Impressive mower even for tricky lawns
This mower was easy to assemble, cuts the grass like a pack of zebras on steroids after a hunger strike. I really like this mower and although I have a small lawn section that has a few bumps and difficult corners I suspect it will perform well on larger lawns as well. Definitely 2thumbs to the sky!!!
Moved into house and needed to cut the grass as was overgrown. Good lawnmower, was a toss up between this and the Bosch rotak. One thing the Bosch has that this doesn’t is the ability to create lines in the lawn . This one doesn’t so if that’s important for you then this isn’t the lawnmower for you.
Fairly easy to put together. Good grass collection box and flap that tellls you when it’s full. Good capacity. Don’t have to empty it while doing my lawn, which I’d say is average size medium garden. 5 different heights and adjustment lever easy to use. Cable long enough but might need extension or outside plug. Easy to push and does a good job of cutting the grass without ripping it to shreds.
Im in love
After a shoulder injury and my old flymo breaking down my grass was about four foot hign, i put this mower on the highest setting and it cur my super long grass like a boss!! The grass was also slightly damp and it did not get clogged or anything, im so impressed best mower i think iv ever had its brilliant!
Does what it says on the ti
Works well but the grass bin doesn’t always fit snugly and needs a bit of manouvering. Otherwise I am very happy with the job it does.
Missing Parts
Instruction not clear enough, missing part 19 and I have no way to contact Amazon or supplier to get the missing pa
I previously had a Einhell petrol mower, but then that had reliability issues. The main one was it would not start.
So after spending money on parts, I had to let it go. As it was not worth keeping it, or spending anymore money on it.
So I bought this, & now it’s easier, as I don’t have to lift a heavy machine. This is a lot lighter, & smaller.
You get what you pay for, & this is not a robust item. So take that into account please. It is noticeably weaker, & fragile in its construction compared to the petrol one.
It has a height adjuster, & will do a good job of cutting the lawn. When pushing it there is a lack of torsional rigidity in the handles, & they do move more than the old petrol one.
I think this item is OK, & do recommend it.
Also now I don’t have to pull hard on a starting pull cord. So my right shoulder will now not suffer like it did. Therefore from the start that’s one major benefit.
Value for money
This is the best product in this price range but consider to buy cordless. I cut the wire within 15 minutes I start cutting the grass
I was very pleased with this mower. Received it on 19th May 2022 and until today had used it twice – very successfully. I like the various heights of the blade which it has – and the cut was very good. Today, for my third cut it managed one strip of the lawn – it then sputtered and died. Einhell told me it is faulty and I should return it to Amazon. I have instigated the return process and have – hopefully not stupidly – asked for a replacement. It was good enough to give them a second chance. Watch this space.
Very quiet one
I used to have a Bosch Rotak for 10 years before it packed up
Based on the recommendation I went for this one and I am really happy. A solid build and a powerful machine come with a good set of features. But more importantly a quiet one !!
Got this yesterday after ordering the day before, paid for fast delivery My old hover mower had called it a day halfway through mowing the lawn . It had done 12 years service so probably due to retire.
I saw the reviews for this one and decided to try a wheeled model with grass collection capabilities.
I have a small to medium back and front garden.
Back garden is justt too long for the 10 metre cable this machine comes with bur reaches the front one ok. I had to use an extension with my old mower anyway, so that wasn’t an issue.
It was well packaged with the manufacturers box inside a plain brown Amazon box.
On opening it looked a little intimidating to assemble on first glance but once you started getting the pieces out, it wasn’t too difficult.
The instructions aren’t all that clear and are picture based. As they are black and white, I couldn’t see easily, which side of the handle the washers should go (inside or outside) on looking closer, the bolt fits in the square hole on the inside of the handle, so the washer goes on the outside, with the folding handle release lever.
Also wasn’t sure, how much to tighten the release lever. If you tighten them up too much the levers will not release and allow the handle to fold. (This is not explained in the instructions).
I had to back them off a turn to get this to work properly.
Assembling the grass box and handle was quite easy, you just have to make sure all the sides are clipped in properly.
There is a plastic tongue shaped part, that fits on the base of the grassbox. That caused a little confusion, as we weren’t sure which of the openings on the base it should clip into (This again wasn’t clearly explained in the manual)
It turns out you have to push it down a little farther than you think until it locks into place.
(I have added some pictures showing this part in place.
Fitting the grass box make sure you lift the flap up high enough, before slotting the grass box in from slightly above. It goes on easily then. (I was a bit concerned about breaking the flap by lifting it to high but if you don’t lift it high enough, you can’t fit the box on properly).
Height adjustment is done by pulling the lever on the left hand side of the machine outwards away from the machine and sliding it along to the next height adjustment hole and making sure it is slotted correctly in place.
Sliding towards the front of the machine lowers the cutting height.
Sliding the lever towards the rear of the machine makes the cutting height higher.
The holes are marked with the cutting height. 20 mm lowest to 60 mm highest. (2 cm – 6cm.)
It has 5 cutting heights, going up in 10 mm steps. 20-30-40-50-60
IN USE
It is quite easy to push along and easy to turn.
It is not too heavy though heavier than my flymo was.
This is offset by the fact I had to carry my flymo from the shed to the garden and with this one, I can roll it along the path and only have to lift it up over the step.
The handle placed at the centre of balance makes this quite easy and I am in my late 60’s so not as strong as I once was.
The cut is pretty good but then again it is a brand new machine with a brand new blade. It is quite easy to steer, though I am getting used to it, as I have used a flymo for 30 years and keep forgetting it cannot move sideways..
I set the cutting height it on the 40 mm mark and that seems to be a tad lower, than my hover mower was set at. I never used to change that, as with the flymo, you had to unbolt the blade and insert spacers under it, a bit of a palaver.
With this one I will adjust it depending on the grass length, it only takes a second.
Mulching. This machine doesn’t come with a mulching plug. BUT the flap that shuts down over the opening when you remove the grass box, is quite strong, so I think if the grass was quite short and relatively dry when you cut it, you could probably leave the grass box off and just mow.
The flap prevents any grass spraying back towards you. It would probably prevent any twigs or small stones flying towards you too.
I cleaned the mower with a soft bristled brush after use.
It does mention in the manual lubrication various parts of the mower but again not very detailed instructions on how to do so.
I’m guessing wheel axles bolts and the spring that hold the flap are what they are talking about.
It seems to be a very well made and sturdy machine. Time will tell if it lives up to it promise, so far so good.
good quality with affordable price
Initially, I thought product is looks flimsy, after using couple of times it is tuff and solid, cuts the gross better than other rivals with same price in the market. I would recommend the product.

Read the reviews and also looked on You Tube for this item and in the main they were good
It was heavier that I expected but appeared robust.
I like the height mechanism on this model and it’s easy to use. I have cut the grass once to prepare for the winter and so far so good.

Good quality sturdy piece of ki
We ordered this after our new flimsy Flymo broke down after 10 minutes of use. Really good quality lawnmower for medium garden. Glides easily, comfortable to hold. Not sure what else to add. It was more expensive than Flymo but so far it seems much better and more weight to it.
Great mower for the money
I found a flymo too heavy to pull around, this little mower did a much better cutting job and was so easy to use. The only downside is the collection basket, it can be a bit fiddly to click into place on the mowe

Ideal size to store in my shed
My Bosch of 10 years died and I had just moved house with limited storage space. This mower is petite but has a strong motor for the price I feel it’s good value.

Over all I am very happy with my choice, I had to make 2 passes with the cylinder mower I had previously and even then they could be stray stalks/blades left standing. Now 1 pass is all I need and the lawns are a treat to behold. Kicks all my previous mowers into the long grass!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good motor mowe
A really heavy motor in this model but it cuts better than my old make. Tough and robust it chomps through really tough grass

Tamao adecuado y poco peso, se mueve fcilmente. Montaje sencillo, es todo plstico, el nico rollo es que al ajustar el corte tienes que desenroscar las ruedas y ponerlas a la altura deseada, tiene 3 ajustes. Es fcil de manejar y usar, tiene un botn q pulsas y dejas apretada la manilla hacia el mango y listo, para apagar sueltas la manilla. El cajn tiene rejillas y un par de solapas q se levantan para q veas q esta lleno. Ruido normal, no es silencioso. Para jardn pequeo para mi es ideal, al ser elctrico lo lioso es andar con el cable prolongador a rastras.

Assembly, weight, manoeuvrability all good. The only issue I have is the low setting is too low, the medium setting is a bit high and the high setting is pointless.

I struggled to assemble this item. The instructions and only pictures, not a clear photocopy, and very little written instruction. However, once you get it going the mistakes in assembly soon become apparent and are easy to rectify. (Even for this old lady!) The cutting heights are great and my lawn looks scalped! Super! Thank you.

Und auch hier kann ich von Einhell fr Frauen diesen Rasenmher empfehlen. Er ist leicht zu bedienen. Mir ist zwar mal ein Rad abgegangen direkt zu Anfang, aber einfach wieder drauf und weiter gehts. Nchstes Jahr werde ich mir aber einen Rasenmher von Einhell mit Akku kaufen. Ich muss ca. 500 qm mhen mit Kabel, zwischen Bumen und Beeten. Das Kabel mit Kabeltrommel etc. muss ich stndig richtig hinlegen, aber der Rasenmher kann ja nichts dafr :). Ich mag meinen kleinen Einhell-Rasenmher und es macht Spa. Und endlich kann ich selber mhen. Mit schweren Benzin-Rasenmher komme ich einfach nicht von der Stelle. Die sind mir persnlich zu schwer.

Great mower very easy to assemble you change the tires which screw on for hight change which lets be honest everyone will keep at 20mm. Its reasonably light weight it would benefit a carry handle but overall its 30+ cheaper then the next model that wont cut the grass any better.
der beste rasenmher den ich in vergangenen 30 jahren hatte, alles sehr teuere markenprodukte. dieser kleine kerl stellt sie allesamt in den schatten u. das bei dem preis. er ist leicht, flink, wendig u. haut selbst nasses gras weg wie nichts. schnelle lieferung, das gert ist ohne viel vinessen sondern tut das was er soll zuverlssig. mit ihm macht sogar mir die arbeit wieder freude. sollte er irgendwann den geist aufgeben, kaufe ich genau den wieder, bei dem preis kein problem.

Bemerkenswerter kleiner Rasenmähe
Hatte als ich den Karton geliefert bekam einen Schreck bekommen, wie “klein” der tatschlich ist, hab da nicht auf die Mae geachtet. Natrlich gleich ausprobiert und ich finde den super. 🙂
Im kurzen alsauch im sehr langen Gras ausprobiert, der Motor ist kraftvoll und dennoch leiser als mein vorheriger Rasenmher, die Fllstandsanzeige habe ich nicht raus wie die funktioniert oder ist die evlt. defekt?
Ist kein Problem nach einer Weile, habt ihr ein Gefhl wann die Grasfangbox voll ist.
Endlich mal eine einfache Schnitthhenverstellung ohne groes Trara mit Schraubenschlssel.
Das Gras ist sauber geschnitten und wird nicht zerfranst, fr den Preis und der Leistung was in dem kleinen Rasenmher steckt, finde ich den 1a.

Good machine but I don’t recommend for mid or big size garden as the cord makes the task so difficult in addition to the small grass box that needs to be emptied every couple of minutes.

Una bomba di tagliaerba. Erba altissima eterreno pessimo son riuscito a tagliare tutto. La parte in foto non ancora tagliata per far capire com’era l’erba prima del taglio. Regolata prima a max altezza e poi al minimo. Una bomba. Ho sempre preso utensili e macchine di questa marca e son sempre rimasto soddisfatto. Unica pecca ci vorrebbe un sistema per tenere aperto lo sportello se non si vuole usare il cestello, ma basta mettere un legnetto sotto e il gioco fatto e la leva per farlo funzionare dovrebbe avere una funzione che la tiene bloccata durante l utilizzo . Ottimo lo raccomando

Cette petite tondeuse achete en dpannage, a fait un excellent travail sur plus de 800m2 (en 3 fois), videment la rallonge lectrique est un coup prendre quand on est habitu une tondeuse thermique auto tracte. Avantage, elle passe partout, lgre, maniable et peu bruyante. Avec le mulching, c’est vraiment gnial, Je ne regrette pas mon achat et d’ailleurs lorsque ma thermique ne sera plus en tat, c’est une thermique de chez Einhell que je prendrai.

Das Gert hlt was der Hersteller verspricht. Es ist nach Lieferung einfach und ohne viel Aufwand zusammen gebaut. Man bentigt nur fr 2 Schrauben einen Kreuz – Schraubendreher. Trotz des geringen Gewichtes ist das Gert robust und der 1000-Watt-Motor verfgt ber enorme Mhkraft auch bei dichterem Wuchs. Der Geruschpegel ist der Leistung entsprechend nicht zu laut. Auch bei grsserer, nicht ganz ebener Flche zeigt der Rasenmher berraschend gute Ergebnisse ohne heiss zu laufen.. TOP Preis – Leistungs – Verhltnis. Diesen Rasenmher empfehle ich gerne weiter.

Very well made,easy to assemble.Like the deck feature of the grass not clogging up the blade when wet .cuts ok with 5 height setting.blade could be better but does the job.

Der Rasenmher ist einfach zusammen zu bauen, bringt die geforderte Leistung, ist handlich und lsst sich leicht transportieren. Beim Ausleeren muss man immer den Einwurf abnehmen.

Provato subito. Funziona molto bene, si pu regolare l’altezza di taglio in varie misure. Potenza sufficiente per fare un giardino molto grande. In rapporto al prezzo direi ottimo!!

Ideal Lawnmower for Small gardens
The Einhell is well made and cuts grass well even where the surface is uneven. I am very satisfied with my purchase. It offers excellent value, is light and compact. The assembly instructions could be better and a bit fiddly to put together but once assembled well worth the effort. Definitely recommend!

Ricevuta ieri l’ho subito provato. Facile da montare. Ho un piccolo prato ed e quello che mi serve. Non troppo rumoroso . Soddisfatto!

Very easy to assemble and light weight to manoeuvre. Ideal for my smallish garden. I am very pleased with this purchase.
Really good lawnmower, different levels of grass height to choose, lightweight, arrived really fast and in perfect condition,good collection box for grass. was a bit tricky to assemble so we had to go online and watch a video to get the correct way to screw parts on but it made sense very quickly and the rest was easy. I bought this because of the great reviews it got so I’m delighted to say the same about this lawnmower myself. I have a small garden and it’s perfect for it.

This is the third Einhell mower I’ve had because I find them long lasting, easy to use and durable. Good value for money.
Easy to handle
Very impressed with this lawnmower. It does what it says on the box. Only negative thing I would point out is cable length. I personally need to use extension lead to reach whole garden which is not that big.

Ich habe lange gebraucht um mich zu entscheiden, da alle Rasenmher in der Preisklasse gefhlt genauso viele negative wie positive Bewertungen hatten.
Pro:
+ schneller und einfacher zusammenbau
+ selbsterklrende feststellmglichkeit um die schnitthhe einzustellen
+ auffangbehlter fasst mehr als erwartet
+ sauberer schnitt
+ zusammenklappen und tragen kinderleicht mglich
Contra:
– anleitung in schwarz-wei entsprechend oft zu kleine abbildungen
– teil nr. 19 fehlte, erst beim technischen support aufgeklrt worden, dass es nicht zu diesem modell gehrt!
Kurzum: einfach tip top, der Langzeittest steht aber noch aus!

Non ho particolare esperienza su questi prodotti, infatti questo e’ stato acquistato in quanto in posizione top tra i piu’ venduti da Amazon, rispetto al precedente, catenaccio cinese che si e’ fuso dopo un paio di stagioni di utilizzo mi pare pratico da usare, non e’ particolarmente silenzioso ma svolge egregiamente la sua funzione.

This mower is such good value for money, the box holds a large amount of grass and it is so light to use. I have chronic osteoarthritis in my hands and I can still cut my grass because of how light this is and the handles are easy to hold onto.
Very Efficie
Overall a very good product. The advantage of having 5 height settings i find truly great. The pick up basket fits well and tight. The only thing i do not like, is the safety switch. I find it too sensitive, the slightest relaxation of pressure the motor stops. With the design being on a horizontal handle, your hands are in an unnatural position. It would be a lot better if the handle was dropped and the switch was in a vertical position. However that is only my view, it does not stop me using the mower.
