Door dropped so unable to lock by lifting handle on this double glazed door.With this security bar under the handle knew that you couldn’t get in and wouldn’t be without it now
The bar is solidly built and easily adjusted. It is very effective at wedging a door shut. We got it as extra security for the door into our garage and it stops the door being opened from outside. Simple idea but very effective.

This is a really really good patio door lock. No way can they get in unless a window is broken. Well Worth the money
I couldn’t find a security lock for my door, so thought I would try this to see if it would work.
The security lock does its jobs, but the problem I am having is I have a tiled floor and it slips on the floor if it is not really pushed in.
Overall it does work and can be used in a french door as well, as it is adjustable.
I bought one before which was for the front door, now this is the second one for my back door, feel very security at the night.
Our doors where not correcttly installed but this bar fits from andleto other door making it secure.
I’m so happy with this item, it’s reassuringly sturdy, and very simple to use straight out of the box. The lock on my door is faulty so until I can get it fixed, I’ll be using the security bar. I feel completely confident with it fitted there at night. Could be removed in a second in the event of an emergency, too.
