Nice little mower to replace a bosch one that broke (the adjustable plastic arm inside of the bosch broke making the front wheels collapse and useless). This mower has a metal adjustable arm on the outside so less likely i will break this. I agree also that pressing the handle down to keep it powered can become tiresome and i do switch hands even if pushing with the other hand is somewhat awkward (the deadman’s handle should of been the width of the handle it is mounted on and not the width of a hand). I did notice that when i go over some bumps you instinctly almost release the handle and lose power momentarily. However as a lawnmower it cuts well (longish and slightly wet grass at the time) and collects grass well, I have a small and uneven lawn. The grass collector box is an odd shape tongue at the opening end so that when it is time to empty it, you do spill some and leave some behind in the mower. It just means when you finish and put it away you will need to power it on briefly to blow the last bits into the box for a final emptying (I can live with this). The grass collector box is lower than I am used to which makes it impossible to tip the front wheels upwards to any great degree when going up a step but I don’t have to do this often so I use the base handle to lift it. All in all not a bad mower compared to the other ones i researched

Perfect for a budget mowe
Very happy. Cuts neat and short. Just a little heavier than expected but well made German product . Took about 20 mins to build and would say easier with two people.

The height adjustment is so simple to operate, and the full-width bar that operates the power switch is a great asset too! Grass box is easy to attach and detach when required and stays in place when the machine is in operation.

Ok so I just recieved the mower yesterday, (Tuesday 10th April 2018) and my first impression is that this is a quality well made and very well designed mower. Assembly is extremely easy and takes no more than twenty minutes. The instructions come in a booklet form along with about 10 other languages, photographs help explain the simple procedure in putting it together. One note to mention is that the mowers handle is fitted by means of two tension toggles that you screw onto the threaded bolt supplied, these only need to be threaded on a short distance in order to allow them to be twisted into position and thus create a firm tension against the side bars. If the tensioner are threaded too far onto the bolt, it then becomes impossible to twist them into position and thus achieve the fit you require. Once you undo the tensioner, the hand bar becomes loose and this allows you to turn the handbar through 180 degrees for easy storage. Another handy feature is the grab handle which is mounted on top of the motor housing, it’s poised nicely at the centre of gravity to allow a balanced carry when transporting it to the required lawn. The flex supplied is adequate to reach around a small lawn, but if your like me and have an enormous length of lawn, then it’s best to plug it into a nice lengthy extension wire. Flex supplied is roughly 10 metres. Coming onto the height adjustment, this is done rather simply by means of a single leaver which then adjusts all four wheels simultaneously. There are 4 different heights which give an excellent cutting finish to the lawn. I tried mine upon level 2 and the resulting cut was a superb football field even and level finish. Noise wise, it’s a rather low level hum that is well acceptable and not disturbing by any means. The grass collection box is of sufficient size and gathered up all the grass in one go from my front lawn which is approx 15ft by 8ft. Fitting the grass box is a simple task and it just clips onto two lugs and rests nicely into position without much fuss at all. The cutting blade is a good quality steel blade which allows easy resharpening by means of an angle grinder. Finally it’s nicely finished in a stylish red black and silver detail which looks very pleasing to the eye. Overall it’s a fairly easy manoeuvrable machine which is not to heavy at all, and easily allows cutting with one hand. In summery it’s a very good machine which is well worth the money, and comes with a good warranty and all the parts you need, blades, etc via Amazon. Highly recommended, An excellent choice from a quality manufacturer.

A light but very sturdy mower which cuts beautifully! I have used it throughout the summer 3-4 times a week and it’s a pleasure to use! Highly recommend – I’ve recently had several mowers and each has only lasted a year whereas this one is far better.

Usato diverse volte dall’acquisto, ha svolto egregiamente il proprio lavoro. Il taglio preciso e veloce, il motore non molto rumoroso. Il contenitore dell’erba tagliata non molto capiente (ma nella descrizione era ben specificata la capienza) per cui se l’erba alta bisogna fremarsi abbastanza spesso per svuotarlo. Vale sicuramente pi di quanto costi.
Unica nota negativa (per questo 4 stelle e non 5) la conformazione del fondo della macchina. Mi riferisco alla ‘cupola’ che sta intorno alla lama: non liscia come mi aspettavo, ma ha una serie di incavi, curve e recessi vari che si riempiono d’erba e risulta lungo e difficile ripulire per bene.
Le immagini allegate, sebbene non perfette, credo rendano l’idea. Notare che sono state realizzate dopo aver ripulito il tutto, nel miglior modo possibile, con spazzola e forchettina per svuotare i fori rettangolari che si vedono nelle immagini.
Ribadisco, per, che nell’uso si comporta molto bene.

Einzig der Schalter am Griff ist etwas ungeschickt platziert, man verkrampft sich leicht, weil man ihn ja immer gedrckt halten muss.

I really have nothing bad to say about it other than its size, iv used it on some really tough areas of my yard and it worked fine and for the price, if it brakes ill probably buy another one

Got this for a good price on a promotion. Been using for this summer. Feels more sturdy/robust than other makes in price range. Very happy so far. Feels better than bosch and flymo models previously owned. If lasts as long then I would buy this make again.

Love this lawnmower. It has made it easier to transform my lawn from a chopped up mess (previous hideous hovver-type mower) to a lovely green garden. Easy to use (my 11 year old boy can even use it without a problem) and collects the cuttings nicely. My only critical point would be that it is fiddly to keep the lever held on. Apart from that – perfect!

Delivered by prime in less than 24 hrs. Tick. Easy to put together. Tick. Cable long enough. Tick. Cut good. Tick. Light to carry round back. Tick. Advice? 1. Have a thin screwdriver handy to align the click handles for ease of threading. Do not over tighten before you test for lock. 2. Grass box is click fit. You need an alternate surface to make it easy. Don’t try to do in the air! 3. Comes at 20 mm cut. Don’t be an idiot like me and go straight at it. 30mm is close enough for rock and roll! 20mm is like a bowing green! Also the other fitting are inside the grass exhaust area of the mower, so do not worry bits missing! Garden has 3 areas. (34)2 mtrs (24m2) and 7×7 (49m2) so 75m2. 20 mins including emptying. The edge thing that other people mention is true!! On a design viewpoint the dead man handle is fine. The fitting of the push handles is by bolt to a sturdy area of the body. Not push fit into plastic Eg bosch. Overall 5 stars in every respect. And it’s red!
Consegna puntuale e buon imballaggio. Non viene debitamente segnalato che il “tappo” per mulching non fornito nella confezione standard ma da comprare a parte.
After plenty of research, I settled on this Einhell mower. It's relatively simple to put together, although there are no instructions. Just have a quick look at the pictures and it becomes pretty obvious what goes where. I read some reviews of other Einhell's that don't come with a power cord. This one does, with a regular moulded UK plug. The mower is sturdy, manufactured from what feels like good quality plastics, yet still lightweight and manoeuvrable. Time will tell on the quality of the materials and wear and tear.
A lot of my research centred on whether the 1250W motor would be suitable, or should I go for a more powerful motor. The first use was on longish grass which was dry on top, but very wet down at soil level. This goes against the recommendations, but I would of needed another week of glorious weather to dry the grass out totally. Anyway, the Einhell performed admiarably. The cut was clean, no tearing or ripping, the motor was plenty powerful enough to cope. There was some clogging up of the channel from the blade housing to the collection box which was to be expected, with that length of wet grass. A quick clear out and on we went. The height adjustment mechanism is simple to use, and lowers/raises all four wheels. Gone are the days of having to remove the blade and fit shims, or of adjustment mechanisms only changing the back wheels!!
My only gripe is the operating interlock mechanism. Other models of Einhell have an interlock bar that is the length of the handle. This one has an 'L' shaped lever in the corner of the handle. After a while, my hand did start to ache a little. A bar type mechanism is more comfortable to use. I think that's more my personal preference, so certainly doesn't detract from the 5 star review. Plus, my grass was long and wet. The next time I use the mower will be a more standard cut, on shorter dry grass (if this weather keeps up!) hopefully, which will be quicker and easier.
So, to summarise, a well made, light, manoeuvrable mower. The power rating of the motor is up to the job for an average size lawn, coping well with long, wet grass. The solidly constructed collection bin is ample in size and simple to remove/refit.

I was quite surprised that this German lawnmower would be coming from Spain, but it arrived within a week of ordering. On opening I discovered that there was no power cable, but on contacting the supplier, via Amazon, a remedy was forthcoming virtually straightaway. Putting the machine together was quite easy, particularly if the wheels were aligned correctly. My son was the first to use the mower and pronounced it a great success – much quicker than our previous hover mower, much quieter, and the grass box collection more successful. Time will tell how reliable the machine is, but our initial experience is that it is a very good buy.
I don’t know why I didn’t get one of these sooner. I’d struggled with an underpowered one that was left gasping for breath (as was I) by the time I’d ploughed across the lawn. – The motor in this doesn’t seem to strain, no matter how thick the grass, and the height adjustor (gear lever) is very simple to use. With a full width bar to activate the motor, you don’t get hand strain holding a silly little handle tucked away on one side.
It’s great for even the largest of lawns, and the grassbox is big enough to minimise the number of times you need to empty it.

Really happy with this lawnmower. It is quite light, so it’s easy to move around.
It’s very easy to adjust the cutting height and there are several to choose from.

Well pleased with the mower but not with the late delivery, I paid extra for next day delivery ( ordered in time ) and it did’nt happen; Refund Please.

Eine Kabelbefestigungklammer fehlte, aber das war kein Beinbruch, da ich ohnehin zustzlich sowohl das Kabel als auch die Verbindungsteile

good value and easy to use
easy to put together, easy to change blade cut height, lightweight, longish lead, good sized grass box and fab cut….what more could I ask for. for !! Would certainly purchase again, very pleased, seems good value for money.

idy bit of kit, easy to set up, 5 grass cut settings, I find the middle setting best and so simple to change using the gear stick, no need for spanner etc.

This is a good lightweight mower. It won’t handle grass that is too tall or wet, and is narrow so for a large lawn wouldn’t be the right product. But for a small area and with grass that’s kept down by regular use, it’s fine. I’d never heard of Einhell before I did the research on this, but it has turned out to be a good purchase. It’s mostly plastic, so I wonder about long term durability, but after a few months, there is no sign of strain at all.
Wow, a bargain and seriously good quality, I have 90ft of back garden and 35ft at the front and with an extension lead this does the job, A little noisy for electric…. sounds more like petrol but dont mind as it cuts so well at all sorts of lengths and is so easy to use, empty the very generous grass box and store away too! I’ve been using this every 2-3weeks for 3 months and its not let me down yet.

I may need to come back and downgrade this if the mower doesn’t last, but out of the box and onto the (overgrown and soaking) lawn it is fab. It replaces a 20 yr old black and decker which I finally threw out because I had to manually spin the blade to get the motor to kick in, which was a bit unsafe… The new mower is easy to use. The height adjustment is really good (though is the bit I guess is most likely to break in a year or so), and the clipping box is sturdy enough. Best though is the power. It seems able to cut just about anything. Today the lawn was really long, maybe 8 inches, soaking wet etc, and it went straight through. Excellent. Long may it continue.
A key factor for lawn-mowers is durability (switch failed on my last one; I’ve had mowers where plastic casing broke, etc.), and of course I can’t comment on that yet, though it looks well-made. Apart from that, I like the on-off bar running parallel to the handle-bar (for older people with arthritic hands , much better than the button that has to be kept depressed on many of its rivals) , the height-adjustment lever is very easy to use , the machine is easy to store, and in general it seems to be designed with good attention to detail and it does a sound job , so I have no criticisms to make – I’d say it’s very good value.

Good quality make, easily assembled and gave a good finish to lawn including up to a straight edge, as described. Like the solid grass collection box which easily attaches and detaches as required. Recommended.
Better than a hover.
So much better than my previous hover mowers (easier and more effective), even on a large and uneven lawn. It’s fairly solidly built so should hopefully last a few years.

I Think einhell products are far better than most makes than most mowers I recommend to every one who likes a tidy law
I really like this mower. I have a large garden (140ft long x 40ft wide) with bumps and dips and this handles it great. I used to have a heavy petrol mower so was reluctant about buying this. Overall really happy. Only slight downside was the grass box is a material and I’ve scraped it on the hedge. It hasn’t ripped through but looks like it has. Hope the material lasts a long time.

Cuts grass well, but have already bent the blade, three times used.
A powerful no-nonsense machine with a large-diameter blade. I particularly like the robust height-setting lever plus the continuous one-piece start/stop lever on the handle. The whole thing is easily folded if required and, for those who still doubt it, it does come with a UK plug, about 10 M of cable and cable clips to hold the cable to the frame.
Certainly, it is the best mower that I’ve bought so far.
Good machine. Light, easy to manoeuvre, cuts fine and raising or lowering it to change the height of the cut is no problem. Flex long enough to cope with our small lawn. One irritation: you have to hold the on switch very tightly indeed all the time you mow or the motor cuts out. It is quite an effort and quite uncomfortable to have to hold it that tightly all the time. Luckily, our lawn is not huge. Assembly was ok, with two of us to figure it out. Took 5-10 minutes.
Light weight, packs a decent amount of grass into the box, i’ve had no issues with it, has whizzed round my garden.
I had a similar styled mower which failed to collect most of the grass it cut, so I was a bit concerned that this may be the same. That is not the case though, this mower doesn’t leave anything behind at all.
The small flap to indicate a full basket is very handy, as well as accurate.
The height adjustment is easy to operate with one hand.
The mower is very light and easy to manoeuvre.
Overall an excellent mower, I am very happy with its performance so far.
I thought this mower was pretty good for the price, it worked well for my slopey garden. Both of my front and back gardens are on a slope – the incline is about a 20% front and 35%+ rear. The rear garden goes down in a stepped style with some flat areas and some very steep drops. There’s also rockeries and other bits interspersed and a river right at the bottom. It’s a real pain to mow. I’ve not had this mower long, but I’ve been pretty impressed by it, it’s reasonably light, the height adjustment is really quick and easy and the grippy wheels mean you can mow across inclines, not just up/down – this helps to prevent the blade scarring the lawn on the hump of the incline. Hover-style/flymo mowers are not so good for this, because the lack grip mean they just float up/down the incline.
Other minor points:
– Assembly is fairly easy, but the instructions could be better, it’s just a series of photos rather than actual instructions.
– I found that the grass container filled up pretty quickly and was a bit awkward to clip/unclip, after I while I got the hang of it though.
– You’ll need an extension lead – if your garden is small enough for the 10m lead provided, you could probably buy a cheaper/smaller mower.

good value mowe
very easy to assemble, and easy to use. Got to watch for the cable of course, after 5 seasons with a petrol mower.
I looked at Bosch mowers but the reviews weren’t good missing parts etc so i bought this. First the mower might have been
made in China like the Bosch but the Germans must be checking quality control because the parts fit like a glove. When you attach
the top part of the handle you can adjust the length a couple of inches.
If you buy from Amazon you get 10 metres of cable with a 13amp plug. Trouble is they have not fitted it through the cable guide
and the plug is factory sealed. I bought a connector from Amazon for 2 and this enables you to remove the cable. If you do this
make sure you fit it correctly or you could end up dead.
I have used it to cut my over grown grass and it did a great job and it packs the grass in the box tight.
If you want a good well made machine without a load of bells and whistles this is worth a look.

Warum diese berschrift?
Dieser Rasenmher bringt fr wenig Geld ein hervorragendes Arbeitsergebnis wenn er eingesetzt wird fr was er gedacht ist!
Auf Grund der geringen Schnittbreite, des kleinen Fangkorbes und der Motorleistung ist das ein Rasenmher fr kleine Grten bei nicht allzu hohem Gras.
Da dann die Mhzeit ja relativ kurz ist stellt auch der Hebel (ein durchgehender Bgel wre natrlich besser) kein Problem dar.
Der Fangkorb ist bei Beachtung der og. Punkte auch ausreichend gro um nicht dauernd geleert werden zu mssen.
Die Schnitthhenverstellung ist gut gelst und schnell zu bewerkstelligen. Ist das Gras nicht sehr hoch reicht auch die Motorleistung.
Kein Rasenmher ist leise, der Lrm hlt sich bei diesem aber in Grenzen.
Zusammenfassend ist zu sagen, ein fr diese Preisklasse sehr gut ausgestatteter Rasenmher.
Wrde ich wieder kaufen.
Easy to assemble, nice big collection box, easy to manoeuvre, easy height adjustment, a little loud but overall copes with my big garden with ease.
I bought this to replace my old cheap and cheerful flymo. This does a lot better at collecting grass cutting’s but takes longer to cut than flymo as is more cumbersome.
It comes with a 13a plug fitted and height adjustment is simple to use.
Extremely pleased with this lawnmower. Great design, looks good as well as being totally practical and efficient at its job. Easy to maneuver and empty. Ideal for smaller lawns due to electric cable and the capacity of the grass holder.
This is without doubt the best lawnmower that I have ever bought not only is it easy to construct it is very robust,lightweight and easy to push and manoeuvre.It gives a very close shave to the grass and the grass box is not flimsy like that on the Bosch motors.
I have no hesitation in recommending this purchase to others.

It was just what I wanted having given up on petrol powered tools. It was exactly as described; worked straight from the box. Packaging excellen; Easy to use and very light. Could lift it with one hand. Large capacity collecting box. Perfect. Would recommend to anyone.

Mit dem Einhell GE-EM1233 habe ich ihn gefunden. Der Fankkorb nimmt das Mhgut sehr gut auf (bisher blieben keine Reste zurck) und lsst sich leicht entleeren. Das Herausnehmen und Einsetzen des Fangkorbes ist vllig unproblematisch. Das Schnittergebnis vllig in Ordnung.
Einziges Manko: Der Einschaltgriff muss sehr nah herangezogen und festgehalten werden, was auf die Dauer auf die Handmuskeln geht. Dies ist aber nicht ber zu bewerten. Kann auch ein subjektiver Eindruck sein, weil ich dies von meinem Vorgngermher nicht kannte, der ber einen Bgelgriff ber die gesamte Breite verfgte.
In Anbetracht des dazu noch gnstigen Preises: 5 Sterne

Equipment arrived with one bolt missing. No problem, as I had one from a previous mower.
Easy to put together, light weight and easy to manoeuvre, good quality materials, very efficient, the lawn looks perfect and all cut evenly, the height adjustment is a handy feature with one lever controlling all four wheels, easy to empty, would definitely recommend!
