    Better quality
Pleased with this sit up bench, my previous bench was giving me blisters. Because of the different leg position and curve on this bench I haven’t had a problem. Also think the handle to enable leg raises is brilliant. Glad I replaced previous and got this one

    Sturdy and Comfy bench
Great bench, solid and sturdy construction. Easy to assemble and configure to how you want it. Used it for a couple of weeks now and there is no wobble or movement when exercising so very pleased with this purchase.

The bench will support your entire torso and head for a 6 ft person or less.

This Finer Form bench is outstanding--really; super sturdy, great design, well-made, quality materials, compact, super easy to assemble, & a great price. The curved design works great. I'm 5'7" and got this for decline dumbbell presses and abs. It's perfect for both; scads of elbow room to accommodate full reps. Perfect for full-range leg lifts and body curls. Love it. But if you're 6'2 it probably won't do for decline presses.

Best I've found on Amazon. I bought used-like new condition. Was missing two threaded nuts but I had some spare ones. For the price I paid ($100) it's a fantastic deal. Very nice bench, adjustable, great angle to isolate abs, and best of all ..sturdy.

I purchased this bench a few months ago, and I just started using it about a month ago. At the beginning doing your sit-ups, OMG! You are in such pain, but you have to push through. I love this bench! I regret the fact that it took me this long to get serious using the bench. So far, I have lost 20 pounds by just walking a mile a day and committing myself to do 20 sit-ups a day. (M-F) I have not dieted because dieting doesn't do anything for me. I will continue with my schedule by using the bench and walking a mile. Maybe later, I will go up in number, but I'm not that active, so this is good for me now, considering that I only have been doing this for 5 weeks and already have lost 20 pounds. Now I'm regretting that I didn't take a before and after picture. I have always been ashamed of my body, and frankly, I didn't think that this bench would give me great results.

Heavy duty quality metal, seems like it will hold up for a very long time. Only complaint is the screw to raise and lower it. It should’ve been a spring loaded mechanism but it’s threaded and is quite the pain to change positions quickly

I bought this to complete a home gym set-up. The bench is well crafted, easy to assemble and very sturdy. It does work as described. Of course, I completely underestimated my fitness level and find that crunches and leg lifts while at this angle are incredibly difficult...lol but I do plan to continue using the bench. For the price its a solid piece of equipment that will last.

I use mine about once or a twice a week and I weigh a good 220 pounds lol yet it doesn’t rock at all ! Downside is the parts don’t fit perfectly so unless you have a rubber mallet to Make em fit or some WD-40 assembly is frustrating.

As a middle-aged mom, it's hard to get to working out. I have this in front of the TV when I'm super exhausted at the end of the day and I do a little ab work. I bought a Stealth & it was just too difficult, but this bench is comfortable & I really feel my abs working with just a little bit of time (as I have almost no time working full time + kids). It could be a little sturdier, but still OK. I'm really happy I bought this.

I wanted an easy to setup, use, no real hassle everyday situp bench, and this is it. Everything came with the box and got an extra 2 nuts as spares I assume. My only question would be is it intentional for the support bar to not be attached once the adjustable arm is on the highest setting? It can be attach on the lowest setting no issues and a little snug on the 2nd setting but the 3rd and highest setting it cannot reach the adjusting screw. Makes it a little wobbly without that attachment but management.

I selected this sit-up bench for the fact that it had a solid frame around cushion (compared to others benches on the market) but due to poor packaging and quality control there was damage (during shipping) and parts that I couldn’t install (without retapping threaded support rod). Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase but it’s hard to accept a damaged product for the purchase price of $130 USD.

Great ab bench especially for $110. It is not rock solid like a $1k professional bench but it is perfectly stable/safe for a home gym. I’m 6’1” 180 lbs and it works great for me. The leg pads as not the most comfortable, but they work well overall.

This is a solid looking and feeling device (and nice looking too--I got the red cushions) that is working out very well for the purpose for which I acquired it. Its single-purposeness is part of its value in that I do not have to lay it down or reconfigure it in any way in order to just use it. It sits there by my front door daring me to throw in a few more sit-ups every time I walk by. And that is exactly what I have been doing, surprising even myself at how quickly I have been able to make the kind of progress that has eluded me since high school, decades ago. I like the device so much that I bought a second one for my daughter and her family.

There are several positives about this bench. It was easy to assemble, as there are only 5 bolts you have to install. The frame holes are slightly oversize, so there's no alignment problems. They even include a wrench and a hex key, so everything you need is included. The instructions are straightforward, and total time involved is about 15 minutes. Now to the ergonomics of the bench itself. The leg holds are horizontal, so you get a good hamstring stretch as opposed to having them contracted as on benches where you bend your leg. Also, with your legs straightened out there are no shear forces on your knees. The arched design of the bench is also a big plus. A healthy spine has a curve to it, and before I made my purchase I showed this to my chiropractor. He agreed that the curved bench is better than a flat one since you won't be putting unneccesary stresses on your vertebrae. All in all, an excellent investment.

This incline bench is as close to the ones I have used in gyms as you will find. The incline is a little steep for beginners so I put a block under the back to raise it up. As I get used to it I will take the board out. If you are serous about your work out this bench is for you.

This is a serviceable product. It would be a lot more appealing if all the parts were included and intact. I was short-changed a nut and had to drive 50 miles round-trip to the hardware store for a replacement, and the plastic end cap for the foot holder was broken.

My gym had a great incline sit up bar and I wanted to duplicate that capability. I've tried a few of these from Amazon and this one comes the closest. Very comfortable pad, easy to adjust the height. The covers on the foot & leg cylinders as well as the main pad are a little off, a little baggy with a half inch of extra fabric as if there was an issue in translating the dimensions to whomever sewed the covers. The other kind of interesting thing is that some of the pieces (which are quite robust) are welded together. None of this impacts the core functionality - it works, it is comfortable, my back feels stretched out after using it for the first time. Nothing like reclining backwards at an angle with your feet above you, for a few minutes, to stretch out your back. I only did 10 sit ups the first time to try it out, will work on getting it to 40 at the highest incline, which is what I was doing previously.

I bought this a few weeks ago, it arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. My only issue assembling it was that the threading on one of the nuts was off, so the nut wouldn't tighten all the way (it was for the grab bar, so not a big deal since that connects in two places). The bench itself is pretty stable, I'm 190lbs, use this everyday and have no issues with it at all. Its comfortable, and I get a solid ab work out with it.

This was a gift for my husband who is in his early 70’s and works to stay fit. He had been used to doing regular sit ups on a mat on the floor but has found it not as comfortable lately. He really likes this bench. It is cushioned, he can brace his feet easily and he finds it much better to perform many sit ups.

The only negative comment I have is that the plastic inserts for the ends of the pads to protect you from the metal bar beneath fall off within two seconds of working out. One has now broken so this seems like a stupid design flaw. These plastic covers are cheap and should be replaced with a better design that won’t fail.

When I opened up the sit up bench, it was missing a nut which is needed in order to use the bench. It seems sturdy from what I could tell. Additionally one of the feet cushions had the plug removed from one of the ends that we had to put back. Not terribly disappointed but would’ve liked to have had everything that was supposed to come with the package.

    Works well
This was not the easiest to assemble, some of the bolt holes were hard to line up. I was also missing a nut (common nut I was able to get from my local hardware store). Once together it is pretty stable and lite to move around. The adjustable height is also a bit clunky to move up and down but works.

Edit: the day after I wrote this review I received the missing lock nut. There quality assurance must have found the error and did there best to resolve the issue.

Reading some of the reviews before placing my order, I got a little worried specially about some people complaining that their product was taking way too long to arrive. Surprisingly, my unit was delivered even with a couple of days in advance (I live in Alberta, Canada). It's a quality product and came with no issues whatsoever. It was easy to assemble with the tool that came with it. It's lightweight and really sturdy. However I still believe the price could be lower than what I paid for. I recommend this product and seller.

Love my bench but was missing some parts
Update: With COVID on the raise and not vaccine I refuse to go to the gym. Therefore, I brought a incline situp bench for home. It arrived today and my husband set it up but towards the end he realized that there was a bolt missing. Although, I can still use the bench without the bolt, it kind of bothers me that it came with a missing part.
Update on this, after leaving this review, the company sent me my missing bolt. I am so happy. My bench is outstanding. Company and bench deserve 5 stars.

Easy to put together, great price and light weight. Not very comfortable but it works. Cushion could be more cushiony and it’s very low on the ground with not a lot of bench so when I do the reverse crunch, it’s not comfortable. But overall a good deal.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersChallenging but inviting way to perform sit ups.
Rated as best by Amazon, I purchased it on the day that Amazon workers had struck. I need to work out and I am as many Staying AT Home during the Covid-19 Pandemic of 2020 but for the very few trips to the grocery store.

It is more difficult to use that one would hope. And assembly is not clear enough but simple but still, there needs to be a bit better technical drawing of parts to places, and the adjustments one can make. Right now, without one of the foot rests, (there are two), I can stretch my arms out and up, and perform weight lifting while at a slight angle downward.

Weight lifting with single hand weights is doable. My arms are the perfect lenght. I can return my arms to my sides with the weights and not hit the floor, while using the sit up bench as a curved bench. It makes lifting weights a bit more interesting.

It took months to deliver. The box was a bit beat up. The products were fine and in great repair but, they out gased some chemical having been manufactured in China. I don’t know what that chemical is, but it is very strong. So Strong, I was compelled to leave the bench and parts on my porch to air out. I have found this to be true from many things from China.

That stated, this will last a long time, and though heavy, it is not super heavy.

The bench arrived damaged and appeared to have been previously opened with hardware bag open and loose hardware in the box. Seller immediately took care of the matter answering my email in the weekend in less than 8 hours. Top notch customer service! I'm 6'2" and 250 pounds. I'm doing 80 sit ups per day. The bench is sturdy enough and comfortable enough to make this possible.

The socket wrench is ships with is a pile of trash. I've never thrown a tool across the room before, but this thing was enragingly cheap. Its so cheap it dont event fit its own nuts, and its rounded, and slips all over the place and its so paper thin you cant get a good grip on the nut at all. If you plan ti own this and you dont own a socket wrench set. Get one. Trust me.

Equipment was easy to assemble and use. Good quality for the price. The cushions for the legs are not adjustable just the high of the bench. It makes it a little uncomfortable (for me) to use but getting good use out of it.

Nothing fancy, just a good solid, comfortable situp bench. I’m 6’1″, 240lbs, and the bench is comfortable and sturdy. The padded bars for your feet are in a good position, so it doesn’t hurt your legs.
It doesn’t fold-up, but it balances well if you stand it up on end when not in use so it takes up little room, stable enough that your cat’s not gonna knock it over that way.
Assembly is really simple and quick, like 10 minutes, and the required tools are provided. All in all, I’d say you’d be wasting your money getting a more expensive bench.

I can't complain because it is what it is.. It's solid, seems like it will last. I can do sit ups on it just fine.. Not much else because the bench seems too short for me and now using it, I'd prefer a flat bench which would allow me to do more different exercises. But that's not the fault of this bench. Seems sturdy and doesn't rock.. Easy to put together. I wish that handle bar was not there right in the middle as it would allow me to do more. To me, it's more an obstacle than a help.

The bench costs more than some of the alternatives but if the $50 dollars isn’t going to make a huge difference in your life then I suggest you get this one. The bench has way more stability than the cheaper ones and your safety should be worth it.

Looks great in my bedroom but I haven’t used it as much as I planned (sigh)
I planned on using this thing 5 days a week and it turned into maybe twice a week! Brutally Honest here!

The design of it is great and it looks very modern looking.
The build quality is solid. I am 205 lbs and it doesn’t move or creek while using it.
The padding is firm but soft enough that it doesn’t hurt my back while using it.
For the price I think this is a great work out bench to have but keep in mind, just bc you buy it doesn’t mean you will use it!

If you plan on buying this make sure your ready to hustle day in day out! Take it from me!

Golden Review Award: 40 From Our UsersReally awesome sit up bench, very solidly made and super firm/thick padding. My husband and I both use this bench (I am 5'6" and he is 5'8" about 210 lbs) and neither of us have any issues. The only improvement I would suggest is to have a way to adjust the area that holds your legs so you can make it looser or tighter for people who have small legs! Other than that no complaints- definetly recommend!

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersEasy to assemble
The bench is designed really well.

    pros:
Easy to assemble. Screws don’t come in a package, they come in the hole you need to screw them in.
Sit ups preform better on this bench. I think the curve has something to do with it
The handle allows me to do candles easier than without it
The bench is long enough for me to do sit ups (i’m about 6 foot tall)

    cons:
Cheap screws. I stripped one of them already
Because the end of the bench doesn’t extend, doing candles doesn’t engage super lower abs
The balance is off on carpet (kinda to be expected though)
unable to do lower back or side abs on this.

conclusion: great buy for sit ups and candles. If the base was wider or had a fold out thing to stabilize the bench it would work really well on carpet. If the lower base was extendable, it would make candles a more effective ab exercise.

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersGreat sit up bench and the price is good as well. Easy enough to put together and seems sturdy for me (5'9" and 150lbs). My husband (6'4" 250lbs) doesn't feel as comfortable on it as me, meaning it moves a little when he uses it, and when he does the leg lifts where you're sitting on it backwards, the whole thing will lift up if he's not careful. But I am still giving this 5 stars because we bought it more for me to use, we know that we have to spend more $$ to get things that are strong enough for him. So for the price you can't really beat this. It is comfortable and super easy to store inside the house without taking up much room. 5 stars also for customer service!! We had to contact Finer Form because we received one bent piece and they responded instantly and were very helpful/sent replacement within 2 days. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with this bench. It is made very well and is very solid. Assembly was far easier than expected- less than 15 minutes. No fishing around for hardware as it was already inserted into the proper holes. They even include the tools! The company proactively thought to upgrade the reverse crunch handle because they felt the old handle(still included) did not meet their quality standards. Clearly this is a company that cares about their customers and has pride in their product. I would definitely buy from this seller in the future without reservation.

Gym quality indeed. Nice and solid and stable. Full welds instead of spot welds. Thick and resilient padding. Wide and heavy weight, so NO shifting or wobbling. Easy to put together in less than ten minutes with tools included in the box. Not bad looking, so I can keep it in my office without feeling like I have an eyesore nearby. Seems like it's built to last. I'd buy it again.

We also currently own a Cybex $1200 ab decline bench that’s adjustable too. And it doesn’t hit the abs as good as this little bench does. This bench is phenomenal.

No need to use the adjustable turn knob, it’s fine to keep knob in one position. It’s very lightweight for me to carry around, I weigh 125lbs female. And it’s very very sturdy enough to hold a 300-pound man. My husband ways 210, and it does not rock or move as he’s using it.

Golden Review Award: 48 From Our UsersGreat decline and situp bench.
The bench arrived quickly. The packaging is large, to be expected, and was not damaged. Tools included were easy to use and assembly was easy and took 5 minutes. The illustrated instructions were helpful, but not even really needed because assembly is fairly self explanatory.

The bench itself is great. The padding is firm without being rock hard. And the width of the bench, as noted in the description, is better than others i looked at. The adjustable height is helpful to get you started: start flatter and work up to a steeper decline. I’m using it both for sit-ups and crunches as well as a decline bench for dumbbell bench press. Its quality is great and its very stable for all my uses.

Really am happy with this bench
