Love these crutches although they are a little on the heavy side, suspension feet are brilliant, very comfortable especially with the hand rests.

Using a crutch often isn’t the most comfortaable item of clothing but finding one that did not jar made the difference.

I picked this up to help get around on holiday after suffering achilles tendonitis. I didn’t realise it was only one in the pack, luckily I got the correct one – a right handed one. You can get a left handed one too, or a set of two. Really easy to adjust to my height, is lightweight but strong, and gave great support.

Flexyfoot are just the best feet.
Used to buy other feet very often, flexyfeet last a year or more.
This is after years of use opinio

I am five foot five and am one hole away from these not being able to be made small enough for me. I am on the last hole for the cuff adjustment and not able to lower to where it would be more comfortable for me.

The cuff does not provide support for me, as it is too much too large around.

As a result of a mistake made during surgery, I have to use crutches to walk & have become a connoisseur. These crutches are greatly superior to any that I have used before. The shaped hand grip is very comfortable, being a little softer that the usually hard plastic shaped grips. The big thing about these crutches is the foot of each crutch. The “ankle” area bends to accommodate walking, keeping the bottom of the crutch on the ground but the shaft at whatever angle the person’s movement dictates. The grip of the foot of the crutch in the wet feels a lot more secure than conventional plastic ferrules. These crutches give confidence in use, do the job better than any other design and are well worth paying for.

Flexyfoot phoned me (The MD as it happens) within hours of me contacting them for help. I had realised my Mum, who I had purchased the crutch for, was actually shorter than allowed for in the product specification. He arranged for a brand new modified crutch to be sent which arrived within a few days, FREE OF CHARGE. All I had to do was ship the original back to them. Superb company & product. Highly recommended.

I need a hip replacement and this is very comfortable on my hand and with the flexible foot it is less likely to slip. It also acts as a mini shock absorber. The cuff is a little bit on the big side for me but it does not slip if my arm. Would recommend.

The flexyfoot is a great idea and allows for stability on uneven surfaces.

They’re a little heavier than expected but not too bad for use for medium periods time.

Best crutches I’ve brought so far. I need them for balance due to having ms and they are so much better then my old one’s. Came in handy also after hip surgery. Very comfortable to use. I brought a pair which worked out cheaper buying two rather then separately. 100% recommend

Delighted with this product. Well made, extremely comfortable to use due to the shape of the grip and the shock absorbing ability on firm ground.. Attractive to look at.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI bought a set of Ossenberg crutches nearly six years ago, then fitted the flexyfoot ferrules a couple of years later. They’ve been utterly fantastic. I’m around 6’5 and 115kg, crutches for me are weight bearing so I’ve been exceptionally impressed.

I was nervous about ordering these as you have to trust your mobility equipment, suffice to say I was ecstatic to find they are identical to my old ones – ossenberg with flexyfoot ferrules pre-fitted.

Good price, excellent quality and able to provide support even in the oddest situations (mine have been through everything from mountains in Japan to across beaches in Scotland with no troubles). The ergonomic grips give a secure handle and keep the weight lined up so minimise strain on the wrist and elbow, the flexyfoot ferrules act as shock absorbers and help as well, I find normal crutches really jarring on the wrists and elbows in comparison.

All told, I very much recommend these.

The flexifoot is a revelation and brilliant at absorbing shocks. The grip on all sorts of ground surfaces is excellent. The moulded handles are very comfortable. It’s described as lightweight but is only marginally lighter than my NHS crutches but all the other features make these a first-class purchase. Funky colours are an added bonus too and definitely not something you can get on the NHS. I’m very happy to recommend these.

I was full of doubts given by my friend using traditional crutch.
Reality appeared marvellous. I would never use anything different.
Soon I will be ordering the same for him.

This is the second pair that I have bought only bought a new pair for cosmetic reasons due to two years of abuse. These are not totally anti slip as I have been caught out on wet ground, however due to the design of the crutches they are pretty good at keeping you upright. A well made product, comfortable to use.

I would have given these a full 5 stars but for the fact that (I am just about 5′ 1″ short lower arm) even in the lowest setting the upper part is still a wee bit too long for a fully comfortable fit. If you are taller than me, which most people are, then you will be fine. Very stable crutches.

I have severe arthritis in my hip and am waiting for an op. Without this crutch, I could barely walk 20 yards but with the support it provides it I can walk a mile and a half. It’s a life-changer.

These crutches are first class and due to the flexifoot even better than the Ossenberg pair I have been using. They give a feeling of stability as well as having really comfortable contoured handgrips.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI have been using sticks for many years but thought it was time I got some with ergonomic handles to take pressure off my wrists even though the ones I have tried previously were uncomfortable and would take a lot of getting used to. I was very pleasantly surprised when they arrived that the handles were so comfortable straight away.
The flexyfoot bottoms again I thought would take me time to adjust to but they are so much better; I feel much more secure and they prevent jarring especially when walking on concrete or similar.
The icing on the cake for me has to be the beautiful lack of sound ha. For years every step I take is accompanied by a clunking sound from my crutches but these are lovely and quiet. Definitely recommend! I hope this helps someone a little.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI’m so glad I purchased one of these! I had not realised that the small but constant impact of my previous stick’s ferrule hitting the ground was causing the discomfort in my hand, arm and shoulder. The shock absorbing properties of the ferrule on this product are genuinely impressive; I’m walking better and my shoulder pain has receded. The hand grip is ergonomically designed and far superior to any I have had previously. All in all, I’m glad I spent the extra few quid

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have walked miles on these. The crutches are comfortable on the hands as the hand grips are padded. The contour between the hand grip and the arm cuff is perfect. They look good in red

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersThese crutches are so much better than the NHS ones I left hospital with. I have a spinal cord injury so will need them for some time so decided to spoil myself and I am so glad I did. The hand rest is so much more comfortable, and they look more stylish.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersAmazing crutches . I have used crutches on and off for over 40 years . These are super stable , comfortable on the hands and don’t rattle when you use them . They might be slightly heavier than other models but I think this is due to the super sturdy ferals that grip well on all surfaces . Highly recommend

I’ve been using crutches for 18 months and wanted a change from the boring grey ones I had. As I’ve not been out much since buying the crutches, I can’t comment if they’re long lasting but up to now, they feel very sturdy, the red is very vibrant which I wanted and they were very reasonably priced.

The flexyfoot crutch type stick arrived as described , very easy to use and feels very sturdy and well made , already giving me a lot of support for my right arm and hand as I have been walking on a standard walking stick and it has caused me a lot of issues with my right arm and hand so I bought this to try and help with that issue and a week of using it , I can report it is helping alo
