Did exactly what it said and more
Bought this product never having used a chain saw before. I was anxious but this was very easy to assemble and use. Cut through branches and boughs like butter. Made short work of a job I was not looking forward to.
Great for cutting overhead branches
I’d never used a pole saw before but needed to get one due to the trees getting out of hand. Was worried that Amazon delivery van wouldn’t be able to get down the lane!!
Bought this as it was a good price and also that I have Greenworks batteries from my other two Greenworks devices- a lawnmower and blower.
Simple to put together, add a little oil as lubrication for the chain, plug in the battery and get to work
It made short work of the branches and job actually took less time than I though it would.
Device itself is sturdy and has a 3 year warranty. My other Greenworks devices are still going strong after a number of years so expect this to be as well built.
Overall I’m very happy with it, does the job and saves me time.
Used to take down the branches of a large tree before cutting down the main tree easily cut though 6-8inch thick branches without issue – excellent purchase if you are already on the battery system or one of the similar companies that use the same batteries
Easy to use
This was the first time I use a pole saw, it was very easy to setup, then just add oil, plug in battery and it was all set to go.
I can not comment on it compares to other pole saws,but for me, it made easy work of cutting high over hanging branches.The only criticism, the instucions are very basic more toy like. Iam a carpenter by trade, so using power tools comes second nature.The instuctions need to be more indepth of how to use safely,cutting and how to sharpen the chain properly(an included file would have been a nice touch)

Sgt sehr gut . Wer schreibt die Sge ist schlecht der kann damit nicht umgehen. Mann muss die Sge schneiden lassen kein druck ausben. Erst habe ich von unten bisschen angeschnitten und dann von oben leicht gesgt. Sehe Bilder.
Fait bien son travail
C’est une trs bonne marque. L’lagueuse est trs performante, pas trop bruyante, pas vidente manier au dbut mais on est vite l’aise pour couper les branches hautes. Je recommande.
Appears to be a quality product.
The boxed product was not New and the shoulder strap and spanner were missing. Customer Services did not respond within the expected 3 days. However a further call on day 4 resulted in a NEW product within 48 hours. Finally a result but Customer services need a Shake up.
Brilliant Produc
I bought a couple of Green Works products with chargers and batteries, they are terrific (lawnmower and strummer) I wasn’t completely convinced the batteries would fit the pole saw.
Not only did the batteries fit, but the saw works perfectly, I started trimming two really tall Laurels with the extension pole then cut them down completely. An excellent job, I have had quite a lot of experience with a chain saw, but anyone could do what I did.
I couldn’t recommend Green Works highly enough.
Genial este aparato. Ya tengo otras herramientas de greenworks, y todas me han dado muy buen resultado. Este aparato es genial porque pesa muy poco y corta rpido y bien. Para podas domesticas lo recomiendo sin dudarlo, eso si, hay que tener siempre 2 bateras (no vienen incluidas) y mientras usas una vas cargando la otra.
J’ai achet d’occasion cette “Greenworks lagueuse sur perche sans fil sur batterie 20cm 24V Lithium-ion (sans batterie ni chargeur)” – , un prix brad au tiers du prix de base . je n’avais pas l’attention d’utiliser des batteries lithium-ION pour la faire fonctionner ,mais une alimentation 24V ( 10Amp) externe alimente par le secteur .En effet ,tous les appareils aliments par des batteries li-ION ,manquent de puissance ,et les batteries ,trs chres ,ne durent pas longtemps ( indpendamment du cot cologique pour la plante ,d’extraction du lithium = voir les voitures lectriques que l’on veut nous faire acqurir ,alors que le super thanol , agro-carburant ( mais vraiement pas bio!!) est disponible [ fin du dbat!] )… .bref ,a marche trs bien,et pas de batterie recharger tous les 1/4 d’heure !!!
N.B = il y a un circuit imprim avec microprocesseur ( pour protger srement la batterie si on l’exploite trop fond =CQFD !! donc y aurait – il des pbs avec batteries probables, pour ce circuit inutile avec alimentation directe ? !!! ) dans le manche en coupure de l’alimentation du moteur 24 V de la tte dcoupe = cbler un fil pour le strapper ,et plus aucun problme,hormis le fil d’alimentation secteur la patte .. $ bons entendeurs des utilisateurs , tors et travers des outils “portatifs” sur batteries ( prfrer un bon moteur thermique : essence 2 temps !!qui sait : super-thanol dans le futur ??? )

Tiene una longitud adecuada para la poda de arboles. Muy manejable y cmoda de usar al no precisar cable. Buena relacin calidad/precio.

Esta bien, para podar arboles es genial, llega a una altura razonable, siempre a punto, plegada cabe en cualquier maletero, antes lo hacia con una escalera, ahora desde el suelo. Lo nico, que no sabemos, la duracin y el trabajo que pueda desarollar sin avera, pero sin darle un uso exhaustivo tiene buena pinta

This is a brilliant tool that works extremely well. So convenient being able to open the shed and use almost immediately. I’ve also got the 40v standard hedgetrimmer and blower/vac, so I’m well converted to cordless garden tools and their benefits. However, this is way overpriced on Amazon, as I bought mine online a week ago which included the long reach hedgetrimmer attachment for far less (139 inc free delivery). So search before you buy!!!!
The strap doesn't help.
Worked really well to chop back a massive shrub. I could work out how to use the strap to balance the weight with the extension pole on though – tried it all sorts of ways but I still had to hold the full weight of the machine.
Ottimo prodotto, utilissimo grazie alla prolunga telescopica che facilita il taglio senza usare la scala. Il taglio preciso la batteria spinge alla grande, oggi lo provato x potare i rami di ulivo va alla grande. Sono molto soddisfatto di averlo acquistato. Lo consiglio a chiunque pe questo tipo di lavoro.
Convenient, easy to use and store.
I love these Greenworks items, they are very convenient and can be used at a moments notice. No no petrol, no oil just grab a battery and go.
They are lighter weight items but perform well even the mower which surprised me the most.
