Great Buy
I was not initially convinced about this product even though he was recommended to me by a professional photographer.
However since using it, I am very happy with it.
It can be quite fiddly to setup , particularly for one person.
But once you have it setup, it is quite good.
The manual isn’t much help though
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & BRILLIANT PRODUCT!
Initially came with defective cable + 1 of the LED strips. Everything else was perfect!
Sturdy, well-made and even with just 1 LED strip working I was already getting a very bright light.
Sent customer service a message, they replied the day after and immediately arranged for replacement. They have accomodated all my questions and reassured they aim to resolve the issue until I get satisfied.
Few days after, I received my replacement and it worked BEAUTIFULLY! I am very happy with this product and definitely recommend!!!
Lighting level and colour temperature adjustments are really useful
In general I think this is a pretty decent piece of kit.
Given the size of the 90cm model, it would be easier to construct if there are two of you; but I did manage this on my own. The lights are easily adjustable, and offer plenty of brightness, and being able to adjust the colour temperature is a nice and useful feature too.
The background colour sheets look pretty durable, and there are a good variety of colours.
Overall, I think this product is pretty good value for money, and the photographic results that I got were very good as well.
The people at FOSITAN are also very responsive – which is great!

As an artist I have really struggled to photograph my work. Light can be tricky in the winter especially, these are two examples how this box has provided me with great light & background for my website & Facebook posts.
I rarely write reviews and on the rare occasions I have, it’s been because something has been so bad that I had to say something.
Firstly I’m not a professional photographer, obviously as why would I be buying this if I were, but I am an experienced amateur who has used professional studio lights, various light tents and multiple speedlites in the past. In all honesty I wasn’t expecting much from this light tent. In fact I half expected to be packing it up and sending it back 20 minutes after opening it. The reason I bought it was because I wanted to take some photos of vintage cameras for a website and didn’t want to go to trouble or expense of buying or hiring studio lights.
Before purchasing I did watch a number of video reviews on YouTube and they did seem very positive but very few showed photos taken with it. I was therefore very skeptical. However, I took the plunge and ordered it.
I’ve had it now for about 1hr. It’s pretty quick to set-up but the zips are a bit fiddly and I do wonder how long the stitching will last from repeated set-up and take downs. That’s not to say the stitching is bad, it’s just not as good as on a big name brand. Time will tell.
The thing I was most concerned about was the brightness of the LED lights and how even the light spread would be. I’ve been shooting with a DSLR (Canon EOS 5D MKIII) and they produce enough light to shoot at ISO 400 f/11, 1/50th so obviously not as bright as professional studio lights but more than bright enough for anything that would fit inside the tent. It’s actually very impressive.
The quality of the light is also very even with no real hot or cold spots and the fact that you can angle the lights and position them pretty much anywhere is a big bonus and definitely makes a difference.
The vinyl backgrounds are okay, they come rolled up and they retain their curl, however the retaining ‘flaps’ that hold the background in place are strong enough to withstand the curl and it actually helps create a natural infinity curve.
The results you can achieve with it are honestly far better than I thought would be possible. I really thought I was going to have to increase the exposure in Photoshop/Lightroom and even out the background etc but you actually don’t need to.
There are of course limitations. If you want to create more dramatic lighting with shadows etc then, it’s possible to the point but don’t have unrealistic expectations. Strong shadows, no, light shadows (depending on the size of the object), yes.
My only real criticism and it’s more of a question than a criticism is, how long will it last? The construction isn’t exactly flimsy but it’s not premium quality either. If you treat it well and don’t regularly take it apart then it should last quite a long time but if you need to set it up every few days then I’d say the jury is out. It’s probably fine and in all honesty I think it’s worth buying.
All in all, really impressed with it.

Now THIS is what you call a Photo Studio!! Gone are the days of rolling out white paper and setting up lights all over the place. Gone are the days of tedious issues ruining the shot! This one stop solution just hits the nail on the head. It is simple and fast to set up, everything you need is in one carry case, and it enables you to take the product images you dreamed of. It even comes with a light strip which connects to the tent in various places so you can get the perfect lighting every time! I absolutely love this, and it has made things so much easier. I also love that it is quite large, so pretty much any product I need to take pictures of fits easily and without issue.

Wonderful proper studio results effortlesly
Great product, easy to use and makes your photos look so professional. You need a big space to put it all together but once you get it up it is really easy to use.
I must say I had a problem with one light flickering however the Chinese company that markets these were incredibly helpful and could not do enough, they replaced the part immediately, very rare these days.

I use this for macro/still life photography and it works well. It’s a sturdy enclosure, easy to put together and the best thing about it is that the (two) light bars can be placed anywhere and be swivelled once mounted on the support bars. Light control is good – both brightness and colour temperature can be altered. Have no hesitation recommending this piece of kit.

First impressions

It is fiddly to set up and takes a while to set up compared to a smaller lightbox that is more like a pop-up tent
The seamless background could do with supports to keep it in place to prevent slouching
I bought this to help me take better photos of items I am selling because good photos are very important to improve sales. I have previously used a smaller light box that pops up in less than five seconds and it’s very easy and quick to set up. The downside to the smaller ones is that they are extremely limited in what you can take pictrures of.
This light box is significantly larger and that means it is much more useful in more situations, it would have been better to buy this rather than having two different sizes and essentially taking up more storage space and spending more money.
Set up is achieved in several steps.
First, build a cubed frame with the poles and white plastic corner parts.
Then unfold the material and spread it out on the floor.
Place the completed cube on top of the material in the middle of the cross.
Get the LED lights and depending on what you are photographing, decide on the position of the lights. This depends on on size and reflectiveness of the object you want to take pictures of and whether you use the diffuser material. The diffuser is a must for shiny surfaces otherwise you are going to see reflections of the lights in the object photographed. They can be mounted on any side or the top. Connect the light jacks at this stage to save frustration later on and tuck the wiring out of the way.
Place the background inside and tuck it into the bottom and back top corners (this is fiddly).
Wrap the material around the frame and zip it up all the way around.
Lift the small square patch with velcro and route the cable through the smaller hole on the top of the light box.
Connect the cable to the power brick, switch on at the wall and the switch on the cable.
Place your item inside and adjust the brightness (lumens) and temperature (Kelvin colour) according to your preference (video shows how this is done).
Take your photos either from the side or the larger top flap.
So what are my thoughts after using it?
The bag and all other components of the lightbox are well made and use robust materials
The metal poles don’t have any sharp edges so you won’t cut yourself or damage any parts of the lightbox when assembling or disassembling
The company have taken notice of previous feedback from reviews and now include spare plastic corners and light clips
The power cable incorporates a power jack mid-way through, which means if someone accidentally catches their leg on it, they aren’t going to trip over or damage the lightbox
The brightness and temperature range of the lights is versatile for lots of different types of photography and can be further adjusted by using the included light diffuser
The light box material is made to very fine tolerances so once zipped up, there is no movement or light leak, giving complete control over the end result
The inside of the lightbox is made of a silver reflective material that provides even distribution of light inside
Helps achieve professional photos with a selection of five different coloured thick PVC plastic backgrounds that are easy to clean and don’t reflect light
Ideal in particular for product photography
Improvements
Provide mounting and more secure support of the backgrounds (a work around is using gaffer tape).
The connectors on the LED lights are fiddly and could have a more prominent profile to avoid the possibility of not mating the two parts precisely. If you set this up and have space to leave it as it is, this won’t bother you. It will be a consideration if you are setting uip and taking it down regularly because it impacts on set up time and could affect the reliability of the connection later on.
Better instructions and perhaps a QR code that takes you to a demonstration video of setting up and tips for beginners to make the most of their lightbox and photography
Conclusion
This is suitable for amateurs and professionals alike. It is a very convenient kit that includes everything needed to get started. Amateaurs may want to watch some videos on YouTube to get a better understanding and achieve better results but professionals will find these easy to put up and take good quality photographs in no time. There are a few minor features that could be made even better but it’s not enough to affect my view on this as a professional kit.
Considering the quality of materials and design, this will last a long time and therefore it represents very good value for money.

Great for close up photography
I often take product photos for my website and it is not always easy to take great photos. The brightness is not always the same and the use of a flash causes problems.
So I turned to this 60 x 60 cm tent, capable of folding and easily stowing in a corner. And I have no regrets, except maybe for having waited so long to make up my mind.
This mini studio can be assembled in a few minutes. No need to think, it’s really simple and intuitive. I thought I would leave it there for fear of having to struggle putting it up and taking it down, but it happens so quickly that I can put the tent away after each photo shoot.
Equipped with rotatable LEDs at the top, these provide sufficient light and the switch allows you to adapt the power according to the object photographed. Finally, the mini-studio is supplied with 4 colored backgrounds, perfect for easily outlining your product on editing software.
In conclusion, nothing to complain about this product which, in addition, is really affordable. Photo professionals will surely prefer other models, but it is ideal for bloggers or people doing e-commerce because it allows you to get professional quality photos, even with a simple smartphone, and all very quickly.
Fantastic box to take quality pictures!!
Fantastic photo box !!!
Made of quality materials, easy to assemble. The metal tubes are very fine with smooth and light edges that are fixed with plastic elbows that are strong and make the box housing firm, the reflective material I did not expect to be so thick, robust. Very good and with good light that adjusts easily, the 4-color backgrounds that come in the set are also very good.
This box can also be used by professionals and occasional amateurs like me, who always had to improvise the light, material behind the photographed objects and other things to take quality pictures.
easy to set up
It is solidly made with nice materials and is easy to set up. This is a great addition to my photography set up. It provides great quality photos with the LEDs lights & the background. The LED lights are bright and the dimming can be adjusted. The 4 colour backgrounds are easy to change – they just slip into a pocket at the front and top rear. Everything stores nicely in the little carrying bag provided. This is a good investment because over time, the extra money you can get from better photos will pay for itself easily.
When I have received the box I thought it is a mistake…..very big and heavy. I opened it and I saw a nice carrying bag with branding on it. It strong enough I can say because the unit itself is quite heavy.
Inside the pack there is the tent, backdrops that are rolled together, the light unit and the main tent(folded).
To set this up properly will take some time to understand how it goes, just insert the metal tubes around the tent and fit those properly until you get a stable construction.
There are 2 lights you have to set, I recommend to have a look at the manual to understand properly where those have to be placed.
I take pictures of food for my social media and I know i bought a way too big light tent for this type of products but I want to start offering my services to other companies so this product will help me take pictures of quite a lot of types of products.
The size is 80cm which for a light tent is quite big.
I find this perfect for a large variaty of products, even for quite big, you need to make sure those fit inside. There are 4 rolls of backdrops and surprinsingly the material is quite intresting, it is some kind of plastic that you can clean any time. Please dont put something hot on the backdrop.
The color of the light can be changed based on the type of photography, from white to warm light using the remote control. Also the intensity can be adjusted based on your need.
There is a diffuser that I recommend to use when you have shinny objects you want to take pictures of(you get reflexions).
Backdrops are quite easy to install and surprinsingly there are no crisis on these which is a great thing.
With this light tent you can get nice pictures without shadows and uniform light in the backround.
Takes quite a lot of space to store it please mind that. Relatively easy to unfold.
There are 3 types of shooting options, one from the top, one from the front through the tent(there is a hole there) and the another one from far if you remove the front part of the tent(very helpful).
Big size, good fit for most of the products up to I would say 60-70 cm tall.

Absolutely love i
This has to be my favourite purchase of the year so far. For anyone who takes photography or showcases any products then this is what you need. I create ceramic pieces and use my photography skills to feature them on my website but with this lighting box there is no longer the need to wait for daylight or for a separate light, you simply place your item inside, chose from the various light hues and away you go! Love that I don’t have to worry about background images getting in the way. A truly exceptional piece of kit and very happy with it.
The FOSITAN Light Tent is a good quality light tent that is very simple and easy to use. It can be setup in about one minute and takes very little time to do. It comes with multiple backdrops for different colour backgrounds and the built in LED lights are very bright and of good quality. The lights have two options a clear white and a warm white which are easily switched between and the brightness is easily controlled with the + and – buttons on the control.
The price wasn’t excessive, the item is of great build quality and it’s exactly what I was after.

It was an Xmas present for my other half & he loves it! Easy to assemble and take down. As the back drops were rolled they were a little crinkled when first used but once we laid them out flat for a while they were fine!

Bought for my small business
I don’t have enough money to get professional pictures and product videos for my brand ROCKJAW. I use this as the natural shadows produced without a light box means more editing work – that costs money.

My wife is a professional baker, baking cakes for parties and events. We have struggled for over a year to take pictures of the cakes that do the cake justice, either light is not enough, colours look different in pictures or can’t get a good background.
I purchased this lightbox reluctantly because it is a decent investment and wasn’t sure how good the result will be. But having used it for a couple of weeks, we have to say this may be one of our best purchases for the business.
The results are amazing, lights are brilliant, backgrounds can be a little flimsy to change (but we just use white), it’s an ideal size as well.

It is really quick and easy to assemble and comes with a variety of different coloured backdrops ao uou can choose the colouring.

Great little booth
Brilliant little photobooth. Bought for my wife who has just started a little business to take professional looking photos. East to set up and s wide range of background colours. The white backdrop had a slight crack at the top but doesn’t affect anything.
TIP: this is a good sized studio, you can even photograph small children inside.
I was really impressed that this all packs down into its own bag, making for easy storage.
Its easy to put together, just slot the poles into the corners, then zip the cover together over the top. Clip the lights on and plug them in. It has lots of different backdrops you can add.
You can shoot from the front or the top, dim the lights to get the exact look you are after.
The first thing I liked was that all the parts are well made and solid. Its not at all like some of those cheap flimsy ones. This is a proper professional one that is built to last. The poles that make the frame feel solid, as does the the cover for the box, the two lights work superb and even the background colours are made from quality plastic. Overall a great kit. Because it is well made it does take a little while to assemble and I initially had trouble zipping up the casing around the metal frame box, but it was because I hadnt pushed them all tight together into the connectors. So make sure you do that and you will have no problems. Also I decided to just put a bit of gaffer tape to help hold whatever plastic backing you choose to make fitting a bit easy as it was a bit fiddly. It’s still five stars from me.

For the price it’s absolutely amazing. Four lights, tripod and the box ( very big ) for about fifty pounds it’s no brainier rally. Very easy to form a box and it stays solid no problems. Backdrops makes massive difference when taking photos and the lights set does play a big role with final shot. When folded takes minimal space.
