Just short of 8 years it's given up on us
We bought this on 15/2/2014. It has just given up on us early February 2022.
It got used twice a week during the winter month from November to February to help dry clothes indoors. It is not smelly at all and dries the clothes nicely. It is not a noisy dehumidifier either and very portable. We’ll hopefully be able to replace it with the same model again.
Couldn't live without this
Bought one 2016 and it stopped working 2022 so bought the same one. Couldn’t libe without this in the winter months drys clothes quickly
Great solutio
This has transformed the air quality and sorted out the humidity issues we had (due to drying washing in the house).
The only slight flaw is the handle – it can break if you lift the humidifier when the water tank is full (happened before – this is not my first one); I would still highly recommended it and it did not stop me from buying a second one!
Does what it says
A bonus is that it gives a lot of heat as a by product of the dehumidifying process. Very light and easy to use. This is my third dehumidifier and possibly the best, assuming it will have a long reliable lifetime.

It looks great. Nice size too. It is not silent, but I don’t mind that because I want to know it when it is on. It is very effective – it collects water very quickly and effectively.
Perfect for 3 bed house
I’ve found this a really great dehumidifier. I use it mostly on my landing with all the bedroom and bathroom doors open, lots of water extracted. Also great for when I’m drying washing inside, laundry setting is a life save
No more condensatio
Bought this to handle condensation in a garage we converted to a gym. Absolutely brilliant and no more condensation. Highly recommended.

I bought this to replace an Aldi one I had which had broken. So far it is good. Works well, has a timer which my Aldi mini one didn’t and I wonder if I over used that one as a result. I use it in my guest room where I dry washing. This has a washing drying setting which I have used alongside the timer. It is larger than what I had, but still light enough to move around and doesn’t feel too large for the room. I hope that this will last a long time!
My new best friend.
I love this little machine! We call her Eco and she travels round the house making it lovely. Very easy to lift and move around. I love the air she makes, I have allergies and since using this baby I haven’t had to take an antihistamine, epic since I used to take one every day! Wish I’d gotten her years ago. No condensation on the windows now in our two bed flat, no mould growing where is usually does, so happy! She dries the laundry beautifully and I don’t mind the noise. The low setting is easy to ignore and I like the noise as I know the air will be nice. The high setting is noticeable but if in eco mode it switches off when it’s not needed. It’s not so bad. I can’t sleep with it I’m my room but I put it in there for a couple of hours before I sleep and that keeps it fresh for the night. It works quickly. I love emptying the tank, so satisfying!
Economical and efficie
Now have two. Our old house is subject to condensation and mould which is so helped by my EcoAir. Just purchase additional one for our conservstory. Brilliant love them.
Best thing about this dehumidifier is the fact that operating in quiet mode is actually extremely quiet and the claim of 32dBA appears to be accurate. Its a very gentle fan noise and there is no additional mechanical whirr or any high pitched noise or anything of the sort (which I had on another manafacturer’s product and had to return). This is great in my small 1-bed flat as additional noise is usually quite noticeable and I particularly hate high pitched mechanical whirrs but I can tolerate normal fan noise no problem. The laundry mode is a god send and I can dry clothes indoors on a rack without massive amounts of condensation building up in that area. Its also the perfect size for smaller places, 12L dehumidifers are frankly just way too massive for 1-2 bed flats but the size of this one is perfect. The filter is easy to clean and the tank is easy to empty.
Very happy overall, the only test now is how long it’ll last before it breaks down 🙂
Works but.......
Bought to replace an EBAC dehumidifier, which ran on a timer. This unit has to go through a shutdown process so needs to be switched off from the top panel, it can also use the internal timer to switch off, but not back on.
The tank is smaller than I expected, and there is no facility to attach a drain leave it constantly running.
As a dehumidifier it has worked without any issues for a year now.
Compact tidy looking machine and it works!
I have always used the dehumidifier granules/balls in the winter months due to a small amount of condensation on my windows. Now due to lockdown because I have some damage to my chimney I’m without central heating and my house is almost a indoor swimming pool. This dehumidifier arrived yesterday and in six hours removed approx 3 litres of moisture. When I switched it on my very cheap humidity monitor was reading 81 percent. In six hours it had dropped to 59 percent and I was running the dehumidifier on medium. My smart electric meter was showing a electric use for about an hour as 30pence. But during this time I was also using the kettle, fridge and computer. I am prepared to increase my electric consumption while I get the moisture level down then I’m assuming I will use less just maintaining the level. I like the fact I can just press the 4hrs and let the machine do its stuff. I am sure that the overall temperature of my house has also increased slightly. I am very happy with yesterday’s performance if this continues I consider it money well spent. On medium the fan is loud but it didn’t interfere with listening to the tv we are a quiet house with just 2 people.
It has quickly become my husbands new obsession checking the hydro monitor to see how much the level has come down. ( bless him). Packaging was fine delivery prompt. I would recommend this model and would buy again even though this type of dehumidifier is more expensive.
Excellent dehumidifie
Works really well as a dehumidifier around the house. It was an added bonus to find out how well it dried damp clothes straight from the washing machine – no more having clothes drying on radiators, etc..

I cannot recommend this dehumidifier enough! It is quite, works very well and I use it every day in the winter days. It also does wonders drying my laundry. If there are 6or more stars I’ll give them.

Warranty honoured on machine leaking one year after purchase
I really liked this product, and for a year it has done a great job, but it has started leaking, and I have checked filter is clear, floor even, etc. Will contact manufacturer and see how good the 2 year guarantee is.
UPDATE: Ecoair dehumidifier humming away good as new after warranty honoured. The process was slowed down by delivery issues, but the team there were unfailingly helpful. I haven’t seen a product I liked more than this, so relieved that I can rely on Ecoair products…. even when they do go wrong.
simple to use
light weight, easy to move around. Small. Just what I needed.
Bought this because I have moved to a flat with a washing machine and not a washer dryer. I had a washer dryer in my last flat but don’t really like them and after reading about dehumidifiers with laundry functions decided to get this compact one as I live alone so don’t have huge amounts of laundry. Really like it and generally washing is almost dry when the 2 hour timer switches off. If it bedding, jeans , heavy towels it takes a bit longer. You can also air things off over the radiators to finish off . The amount of water it collects is amazing during the 2 hours . I did a test run without wet washing just to see how much water it collected but the water container was empty after the test run.
I might have bought the next one up to get a more powerful motor but my focus was size and this works well for me.

Woollens don’t shrink so a big advantage especially if you make a mistake with the tumble dryer.
Heats my flat by a couple of degrees when it’s on.
If you shake the washing and hang it over the airer it’s almost crease free.
This little machine has made such a difference.
This has been wonderful. In the first week it needed emptying everyday and has made such a difference to the downstairs of the house. We only have a two bed house but we need two dehumidifiers especially during the winter when drying laundry inside. The downstairs now feels much cosier and warmer and we’ve needed the heating on less even after only a month. Im glad we bought the desiccant type as it does get very cold overnight in our extension.
It is a great little unit. Easy to move and neat looking. Slim device that fits alongside furniture. I’ve not used the timer yet I just leave it on auto. Easy to use and maintain.

Great little machine DD122 Mini
This is a powerful and very compact machine which I have standing in my bedroom. It collects a lot of water for such a small machine. I use it on the first setting overnight and manage to sleep so happy with that. We live in a stone house with solid walls and the bedroom windows are on both the north and the south side of the bedroom. Haven’t had a drop of condensation on any window since I started using this machine overnight, on the 1st setting, so am very happy. With it being so compact it has a very small water tank, so that is the only negative with this machine but you can’t have everything. I recommend it.

Great small dehumidifier
The rebranded DDI arrived when I ordered this.
Have used it on the boat and humidity reduced from 80% to 65% in a couple of hours, and extracted about haLf a litre of water to do this.
There seems to be a cutout for continual drain on the back which could match up with the condensate exit but no hose is provided for this and I find using the two hour timer adequate.
