Left the garden to go ‘au natural’ for a couple years so needed to set about to tidy. This is a great device. Hedge Trimmer is efficient, pruning tool a life saver. It is quite heavy, strap included to distribute the load, and after a while you get used to it. Battery good for a hour or so continuous use. Recommended.

Used this in summer time and both the hedge trimmer and chain saw work really well. Just make sure on fitting the cutting chain you fit it the correct way round on my first attempt it was wrong but great when fitted correctly.
Very happy. So much handier than climbing on step ladder trying to reach the top of the hedges. Battery lasted about an hour and a half of constant use…. I was ready for a break anyway by that stage. I found it to be a little heavy then fully extended but still useable and much safer than being up steps. Very happy with this… Should have got it ages ago!

Ok let’s make it clear this (heavy)
But if you get the handle and shoulder strap in the best place for you it is a bit easier to use
But the hedge trimmer and chain shaw are exerlent to use
And when you have finished the hedges
Their is no need for the gym
It is well made and versatile having the two interchangeable heads
To date I have only used the hedge trimming attachment, it is the wrong time of the year (i.e. Summer) to carry out pruning with the chain saw attachment, but feel sure that it will be equally as effective. Overall I am very pleased with the product although it is a little on the heavy side, needing a firm hand to be in control.
Been thinking about buying one for sometime but I couldn’t get a suitable one for the price so after looking around for a few weeks i plunged for this one and to my surprise it was the cheapest one for the job

Great machine headge trimmer cuts really well and the hard to reach places wen using the extension bit ,chainsaw works great to especially at the thicker pieces of wood ,can be bit heavy after using it for 15min ,but I’m glad I purchased this
Bought to help keep an unruly field hedge in order. Easy to assemble, surprisingly weighty and balance could be better i.e less weight tool end or more weight battery end, preferably the former. Only used the chain saw so far which cuts well on branches, the thicker the better tbh. Cuts thick branches 3-4inches if you don’t rush or apply too much pressure or it can jam. Seemed to jam up a bit on small stuff fairly often, eg brambles, which are better suited to the trimmer I suspect. Overall easier to use than my petrol alternative. Good investment I think, but early days.

Not the most powerful hedge trimmer or chainsaw. The hedge trimmer is ok for small branches but got stuck multiple times on black berry vines. With appropriate technique the chain saw can be used to chop of medium size branches was able to chop off a brach about 6cm in diameter. Bit in the heavier side and very top heavy as expected. Reach is reasonable
Already have 2 4Ah batteries for other products in the range, so this was a bit of a no brainer. We have a lot of fairly high and awkward hedging, and a couple of yew “pyramids”. The pole trimmer makes reasonably short work of the jobs, but can be a bit awkward fully extended – but reach is fantastic. My mai concern was that I would get through battery much faster than the estimated 1h for a 4Ah battery, but it seems quite realistic to run the battery down and then charge it while running on the other one. I can’t see needing more than 2h worth, so brilliant!
Great tool for out-of-reach places
Does exactly what it says! Both hedge trimmer and pruner are surprisingly powerful! It is quite heavy when extended, but there is no solution to this as the motor has to be on the end of the pole. A reasonably fit person will not have any problems, but not if you’re physically fragile! Very pleased with my purchase!
No external packaging just retail box. First one turned up used and in a damaged/tatty box – I contacted Amazon immediate who arranged a replacement without any fuss and it turned up the next day (A+). Unfortunately that one was also in damaged packaging, so much so a number of the attachments appear to have fallen out in transit and were lost. Had to contact Einhell CS who were superb and a replacement was sent out the same day.
Once I finally had the complete setup it worked great. Batteries charge super quick. Easy to assemble and do exactly what it is supposed to doWell (albeit it’s quite cumbersome and heavy if you don’t need the full reach).
Just a shame the purchasing experience was sooo bad. Credit to Amazon and Einhell for being responsive though.

Genial para uso ocasional
Por el precio cumple su cometido. la sierra corta ramas de hasta 18 cm a gran altura, siempre que tengas dominio de la maquina, cosa a veces difcil si extiendes al mximo el brazo, pues llega a necesitar cierta fuerza y destreza para colocarla en la rama a cortar. El cortasetos le falta algo de fuerza. Se atasca si abarcas mucha cantidad de tallos y mas cuanto mas tiernos y hmedos. Termina por cansar los brazos a alguien que como yo, anda justo de msculo. Pero si tienes paciencia, lo consigues ya que la batera dura bastante. No doy medidas, pues se prestan a engao, todo va depender del tipo de ramaje, la cantidad y el estado de estas, hmedas, tupidas, fibrosas, etc. Y tambin la altura y fuerza del que la maneja.
Nichts für schwache Arme
Die ersten Heckenschnitte klappten problemlos, auch dickere Bereiche vom Kirschlorbeer hat die Heckenschere mhelos gemeistert. So bei 1,5cm Durchmesser und verholzten Zweigen ist dann aber Schluss und es verhakt sich. Der Teleskopmechanismus funktioniert gut, aber die Kopflastigkeit ist schon erheblich – da hilft auch das Gegengewicht durch den dicksten Akku nicht. Man muss schon sehr krftig dagegenhalten und wrde sich auch einen besser gepolsterten Gurt wnschen.

Great tool for pruning trees and hedges
Only used the chain saw attachment at the moment but looking forward to cutting the hedges with ease in the new year.
The saw makes easy work of trimming the top of trees. It’s a shame you cannot use the same saw attachment as a handheld without the pole. Also, I don’t believe there is a strimmer attachment available which would have been nice too.
Although it’s not that heavy, it’s not very well balanced but the strap does help a bit.

un oggetto davvero utile. Non posso dire che sia fatto benissimo perch il terminale con la sega, si aperto durante l’uso. Al primo utilizzo tra le altre cose. Si sono staccate anche le guarnizioni che dal serbatoio dell’olio servono a lubrificare la catena. L’ho rimontato tutto ed ora pare funzioni bene. Speriamo…
Práctico disponer de cortasetos y motosierra pero muy pesado con la pértiga extendida
Lo compr para poder “arreglar” el seto de la valla , el cual llevaba mucho tiempo sin cuidar y estaban los cipreses muy altos y estaban entrando las zarzas entre los arboles
Para cortar los cipreses ( ya de un dimetro considerable para hacerlo con la tijera de podar utilice la motosierra la cual los corto con facilidad , lo nico es que los cortes altos era difcil de soportar la mquina con la persiga extendida sobre todo contra ms horizontal estaba la prtiga )
A el cortasetos le costaba cortar alguna pequea rama de pino que estaba entre los cipreses y eso que eran de 1,8 cm de dimetro , pero las ramitas del ciprs ( madera ms blanda) se cortaron bien
Lo realice con la batera de 4Amp y la verdad es que tiene buena duracin y fuerza hasta casi el final de carga que empieza a pararse
Es muy prctico el sistema de fijacin de las herramientas lo que posibilita un cambio rpido de cortasetos a motosierra sin utilizar herramientas
Como comentaba antes lo nico que echa para atrs es el peso de la mquina cuando la prtiga est extendida al mximo , siendo ms cmoda y manejable con la prtiga sin extender completamente
Para un uso en un jardn normal es ms que suficiente , la recarga de la batera es bastante rpida ( las bateras se compran aparte y es aconsejable escoger las de mayor capacidad para disponer de energa y fuerza )
AKKUBETRIEB mit Hochendaster u. Heckenschere
Hallo Nutzer, bin ganz gut angetan von diesem Teil. Ich betreibe den Hochendaster mit einem 4,0 Akku Original Einhell, dieser Akku hat Bums ohne ende. Da gibt es kein ruckeln beim sgen und sgt Holz, Ast mit mehr als 10 cm problemlos durch. Wenn bei anderen Nutzern ein Ruckeln entsteht, liegt das sicherlich am kleineren AKKU! Das Eigengewischt der Sge, also nur das Sgeteil, ist ziemlich schwer, geschuldet am Stahlgetriebe, drckt auf das Holz, man mu in der Hhe nicht noch zustzliche Krfte aufbringen. Bei ausgefahrener Lnge wird es auch etwas schwierig. Da braucht es schon KRAFT um die Sge zu halten. Vier Meter Hhe ist auch eine Ansage. Aber es geht. Wrde auch mit einer vielleicht” besseren”Hochsge, schwierig.! Was mir absolut nicht passt, das Spiel beim Winkeleinstellung. Dieses Winkelspiel ist nicht exakt und einfach zu gro! Hier ist wirklich noch Handlungsbedarf. . Also, Gut, aber wehr mu jeden Tag im Grundstck Bume entasten?…Das Teleskoprohr ist krftig genug dafr. Ist in normaler Hhe stabil. Also, fr mich ist das Teil gut. Das Gewicht ist etwas zu hoch, aber die Stahlgetriebe halten ewig!! Wenn ich da an andere Gartengertehersteller denke, drei Mal benutzt, Schrott. Da ist Einhell schon Spitze, auch mit anderen Gerten dieser Serie. Die Heckenschere habe ich noch nicht genutzt. Habe aber schon eine Akkuheckenschere von Einhell, kleines Modell, geht einwandfrei. Werde ich aber nun weniger nutzen weil mit der NEUEN, brauch ich kein Untergestell oder Leiter mehr. Habe nun eine Unfallquelle weniger! Htte ich mir schon viel eher zulegen solln. Naja, man lernt NIE im Leben aus.

Bien, para uso doméstico.
Hace mucho apao, para no tener que contratar a un jardinero. Soluciona podas de cierta envergadura, aunque por su puesto pesa y al cabo del tiempo, revisar mi valoracin pues tampoco costo 2 duros y se supone dure muchos aos. La batera aguanta poco con la motosierra , con el cortasetos aguanta bastante ms , aunque en un tiempo de descanso entre que se hacen otras cosas, est otra vez disponible para seguir Hay que tener ayuda de una segunda persona para evitar que la motosierra se “encaye” y no se pueda sacar, quedndose en un tronco en altura( problemon ) , puede hablar en sentido contrario de la rama. La calidad parece correcta, aunque el primer equipo lo devolv , pues la caja abierta ya me avis de problemas y despus de montada, no se poda desmontar por problemas en la patilla ( mosqueo del uno) , pronto comprobar su vuelve a funcionar como el ao pasado que trabajo por horas y horas…y me dej con agujetas , claro est, no soy jardinera.

Para casa para darle poca caa, parece que puede valer….corta bien y dura bastante..mientras recoges un poco la poda pongo a cargar batera y vas haciendo labor….de poner algn pero….es un poco pesada….hay que estar fuerte…
