to connect and control the radiator. Can also be controlled from Alexa.

Overall: good value, nice design. An app that actually works. I would recommend this product.

Heater is great with the app. May want to consider location for the heater carefully as the blue lights are far too bright in a dark room and when off the power light flashes through the front grille….. Only poor design fault.

This is a great little smart electric heater. With WiFi, its own app and capable of linking to Google Home too, what’s not to like? To be honest, only one thing…..the blue light power and temperature display. Not a problem in the day but at night, when either on (steady light) or standby (flashing light), it can be very annoying…so be warned.

Very pleased with this product. Wifi control and timed settings, together with good heat output makes it an excelllent choice.

Mounted on the wall and wired in to a 13a spur. Wi-Fi set up using the Smart things app and linked to Alexa for routine based heating.

Love the unit, EXCEPT, the bright blue flashing LED which you can’t turn off.

A great heater .Pumps out alot of heat. But the WiFi set up is just not having it.Gave up The controls are a bit strange .A button underneath a plastic covertype with the button system to press printed on it .So pressing it feels unsure you are on contact until the screen flashes up the temperature. The WiFi is always flashing at the moment because I cannot connect. But the to temperature readings are great and come on and off to what you set it.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersI have bought 4 of these and 3 out the 4 so far have had the fuses melt and the plugs burn out, damaging my wall sockets – one dangerously so.

Update** (rating change from 2 stars) – bought 4 good quality plugs, cut off the moulded plugs on the radiators and replaced them – previous plugs were very hot to touch after the radiator had been on for less than an hour. New plugs stay cool even after heavy use for 4+ hours (set to 28c). They now work perfectly.

The manufacturer needs to have a serious look at the quality of plug it is using.

Update - Moulded plugs burning ou

It’s a really good heater but unfortunately it had a fault after a couple of months so got in touch with the company via Amazon and had my replacement delivered in a day- excellent service!!!

I use this to heat my summerhouse in winter. It’s left on all the time to provide a background heat.

Easy to set up and use with Alexa.
I can switch it on before I get out of bed.
If I go out & forget to turn it off, I use alexa to switch it of.
It’s a compact heater, with a reasonable output.
As this became my second heater in use, I’m not sure it would heat the space I have on its own.
I would consider buying another one in the future.

We use this in our kitchen extension. Wall mounting was easy and the heat output is great.
Managed to set up the WiFi and tend to control it with Alexa routines though the SmartHome app works also. No problems there at all.
    It does the job.

    Downsides:
The thermostat hysteresis is about 3 degrees. We have it set to 18c. It kicks in at 15.5c and keeps heating to 18.5c. That means the temperature isn’t very even. Not an issue in the kitchen but may be in a lounge or bedroom.
The flashing blue LED is very bright and annoying. A piece of black tape cures that.

All good overall. Probably not one for a dark bedroom though as the blue flashing light when the heater is off can be irritating.

    Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBefore you open the box make sure you have;
    1. Set your router to 2.4ghz apposed to 5ghz or at least split them.
    2. Downloaded and setup Tuya smart app and setup an account with them, both these things will save a lot of time.
From opening the box to clipping the feet on, was 30 seconds.
Adding the device to the Tuya smart app was about minute or so and away you go.
They kick out a lot of heat and very quick, the app parameters mean it gets to the desired temp and then waits till it drops 3 degrees until they turn back on again, so I would advise going a degree higher than you usually would and then it doesn’t get too cold before clicking back on again.

I bought two of them and it takes about 15 minutes to warm up the living area and kitchen of 2 bedroom flat, definitely better than the old style heaters etc.

Coming home to a warm flat where you can set either the daily timers or even just turn it on, on the way home is well worth it.

I purchased this a year ago and had it in a static caravan, after a short while we bought another one and a 3rd smaller one and they heat the Caravan nicely. Unfortunately we broke one of the wheels so I did an online chat to source where I could buy a new one, only to be told that they are contacting the relevant department to see if they have a spare one they can send out (when looking at my ordered later I realised it is a 2 year guarantee) to get this sorted out took 5 minutes. I am just waiting for the email to confirm if they have this in stock or not. Thank you Devole I am impressed and rarely leave reviews but felt this was needed.

Glad we decided to go for this heater for our summer house. The WiFi control is perfect. The heat out put is amazing. Too early to tell how much it will cost to run.

Good heater and works better when using the app! The down side of it is that every time it’s not turned on Bright blue flash keeps going! And it gets very annoying especially when it’s in a bedroom at night! Also when you turn it on/off or change temperature a loud Beep!

This heater throws out a lot of heat and is on either braked casters or can be fitted to the wall.

Works really well. I have it set to a timer via the app so it comes on and goes off when required plus there is the option to override via WiFi. Recommended

Easy to put on wall. Took absolutely ages to configure the WiFi connection. After about half an hour I was ready to give up when it somehow connected.

    Devils panel heater with WiFi.

The heater gives very good warmth. It also heats the area quite quickly. The problem I had was due to the WiFi, I couldn’t
get it to connect, which meant I couldn’t set the timer so I sent it back, not sure if the problem was my lack of knowledge of technology or the heater itself.

    Excellent slim electric convector heater.
Attractive appearance, easy to wall hang or use on wheels and great heat output from its 2000 watts!
Being wi-fi enabled allows operation from your mobile phone and is just an added bonus!

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersNice looking heater and works well but a timer is not a programmer. A timer means you can set it to work for a certain amount of hours and not for it to turn on and off at certain times. Didn’t realise there was a model in the range that had a proper programmer. Thermostat OK but not as even as I would like. When you have set it at the desired temperature it cuts off at that temperature OK, but doesn’t come back on until it’s dropped 5degrees below that set temperature. Give you the sensation of the room going hot and cold. Don’t know if all electric heaters are like this though.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersOnly had for a day. But am impressed with initial results. However, wanted to talk about customer service. When heater arrived it was damaged. Probably in transit. Rang the company, spoke with a member of the customer services team. Call lasted around a minute. Next day, new heater arrived. Could not be more impressed. You can’t help things going wrong but the way you put things right is so important. Well done to the support team and thank you.

The heater is good, heats quickly. Am using it in a wooden out house with reasonable thermal properties. Warms up quicker and is more cosey than my house.

Because it’s outside it gets switched off at the main power. So it loses connection. To wifi which has to be reinstalled. Not a major issue for me as it will always be a manual heater.

It feels like it’s designed to be always on. But when in standby mode there is a flashing blue light. Not sure if that is something I’m doing wrong but it won’t stop flashing what would bug the hell out of me in a bedroom.

All in all, solid heater for the money.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersHeat out put is good. The set up without wifi is confusing. wifi is much better. Had issues setting the wifi up.
    I got it working :
    1. make sure your router is 2.4Ghz ONLY – for some reason dual band 5/2.4 causes this not to work.
    2. Use the Tuya app – the BrightLite did not work at all [once installed the interfaces are identical.
    3. choose the generic heater.
    All worked fine after that.
I: tried contacting the sellers by phone – dont bother ..
