It's nice and shiny
. . . no but, seriously, the thing I noticed most when first using, was the inflexibility of the flexible hose. It’s actually fairly rigid and wants to straighten out when you want to get into small corners. Being used to the more modern cyclonic vacuums like e.g. Dysons, the lesser suction power is noticeable so, it’s a bit rough and ready and probably best confined to workshop use, which is what I bought mine for. Oh, and it’s nice and shiny!
4.0 out of 5 stars A capable light weight tool to have in your garage
Has done all the jobs it’s been asked to do very well. Good suction and light weight, very pleased with the product.
Good suction, poor catches holding it together.
So far great suction, but the clips to hold the motor onto the base are shocking, I have had to jam them with some rolled up duck tape to stop it coming apart when lifted, and when it does this the contents end up on the floor.. sort the catches out and I would give it 5 stars.
Good Quality / Price
Would like to start by warning non-UK buyers that even tho this is 230v unit, it will come with an UK plug, makes no sense to me but hey, its there.
Apart from that, works as expected for the pricetag from the little use i gave it to it so far.
Used for carpet and timber flooring fitting
Didn’t purchase it on here but 3 years on and it’s not let me down. Good blower and good suction if well looked aftered.
Unlike most reviews I see on here if you don’t look after or maintain it then it won’t give you that performance back.
For the price it is it’s a good, cheap vaccum cleaner.

Works well
Would be 5 stars if the hose didn’t get slightly ripped one day (I currently have duct tape over the slight rip). This is annoying as it works so well! It is all so solid apart from what has happened to the hose. Still using it regularly though.
I use it to empty my fish tank and has been much better than the symphon type pumps. Suck well and also blows. Much lighter than a Henry hoover and still a good build. The metal body holds water really well. It also is great to hoover the car or garage with it having a good length cable.
I decided not to fit the wheels. That makes it easy to use the vac on my sloping driveway. It is first class for vacuum cleaning my car and for collecting leaves from my garage floor and driveway.
Fantastic. I use it to attach to the mitre saw for sawdust extraction and it does a great job.
However, after a few hours of using it, the outlet filter became blocked up with some fine dust. Getting the filter out is an actual nightmare. There is a tab to release the cover for it, but the cover is very flimsy it ended up snapping. I ended up having to dismantle the entire vacuum to get it from the inside. An absolute nightmare.
Great for outdoor, well worth the money
Love this. Used it for my garage which was full of dust, sand and disintegrating concrete floor. I used a Dyson for the job before I bought this and it couldn’t handle the job, had to clean the filters after a minute’s use to get it working again. Keep the dyson indoors. I also it
I haven’t used it for a water job yet so no commet there.
Good all round vacuum for outdoors wet/dry use
I used it to clear out my gutters and also to vacuum my car after going to the tip. It did a fantastic job of both. Just need to get some more paper bag for i
Great hoover, good suction perfect for DIYe
A great cost effective hoover for a DIYer, Yes make sure the wheels clip in, push them hard until they click. It works really well with a good suction, the only thing I find a pain is no where to store hoover tools and cable appears to have nowhere it could be wrapped, but overall I am very happy with the product. I do find it you’re carefull you can re use the paper bag one extra go, you’ll need to use a clip to reseal it. (just don’t let the bag become full on it’s first use)’ Only 4 star due to storing of hoover tools issue.

I bought this mainly due to a leak in my daughters car which meant the carpets were soaked. This made short work of removing most of the water but it has turned out to be far more useful than that. Its great for cleaning out cars in dry mode and is powerful enough to get all the dirt out. The small crevice tools and brushes are fantastic for cleaning out those really difficult areas where dirt gets caught. Especially so in my caravan where the door has narrow sliders for the fly screen that I have never been able to clean out properly until I bought this. I have also recently used it to help wash my caravan carpets which I removed, scrubbed and hosed down. This Vac pulled most of the water out and they were dry again within 24 Hrs and like new. I read some reviews about the tank filling quickly in wet mode and I guess that is the case so maybe not the right vac if you need to remove large amounts of water. I would highly recommend this for someone with the need for occasional use like myself.
Great suction, tough clearer. But make sure the wheels are fitted properly!
Very very strong suction in this product it was incredibly useful for a renovation project I was doing.
The one downfall I have found of this is that not all of the wheels clip in tightly enough and so occasionally fall out and I have intact lost one of the wheels in transportation. I would recommend to people buying this to glue the wheels in place to ensure that they do not fall out.
Other than that I have found this vacuum cleaner to be exactly what I was looking for and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great suction, tough and sturdy vacuum cleaner.

Really pleased with this wet vacuum. Haven’t tried it dry but believe it will do the job. Fantastic price, great job
Five Stars
Got it as a present for my brother in-law. He loves it and uses it all the time!
Good piece of ki
It’s so good. Our son in law bought his wife one!!!!!
Great on Decking
Really please with this product for the price, bought specifically for hoovering up moss, leaves and general dust and dirt from decking and does the job great, I find it best to hoover the decking when dry, does work when damp/wet too, but then the inside of the vacuum needs a good clean out, but not a particular tough job.
Good hoover for cleaning car and DIY use
This is a good hoover to clean your car or clean up after DIY around the house. Very flimsy plastic hose lengths that attach from the actual hose and vacuum tools. Great suction from the vacuum itself. I would recommend this vacuum again.
Great little vac. I use it in my (hobby) woodwork shop, it will plug into those pieces of equipment that have a port – or you can just clamp it near a dust-producing tool like a sander. It’ll vac up shavings, sawdust & general mess with no problem. I don’t use the internal bags & just let the tin bucket fill-up. great value – better than I expected.
I think this is the best vac I ever owned. I struggled to find a vac to use in construction that could take the abuse. I used a RIGID vac in USA for 5 years and this would stand side by side, no problem. Went through two Karcher models in less than a year. This vac picks up brick, nails, screws, tile, basically anything I throw at it. I use it with the dust bags and they take a huge load too. Picks up water when you remove the bag. Also blows with some force by just attaching the hose to the second outlet. Hose connections are solid too, push on and a 1/4 turn to lock on.

Excellent product for great price
This is just brilliant! Have lof of loft space to clean before insulation is being fitted, including monster spiders & their webs, and this hoover is making the job so much easier and faster. It’s light weight, has great suction and seems sturdy enough (without unnecessary bells & whistles of modern domestic hoovers) to last for a long time. Most of the additional suction heads have also turned out to be really useful, which I hadn’t really expected. All in all a great product for an unbeatable price (at least for what I could find) and would happila recommend.
As a big bonus, delivery was super fast: ordered in the afternoon, arrived the next day!
Excellent value for money
Excellent value for money. I bought this because my Dyson DC40 struggles to pick up dirt when cleaning my car, a ten minute job was taking me 30 minutes. The Draper 13785 has excellent suction.
I love this vacuum. Its light, sturdy and has good suction power. I used the product to vacuum nails, stones, wood chips and other outdoor debris. The vacuum sucked them all up and swallowed them into a tidy bag which didn’t rip. The tools seem to be flimsy but I was rough with them and they didn’t break. This is my favourite outdoor tool at the moment! I haven’t tried the wet function yet but I don’t foresee any problems based on how well it worked for me.

I have been impressed with this vacuum when using it in my garage and shed to clear up shavings, small rubble, sawdust and other general dry stuff. Cleaned out the car OK. Also used it in ‘wet’ mode’ to clear out a blocked U bend in a downspout gully for which it was brilliant. In years gone by I had to put my hand down and attempt to lift out all the silt, gravel and leaves, ugh! The Draper just sucked the lot up including the water in about 10 seconds flat. Suction is very good so far though the bag hasn’t got totally full yet. Yes, the tools are plastic but they have done the job. I also like the ease in which you can pick it up (it isn’t heavy) and its stability on the wheels when pulling it around. The only minor irritation is the price of replacement bags, I will have to search around to find the best value on the web.
Overall I am very pleased with this purchase
Draper Wet & Dry 5tars *****
If I could I would give this more that the 5TAR.
The item over succeeded my expectations I brought this to vac up water in the base of my hottub really good tool small enough compact not to big easy to carry around.
If I had to pull a remark about it & this is very minor it that the unit has holes in the base for casters but these are not in the box OWell no big loss. Will use this to a lot even concidering purchasing a 2nd for work. Go Buy Now highly recommended item for small jobs.
Thanks very pleased buye
Better suction than a Dyson!
Very pleased with this vacuum. Purchased it for use on cars and general garage / DIY mucky use. Occasionally it gets dragged inside the house for use on hard floors. I prefer it to our Dyson as it puts the Dyson to shame with its suction!

HAPPY LADY !
This Vac is so powerful and efficient. Only had it a day and have cleared a shed. All nooks and crannies effortless cleaned without touching any of the mass of dust and cobwebs, gravel and sand on floor, gone. . This is my favourite possession at the moment – does a great job.
Garage next ! Good value – has almost earned my spend already.
Good, well made and effective. The jury's still out on the paper bag dust collection system.
This is a very well built tool, smart, sturdy and very efficient. Everything looks and feels robust. I like the chrome plated collection bin.The only assembly needed is to fit the castors and top handle. One minor annoyance was that the castors – which are supposed to be a “firm push fit” were impossibly tight to fit by hand.
I bought it mainly for wet work, for which it’s absolutely superb. I have just used it to empty a header tank filled with filthy, slimy algae. It sucked the whole lot up effortlessly and with absolutely no leakage or splashing.
For dry vacuuming you have to fit a cloth filter over the motor housing, and also use disposable paper dust collection bags. I thought paper collecting bags had gone out with the Ark, but it seems they live on in these small drum vacuums. The jury is out on these – I can’t see myself replacing the bag every time I use it, especially in the workshop or garden when it can fill up in seconds! Maybe one side of the bag could be cut and replaced with velcro, so that it can be emptied and reused. I’ll give it five stars when they make it bagless!
good suctio
So far so good . Bought this to clean the forever mess my puppy brings I from outside as my upright just blows it around the floor. I also use it to suck grass from that is outside my back door and it worked brilliantly. My husband then decided to use it to suck up the Bird seed on the flagstones and now it’s a fight to who gets to use it firs
Good for hovering up the garden leaves
Smaller than I expected, but works very well. I kept the old large pipe from my previous Wickes vacuum, and it fits perfectly. Good for hovering up the garden leaves. I use the supplied pipe for doing the car. Woks very well, no complaints especially at the price. My old Wicks unit has lasted more than 10 years but it is difficult to get new bags, so it has gone to the dump!

I keep marine fish and being disabled cleaning and maintenance is a chore especially getting in to the sump and the wier /overflow, well today using this was so much easier, it’s done the job in less than half the time it would have taken manually, why I waited until now to get this I’ll never know.
Was easy to put together and a breeze to use,ten outta ten!!!!
Fantastic vacuum
I love this vacuum cleaner. I prefer to use it without bags, which is fine, it hardle ever needs emptying the capacity is so huge. It is light weight, good looking, would definitely recommend.
Good buy
One of our best buys. Easy to use and makes diy easier as you just clean as you go. Works well in conservatory and on patio. Better than using my house vacuum
Love i
It worths every penny: it’s powerful, capable and works better than described. The size is really ok, and it’s more lightweight than you should think given the size. I’ve been going through an extensive refurbishing and remodelation upstairs at home and this little one saved my life from all the rubbish several times.
Two minor cons:
– Getting the wheels attached is hard, and they fall off quite easily. Needs to be improved.
– The bags are expensive: a set of 3 goes for about 15 quid.
EDIT: I’ve found a set of compatible and better bags for a better price, which brings the machine even better; I’m using now the PTX Universal filters 20-30L, which you can find in any B&Q ([…]). You’ll get 5 bags for 12 quid, they seem thinner (they are) but they work perfectly like the originals (I’ve noticed the vacuum sucks even better with this ones). The hole is a bit thinner, you’ll have to play a bit to get it in, but nothing really tough. Fantastic!

Great DIY vac
This has coped with everything I have thrown at it so far, plaster, brick, garage debris so much better for DIY/ Garage/ Shop than a domestic vacuum. I do use the bags to maximise dust suppression. Only niggle does not come with brush attachment but these can be had for a few quid and for info the attachments are 35 mm.

Ok, here is what i thought of the vacuum when used for automotive valeting:
-Very Good suction when using it for dry cleaning, the small tools supplied are perfect for getting into “most” nooks and crannies. The vacuum has enough power to make the seats and carpets look “fresh”.
Using as a wet vacuum after the dry cleaning was tedious. You need to empty the cylinder and dust off the dry filter (because its so dusty). Then put on the wet filter. Then find that the suction is not enough to suck the water out of the wet seats. It will only suck some moisture out if the seat is soaking wet. And after the cleaning, you find that the seats are still very wet and the cylinder has got some sludge in it (thats all it sucked in).
Bare in mind i have not tested it on anything accept for cleaning a cars interior. I purchased it for that reason and i have mixed feelings about it. Also the power lead is a bit short (but it doesnt really matter since you will always use a extension for such jobs).
Excellent Vacuum
Excellent “Went ‘n’ Dry” Vacuum at a great price. As others have noted, its a little noisy (aren’t hey all though?) and the hose isn’t great quality but if handled carefully, I think it should last OK. We wanted it to pick up saw and plaster dust, and to remove water from a sump and it did both jobs extremely well and it’ll be handy to clean the carpets in the car too.
It is a nice piece of technology, to be honest that is part of the reason I bought it. A few days after it had arrived, there was a problem with the pump in our dishwasher, which might have required a repairman to take it apart. Now I could fill the filter hole and the pump with clean water and easily pump it out. I did that there or four times, and whatever had blocked the pump was gone.
A small advice: The easiest way to clean the hose after use, is to put it in clean water and suck the water up through the hose.

I selected this product because of the brand & it’s a very sturdy machine, not too big but enough for my needs. Good suction & easily picked up wet dog hairs from my patio; beware of sucking up things that will clog the pipe though. Cable could be longer – had to use an extension lead to reach to the far end of the (not very big) patio!! (hence the reduction of a star in the rating).
This is a replacement for my trusty DeWalt DC500 that expired (but which I since fixed). As such, some of the downsides I mention should be taken in the context of a cheap product vs an expensive one…
First, the pros:
* It sucks. like really sucks. The DC500 is 500W and this is twice as sucky (in a nice way). I wanted something that could be left on (when clearing swarf from a mill, for instance), and even 1000W is kind of a lot for that sort of job, but you get your W’s worth with this.
* The hose has freely rotating ends. Blinding idea which makes a big difference, but see the cons.
And the cons:
* There is no simple and neat stowage of the cable. Sure, there is a nice velcro tie, but it’s too much of a drag to wrap the cable round your hand and then tie it off every time, and then have it dangling anyway. What it needs is just some hook things around the top/bottom joint so you can just wrap the cable around the whole thing is 5 secs.
* The hose is terrible, being stiff very stiff and not at all flexible. Saved from being binned only by the neat rotating ends that allow it to be usable. Much prefer the brilliant expanding hose the DC500 has.
* The tools fit on semi-circular cuts in the top casing. Or should – the fit is much too sloppy so what actually happens is that the tools fall off if you even breath on them, never mind catch them with the cable or hose. A nice interference fit would have worked wonders here.
* The top is held onto the bottom with two catches that rely on the plastic tab bending to attach (or detach). I am expecting the tabs to either break or not catch at some point. As a consequence of this design, and the lack of a gasket between top and bottom despite there being a channel for same, the fit is sloppy and the top rattles if you shake it. Well, the bottom rattles if you’re holding the top, but you get the drift.
* It is not ‘wet and dry’ but ‘wet OR dry’. There is a specific filter for dry, and a different one for wet use. The DC500 has a single filter for either, so you don’t really care whether stuff it wet, dry, damp, whatever, you just switch on and suck it up. You need to be a bit more circumspect with this one.
Overall, I am disappointed when comparing this to the DeWalt (there’s a surprise!), mostly because the problems I see could so easily be fixed. Nevertheless, it is great value for the money and, despite also having the DeWalt, I still use this one as well.
Love & hate it!
Love & hate it. Having only used this as a dry vacuum cleaner in the house, I find this to be powerful but the brush head is too small & need a longer extender tool if using as a vacuum. Filter gets clogged too quickly, which renders the vacuum cleaner useless unless the filter is cleaned often, and I am not talking about big floor areas being cleaned. This vac leaves carpet and floor clean but leaves me frustrated still. Overall, an effective cleaner if cleaning small areas eg car (lots of tools) or possibly as a wet vac (although I haven’t tried it yet). The blower is powerful, but don’t see a need to use it. Very noisy too.

I use this vac for valeting and it’s does the job pretty well, It has good suction and the miniature attachments are good for all the awkward little places you find in cars. It’s light to carry which is good but because the hose is a little stiff it does tend to knock the vac on it’s side but in its defence I’ve only used it a few times and it has been pretty cold so perhaps with more use and warmer weather the hose will be a bit more flexible. It sucks and blows and it does both very well.
I have been using this vacuum for everything since I got it. It has exceeded my expectations. I have just renovated a chapel and have vacuumed up sawdust, paint chips, mortar, sand, dust. It just keeps on going. I have used it as a vacuum on my table saw, router and miter saw – no issues. With the dustier jobs, the bag filter does clog up a bit – but that is why it is there. Cleaning it is easy. I have already recommended this to a friend. I would buy it again in an instant.

I am pleased with this unit. But deducting one star for the short mains lead and the very flimsy tool set. It is noisy but that’s OK for a workshop vac. Bags are quite expensive (around 3 each bought online) and as I am currently using the vac to clean up after extensive DIY work in the house, I seem to be filling up about one every other week. The bags are quite flimsy, and if you accidentally vac up even a small amount of liquid or damp plaster, the bag become like a wet tissue and small bits of rubble will go right through it. Which means that the cloth filter then gets clogged up and the suction power goes right down.
until it is removed and cleaned.
The castors are quite hard to fit. It needs a gentle tap with a block of wood and a hammer to make them CLICK into place; I couldn’t do it with my bare hands.
The tools are thin plastic and bend and come apart (the tube is in 3 pieces that simply push together (and come apart with over vigorous use). I’ve learned to use the tools very gently (on building rubble!!??) and it works OK. But I think the size is the same as many other vacs so I may look for a cheap replacement metal tool set. A longer flexible hose would be nicer too, as the supplied one makes it difficult to even reach a window cill without lifting the vac. Fortunately the vac is light weight.
Overall I find this good value for money and it does the job. It was recommended by a friend who has had one for years.

excellent tool. well built. Contrary to negative reviews The tools are certainly adequate. The wheels are easily fitted with a small drop of oil and a tap with a small hammer, unlike some other machines they will not fall out.. The instruction manual is clear. I have given my new machine a fairly good hourly use cleaning out my well needed garage, I am very pleased with the result and found that the machine was not unduly noisy. As the wheels are outboard of the drum the machine does not tip over when pulled along, which does happen with some other vac’s. The price is reasonable and I am satisfied that the build standard is just as good as I have always witnessed with years of using Draper tools.

Fab, not the most powerful or biggest, but as a compact and cheap wet vaccum it's pretty excelle
If you want the most powerful vacuum or largest vacuum then this ISN’T it. But at the price (45) it’s great as a compact vacuum that will work wet or dry. I used to dry off rug’s after shampooing and it was fine for that, but probably wouldn’t want to use it over a larger area such as a whole floor carpet.
Only really two small negatives, one is that the clips on the side do seem a tad flimsy and it can take a couple of tries to reattach the top after emptying, the other is that the blower hole can start to chuck out water once it get’s about half full, not a problem once you know about it, but be aware ,otherwise you can be oblivious to the fact you’re soaking someone behind the machine at one end while hoovering up at the other!
... have bought two of these and they represent very good value for money
i have bought two of these and they represent very good value for money. Excellent suction – but I have not used them to suck up liquids
Best gadget ever. Really powerful suction makes hoovering our cars quick and effective, and came in very handy when my garage flooded recently. Much admired by friends and neighbours.
Very good service - arrived two days after ordering
Very good service – arrived two days after ordering. Works very well – good suction. Only one small criticism in that the lead is on the short side but, other than that, would recommend.
Great for ca
Bought this so I could clean my car. Good strong suction for general picking up dirt and when you swap the filter thing it’s good for wet too. Easy to use. Dec recommend.
Great Vacuum!
Great vacuum overall with brilliant wet and dry suction power. Only ‘fault’ I could find is that the wide floor attachment wasn’t very adjustable and i ended up just leaving the optional end of the attachment completely off. Great product overall though- would definitely recommend!
excelle
Purchased this item for doing clearing up in the shed, etc., after doing DIY/Car etc, ,does what it say works very well ,plenty of attachment’s to do what you require, sent for some replacement bags from another firm as you only get the one, but these will last me a very long time, not cheap but you will not be changing them that ofte
It's a good value garage or building work vacuum
I read the review first
Casters work fine but you have to push them in
Mains lead is a bit short if your used to a dyson but it’s ok
Plastic suction wand is a little flimsy but actually very easy to disconnect etc versus steel
So for 58 good value
Excellent little cleaner, easy to handle and easy to empty. Having tiled floors and a few dogs (which have accidents from time to time), this cleaner is spot on! I recommend it.
Wet & Dry Vacuum
The vacuum does what it says. The change over between wet and dry is slightly fiddly, but not too difficult. I only use it as a wet vac, It gets up most of the water and is very good on ceramic surfaces. It will get most of the water out of a carpet, but as you would expect the rest of the water still has to evaporate. It can be stood on the ground or supported by its shoulder strap. It is rather noisy, but this is not a problem if you don’t have to run it for very long.
strong
ead all the reviews for this ,the only problem was it took 2 weeks to arrive ,the machine is really good could do with a longer power calbe is the only fault have to use cable reel that’s the only fault I could find
Draper 1375 W/Dry 20 litre vacuum cleane
This was bought to replace a cleaner bought over 20 years ago(Not Draper)
We have been very pleased with it. It is very efficient and was a good price and seems to be very well made

Good for the money
Good value wet and dry a bit fiddly to convert the previous wet and dry I had was just that the filter was able to get wet but with this one you have to remove the cloth filter and or paper bag then fit a foam filter which does not stop dust therefore you can only use it on water when in the wet mode.
powerful vac , lacking tool quality .
Not a bad vac although the plactic pipe and parts feel cheap but they serve there purpose . Make sure you get extra dust bags
as they can be tricky to get them .

Does everything I wanted it for.
Once again Amazon delivered my item before the expected date, fantastic service.
This was meant as a workshop vacuum, and for cleaning the car, and in it meets all my expectations for it. It is very powerful and light and easy to move around. All the tools and accessories are stored on the unit itself, so it packs away very tidily. Have not used it to clean up any spills yet, but based on the rest of its performance it should have no problems.
This is a super little hoover for the money. Have used it on the car and for cleaning around computer and also a bean to cup coffee machine where coffee grounds are often spilt & get in to all the small crevices within the machine.. The suction on the this unit is very good. I liked the fact that you get a set of very small nozzles & brushes and an adapter that allows you to clean/vacuum in intricate places & small gaps/crevices. Have not had this very long but cannot find fault at the moment. It comes with a leaflet where all spare parts are listed with details about ordering direct from Draper. At this time, I would definitely recommend this hoover to others. Obviously I cannot comment on long term durability, but I am very optimistic based on use so far.
DRAPER 13785 W/DRY VAC
bought this vacuum for myself to use around the workshop but the wife got hold of it first & i haven’t had a lookin-she loves it saying very strong suction & is ideal for getting dog hair of carpet-one of the best vacs she’s ever had
W/shop use!
Bought it especially for the garage/work shop, which it is fine for, also handy for the car without using the house one for. Negatives;- I found the bags difficult to get hold of and the mains lead quite short, but it is only 50 !
This has plenty of power. Biggest problem is my wife liked it so much she wanted it for the house but ive finally got it back on site. I ordered lots of cheap paper bags for it. It lifts rubble, nails and dust from the floor.
Does what is says it will do
Nice piece of kit, plenty of suction, quieter than my last garage cleaner, tidies away nicely. If you are looking for a cleaner for car / garage this one will do the job.
Assembllng.
Arrived on time all going well until I tried fixing the wheels it took me nearly 45 minutes and very sore hands not good Draper need
some modifying other than that OK.
Just the job!
This is just what we needed to keep our garage clean! As we keep a fridge freezer and tumble dryer in the garage it’s good to be able to clean out dust etc. Also very useful for clearing up after DIY jobs.
Great Vacuum Cleane
I use this vacuum cleaner in my shed to clean up after working on my wood lathe, its great and makes short work of the task of cleaning, which leaves more time to work on my turning.
Draper wet/dry 20ltr vacuum
very good suction as many have said the power lead & vacuum hose are a bit short. I purchased this to connect a orbital sander to for sand a ceiling dust free. The vacuum coped with the dust extraction, excellently. But where the vacuum suction hose being so short it meant having to place the machine on a cabinet to enable the sander to reach the ceiling which is a standard 8′ height very pleased with machine have used it many times to vacuum up small concrete debris wood shavings and general D I Y mess excellent for use in the garden and patio areas, sucks up most mess. also excellent for wooden floors and through the house. and in the garage not used the wet side yet but am sure this would be no problem. found it hard to get dust bags locally and when I did the price was a bit steep. Would suggest taking old dust bag to shop and getting some non Draper bags if possible I’m looking into a re- reusable dust bag which costs about 15-18.
Draper cleane
Does a great job but the design and the quality of the tools leave some doubt as to their longevity.
value for money
does a good job, useful tool. I had a great time cleaning out the dusty, spidery garage. recommend this vacuum
good hoove
he pipes are very bendy feel as if might snap
sucksion very good but will us in work shopnot house
Great produc
Use this in my workshop as a dust extractor and in the garden to keep the deck tidy, it’s light, powerful and easy to use
Good produc
Is what I expected. Not as powerful as the last one I had but adequate for my needs as a machine to use to clean up woodwork waste and small rubble. Only comes with one disposable bag but then I never used bags in my old model and that lasted 20 years!

Fabulous item at a brilliant price. Have had a similar item for almost 30 years so got a lot to live up to! But this is great – does exactly what it says it will do and looks great as well. Only problem is the length of the cable – have to use extension leads as this is not long enough. Would have thought it should have been longer as it is an item that you use outside (vacuuming the car etc) Not ideal.
Easy to put together, Very good suction, Does all I need it for in my workshop, makes short work of sawdus
work grea
his product works ok but I wish the power cord was longer. I bought it to clean the patio and decking in the garden and it works well for that purpose. I suspect it will also get used to vac out the cars too.

This item arrived really quickly. It took some (easy) assembly before it was ready for use. I was really surprised when I used this product to find that the suction power was extremely good. The vacuum picked up tiny hairs and fluff from my cream carpets. The only thing is that the vacuum is very noisy- however this must be due to the suction power. I would defiantly recommend. Also I should note that it’s very light to carry around. I haven’t used the wet function yet, so can’t comment on this.

Four stars only because I have to paint the inside of the container to prevent rust which caused the demise of previous two units I purchased in the last 6 years.
Used two part LV152 primer. Solves the problem and expect years of service.
An added bonus is that it is a little loud. (can’t hear the wife) 😀
I bought this initially just to clean out the car which it does superbly. With very strong suction and good manouverability on its 4 castors (not to mention its swish looks) I have a feeling I will be using it for many other cleaning tasks. It can also be used as a very powerful blower by switching the hose. Very pleased with this product.
Does everything I expected, and fits all my woodworking machines. It did a great job picking up soot when I cleaned the chimney !
Bought this as have quite a lot of building work going on and did not want put the usual house vac through this! So far, I have been pleased with this Vac, it has powerful suction and is pretty lightweight and cleans up mess quickly with no fuss. Downside would be the very short Mains flex and the plastic extension tubes which feel a bit flimsy. All in all, a great vac for workshop / car / mucky jobs but I would not use this if it were to be the primary / only Vac in the house.
