Just a great simple system
Ordered via amazon Prime at 2pm delivered by 7pm. Up and running by 8pm. Just read the instructions and take one step at a time. I’m no tech expert but found everything simple. Great app for using and checking cameras. If the 180 day battery life id true then I’m happy, but will charge battries sooner as simple to remove cameras when needed. Think hardest thing was finding correct drill to make holes. (Must tidy my garage.) may add another camera to system soo

The cameras and base were straightforward to set up. The picture quality is more than adequate – as long as you don’t expect HD. I have set up one of the cameras some distance from the back of the house and am trying out the automation feature so that I can use the other camera at the rear entrance to trigger it even if the movement is outside its range. Looks promising. I’m impressed, particularly at the price.
Easy set up. Batteries last a couple of months, longer if fewer motions detected. Easy to use app allows you to change or switch the camera functions on/off. The hub plugs into the broadband box and stores all the data so you can avoid cloud storage fees if you like. The stored hub videos can be accessed via the app wherever you are.
I wanted a security camera after my car was stolen from my front drive. This is part of my new security arrangements and a visible camera is a deterrent. This system comes with a home hub plugged into my router and two rechargeable cameras. I found it a bit fiddly to set up but got there in the end. The signals from the cameras sometimes drop out for no apparent reason, then come back, again of their own accord, but this may be something to do my own WIFI. So far, after a few days, it seems to be working. The main plus for this is that it works without a subscription, (although there is an optional one available). I give this 4 stars for overall performance because it meets my relatively low requirements.
Bought the hub and 2 battery cameras. Setting up was very simple and the app walks you through it. The only annoying part was that they weren’t working properly for a while (motion detection was either hyper sensitive or not working) and I finally discovered the firmware needed updating and the cameras needed ‘deleting’ and setting up again. The image qiluality is great-no grainy CCTV here. The motion detection is ok, we’ve found out sweet spot but even then we get a few false detections in night mode. You can view past videos, capture images etc all from the app so no need to sign up to anything or pay a monthly fee. Overall I’m happy with them.

I actually thought this was a 2k camera but its only 1080 but quality is fine as long as you don’t zoom in too much. Bought for parents, its the same as mine and you can share systems while using the same app which is useful.
Fantastic system. However, if your house is street side, and you get a got of foot traffic passing your house, you can expect to charge them every 2 weeks if they are running 24/7.
I’ve changed mine to only run after 9pm as mine are primarily for night time security. Seems this will extend the battery life to around 6-8 weeks.
Video quality is good, night mode is good.
Main positive is latency is low enough for push notifications to be useful. Very little delay between motion / human trigger and being notified.

Amazing Piece Of Ki
I was reluctant to get cameras believing them to be tricky to install. I read many reviews of all specs and sorts of equipment, but was hesitant.
I decided to take the plunge after local break-ins in vacinity, and chose these based on reviews, and lack of monthly fees.
The installation was probably the easiest of any IT equipment I have purchased. Infact the trickiest thing was deciding whete to mount cameras, and drilling mounting holes in walls. The wireless connectivity was child’s play.
After using the first two cameras i decided to buy and add two more.
It’s early days re battery life, but all other features are great.
Great budget motion camera
I needed a budget camera system and overall this seemed the best for the money, setup was very easy 20mins tops to get all connected and working. The picture quality is good and you can zoom in which is great, you can make faces out up to around 20m and the motion detection is around 20m also. The field of view is rear wide if you put the camera high out of reach you would certainly be recording neighbours gardens. The signal strength is quite good, the distance between our hub base and the cameras are around 6-8m at present the hub is required to be connected via ethernet however i hope to find a way to run it via WIFI so the cameras can be moved further.
I have had it running approx 1 week, so far im pleased hopefully it will prove to be reliable
Easy to set up and good quality
Easy to set up and appears to do everything it claims. The fact that you can disable the alerts when you are at home but it still records allows you to work in the garden without all the alerts. The cameras took around 8 hours to charge which was much longer than stated in instructions which was a little concerning at the time. We did have a some questions and found the chat line extremely helpful.

This is a great product, would recommend to family and friends. Does everything it says on the box, great picture quality, and so far good battery life, very easy to install, and the app on the mobile very good, for the price you cant go wrong, and another good reason no contract involved all local storage.
Top Notch
Quality bit of kit these cameras. Saw a few reviews saying that setting these up and connecting them were a bit of trouble but it couldn’t be more straight forward. Very easy setup, installation instructions were clear and connections were almost instant. I wasn’t too keen on the Ring monthly subscription which is why I chose these. These ones I believe are more of the base models and you can get higher quality (2k) cameras but we didn’t need anything overly expensive. These are still 1080p quality and are more than good enough for general security! After purchasing the cameras I found they sell silicone cases. Little expensive for what they are but a cool idea and protects the main body (Can be seen in the pics).
Can’t make any comments on battery life as they were only received and installed less than a week ago but I’ve heard good things. Highly recommended this company and their products!
Value for money
I bought these when on offer so great for the price. The motion detection is great, picture quality is decent. So far the battery life is great, been used for a week and still full battery level. I would recommend these to anyone, better option than subscription ring set up.
I was attracted to this system due to it not requiring a monthly fee or cloud storage.
The downside – is a delay if wanting to speak over it’s built in speaker and microphone. The signal has to go to a small hard drive attached to your router and this causes some delay in speaking and answering to any visitor at your door.
The up side – The cameras are easy to fit. The hard drive plugs into your home router and the camera synchronisation was easy to do. The phone / tablet app is easy to use and you have a record of events potentially over a few months. All data is stored on the hard drive in your home not in the cloud, so personal data concerns are reduced with this system.
I have used the system now for a month and it has proven reliable and alerts are forwarded swiftly via the app in a matter of seconds of an event. You can build on the system with additional cameras if you chose to do making it very flexible.
I liked the personal data protection aspect of this system and the fact no monthly fee is payable. Fees can add up over time and render your system inoperative if you ever decided to stop paying In essence a subscription equals renting and I prefer to own outright. The camera image is clear and sharp and build quality is to a high standard.
Overall a 9 out of 10 with only the conversation delay a small downside far outweighed by all other factors noted above.

Great buy
I already had Eufy Door bell so it was easier to set up the other 2. It takes a little over 4 hrs to charge when setting up as the battery is still around 65%. Just have to see how long it takes to charge from 10%.
Only drawback is that it doesn’t feel that secure like Eufy Door bell as it has to be mounted 8-10 feet.
It is a little faff installing is easy though but if installed low anyone can unscrew it from its mount. Its IP67 rated with 1080p clarity, a shame that you have to buy its silicone protector separately which is another 16.00. One more issue is it pings even for moving vehicles when I have changed the setting for just humans?
May be a software update could sort this.
Overall a great purchase, a real deal to secure your premise.

Loved the easy set up and no fees for storage as hub keeps the videos. I have the older cameras so the new ones would be sharper, clearer photos but I’m pleased with mine.

Easy to install, surprisingly small devices.
Battery life seems ok so far, not sure 6 months will be possible, but I’m expecting around 2 for the busy front camera based on current consumption, rear camera with less traffic might just make the 6 months.
Picture quality is good, motion detect during day is a little over sensitive, spotlights are a little bit pointless, barely any light illumination if mounted high, I have them about 2.5 metres up, just out of reach of easy theft.
Connects to HomeKit, and if you have secure video recordings are contained within home app.
Good overall camera ki
I ordered the Eufycam 2c security camera kit after seeing some reviews. I previously had a Swann wireless camera that had been good, but recently had started playing up with motion detection. I went for this one because there was a certain amount of control of where detection would be scanned, done by drawing squared/rectangle shapes. This is a very basic way of setting up activity zones, but anything is better than nothing.
The packaging of the product was very good, as shown in the pictures, all packed securely. You get the homebase 2, which is basically a central storage unit and hub for the cameras. I believe up to 16 cameras can be setup on a homebase, 2 cameras with fittings, a power adapter/ethernet cable for the homebase and a small manual.
I downloaded the app and after I’d got one of the cameras setup and working, I then started to tweak the settings in the phone app for the camera. The homebase and cameras were very easy to setup using the very good downloadable app.
All seemed to be going well until I then stopped getting motion detections/notifications. I had already contacted the online support as I couldn’t find the activity zones anywhere and was directed to the right place to do it. The instructions were not that helpful in getting this feature setup. I was getting no detection at all. I contacted the support by phone and to be honest it was a waste of time, I had better response using the online chat.
I gave up with the telephone support, and decided to reset all the settings including the activity zones. The camera eventually started detecting again. I then proceeded to setup the zones once again and I got it to start working, which was a relief. I got the camera back up on the wall (I had taken it down to reset everything) and fine tuned the activity zones. Touch wood I have had good detection from the camera since, and the zones seem to be behaving. I intend to set the other one up soon. The image quality from the cameras is very good. Its 1080p, so not going to be amazing, but it is very clear and sharp and serves its purpose. The response to detection in the app is good and the app works well.
In summary, the first impressions were good. Setup was simple and painless, and app worked well. But initial motion detection performance and first use was very nearly the end of my association with Eufy. Online Chat Support was good, but the phone support was not good at all and wanted me to organise support using emails and I very nearly said enough is enough and sent it back, but I persevered and got the camera back to a point where it was working well. If I can setup the second camera and have the same performance and reliability that I have currently, I will be happy.
Even with the initial problems, I am glad I didn’t give up, and I now see the quality of the product and I am pleased with my purchase. Eufy, please sort out your phone support..The product is good, but unfair or not, I have given only 4 stars because of the phone support. Sorry Eufy…

Excellent vision quality and easy to set up
I am extremely pleased with this purchase. I found it straightforward to set up and being an older person was glad I could do this. My son put them up and was impressed with how the camera pivots and the quality.
The vision is excellent quality and it also picks up conversations. I would definitely recommend this product.
Bought the 2 camera system and been running it now for about 9 months, I thought that was a better time period before doing a review.
It seems to perform quite good in all areas. the main camera (I bought an extra one to cover another part of the house) on the front gets most pick ups and I have found the battery lasts around 2 months before it needs a charge back to full, so just bear that in mind to make sure it is not too difficult for you to get to to take off when it needs recharging.
It was easy enough to set up and install and so far it has worked great. The app works ok and the picture quality is quite good both day and night.
I haven’t ever tried the speaker facility so can’t comment on that.
I would be happy to buy this again as a wireless system.

Brilliant image and motion detection, unfortunately I’ve returned it as the eufy doorbell didn’t work with Alexa so I went for blink system which is a bit more dull and has lower image quality and motion detection but seem to work perfect with Alexa

We bought this to replace failing cameras. Firstly setting up the Cameras and the Homebase was so simple. Great menu on how you wish to operate your cameras. Crystal clear video during day and night. We were so impressed we bought a further 6 cameras. Would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!!
A great product but can sometimes glitch.
Eufy cameras are a great entry level product. Although easy to install I wouldnt say the easiest to set up on the app etc. Easy for the younger generation. Older people who arent tech savvy would struggle. Once set up and working its a great product. The ability to watch your property remotely is fantastic. Over the air updates are great. Great distances between cameras and Homebase. Plenty of Youtube videos to help out.
What I didnt like-Any of the cameras can sometimes go off line. The camera needs to be reset and repair back to the Homebase. Can be a bit of a pain but not happening at all recently. Also a good internet speed is crucial, otherwise it wont work.

The system was easy and straightforward to set up, being wireless.
Motion detection is good and the fact you can adjust the detection zone is a helpful feature. The only down side is I thought the picture quality in night mode would have been better than it is.

Works great upto now after 2 months. Picks up the dogs in the garden which is great as have an aviary and like to know if cats or foxes are about . Charge seems to be lasting, I have a solar panel on one camera that keeps it charged even in bad weather, I will definitely get another panel for the other camera . 4 stars and not 5 because I don’t know about durability yet.
Excellent wireless security system
Easy to set up and wireless works faultlessly, cameras are very compact but packed with features. Excellent value.
First the positives. It’s well built, easy to set up and install, gives good area coverage and the daylight picture quality is pretty good (not so good at night though) and no monthly fees to pay, BUT…..motion detection is very patchy and the cameras miss quite a lot. For instance, my front door camera will pick up and alert me to a cat walking up my drive but then miss completely a car pulling onto the drive an hour later and in broad daylight, and this when set to detect all movement and at the highest sensitivity. Similarly, the back yard cam will pick up a pigeon on the lawn but then miss me walking in the garden. If you need total security I can’t recommend this system but I got it at a good price in the Prime day sale and it’s effective as a deterrent. When it works it’s very good but detection is too hit and miss for complete piece of mind

So purchased these cameras 3 months ago and thought I’d now leave a review.
Firstly build quality is good and straight out of box very easy to setup. After charging cameras fully(left overnight) mounted cameras and made sure positioning was good. I have no issues with notifications and also set the camera to notify all the time, geofencing works but wanted to see battery life due to the company states 180 days! Well 93 days in and one camera most detecting due to position has 78% and the other is 84%. Looks like battery life is spot on just waiting to see what happens when temperatures drop?
Picture quality during daylight is very good, night is slightly more pixelated but to be honest you can use the inbuilt light which sharpens picture.
Overall would recommend over other leading cameras as you pay no monthly costs for exactly the same service

Good camera set up for wireless, battery powered – the cameras work really well, highly recommend in this price range, good but not perfect picture quality and a decent selection of options to set it all up.
The only downside I have is that battery life is more like 80 days or less, nothing like the 180days on the box, that’s even with sound disabled and motion disabled during the day – I have bought their solar panel for one of the cameras now and that seems to sort it.

I like pretty much everything about this product.
I managed to purchase this on one of amazons sales days so value for money is amazing. The fact there is no subscription is brilliant. I love how this is a rechargeable camera so no running power cables made installation so simple.
The item is so simple to set up almost plug and play. The options for the camera are great from factory idea to personal preference. Being the 1080p item the quality is good enough for what I need it for and identification purposes.
Good night vision option if you do not activate the inbuilt mini flood light which can be brilliance altered. The home hub is compact and subtle connecting direct via LAN into your router enabling the wifi capabilities of the cameras.
All in all great product.
