First piece of advice — take your time assembling. It’s really easy, but pay attention to the drawings and you won’t make any mistakes. I would use ordinary spanners to get those bolts tightened.

Hard part over and it’s impressive. I think you could drop a house on it and it would be ok.

Harder part — Yeah, I used to be able to do dips 40 years ago. Not so much now, and I’m writing this the day after and can hardly move, so it definitely works.

Excellent value for money and you’ll never need a replacement.

Easy to put together and practical. Does what you’d expect it to.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis frame works well for a rudimentary home-gym setup. Allows you to perform pull ups and dips while acting as anchor for resistance bands and a stand for a punch bag. The parallel bars also allows you to perform core movements like leg and knee raises too. It’s sturdy enough for a body weight up to 100kg, just don’t pull or push it from the side because it’s at risk from falling over.

Decent enough if you don't have a gym

Heavier than expected, this sturdy power dip station can take a decent amount nof weight. We’ve hung a heavy boxing bag from the pull up bar (disclaimer- this isn’t made for that purpose) and it has, so far, stood stable and well. Due to its heaviness, you will need two to carry it to the place to set it up but once there it only takes one to put it together.
Instructions are do-able. Akin to ikea furniture instructions. Use the tools provided to tighten the nuts right the way to the bolts (they go a lot further than you think!).
Overall a decent dip/pull/captains chair with a great finishing feel and stable feeling tower. Might need to be wary if doing kipping pull-ups the first few times- make sure your bar is tight in place.
